On 11-25-18, I ordered a crispy tender sandwich and an oreo shake. When I started eating my sandwich, I broke a piece off of it and ate it in small pieces. This past saturday I got there right when breakfast ended and lunch started, because that's when lunch is the freshest. I ordered the sonic with cheese burger combo, with mayo and mustard, and all the vegetables. Well once I got home (which is less than 2 miles away) I realized the burger wasn't even fit to be given to a dog. The buns were rock hard, like they weren't even real, or had been left out in the open overnight, the mayo and mustard were overwhelming. I took the top bun off to look at it. Yourself couldn't see the vegetables and meat because of the condiments. This had to have been a joke to someone. I don't believe in getting anyone in trouble, because people need their jobs, but this was absurd. People need to do better, because if you're that miserable, and can't take pride in what you do... Move on to something that makes you happy... Smh
breakfast order
I ordered a #16 bacon and egg Toaster . I ordered my bacon well done, in which, clearly it wasn't. This is meat and it should be cooked completely to avoid getting sick. This is my second complaint in less than a month. I am officially done eating Sonic Drive in for now! I also sat here for over fifteen minutes waiting for my food and there was only two cars here at the at time. This isn't what I have gotten accustomed to with stopping by to grab something to eat. I love the tater tots and so that might be the only reason I continue to eat Sonic!

I came to sonic drive in this morning and there was a gentlemen in working today and I asked him can he remake my food because it was incorrect and he had reacted with a attitude saying your burger was made the way u ordered it and if I remake it again I would have to charge u for it. I would no longer come back to this sonic. He didn't have a name tag on but he had a bump on his eye.
Location in Simpsonville SC has turned into a highschool hangout on Friday nights. All of the stalls were taken and no one was in the cars or they were just blasting music. I couldn't hear to order my food when I got a stall. Lots of profanity, loud obnoxious music, revving engines, etc. It is ridiculous! This is not the first time, I've gone elsewhere because of this nonsense in the past but I really wanted Sonic tonight.

I called to let the manager know that my cheesesteak coney didn't have my peppers and onions on it, and I didn't really have any cheesesteak on my buns. He asked me if I was gonna bring it back and I said yes, I tried to ask him if I needed to bring my food and Receipt back but before I could finish telling him he hung up in my face I thought that was very rude of him being that my order was wrong I wasn't rude or nasty to him at all
burgers onion rings and service
We sat in stall 14 for greater than 5 minutes while the screen said we will be with you soon. So then we went to drive thru, we placed our order at 1136 and did not receive order until 1151. Upon getting home( we live about 3 minutes away)our burgers were cold and onion rings were burnt. Also my receipt said my change was $0.94 even though I used a credit card which was strange.

I went to sonic and got home which all Sonics are at least 20 miles away. My onion rings were burnt and VERY greasy. So i talked to the store manager.
This was at the Sonic in Mcgregor, Tx.
The manager stated thats how their onion rings come out. I told him he should be ashamed to serve onion rings like that to any customer.
Basically he didnt care...

On November 3rd, 2018 at around 4:25, I pulled into the Sonic Drive In at Britton Rd. in The Village Oklahoma, and placed an order for a Lg. Coke with Easy Ice. After waiting 15 minutes for my drink, they brought out the wrong order (Dr.Pepper) and there was soda spilled all over the cup.
I asked for the manager and he came out to my car and was very friendly. I told him that my order was wrong and my Car Hop was rude to me and that I had been waiting for 15 minutes just to receive my drink. The manager apologized and said he would bring my drink right out to me and find out what the problem was.
After 10 more minutes of waiting, I was so upset that I decided to leave. I not only didn't receive my drink that I had paid for but I had given the Car Hop a tip and felt that I had been treated very unprofessionally.
I frequent that location every day and I feel that I have been a great customer however, this time really changed my mind about where I may be going from now on.
I hope you will look into this matter and resolve whatever issues might be present at that particular location so that, future customers hopefully won't encounter the same type of treatment.

fries, ice cream, kids meals
I rarely complain. But we are disappointed every single time we come to sonic. My kids see the advertisements for the new toys on the screen that are supposed to come with the kids meal, and every time we get the same old ninja turtle stickers/trading cards that we have been getting for the past 6 months and they are always upset. Sometimes they are completely out of toys and they don't tell us and we don't notice until we get home.
We rarely come anymore but when we do, we are reminded why we don't. The frys were so salty we couldn't even eat them. I spit mine out they were so bad.
The last time we went (about a month ago), they brought our ice cream cones out half melted, and had chunks of something in them. We took a few licks and it left an awful taste in our mouth and we noticed the chunks and sent them back. We used to love coming here and it's so convenient because it's just 3 blocks from our house. I really wish they could make some changes and make it fun for us to come again.
corn dogs
They had a special on Corn dogs halloween night so i ordered a dozen to share with my coworkers during my lunch break when i got them back to work they were saturated with oil and cold in the middle i could not bring them back to complain because my break was over and i had to get back to work i have had sonic Corn dogs multiple times and have never received food as poorly prepared as this if you want to keep me as a customer i think i should be reimbursed for the corndogs either in cash or a credit to be used at a future date thank you for your time

Yes I am a serve man and I stop there on my way to air port and I am deaf they may have not understood me.I order the double cheese combo meal three of them with shakes. And they not what we got. We got three chi dogs and fries and the shakes. sausage egg and cheese burrito
The breakfast burritos have become smaller and smaller every time I visit. This time it was practically a rolled up tortilla with hardly any eggs or sausage and no cheese. This is very disappointing. I do not appreciate them wasting my money for a rolled up tortilla. It was not worth the money or my time to even stop. Will not be getting them anymore unless the issue can be resolved. This is just bad business in my opinion. And laziness on the employees end for not correctly fixing it the way it is supposed to be.

I have been here 3 times in the last year and the service is horrible. I live near one of the best sonics in the state in frederick, ok. The one in walters is horrific. It takes 39 minutes to get drinks and an ice cream. Tonight we sat for 10 minutes before we even had our order taken. All we ordered is a chicken basket and we are still waiting 20 minutes later.
very poor service
Went and made my order waiting almost 10 minutes for my order. When the carhop came out I told her I needed to pay part in cash and part on my card she said it was no problem. So she went back in another 15 minutes passed she came back out and said she could do it but was going to have to charge me more. So I told her just to run my card and was another 2-3 minutes running my card. I live 2 minutes away and my food was to cold to eat by the time I got home. Extremely disappointed and will not be going back! First time I have ever had a problem with anything.
classic philly cheesesteak
Im really disappointed in this product. First of all i had to wait for it to be cooked in the drive thru took about 8 minutes. Then there is very little meat on the bun. When you close the bun together you cant even tell there is meat on it. Nothing like the picture. Way to much mayonnaise in fact i believe i have more mayo than meat. Not happy at all!

My friend was laughing because he stumbled over his words while trying to order and she came out and said "if you don't stop with the [censored]ing attitude i'm going to ask you to leave. We're teying to take your order and you're being dumb" honestly, customer service is never a problem here. But then the first time I deal with a manager they extremely rude. She was the assistant manager at the riverside missouri location this was very unkosher I will not return to any sonic anywhere until this is fixed. She does not deserve a job anywhere talking to customers like that. I will be doing a yelp review of this place and it will not be good. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever gotten.
gooey corn dog
I just came from the Sonic drive-in in Poteau, Oklahoma and experienced my first problem with a sonic order. I ordered 3 corndogs and when they arrived, they were gooey inside from being undercooked. I called the carhop and showed him the corndog and he said he would take care of it. It took approximately 20 minutes to replace the food and the replacement corndogs were undone just like the first batch. I talked to the carhop again and asked for a refund. He refunded my money and I went on my way.
wasted my time
Was trying to order on app and app wouldn't show Ross rd location so I called and they told me to drive up there. When I get there they try to fix my app location and it wouldn't work so I said I'll just order anyways. When I hit the red button to order and ask for a sonic blast the girl on the other end tells me they are cleaning the machine. At this point I'm like WOW been sitting here for 20 to 30 minutes and that's the answer I get. I definitely understand that the machine needs to be cleaned but I also know there's a better time to clean it than 730.

Again my hamburger was raw and of course no luck calling the store cus they never answer my daughter almost took a bite out of it I'm making a report to the health department I've been a manager in the food industry for 25 plus years I usually let what ever mess up they have and let it go but this time they are not following the food safety procedures obviously and for them never to answer the phone there is something seriously wrong with the management there I am beyond irritated and pissed have pictures I live 15 mins away and have to work at 4 am or I would of brought it back I will second think going to Sonic period now
rudeness
I placed an order for 4 footling chili cheese dogs. The lady repeated my order the way I asked for them and when they brought them out, they were regular size.
I let her know she brought the wrong size and she was rude stating well you should have know by the price you paid. I said for all I know they were on sale. She rolled her eyes and walked away.
The man that brought us the correct order (older black gentleman) was extremely nice and apologized. The woman that brought out the initial order needs to be retrained.
This occurred at the sonic on JBS Parkway.
