My family went to sonic in the valley and we had a bad experience Why we had a bad experience with them is it took for ever to order our food we never had a bad experience at that location and the bathrooms were locked so I went to get someone to unlock the bathrooms and who unlocked the bathrooms she was very not kind and also when I went in the bathrooms it was not clean as it was supposed to be
milkshake
On January 5th at approximately 3 a.m. I'm sorry 3 p.m. I purchased a strawberry cheesecake milkshake with chocolate chips from the Sonic on Taft in Wichita falls Texas when I received the milkshake I received it with no whip cream I asked the manager to remake it or refund my money and for 10 minutes he argued with me and along with an employee by the name of Brittany saying that there was milk that there was whipped cream on the milkshake and accusing me of doing something with it after getting my blood pressure extremely high he finally we made the milkshake and again when it was brought to the car argued that he had made it right the first time I don't appreciate being accused apparently sucking the Cool whip off the milkshake and I have never been treated so poorly at Sonic

I pulled up to place a order on January 1, 2019 and they keep ingoring the red button and i was just told there not takeing orders but yet the other people who just pulled up next to me just placed there order and the the car next to them just placed there order ..the manager just came out and was talking in Spanish to the people next to me .. I guess people forget that other people understand Spanish also and i don't take highly of a manager telling me " Gringo's needs to learn how to be patient.. Refuting to me .. This is racest and i will be damn if I ever come bk to this place again !
steakhouse burger
My son n I live in the country, I've been very ill. So he went to Sonic in town to get me a steakhouse burger because it looked so good. I asked for the onions not to be grilled. That's the only difference I asked for. He came home with what looks like a dollar children's burger. No onions at all, no Mayo and no bacon! It would cost 6 dollars in gas to come back there to return it or I would get out of bed and do so! We are really upset by this n I am Soo disappointed. I tried to call the store but the num is incorrect. Please tell me what we can do.

frito chili cheese pie
Ordered two frito chili cheese fries w/onions and jalapeños at store on 10411 Sorrento Rd., Pensacola, Florida and there was hardly any chili on n them. Very disappointing to say the least. My family and friends stopped there after leaving the library today. Everything else we ordered was fine as was the service but the chili cheese pies were disappointing.

The Sonic in Whitehouse tx doesn't make their cooks wear gloves when cooking or putting food together and it's absolutely disgusting and I'd like something to be done about that. They don't wear gloves and they touch the burgers and hot dogs bare handed giving out germs that could potentially get people sick. please do something about this. I got to the sonic in ingleside tx & the girl took my order as I was telling her about my free birthday shake she told me I had to order it on the app, I try doing it and call her outside because the system was down she said she couldn't help me anymore and there was no other way if I wanted I could check aransas so I did and it wasn't working either, I called sonic customer service, and she was very rude, she said she didn't know how to resolve my issue, she didn't know another way I could order my shake, how sad, I had never been treated like that, they were very rude,

Someone filled out a job application at a Sonic in chattanooga tn. This was a paper job application. This was in June of 2017. I have complained to the ftc as well. I ordered a steak house bc cheese burger with mayo mustard ketchup and pickle. I did an application for Sonics and came to my interview, the manager told me to give him a call on the weekend, I did and he said he hadn't looked at the applications so I waited and continuesly asked about my application and he didn't want to reply or he'll just throw me off so I gave an old employee his number to see if he get the job and he gave him the job no interview no nothing, I feel like that's discrimination or something because I did what I had told do to get an interview and you just up and give this person a job because they used to work there, THAT IS NOT FAIR
store closing before time
Late Saturday night 12/8/2018 me and my family decided on late dinner. We arrived and the store was closed before 10:30. I'm sure the store wasn't suppose to be closed. I ordered two #10s (just the sandwich), for which I had a BOGO free coupon. As I was ordering the young man who was taking my order (Kevin) kept interrupting me which was very irritating, but I tried to ignore it. I proceeded with my order and requested that pickles be added to each sandwich for which I was told was extra (not a problem), and I also ordered a small fry. After waiting for a few minutes, he finally came out with my order and I then presented the coupon because I had forgotten to mention it while I was ordering. With an attitude, he (Kevin) let me know that I was supposed to mention it while ordering and took everything back with an attitude. While forgetting to mention the coupon was on my behalf, the attitude was unnecessary. When he returned I just decided to go home because being 4 1/2 months pregnant I just wanted to go home, eat and rest. As I was getting ready to eat, I noticed that my sandwiches were two visibly different sizes, almost like I had received one adult size and one kid size...not what I ordered and not what the coupon offered. On top of not getting 2 of what I ordered, there were no pickles on either and my fries were EXTREMELY cold and the one sandwich I did eat, or attempted to eat, the chicken was almost rock hard like it had been over cooked, sat out for a while, and then reheated in the microwave. Being pregnant not only did I not feel like driving back out in traffic, but lately I have been craving Sonic for a while and it is very disappointing when my craving is not satisfied. I was not able to eat any of the food I purchased and had to go back out when that was not what I wanted to do, to spend more money on something else to eat. I do not know what can be done to fix this, maybe a refund or compensation. Thank you in advance.

I went to the Eustace Tx sonic on 12-3-18 at 7:45 am I went in the store because they have a drive through or you can go inside because it is paired with a gas station and the line outside was long and i was in a rush. I went inside and ordered 2 breakfast bacon sliders and a sweet tea I asked the guy if he made sure they were the breakfast ones and he replied with yes. i got my tea it tasted like it had been sitting for a WHILE and I got in the car and took a bite of my sandwich and then noticed it was not the right one because it had hamburger meat and mayonnaise in it. I called the Sonic back and the manager told me i had to bring them back to get fixed i understood her and told her i had to get to work and would've be able to come back until later i also told her that i had eaten the sandwich even though it was not what i ordered because i am pregnant and can not go without eating. she continued to laugh at me and told me "look lady i can't help you if you don't want to come back" and then she hung up the phone. i really hope to hear back from someone so that i can get the sandwiches i ordered

I came through tonight 11/10/18 at at 8:59pm. Not only did your store not take my coupons( not the issue, I paid ) but they charged my for honey mustard. Now they have done this a few times but they don't do it all the time. And I have comb through your terms and policies, and no where does it say that you charge for sauce. I even went to as far as ordering on the app and putting as much as 10 extra sauce is on there, and there was no additional charge.
