Until today my wife and I were freqent customers of the Sonic in Aberdeen, NC. I always order a Super Sonic Breakfast burritto and for the last few months, depending on who prepares it, it can resemble a burritto, a crumpled up piece of paper or anything in between. The one I got Monday, July 30th consisted of a cold, wrinkled
tortilla shell, melted cheese, a slice of tomatoe, diced oninos and three tater tots.
This mornings cosisted of a shell, cheese, two strips of bacon and three tater tots.
My wife stops by Sonic on her way to work and then drops my order off at my job, therefore until this morning, we have been unable to return the sub-standard food we have received on what has become a regular basis.
Also, one of the servers that regularly works the morning shift has had an extremely "Bad" attitude when dealing with my wife.
Fortunately, she will no longer have to worry about getting attitude and I won't have to eat crappy cold burrittoes (at least from Sonic) as today was our last visit to the Aberdeen Sonic
cleanliness
The inside of that place is so disgusting nobody should be eating that food! Seen it today with my own eyes while in a rush to get drink before work. Asked the workers they say its always that way and they wouldn't eat the food or even drink a drink they just work there. I think something needs to be done seems to be extremely unhealthy will never go back. Wanted to throw up seeing that knowing how much I ate there please do something!

I went Yo sonic today had had a horrible experience. First off the drive thru person was standing out next menu board to take me order she took my order on her cell phone. I ordered two drinks and a burger they gave me the wrong drink and wrong burger and when I'm almost done eating it because I'm starving there's a long [censored] piece off hair in it unacceptable nasty restaurant.
treatment of employees
I was terminated from the Sonic Drive In #3328, located in Moss Bluff, LA. The supervisor, Jason Powell, and I got into an argument because I wouldn't give him the money directly for messed up orders, when he is known for stealing. He proceeded to tell me that I needed to ‘ get my [censored]ing [censored] over here, give him the damn money & get the [censored] out of his store because I was fired. ‘ I told him I wasn't doing anything because I don't know who he thinks he is talking to me like that. He then stated that he ‘was somebody who could get my [censored]ing [censored] out of there'. When the owner, Mike Powell, was contacted about the situation, he went to the location & asked employees who had works when the incident occurred what happened. He then stated that since I had cursed Jason out that I was terminated & wouldn't be allowed to come back because me disrespecting a manger wouldn't be tolerated. Jason, however, still has his job because that is his son. He did not get reprimanded for stealing thousands of dollars months prior or for cursing an employee out multiple times in front of the whole store.
service waited over 30 minutes never received food
chk 99, Jul 31 arrived at 12:44pm. I left at 1:27pm. I ordered a dbl cheeseburger, 1 hamburger and 2 sm onion rings. Maria came out to my car within 3 minutes with the wrong order. She said oh this is not your order. I said ok. After waiting over 15 minutes. I pressed the button for assistance and asked about my order. The girl smirked and asked oh what was your order. I repeated it. She stopped talking on the intercom, never responded back so I stopped Maria the girl who originally came to my car. She said I'm sorry went back in and came back out 3 times and took other customers that had pulled up after me their food. I stopped her after being there over 30 minutes now and simply asked her for my money back because I no longer had time to eat and my lunch was over. She could careless. I went back to work without food. This has never happened to me in my life. I had to wait another 5 minutes for her to cancel my order while watching her take other cars their food after I asked for refund. This type of behavior is not acceptable. This was the worst experience I received in my life. The lady who was on the intercom wasn't pleasant at all. She wasted over 30 minutes of my time and after explaining to her after 15 minutes that I didnt have any food. I still waited another 20 minutes for credit.
manager at santee location still making advances on employees
I wrote in a month or so stating the Manager Brittney was making advances on the new young boys under age at the Santee Location.
My daughter stated over the last few weeks it has gotten worse.
I see you don't take this seriously.. I asked you to have her transferred or gone but HARASSMENT means nothing to this company.
I will contact the people and there parents and file a harassment claim and anything else my lawyer feels necessary since I was advised to write in and see what would be done and I did and NOTHING WAS DONE.

milkshake
Friday night we ordered a mlikshake and the employee puts hardly any whip cream on the Milkshake I never have had a shake without it being filled to the top if domed lid
This employee told us we owed.32 for the whip cream. All pictures show whip cream to the top if the dome. All commercial s show the same thing. To sum this up your employee was rude and his customer service skills were inappropriate uner any circumstance. I have been coming to sonic longer that this young man has been alive. Frankly an employee like him should be fired. You lost 2 customers over this young mans ignorance. This isn't the first time I have had problems at this location. I think your comp. Should inform employee s that without customers there is no paycheck. I worked my share of fast food and no the customer isn't always right, this customer WAS right and he was WRONG. We just ask for our money back. So this shake was thrown into the garbage and sonic left a bad taste in our mouths. If I can't go and get my correct order, I guess I'll find somewhere else to spend my money.
additional charges/bad customer service
I had ordered 4 $3.99 chicken tender dinners with fries. When the carhop brought the dinners all of them had tater tots instead of fries. I told the carhop about the mistake and asked for a courtesy drink since I had to wait for them to fix my order, which already took 20 minutes because the employees were playing around. The carhop stated, "if it is not on your receipt then no." So I asked for the manager and told him the situation. The manager basically told me he believes the carhop did not get my order wrong, and that I did not order fries and also declined the courtesy drink. So I asked him if he believed the carhop over the customer and he said yes. I have never had this type of rude customer service ever. Another thing that happens, and I have gone to other Sonics that I have not seen do this, is that if you order ANY shake at either Sonic in Lancaster, TX there are additional charges. I have ordered a chocolate shake and on the receipt it shows chocolate shake and then "add chocolate" with and additional 20 cent charge. No matter what shake you get, there is always an additional charge for the flavor you get.

I had came in around 11pm on 7/29/18 ordered ice cream and I had noticed that was one carhop on duty doing everything I looked over to find that the manager on duty was talking to another person while there was 7 other cars outside waiting for their orders to be made. Out of Curiosity I stayed to see how long the manager stayed outside I left at 11:45 when the manager finally decide to go back inside I noticed that she was wearing sandals compared to the other employee who was wearing black shoes I'm not quite sure what the dress policy is but I do think that needs to be addressed to that manager I'd ask the car hop the managers name and she had said Kaylee so whoever is in charge needs to speak to her about limited time outside talking to other customers it may have been a friend with how long she was outside and about the dress code policy. on 7/26/2018 at 10:45 pm.Pittsburg, TX 75686 Ordered a simple chocolate shake. Patiently waited until 11pm. Pushed the button and was told "we are closed". I asked what happened to my milkshake. They brought out a melted one. Gee Thanks! I understand these things happen, but I felt pretty unappreciated as a customer that I was given mine melted down after I sat and waited 15 minutes.
breakfast sandwich
Had ordered a crossonic combo for my wife, and i had a breakfast sandwich combo. Everything seemed ok, she ate her tots and had a bite of her croissant, on her second bite she said it tasted funny. She flipped the sandwich and there was mold at the bottom. She nearly puked. Had called management and they told me that there were to busy to check and make sure the food was ok. The only thing that they can do is give me another sandwich. I hope my wife doesn't get food poisoning from this. Not happy.

Everything I ordered was wrong, wrong burger, chili cheese coney I ordered had the extra chilli and cheese stuffed loose into another container and was all over the bag. The ched r bites were burnt and when I went to order ice cream I was told they didn't have any. I think they just didn't want to make it. No apologies were made what so ever. I have been to this sonic at 3450 W Tecumseh Rd in Norman many times and they are usually unfriendly and really slow, something needs to be done about this place. It looked like an entire staff of young workers who probably don't care one bit
marinara sauce
I love Sonics marinara sauce so I go to my local sonic and usually buy about 10 when I run out. I buy my cheese sticks from Sam's club bc they are better and much cheaper. The first time I went to buy some I was charged 25 cent a piece which was fine by me. I don't mind paying for them. About a week later I went to get more and I was charged 15 cents a piece. After that I was not charged at all for them but every time I went to get some I would have to ask multiple times just to get them. I always order other stuff when I go to sonic. I usually spend at least $10 or $20 on food and drinks for my kids, but every time I would ask for 10 marinara sauce's they would bring all our food and drinks but would not bring the marinara so I would have to send the carhop back in to get them. Every time I had to do that I gave the carhop a $5 tip. The last time I went up there they told me that they couldn't give me any marinara sauce's. I asked them why not bc they use to sell them to me for 25 cent a piece which was fine by me and a nice profit for sonic I'm sure. She said they do not sell them. I just thought that was stupid to turn down business especially seeing how much money I spent at that sonic every week. Now I drive across town to the other sonic bc of this which is absolutely ridiculous seeing how sonic is 100 yards from my house but I guess the manager of this sonic has a problem making money bc 25 cents a piece for marinara sauce is Definitely a profit bc they usually just give it to you. I really wish they would get a new manager who doesn't mind selling marinara sauce.
customer service/ employee behavior
To whom it may concern,
Every time I come to the Sonic on Coursey Blvd. in Baton Rouge, Louisiana I have received awful service. From the times that I have come, I have noticed behaviors by the staff that have amazed me. At one point there was not a single employee in the building, every employee was outside listening to music and smoking cigarettes in the front of the premises. Not once have the drive in buttons worked when rang and no service is provided unless you go through the drive thru and even then employees are very rude and our order is never correct. I'm only making a complaint because I have worked in the food industry and I know that management/corporate would not be happy if they knew what was going on.

The customer service has not been good.
I have went to both Sonics in our area and sometimes it's the food that is messy and they don't give me the correct amount of fries or tots even when I pay for a large.
The customer service from certain females is always rushing me and having an attitude when taking my order.
I normally don't complain but the last 2 days have been really bad in Chester and in Colombia Heights.
3.99 chicken strip special
Ordered 3.99 special and got charged 7.57. Asked if the were still on sale and the carhoplooked at receipt and said um no it says 7.57. Called to ask if they were still on sales was told yes. So employees need to be trained on specials. Also sonic has lost a regular customer. All it took was for the car hop to go ask but could not do that. I would appreciated if someone could get back with me on this. This is not the first time I have had problems with this sonic.

I visited just after happy hour. I ordered the chicken tender dinner and a large iced tea. It took 20 min. to get it. There were only 2 other cars present. When they delivered it to my car, the young man announced my order and before I could ask for any thing, said, " Everything you need, ketsup and dipping sauce, are in the bag."
Well, when I got home, no sauce, no ketsup, no napkins. Oh! There was a straw! I did ask for extra ice. When I opened the cup, because the tea wasn't very cold, there was about a 1/4 cup of actual ice.
I understand how specials go, but I paid full price for my drink. I am greatly disappointed in the service.
lemon berry slush
It seems no matter which Sonic location I go to in Savannah, Ga all the locations seem to get the drink wrong and none of it tastes the same as it did years before. I've been drinking this slush since my adult children were small and for the last 5 years it has progressively gotten worse and always leave out the lemons. I even complained to one employee who tried to correct me and tell me it never came with lemons. There is either too much lemon flavoring or not enough. Too many strawberries or not enough. Sometimes it is more liquid than ice. Did the formula change? It seems crazy that for this one drink all locations get it wrong.

We orders two milk shakes a nutter butter and a chocolate chip cookie dough. We were served the nutter butter with it oozing down the sides and no napkins and the chocolate chip cookie dough in two cups. We were told the original had a hole in it and the shake was vanilla ice cream and they dumped the cookie dough on top. This is awful and we will not be back. We will go to dairy queen from now on. Sonic in Thomaston georgia sucks.

I have now been to the sonic drive-in in Kent Washington 4-5 times. Every time that I have been I have had terrible customer service. During slow periods of time it takes a while to answer to take my order. The car hops I have had have had attitude with me as a customer. I get the impression that they don't want to be there and that they really hate their job. They also have 4-5 employees on their patio at a given point in time. They are talking rudely about their neighbor Starbucks (at which I am employed), including their manager. They also have made a habit of blocking the drive way to get into the lot at night and leaving the cones over night, which inturns blocks the drive way in the morning for my starbucks coworkers. My store manager has tried to communicate with their manager and nothing has been don. I am very disapointed in their food and I will only be coming back for drinks.
