chili cheese tator tots and green tea.
My family stopped at the sonic in Fairview TN to order two chili cheese tator tots, green tea and popcorn chicken. The chili was a paste. where there was any. and there was a dog hair in one of the chili cheese tator tots. The "green tea" was water. The last visited they shorted us an additional dollar and we had to
drive back to hold them accountable. This Sonic used to be a great establishment and I know if corporate holds them accountable as we have it can be again.

Hi my name is Kathy freeman. I went to the sonic on main st in spring hill. I called to let the manager know my food was wrong and I would be back in an hour and was told my order wouldn't be refunded. An hour later when I returned I was told that because I did not have a receipt nothing could be done. When I previously called I was not told I would need a receipt. I told the manager I could give them the exact order how much it cost and the time I was there. I live on a fixed income and not able to go there often. I guess I won't go there again. yell in order, wrong drink
Why was it necessary for me to yell into speakers that don't work well? It causes much undue waste of time and wrong orders to be filled - as was the case with my order on October 5th 2017 at 1632 hours.
I placed an order four different times, yelling each time and no assistance from anyone.
Why wasn't Stall 9 not taped off? Why was I given a Sprite instead of a Coke?

i showed up ten minutes before closing time at the Sonic in Huntsville, Tx. on Sam Houston street. I received my order of jumbo chicken bites in a record time of about two minutes. They were cold and tasted old so you could tell that they were precooked and sitting for awhile. I always liked sonic but this location lost my business.Fresh hot food is what I expect and I will not settle for less.

I live in the country and it is 6 miles to the Sonic in Italy, Texas. When I got there I asked about the half price shakes after 8 and was told they didn't do that anymore even though I read it on a Sonic add before I drive over there. Then I ordered the special the cheeseburger and onion rings and after I had told them how the burgers were to be made he informed me they didn't have onion rings . Since that was the main reason I went it really pissed me off but I still had to feed my family so I went on and got 5 specials with tots . I had my grandson with me and he doesn't like burgers so he was trying to look at the menu . Well we couldn't see anything because the light was out so he just got some cheese fries. I told the boy that the light was out and he said it just wasn't tuned on. Needless to say I had a real disappointment and got complained at over buying it because it wasn't what I went to get . Check #668 October 06/17 at 3:45PM. 1681 E. 70th Street, Shreveport, LA 71105. [protected]. Ordered a Route 44 Cherry Limeade. There were no lime slices or cherries in the cup. If you have cheapened the product the so be it. BUT, if lime slices and cherries were supposed to be in the cup, hence the name Cherry Limeade, then you need to retrain the crew at that location. If you have cheapened the product then change the name.
When I called David Collins he said he will make it right. However, he says the fruit is decorative. Really? Buried in the crushed ice it is decorative?

Today October 3rd my fiancé and I came to the sonic in 199 route 22 east green brook nj. We waited 2-3 min for our food two hot dogs. When we got it, it tasted very nasty. They were cold and reminded of a cook out hot dog and not a fast food restaurant. Very disappointed on the food. The chili hot dog was extremely nasty my fiancé did and I had a simple hot dog with ketchup and mustard and it was awful. I won't be coming to sonic any time soon.

I have gone to the Sonic on Loop 11 in Wichita Falls, Texas a few times now with horrible service. The first time I went through the drive thru, sat there for 7 minutes, noone ever greeted or anything. So I left and went to Mcds. Next time pulled in the stall. Took them forever to take my order, 17 minutes to bring 2 drinks, only waited because I used my card and it was paid for. The girl who brought put my order was RUDE! Practically threw my drinks at me. No thank you or anything. Today, pulled in the stall, sat there 10 minutes, pushed the button twice. Never came over the speaker. We left, went to Mcds again. I take my daughter somewhere every day after school, while waiting on her brother to get out. I will NOT go back to this Sonic. The service is awful and slow. If you even get service!

It was last night on Oct. 1, 2017 at 3710 W Illinois Ave 75211 Dallas, Texas. I made an order for myself and my 4 daughters. We had been out and were very hungry. I placed my order at about 8:30 pm. We waited patiently for at least 30 minutes and I was seeing customers that arrived after me leave before me. So, I finally decided to push the button and the young lady said they were gonna start making my order. Then I don't know if he was the manager but he came out with coupons and said he was sorry because the young lady had bumped my order and they were barely gonna start making my order. I said no because I just wanted my $ back because I was not gonna wait another 1/2 hour for the food to be made. It was a school night and my girls needed to go to bed. They took forever with my order that I never got and my girls had to go to bed starving. I've had bad customer service at my regular Sonic Drive-in but at least my order never got bumped there. My experience with Sonic as a customer around my area is getting bad that they make me want to just be going to Jack in the Box because they have faster service and I don't really have much of bad service there.

My name is Jessica Glover and I live in Frisco, TX and I just visited the Sonic off of 420 N Custer Road, McKinney TX 75071; [protected].; Brandon took my order. Today Is October 1, 2017 and I was there at 4:13pm. I have never had a bad experience with Sonic until today. Yearly at home I will make foot long chili dogs and I will go to Sonic and buy the Coney foot long buns. Brandon was very nice and tried to help me. He asked the manager on duty about my request to buy buns. He was advised by the manager on duty they do not sell the buns separate. I advised them I have always been able to buy buns at other Sonic locations. I was told by Brandon per his manager to go to the other Sonic and get buns.
I am going to be totally honest, this made me very mad. Why do I need to drive all over DFW to buy buns? I work for a large Corporation and customer centricity is number one! This location including the manger should take a course on how to be more customer centric. However, I understand Sonic is not a retail grocery store, but in the past I have never had any issues purchasing foot long buns from Sonic.
I would not be so upset if I wasn't told to go to another Sonic. I personally think anyone being told this would be very agitated by that comment. The manger needs more training on how to handle simple requests.
All they had to do was sell me the buns or leave out the comment go to another Sonic. I will not be going back to that location. I will find "another Sonic".

I have been quiet long enough. I am a person who gives our small community chances with businesses but this is my last straw. I have been going to our sonic a very long time. Recently (last year or 2) it has changed managers. Previous management was strong and reliable. Current...not so much. Have waited in drive thru for 15min. The car stalls are horrible to try and order. I have waited at a stall for 5-10min for someone to answer the call button on more than one occasion. I have plain left on more than one occasion bc I was tired of waiting for someone to answer the dang call. Last night I had it... i ordered a Mini Reeses Blast, no whip, extra Reeses. It came out in a somewhat timely manner WITH whip cream and [censor] Oreos on it. She admitted her mistake of Oreos on too but Reeses in the blast. I said ok but it wasn't suppose to have whip on it either. But whatever...I'll live. Does it have extra reese?...yes ma'am. I should have sent it back yes but it was 9:30 at night I was tired and wanted to get home. Got home put it in a bowl...there may have been traces of Reeses. This isn't the first time I have asked for extra Reeses and paid for them and it was not extra. The service here is horrible. I have seen a local pizza place deliver pizza in the back door during lunch hour.
Please help this sonic. We are currently on our way to a new Sonic 20min away bc we would rather get good service...

I have been a customer of the Sonic Drive in in Bonham, Texas for a long time.. On this months special... Cheeseburger and Hand Made Onions Rings.. Each and every time I went to this location during the week while this Food Special was going on... They Advise that They Were "Out of Onions Rings".. This is their monthly Special ... How can they run out of Onions Rings all week long when they have Managers and many workers working at the time... VERY DISAPPOINTING !

My family and I have been sonic fans for years. Till this morning... The service was extremely rude, from the time we ordered from the screen right down to the food delivery. She was inpatient snotty and cut me off after each item ordered with "is that all?". She then was angered by me having to remind her for the water we ordered as well. The food was terrible. Cold, crusty old tortillas on all the burritos. Frankly the only item that was good happen to be the blueberry shake. I would like to be reimbursed for our purchase we placed today with sonic.

Very Poor Time Management!
Are they understaffed?
I sat in drive-through line this morning for 20-25 mins with 4 cars ahead of me. I placed my order for two super sonic burritos and was asked to drive forward. Drive forward? To where? The lane was clogged with 4 cars--also not moving. There was no moving forward. When I finally got to window there seemed to be very little staff and not understanding customers were waiting on them for an unacceptable time.
To make matters worse, I DID NOT receive what I ordered and paid for AND I was late for work.
A VERY bad experience. Hope this gets resolved.
banana split
Tonight I went to my local Sonic drive-in and ordered a banana split. When I finally got it the ice cream was melted and the bananas where rotten! Not just brown I mean completely black and tasted terrible. This is the third time I have gotten rotten bananas at our sonic! Also while I was ordering the lady cut me of three times and I had to hit the button again! I keep saying I'm not eating there again and this time I mean it! The service is ridiculous and when you get the order it's always wrong! I will also tell all my family and friends about my experience at Sonic in Livingston AL 35470!

We've been waiting at the Sonic drive in on 3035 TPC Pkwy, San Antonio Texas 78259 for over 30 minutes for our order that was paid with our debit card. An order finally came out for the vehicle next to us and we noticed the customer opened the order and put her hands all in it when they themselves realized it was the wrong order. The bar hop Mark returned the order only to bring back the exact same one the customer had her hands in and tried serving it to us. When we told Mark we did not want that order he specified it would be at least another 20 minute wait so we got off to speak with the manager and get a refund. As we approached the door we noticed Mark telling Maddie the asst. Manager the situation and clearly stated "tell that mother [censor]er he will have to wait for his order"! My husband is a 26 year retired military veteran and does not deserve to be treated nor talked to that way. We asked to speak to the actual manager who which by then Maddie had on the phone and stated she was dealing with disgruntle customers and the manager refused to speak to us. The ordeal escalated when Maddie denied the whole conversation or comment that several people heard including the carhop Mark. She began to yell at my husband which no person in a management position should do especially when they are the cause of the issue. Maddie has no management skills whatsoever and again to be disrespectful and curse is way out of line. The lines at the drive through were massive and people were leaving due to poor customer service. Our family will never return to this sonic. Sadly our family loves sonic but we will find another one to go to from here on out. Again Maddie needs NOT be a manager.
unethical behavior towards customers
I went to sonic to get a deluxe cheeseburger w/bacon. got it back without bacon. I sent it back in to get bacon. when I got back to my office. i realized there was a hair on it. I had to go back and ask for a whole new one since I had already paid for it. I told the clerk the situation and she just said OK send it back and didn't even apologize. I got the burger back and the bun was stale and burnt on the underside. the burger was half the size of the bottom bun and the cheese was cold as can be. I would like a refund of my money and to let the company know that I will never go back there again. and neither will my family. they have just lost long time customers because employees there do not have the decency to deal with this. I also have pictures of the 2nd burger sent out to me. I hope I dont get sick from this because I will let you know
hostile work environment
It's a paying job $7.25 plus tips. The company itself is good to work for and the owner really does seem to care. The location is pretty busy. There are some employees that genuinely do care but don't get treated fairly at all. There are some of the guys that work in the kitchen and some of my fellow carhops that work hard. There is also an assistant manager that came in from another store that has some awesome ways to make things so much easier on her shifts but keeps getting stopped from doing them. She is always fixing things and cleaning and trying to teach people the sonic way and trying make the place better. She even shows the manager what she has learned on the new computer system. She goes out of her way to help everyone even the ones that she knows are against her and trying to get her fired. Hopefully one day she will the store manager and then this place will be so much better if she doesn't quit from the bullying first. I hope i work more shifts with her because she's so smart and maybe i can learn more from her. Thank you [name removed]!
General manager only cares about going dr. Pepper games, no accountability or repercussions for employees from almost all of management, employees going in and out disappearing from positions on the clock, verbal abuse from the general manager constantly, i've even heard him say out loud in from of a whole lunch shift crew that an assistant "sucks" and he can't wait to come back after dr. Pepper games and fire her, he tells you to do something then yell at you for doing it, he makes you feel like nothing you do is good enough, doesn't acknowledge any extra effort and points out every mistake with certain people, he doesn't even do his job cause he expectsthe other managers to just do it for him, he yells and hits equipment when he is mad, store is so nasty and needing repair that the inside smells make you want to puke, black mold and water in the ceiling, manager is a hoarder has two sheds full of stuff to the ceiling just thrown in there, no organization, no required training or e-learning, no communication, schedules are copy and pasted so we run short handed when we need people and too many when we don't, the gms kids are bratty and nosey and do whatever they want, favoritism double standards huge issue, good employees getting burned out, just horrible morale and attitudes overall, fake and sneaky management, people always on their cell phones, worst sonic of the two i have worked at and worst i've ever visited in my life, i have never hated and been so miserable coming to work. Do not come to the sonic on monroe highway in pineville, la if [name removed] is still the manager he does not know how to operate a business! He only cares about how people outside of the store see him and the perception of the store not what it really is!
food not right and then management promising something and then not following through with it
This store in Zebulon messed up my order on 4 different occasions and they made it right until this last time. I ordered my usual Jr Cheeseburger deluxe with only mayonnaise and a small order of fries. I visit this place at least 4 times a week and order the same thing. Last night, I placed my order and the person taking the order read it back but said the burger was regular. I repeated that it was supposed to have only mayo on it and he said yeah. I then paid for my order and when I got home, it had everything on it. I called and spoke to the man that was the manager on duty and he was very nice and apologetic and offered to refund and replace the order. It was only 3.12 but he offered to do both. Today, when I went to get the correct order, they treated me like I was lying. The man last night said he wrote it down, he took my name last night. I don't even think they looked for it. They did fix my food but refused to give me my refund that he promised. I know it is only 3.12, but is the principle of it. So, I took the food home and told that girl that was at the window to just keep the refund but I wouldn't be back. So, in short, you have lost a customer that visits this restaurant at least 4 times a week. I know I am just one person and it might not matter, but was very disappointing.

On Sunday Sept. 24, 2917 my partner and I went to the Sonic on State Rd. 436 in Orlando. I got the Car-Hop Classic with onion rings and a small coke. My partner ordered a hamburger fries and a Dr. Pepper. The food came and the guy never offered to sit the tray on the window as customary.We received the food in a paper bag handed through the window. there was no ketchup and the burgers were wrong. The burgers were taken back and when we received the replaced ones, they were horrible. I ate three bites and threw it back in the bag. The onion rings tasted like the batter had sugar in it, another horrible. I'm from Tullahoma, Tn. and had been eating at the Sonic there for 10 years before moving to Florida. Everyone in Tullahoma goes to the Sonic. The food is great and the service is great. The manager in the Florida store doesn't care about this store or there would be changes. I'll never go back to that Sonic again.
