i went to sonics for my family yesterday in sevierville tn and they didnt get any of my food right at all. we threw it all out it was actually gross and cold like had been sitting for a bit. i dont know the reason just assuming. anyways it was 3 of your chicken sandwich meals and 3 of your cheesrburger meals. well the chicken was so cold and hard to even bite into to and the cheeseburgers were just not made the way i had asked. only wanted lettuce ketchup and mayo and onion and they made the burgers without any of how i asked. would have went back after getting home but it was already a long day already and going back wouldnt have been smart. i just feel my familys meal should be fixed. please email me at [protected]@gmail.com. thank you kory debord

I drove up to the drive in menu. It did not work. I went to the window where the server gladly took my order. I ordered the Chicken Sandwich Combo for $6.89. I asked the server what sides came with the meal at no extra cost and she said fries or tots. I told her I did not want to pay for any extras and then asked for a Cherry Limeade for the drink. She said ok and served it to me and the total came to $8.15. I thought that was high but left the window and looked at the ticket and saw I was charged $7.49 for the meal. With tax it came to $8.15. Unaware I had bought any thing that cost extra I came back to the drive through and told the man who answered I thought I was charged too much. He muttered something and said nothing else so I said I was driving back to the window. The man was the supervisor on shift. He came outside and asked me if I was the one with a problem. I said yes that I believed I was over charged. He appeared to have an attitude but I gave him the ticket so he could look at it. He took one look at it and said very coarsely 'It was the cherry limeade.' and started to walk away. I said wait a minute and I then explained to him that I had specifically told the server I did not want any more than what came with the menu price and she had not informed me the cherry limeade was extra. This is when things got ugly. He began rudely telling me I could not expect a 16 year old to know that kind of information. I responded by saying 'Well, don't you think she should?' His words were something like this. "She is only [censor]ing 16 years old. You cannot expect her to know stuff like that." So I said it was his job to teach her those things and not have the customer surprised by additional cost. At this point he became very ugly and told me he thought I was about to threaten him. I said I was not threatening him but I did not like being charged extra when I was not informed I was buying extra. The conversation deteriorated from that point. I returned the whole order and he did refund my money but used the 'F' word several more times. I complained to him about his language and pointed out to him that not once had I sworn at him but that I was going to report him. He responded loudly and said to who? I said, "Your boss!" I then asked him for his name and he said "John Doe" and went back into the store. I later found out his real name (Jason Shelton) from my niece who happens to be an assistant supervisor at the same store. She was not present during this exchange. I told her about the incident and she said they have had many complaints about this individual.
Treating a customer in this manner is unacceptable and unprofessional. I was shocked at his hostility and the way he totally disrespected me as a customer and fellow human being. It was obvious to me that he is a hothead. At one point I think he wanted the situation to escalate to a confrontation where he could call the police or claim a threat. I actually briefly felt threatend myself. I just did not let it go there. As a result I went home too upset to go elsewhere and get something to eat. I even wondered if I should report this being afraid he was a nut and might stalk me and shoot me for causing him to loose his job, if it comes to that. The sad thing about this is I prefer Sonic to the other fast food restaurants. But that changed today, at least this particular Sonic. As I told my niece, this guy is destroying customer relations at this store.
corn dogs
I went to your sonic in Spanish fork, Utah and I ordered four corn dogs. I went home and but into it and it was extremely underdone. Then I bit into another to see if it was any better and it was just raw batter inside. I then went back to sonic and they have me four more corn dogs. So I went home and they weren't has raw as the first four but still was underdone. I usually love your guys corn dogs but never again will I get another corn dog from you again. It has made me sick to my stomach just taking a couple of bites out of them. I spent six dollars on something I cannot and will not eat.

On 6/13/2017 I went to sonic drive in Somerville, Tennessee 38068 and gave my order and asked that all four cheese burgers were fresh, me being in management know how important it is for great service before I keep going the lady that took my order wasn't pleasant in my ordering. I placed my order, my order was out in about 2 minutes and I'm thinking fresh it's out this quick, but what they did was heat the bread and the meat was already cooked the burgers was terrible nasty no mustard, ketchup on them what I asked for. The time was 6:56 pm. Please fix this problem of course I will never go back there, but for the future customers if a customer Wang fresh it should be that anyway but do it fresh. Will not be going back.

on Saturday 6/10/17 at 8:20pm at the Drive up ordering screen, I could not make out the words on menu as print was way to small to make out, so I ask rep taking order if she could please just let me know what was 1/2 off at the moment as I could not make out menu, her response was for me to read the menu, I said excuse me, then she repeated it, so I said I could not make it out could you please explain to me what was 1/2 off at the moment, she again said to read the menu and that she did not know what was 1/2 off, at that point I requested to speak to a manager, she stated that she was a manager I asked her name she said, Taylor Rodgers from Ranallstown store. I asked her to please find out for me and 2 minutes later she returned and with an extreme attitude told me shakes and ice cream slushes, so I then proceeded to place my order which I clearly said 2 small shakes 1 small slush ice 1 medium slush order of mozzarella sticks 2 corn dogs and a chili dog, when I got to Window it was a different person, I could tell by the way better attitude she had and tone in voice, after I paid the receipt had my order wrong so I mentioned it to young lady and she informed me that she would have to refund and recharge my card which I was not willing to do so I told her to just give me what they charged me with at that point the Manager who took my order started to talk about me right in front of me and my children about how I didn't order a chili dog and I wanted medium not small and how I had an attitude, so I knocked on window told her that if she wanted to address me I was right here and would prefer her to do so in my face, I told her she was unprofessional and very rude and that she was being paid to provide customer service not customers attitude, she the said she never got an attitude with me, then another manager came up to deescalate the situation and I told her that she is a representation of your company and of the staff as she is in position of leadership and that is what she shows her staff to be acceptable behavior and that is gong to cause further issues for your company, after that experience I will never again subject myself or my children to be disrespected in that manner at an establishment I am spending my hard earn money at, she needs to be address immediately and I deserve an apology.

Pull in to location the only customer there and all employees are hanging out out side pull up to drive through to order wait a few minutes for some one to speak order our food a Chicago dog and a sausage toaster pull around to pay and wait 15 minutes I pay with a debit card and finally leave get to my job open food Chicago dog is a mess and thrown together and open sausage toaster sandwich no sausage Im working so I can't go back so that night or next day I send an email. Finally get a response and I am told by manager she canot refund money to my card I must go there to get it which is an hour away from my home so I ask for contact info of her superior. She refuses to give any info to me and says that they will call me and no one has tried to contact me back here is her email replies to me

This is when I called her directly and was told the computers would not let her refund money back to my card and that I have to go there if I want my money back so I ask for some ones info that is above her a superior she would info give me any info so I called 1 800! On receipt talked to a customer service person who told me they would be in contact and would call me back so for they have not then I found this on the sonic drive in web page

Every time I place an order out of 50% out of 100% ofmy food is always incorrect. This has been going on for many years and I will take my business elsewhere. Everytime I call with the incorrect order I'm always told to bring it back. Well the thing is I don't have time to drive back to return the food item or items so they can get it right the second time. Customer service should be correct as soon as the customer place the order and turns and in to the Cook and then prepare with food being hot and ready for the customer. Customer should always be satisfied when leaving your store

Visited you red lion pa store with my family that met up there..placed our order and after 20 plus minutes after customers that arrived after us got there food we question mgr..told him we ordered a dog and 5 shakes. He replied back we are very slow tonight. ..Asked but why are people getting there food before us. He came out with a receipt asking if it was our order which it wasn't. Told him again what the order was ...So after another 10 minutes went up again 2 minutes later he came out with my refunded order and said I was disrespectful. .and he wouldn't serve us...very first time to visit your restaurant. And will be all my family's that were with me...then to see the fb reviews on this place I would of never visited it.

Stopped at drive thru for a shake and soft drink. Drive thru girl said, "Order when you're ready."
I started ordering and she said... "Can I take your order?"
I said my order 2x but she was not responding or answering. I drove toward the drive thru window and a mexican girl with a ponytail flung the window open. I started telling her what I wanted and she turned around and started laughing with her 4 co workers. There were 3 whole cars in the lot, so I am sure this girl could've taken my order the first 3 times I gave it. She obviously needs an in service on proper customer service. I manage employees and if my employees treated customers the way she treated me, I WOULD FIRE THEM. You must have low expectations of your employees.
How difficult is it to take an order for a shake and soft drink, prepare it, and act appropriately toward your customer? On my 5th attempt to place my order, she said, "Well I said I'll take your order!" I said, "No you won't." Then I drove off.
I will blog about your poor customer service. I also will contact the health department. Your employees DO NOT wash their hands. You could be spreading hepatitis and God knows what else.

my tea had metal shavings at the bottom!
I was at sonic in corpus christi tx on south staples and while i was driving home i felt something hit my tongue. Thinking it was a grain from the tea i took it out with my fingers and saw it was a metal flake. I stayed wondering if maybe it was the ice scooper but after examining the cup closer it had metal shaving at the bottom of the cup! So if i get sick or have some kind of stomach or gastrointestinal problem I will be contacting my lawyer

The bathroom, parking lot and general cleanliness of this store is the worst I have ever seen in over 40 years There was an open hole in the wall in the bathroom with insulation hanging out. It had not been cleaned obviously for a long time. Are the employees using this and washing their hands. I could not see inside the of the Kitchen but cannot believe it is any better with the number of bugs, spills, and filth I saw at this location on highway 20 in Putnam Texas There were spills of sweet dried sticky beverages on all sidewalks and parking in front of the ordering / pos boards.

My family always meets together on fridays to eat out and we chose sonic... a big mistake... First problem was i ordered frozen black cherry lemonade. and they brought me a lemonade. the girl who took my order didnt know how to use the register. iI told the guy this was wrong and he brought me a cherry slushy, i told him black cherry. i just gave up . Then my mom got her food and she ordered a 4piece chicken tenders and they only gave her 3. my mom told them and they never tried to fix it, my brother had to go back up there and tell them they owe her a chicken tender . and finally it was fixed, Then i had to make a to go order for kid tht stayed home and i ordered 3 burgers for $1.49 and when i got home and checked them they were so burnt tht u could chipped ur tooth. i know they did it on purpose . very bad service and will never go there again . its just alot of kids and they were cussing and messing around .

Yes well I been noticing at sonic located 3738 s carrier prkwy grand prairie tx 75052. The general manager Jasmine castro can be seen doing drugs with co worker/ manager in car during business hours and caught her plenty of times in restroom with co worker/ manager. This is unprofessional and inexcusable for a gm. Legal action will be taken if Jasmine castro is not terminated. Smoking marijuana during business hours on sonic property with employees is and should be unacceptable to sonic management.
getting basic service
I pulled in to Sonic at 3944 Government Blvd, Mobile, AL 36693, at approximately 8:30 on Friday June 9, 2017. First, after pulling into a stall on the outer ring and looking over the menu for a good five minutes, The Boy comes over the intercom and tells me to move to a closer stall short and abruptly. I Agreed and pulled to a stall right next to the building. Now I had already push the red button at the original and after pulling into the second stall pushed it again. The boy picked up and said something unintelligible. Then disconnected. I push the red button again it was turned off by his apparent disconnection. That procedure repeated in five quick successions. After the 5th one I left. A couple of other customers did the same. The store had a family of three sitting outside and approximately 8 - 10 cars part in stalls.

When I arrived on my lunch break there were about 6 cars in the drive thru and only 2 other cars at stations. I parked in a station. When I tried to order my food the intercom was blaring! Then as I'm trying to order the woman taking my order keeps interrupting me and talking over me. This happened 3 times. It was very rude and frustrating. Once she finally allowed me to order I then sat there waiting for my food for 20 minutes! I only ordered a #1 meal and there were only a few other people there. My food never came and since I didn't want to deal with the terrible employee from earlier I just left and went to the McDonald's across the street. They got me my food in 7 minutes with 12 cars ahead of me in the drive thru. I was still late to work though because of sonic. I will never go there again!

Worst my husband and Mother in law ever had.It was 3:49 pm when we got there to get my husband's Dr Pepper on Happy Hour.He ordered Three Cheese burgers two orders of Tater Tots one with Chili and cheese the other with just cheese and also Onion rings, not a good choice at that time of the day.My husband's cheese burger was Cold, meat was Hard as a Rock must have been sitting there all day, my Mother in Laws was ICE COLD and she could not chew it either her Onion Rings were so Sweet she could not eat those or the Tater Tots they were just thrown in the bag upside down the ones with Chili and Cheese they got maybe 5 tots each total not enough chili maybe a teaspoon on top.Had to ask for a Root beer three times before we got it the Dr pepper tasted so bad like no one cleans out the coke machine ...Our dogs would not even touch it either ..My husband was so mad that he just threw away the food..He goes there all the time during Happy Hour..But I think this may not be good I don't know if he will ever go back the place was not that busy either. I work and he didn't want me to cook..Please get some kids in there who cares what they put out..The Cheese burgers were half price but so not worth his time to go get any food today..They need to put out freshly cooked food, don't just slap on a cold hard burger that has been sitting all day, or just throw everything in the bag..Im disappointed for them..Sad The cheese burgers he said tasted so bad he could not eat them..Me I had Ceviche I made glad I did ...

Very upset 3rd time we have been there that they didn't take our order went to window and the girls were like they didn't want to take our order and we're so slow so we're I'm line 3rd time they never come on intercom and we asked the girl who come out to car in front of us and instead of taking our order she doesn't has an attitude and tell us we can get out go to window and order we said we just wanted a milkshake she said yea just get out at a window and order well we were in the drive thru if we wanted to do that we would have I don't understand what the problem is? I went to sonic to order 2 items. first item was a malted brownie blast. second item was a heath vanilla concrete custard. I was told they were out of heath and if i wanted anything else. I declined and took a refund. I had paid with a $20 bill and believe i was shorted on my change. It also took the person FOREVER to answer the drive through window and when i pulled up there was 4 people standing around doing nothing. I want to speak to someone about this. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

I went to Sonic today, 6/5/17, on my lunch break. The location of the Sonic was 1135 NE Douglas, Lee's Summit, Missouri 64086. My Check No. was 303 and there is also another number on the bottom of my receipt which is ID#: [protected].
The drive thru had a very long line, so I decided to pull up into a Stall to place my order.
In doing so, my thought was that since I was only placing an order for French Fries and a large Coke, it would be much faster.
I placed my order at 2:58pm according to my receipt and at 3:14pm, I was pushing the red button to inquire what was taking so long to get my order. The person on the other end asked me what I ordered and said it would be right out. It was about another 2 minutes and then I finally received my order of Medium Fries and a large Coke.
I only get 30 minutes for lunch and when I have to wait over 20 minutes to get my lunch, it leaves me no time to eat my lunch.
