bad customer service at sonic
I went to Sonic Drive thru in Jackson, MS on Ridgewood Road. I had ordered a Lil Patty Griller as on the sign. Only to handed at the window one with BBQ. Not only take 10 mins to receive a small order, it was also wrong because I didn't specify for a BBQ. The employees didn't want to exchange it out because I didn't specific say ketchup or BBQ. Didn't know Sonic could upcharge 50 cents for not saying with ketchup even though I was never asked if I wanted BBQ. I left the food there since they wouldn't exchange my item. This happened around 7:20 am on 6/26.
service complaint on sonic drive in on rancier in killeen, tx
I stop by the sonic on rancier in killeen because I am near there often. I understand the need for workers but when they are coming up to your window it would be nice if the waitress wasn't high and smelled of it. I try to ignore it and just take my order but she wants to engage in conversation this has happened in several occasions with same girl. Also when I had to send a tea back because it taste like it sat for days they laugh on the intercom and don't send new drink. I had to get out car and they just looked at me like why are you in here. I'm not sure if sonic is like other food handler places but the employees around the food hair loose and all over head instead of up and out of face. Maybe someone should do a surprise visit.

On Saturday June 24th I went to Sonic in Emmett, ID and ordered breakfast and was served by an employee named Abby who seemed to be intoxicated. She smelled like alcohol and was slurring her speech. At one point she told me to have a good night, though it was morning. I have alerted the management at this store of my disappointing experience and I hope that something is done to increase performance. Unfortunately I don't think I will be returning to the restaurant any time soon
I am complaining about bad customer service
I pulled up at sonic in canton ms, and right after me a bus load on school students arrived. I was at drive Thur for at least 30 minutes before they answered the buzzer. When they answer someone said "we not taking no more orders!" So they hung it up, so I buzz it again and said but I was here way before the bus arrived, so they hung up again and never took my order.
the food and carhop
My carhop, Chelsie, was very rude on the speaker and she then brought our food out in just her hands with our drinks in her arms. She did not even have a tray. She did not say her name, ask how we were doing, and did not read back our ticket to us before giving our food to us. Not to mention our food was cold as well. I've worked at a sonic before.

This restaurant is a joke the managers r rude to customers & their employees in front of customers they can't keep employees the food is cold & not fully cooked the drinks r watered down this is a small town & we expect anyone in the service industry to be respectful & treat customers & employees with dignity management should be fired & someone with good people skills should be hired i will not go back until new management is hired so i dont feel like a burden when im a customer
corn dogs
I know it's national corn dog day today but your storea shoukd have some standard and not serve item like this. this was one of my worst meal that I have had. Corndogs were cold and rubbery and over cooked see picture. I could have gone to any gas station in the area and had better corndogs. I know they are only 50 cents but that not any excuse to put out bad products

As I was sitting in the drive thru waiting for my food, an employee walked out the back door with a cigarette in his hand and I could smell the smoke from my vehicle. After throwing something away and checking the other side of the building, the employee proceeded back in the building with the lit cigarette in his hand. I was very uncomfortable with this and almost left because of his actions.
mini onion ring
ok I just got back from my Sonic in Lewisburg, TN and ordered a corn dog and mini onion rings.. I knew that it wouldn't be a lot since it was a mini, but for a $1.19 I figured I would have more than 2 small onion rings in a little bag. I got back to my job and couldn't eat them for wanted to let everyone know this is what you get for a 1.20 for a mini onion ring.. All I want to say is that's a rip and sure makes me ill..

Me and my friend went into Sonic to grab some after hour slushies. We went to swipe our card and their systems were down. They tried to swipe our card inside and had no luck due to systems being temporarily down. The manager came out and asked if we had cash. We politely said no. She then said, "Well, if its okay with you i will need to write your card information down and process it later if you are comfortable with that." I politely said no, and I wasn't going to hand over my private information on a piece a paper for a 3.00 order. She got VERY rude and said, well this is the only time I will let this slide and let you Have a free ticket and then she walked off. This wasnt our fault to begin with so to leave feeling in the wrong os not right. Making me feel horrible for refusing to write down my card information, expiration date, and cvv number is disresectful on all accounts.

incorrect food from what was ordered
We sometimes visit this Sonic near us, & 8 out of 10 times they mess up our order. Not just one item, either! It's usually something on every person's order!
We ordered:
unsweet tea with lime- got sweet tea with lemon
Grilled chicken sandwich with mustard & lettuce only- got grilled chicken with mayo, tomato, & lettuce
Hot dog with mustard only- got plain hot dog
Tater tots- didn't get any
...Also didn't put any napkins in our bag & took forever!
bacon cheeseburgers
Today I ordered 3 single bacon cheeseburgers plain "just the meat, cheese and bun" at the Drive thru in Salisbury NC. When I got home I opened the bag to find 3 cheeseburgers with lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise on them. My children refused to eat them. I rarely complain to management about food but I paid $17 for food that was not made properly. I will not be going to Sonic for food again.
waffle cones
After a busy day with Dr appointments my kiddos wanted waffle cones like we usually always get every week.Well today it didn't go so well at the Lake Jackson location.Waffle cones had hardly any ice cream and when I complaint to the carhop girl she said that was the way her manager told her to fill them.I have never had this issue till now.Shame on you Sonic! I feel that we should get what we are paying for not be getting ripped off!

Took my mom for a bite to eat. She had never visited Sonic. I had visited once before and was dissatisfied but decided to give it another chance. We decided on 2 New York Hot Dogs because we both love sauerkraut. The restaurant was not too busy but we still waited 10 minutes before I decided to go up and ask if we could at least get our drinks. The counter person explained that the drinks usually come out with the meal but that he would go check on our order. He did so and came out with our meals. The hot dogs were obviously microwaved (over-microwaved) and too hot to even eat. The kraut was scarce and the sauteed onions over abundant. The fries were cold and chewy. Very disappointing.

My wife went to the sonic in Camden Tennessee she payed her amount due in full was not given back the correct amount of change and the employee Ashley Kee (car hop) started using terrible language towards her on Facebook calling her a Bit** and further more was rude about giving her the correct change. I think this is very uncalled for an employee to at like this.

Sonic lake forest ca, on 6/16/17 at 11:50 pm caitlyn stedman hit me with the vehicle than she was driven, toyota prius, blue, plate number 7xnk121 while picking up her boyfriend who is a sonic employee, sonic lake forest ca employees came against me and my husband assisting the person who hit me and taken advantage of the situation while the paramedics arrived, I am disabled person with six back surgeries; and being in a state of shock nobody came to help me at that time, the service is tremendously bad and the employees are not well trained to attend a situation like this one.
hotdog with ketchup mustard and relish
We went to Sonic drive thru because we haven't had sonic in a while. All I wanted was a hot dog with ketchup, mustard and relish. When we got our food i went to eat mine and it was drenched in a pool of relish liquid, swimming in a bed of mustard with a squirt of ketchup. If we weren't in a hurry and had time to sit in drive thru for another 15 mins i would have turned around and asked for another one to be made. We had already pulled up and waited 10 mins after pushing the red button so we went thru the drive thru. We were in a rush and couldn't wait longer. i was very disappointed. i could have made a better tastier hot dog at home and it wanted my money. I'm very disappointed with the quality of the food we had today.

I went to Sonic drive in in Wenatchee, WA store number 5932. 98801 on 06/16/2017 at 9:04pm and ordered and charged for 3 junior double cheeseburgers and after waiting for about 10 minutes at the window in the drive thru I went home and looked at my food and they gave me 3 regular burgers with no cheese and single patty. We have been there multiple times and they have been out of ice cream, banana, and many other items. The staff looks unclean and unprofessional. We constantly had to repeat our order tonight. This is the last time we wish to visit this store unless someone cleans it up.

went to Sonics at Dalton Ga, on thursday 15 at 11pm, at Walnut Ave, Dalton, GA 30720, i ordered a double burguer and a strawberry shake, made the payment and sat there, 5 minutes went by, 10 minutes went by, i even pressed the red button again to check on my food, no one answered, my food never came after all those minutes, i was wondering if i came after hours, I went around to the drive thru window, honked and waited there for another 10 minutes, press the button to call someone no one showed up, im getting ready to go and cancel my order, im agravated by that time because they know im there, im going back to the kiosk and press the button and someone finally answered, and said they delivered my food and wasnt there, of course i was not there i was on the other window waiting for someone to come. they finally bring my food and the shake was melted, the burger was cold, do you think this is the type of customer service that this place should displayed? i lost 30 minutes waiting for my food, they knew i was there, why did it take so long for my food to come out? i could not eat it, i will stop tomorrow and ask for a refund, ! never going back!
sonic concrete
So I ordered a sonic concrete (butterfinger). It was absolutely terrible and I couldn't figure out why. It seems they didn't mix in ice cream with it and I was left with butterfinger crumbs and what I can only assume is custard. I always thought concretes' had ice cream or ice cream blend. I took a few bites and then left it on my kicchen table. I'm the morning I thought I would find a melted milky substance, boy was I wrong. The most glutinous, disgusting looking substance had taken form. lawsuit coming for mental and phycolagocal damage and my fear of anything concrete again.
