I looked on line to see what time the sonic by my home closes it said 12am. Me and my hubby went all we wanted was two ice creams cones and a cherry coke. So we pulled up at 11pm and there was about 10 other cars there as well so I pushed the button to order and the lady said we are closed now and she shut off the lights out side I told her honey we was here before you shut the lights off and it said you are open until 12 am on line not 11 and she was very rude and said I said we are closed now an shut the speaker off very rude. I think she could have been a little nicer about it and not so rude about it all. I am a secret shopper and I will not give them a good review and make sure all and every body knows what happen because sonic has been around a long time and if the people in charge act this way to people it is very bad to bussiness and I never want to go back there again just to rude and that was the management who do you go to. It was at 8045 forrest lane dallas texas 75243 phone # [protected] 7/7/17. Friday night. She said her name was maria but only you will know when you check to see who was working that night.

I believe there names were Sammi, and Summer. I came through the drive thru and they both were just very rude. No professionalism at all. They sat on their phone the whole time! Terrible attitude! Will never return to this establishment ever again and will make sure to tell family and friends to never waste their time or money at thus restraunt as well!

I was driving through drive thru to order food around 8 on Wednesday the July the 5th, and a lady, I think her name was Kayla I couldn't really hear through the speaker, but she wore glasses and was a bit big when I saw her at the window when I drove up. I was ordering a burger I don't know if the lady forgot to cover her headset or something, but I distinctly heard her mock me for asking what was on a burger and then continued by calling me the word "pendeja" and laughed. I was completely shocked when I heard it as I have always had a good image of sonic, but when I drove up to the window she made it seem like she didn't say anything at all. I would've said something to her then, but I would much rather report it, as this is not good customer service and that's not how I believe any customer should be treated.
mozzarella sticks
I went through the drive thru around 10 after I got off of work. I ordered some Mozerella Sticks and none of them had cheese. I am not sure who deals with these (pre packaged or whatnot) but i had 0/4 of my sticks with cheese. I usually do not complain but I was very hungry :( If there is any way this could be checked for future customers, I'm sure this would be appreciated.
bad service/lazy worker
On 7/6/17 at around 315 I went threw the drive threw with my family and was wanting to order some slushy and I asked the lady what kinds you all had cause i could not see them and even stated that to her. Het reply was anything u want. I asked about one kind and u didnt have it so instead of her reading them off to me i got one and we needed a total of 4... poor action on your worker and some very up kids. McDonald got our money.

On July 4th at approximately 8:45 PM we pulled up to the drive thru window, it took over 5 minutes for the lady to take our order, she only got half of I and it had to be repeated twice a small banana custard and a large strawberry shake. Pulled around to the pick up window. She told us our order and price. We gave her the money and while she was making change she was singing whatever was playing in the background. No communication with the customer only singing and handing back the change. About 15 minutes later she handed out the strawberry shake, shut the window, opened window back up and asked "Do you still want the banana custard" Well yes that's what we ordered, about 5 minutes later she handed it out the window and we had to ask for a spoon. The place was not that busy, I do believe they need more training in customer service and how to communicate with customers, was very dissatisfied with her. Flo Seaman, Gladstone, Il.

I am a former employee for Sonic in Marlin tx 76661, , the manager (Amanda) and the crew leader ( James) are in a relationship she currently pregnant by him she show's favoritism when it comes to him he smoke drugs while working it's fine with her she never complained about that.. I do not think it's fair to have a relationship with a worker especially a supervisor & a regular crew leader he gets away with everything she currently fired me because of thing he has done no verbal warning no Right up just fired me and cursed my mom out in the process I know it's against the law to have relationship with employees if your a higher rank and is willing to go up higher if I have to if something not done about it my family has spoken with our attorney and he stated we have a case for (1) relationship with an employee..(2) termination with no verbal or written warning I'm hoping this will make changes if not I will see you guys in court I live Sonic it's a very great place to work but it's so unprofessional at the Sonic in marlin tx when the Supervisor (Amanda) gets upset she yells and curse instead of talking to her employee like they are human people I also have footage of the way things a handle there & it's very unpleasant thanks for your time ___per former employee...
PS. it's a family run business and no rules are followed when I comes to the brother the sister and the mother
I have a confession to make, one of my other coworkers saw this post, and they informed James and Amanda about this. James never used drugs, and I only made that up because I was mad at Amanda for firing me. They are going out but Amanda is not pregnant. But still it is against company policy for an employee to date his supervisor. I was written up several times. I guess when I threatened them with an attorney they showed their true cowardly colors and threatened to counter sue me for libel, even though I have freedom of speech. Amanda has never sworn at the customers or workers as I started. Okay James and Amanda you heartless cowards, I take back the lies I said about you. But keep in mind that I was angry at the time and wanted to cause trouble for you and to vent, it is a shame that you result to cowardly actions by taking away my right to free speech by threatening to sue me if I do not either confess the truth and or take this letter down. Dumb losers.
short on pay and wrongfully fired and short on hours
I was working for Sonic drive-in in Rockport Texas when I was wrongfully fired. One of the managers that is still there. When I was hired she has done everything to cause me to quit or get fired I was always getting yelled at by her and degrated by her and her daughter who repeatedly called me stupid and the manger who hired me would not listen to one word when I tried to explain everything

On July 3, 2017 I tried for the 3rd time to allow the Sonic Drive in in Richardson, TX get my order corrected. On a previous date I placed an order and the order was not correct or as I ordered it. I spoke with Oscar the supervisor, who promised that upon my next visit he would add the corrected items as they should have been initially. Well, I was charged for the items on the 2nd visit. So once again I called Oscar, and once again, promised on the next visit it would be corrected. Well that was today. I received the initial items corrected, but Oscar forgot some of the additional items I ordered today! Is this a joke? can this store not ever get an order correct the 1st time?
milkshakes
I arrived at sonic at 9:45pm, I sat in stall 28, for 15 minutes I pushed the button and no one answered, other cars pulled in and I could hear them ordering, I then moved to stall 27, after 10 minutes someone answered, they were out of everything so I settled for something I didn't even want but wasn't leaving empty handed after all that wait, at 10:45 my order came out, I asked for a drink holder and they were out, of that too, the milkshakes were melted and warm and 3/4ths full, as if they had been sitting for a while, they were not worth my time or money, I frequently visit Sonic but this was just unacceptable.. I tried to call them but no one answered...
wrong order, managers unprofessional
Hello my name is Jasmin Ramos i have been in the customer service industry for about 10 years and let me tell you you need a lot of help at your sonic on Blackstone ave in fresno, Ca. I was there at about 9:30 pm on 7/02/17 first of all 1/2 of your order window pos dont work, i understand its busy but took 10min to get our order taken was as simple as it could be, a guy came took our order cuz the windows to order dont work and i ordered a Med oreo banana shake and a med reg strawberrie slush with 1 extra strawberry and it was happy hour so my order should not have been more than $4, so about 25 min later they bring me drinks a med oreo banana shake and they brought a med strawberry shake with 2x strawberry so it was wrong then i told them it was wrong and asked to get what i ordered and the girl told me that they where really busy and she would ask her manager so then about 10 min later she comes out with my melted med oreo banana shake and she brought ne a L strawberry slush with a ton of strawberries a lill to much super sweet and then tells me that because they brought me a big with xtra strawberries but i still had to pay the two shakes and by the way was disgusting because it was melted ice cream and a super sweet drink so i was so upset i decided i would deal with it today now i did not drink the drinks so i would like my money back for such unprofessional people working there and because im a server myself i know this was so wrong, i was not mean or angry then i was just wanting what i ordered, will be expecting to hear from someone soon. We have been going there for over 2 years at least 3-4 times a week for the great tea . Well the past week we have gone for our unsweetened tea and it was very nasty tasting .Tasted old and just nasty. Than the icing on this issue was yesterday when we went to our shock there was very very little ice in the glass. By the time we got home there was no ice left . We only live about 1 1/2 miles from there. We usually have ice in there for a few hours. We don;'t know if you guys have new workers in there or what but we are very disappointed. Than my tea

pay extra. Well yesterday the lemon was so small a sliver not even an inch long and very very thin. Another issue is the wrong phone number on the listing page there phone number should be [protected] instead the telephone number listed is a wal mart phone number. Wal mart was kind enough to give me the right number. I called and spoke to someone at sonic and let them know but the young lady told me oh they knew it was a wrong phone number but they can't do anything about it . What is that ? can't or won't ? people in our town love sonic but if the quality of the items go down and service continues to be rude the doors will have to shut because people will not like this place .Please straighten out this place before more people will be going other places ! thanks !
paying for water
6/28/2017 16:31 I like to stop at Mountain Home Sonic rather than other fast food because of the service and food have been very good for me. Above time I was treating my 83 yr old mother to the new concretes as she not able to drive. No problem with food or service, but why are you the only business in town to charge 50 cents for glass of water? My mother needed to take medication with water. All needed was couple of swallows so could enjoy her ice cream. I had spent almost $10 and still required to pay for water ! We were not under a water ban in Mountain Home, AR.

On Sunday, June 25th at 3:30 p.m., I waited longer than expected at the drive-through(zero cars in front of me), and placed my usual happy hour order...diet cherry limeade. The female attendant stated that we do not have diet cherry limeade. I'm confused? I reordered, thinking she was confused and got the same reply. I then asked for ANY diet limeade... was told no diet limeades. Still confused? Asked attendant that they surely had diet sprite or zero? Response, "no we do not." My response, "thanks & bye!"
hole in bottom of my cup.
I ordered an ocean water slush and received it and placed it in my cup holder not knowing there was a small hole in the bottom of the cup. As I was driving home still unaware of the hole, I pulled in my neighborhood and finally picked the drink up to take a sip and my cup holder was full of liquid and it went all over me when I picked it up and went all over my carpet In my jeep. Now my carpet is blue stained. You may ask why I decided to not drink it till then and that's because my jeep is a stick shift so I have to use both hands to drive. This is not acceptable. Cups should be checked for holes or cracks. I want something done about this. I just had the inside of my jeep cleaned the day of the accident before this happened. I guess this could be filed under both service and product. I arrived at the Sonic Drive-In (in Norfolk, Nebraska) at 7:45 p.m. and was in a hurry, so I went through the drive-thru. Little did I know the mistake I would be making because my food did not arrive until 8:17 p.m. I kept telling myself that because the wait was so long it's probably because they were carefully preparing the product. My food arrived and upon opening the product I was severely disappointed. I ordered a premium breakfast burrito and a bacon breakfast burrito. Image #00 is the bacon breakfast burrito which was smaller than a taco. I hoped after paying almost seven bucks for the premium breakfast combo that would not disappoint. As you can see by image #02, that burrito was even smaller than the previous one and I added the dollar bill next to it as a size comparison. If I had known I would wait over 32 minutes for essentially two tacos, I would have gone elsewhere. The only positive from this experience was they got my chocolate coke correct. I do not feel like I received over $10 in food and will probably not be back to Sonic for some time.

I went to sonic in Topeka Kansas on Gage. I was on my lunch break i had 30 minutes lunch break. I was with a friend. I was in my car she was in her car. I pressed the button to order before she did. I told the lady what i wanted she said hold on i can't hear you. So i waited about 20 minutes nobody answered me. So i pushed the button again and still nobody answered me. So then by that time i had to leave hungry and go back to work. I was very upset and starving

My husband works for the George West sonic drive inn in Texas. When asking the manager Cindy to please either place him on days or nights because I am getting a new job and we shuffel the babysitting between the 2 of us we have three kids and don't have the extra money for daycare... These are the messages I got in return. Not to mention I had a confrontation with a night manager name Crystal had come to my house to ask me "what was my problem" when I ask for husband to come home for help. This sonic is unprofessional and a scam.
