I placed an online order. I didn't realize I had picked the inorrect location. I tried to call and cancel the order and they said that I needed to contact corporate. So I placed the order at the sonic I was located at so I was charged twice due to the fact that they would not canel my order. Very frustrating. I usually go to Sonic Daily for the drink specials and I don't believe that will be happening anymore.

Desired outcome: Refund of the online order that I did not receive order number 423435521ticket #197 I can be reached at [protected] or email at Angela.[protected]@cityofls.net.
