Super 8 costormer service

Super 8 off of aeroplaza colo srgs they take your 100 deposit but theirs always an issue when time to leave i believe the staff are stealing or deposits
nov.26 cheak out time 11 no deposit to return lady with broke foot working

Super 8 Charged for smoking in a room

We stayed in Super 8, Paris Illinois. Checked in late Aug 31, 2021 and checked out the next moring @ 11am (Sept 1, 2021). We had business in the town and were out of the rooms for several hours before actually checking out.

After returning home I checked the credit card statement and found a cleaning charge for $150. I called the hotel for infromation about the charge and then requested it be removed. Was told that I a manager would return my call. Never received a call.
I call again on Sept 9. Manager of duty cursed me out and said they had found ashes in the room.
We don't smoke. Never have smoked. I put all trash in the trash can. I try to leave a room tidy.

Desired outcome: Reversal of $150. Appology from Manager for his behavior.

I stayed with Super 8 in Chandler, Phoenix for 1 night only, on Aug 2nd. On that date, the front desk charged a refundable $100 deposit for damages and smoking in the room. Super 8 Hotel

I am here now. There are drugs, prostitutes, abuse. Some staffs are nice, but it took all my strength to gain respect. I'm a top employee as a medical inspector for Boston Scientific. I just asked for a 1 mile radius map printed with stores, post office, etc. He's standing right at the printer and computer and flat out says no way! All they have is giant maps in magazines that are far away. I have so much legally binding events recorded with date initial and time, it's absurd.

Super 8 Not being able to rent a room even after making reservations

The Super 8 motel in GrandJunction Colorado is not a place to stay. They are rude and don't honor their agreements. On May 24 I booked a room for may 29th & 30th I was coming to town to attend the service for a close friend of mine that had passed away. When I arrived at the motel, I gave my name, my DL and my credit card and let her know I had reservations. She confirmed the reservation but then informed me she couldn't give me a room because there was a problem with my credit card. I told her that must be a mistake to try running it again. She replied "It is not a problem with your credit, it is with your card" I asked what that meant? she explained "the card the ID and the reservations all have to have the same name on them and your card has no name on it" I told her it is my card, you can call the card company and varify who's name is on the account. plus if the card has any problems with it, you know who I am because you have my picture ID. then I said my friend has a card with his name on it and his ID, will that work? She quickly said NO, it has to match the name on the reservation. I then said well I can pay in cash. She then said that they don't accept cash, After trying three different ways to pay and being turned down, I asked isn't there anything I can do. I just drove five hours to get here. She said yes there is something you can do. I asked what is that? She simply said "you can get out of here! Then I checked around at the other motels . No one had any vacancies. So I had to sleep in my car and cut my visit a day short. To me this is unacceptable as well as unjustified. While making my reservations, nothing was said about my name need be on the face of my card. Every other business hasn't had a problem accepting it. They accepted it while making the reservations. I can not believe any business would treat anyone in such a manner, especially the elderly.

Super 8 stealing from personal private belongings

Left enclosed clip board in room, and ask desk clerk to check in room to see if it was still in room. She went and check, came back to phone and told me she had it in her hands, and said she would put it in safe and leave a note with general manager in her office. Talked with general manager next morning to overnight package by delivery service to me, but was not told that one of the two ladies was going to go through my private belonging and steal personal stuff out of folder. When received package from Fed-Ex, looked in package, discovered that my personal folder had been gone thru, and merchandise had been stolen out of package. Called shipping place in Lewisburg, West Virginia where package was shipped from, and was told that motel general manager placed folder into shipping box, taped it up, put label on it, and gave package to person in store ready to be shipped. So, either the desk clerk or the general manager, or both are guilty of stealing private property from the folder. This took place on April 14-16, 2021 at the Super 8 Motel on Village Drive in Lewisburg, West Virginia.

Desired outcome: Belongings gave back or discharge of dishonest people

Very Dirty place and whole place smelled of smoke, including all rooms. Rooms were blocked off for bridal party. Carpets were extremely dirty. Super 8 The room

I stayed at super 8 phoenix metro center on 9/19-9/20. The room was not cleaned. There was writing on the mirror and door. And roaches. The worst stay I have ever had there. Will not be returning.

Our stay at the Motel 6 Texarkana Texas upon entering the room noticing that the roof was full of dashed and dust all over the bed and curtains and counter when asked for move to another room they told us no they don't have any other rooms available when they clearly did and had a rough night with stuff falling off the ceiling and blowing out of the air condition
