My husband and were raised in S.California Riverside/San Bernardino area and LOVE Taco Bell. My Family as a whole rate Taco Bell Best . We live 35 miles from nearest One (Le Grande Oregon) We live in Baker city Oregon 97814. We drive there about once a week (cravings what can I say) I love your tacos!
Today we ordered but I chose to add a $1.00 tostado extra. the one in display showed a flat tortilla, refried beans, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. the one I got looked like only lettuce and cheese with a bunch of pink sauce in a circle . I went to counter and asked for one closer to the example The manager who had been talking loudly about needing a 3 week vacation, came over asking what was wrong I told her and said just LOOK at this and picture on board menu I was expecting. The Manager said they won't look like those because THOSE are plastic. she then opened register and said here is your dollar back then .
She went back to (I assume) her office and I asked the Girl (noone was wearing name tags) for her name, the girl stiffened and then said "I can't do that". Mind you I am 71 years old and was night manager for Hardee's first in Des Moines then Centerville Iowa. I know a little bit about HOW you communicate with a customer who is making a complaint.
Please know that your business would be much improved at the Le Grande Oregon store if this manager was to be trained once more on your company policies in this area.
I will go there again for sure as we love Taco Bell and Know you will fix this Problem

My son and I visited the Taco Bell in Elkin, NC where the service wasn't good at all. The young lady that took the order was very rude and didn't even ask if she could take my order. When my food was ready, they just layed it on the counter uncovered and never called a number out to let me know my order was ready. I asked the rude young lady was that my order and she replied yes. I asked why wasn't it covered up because all kinds ppl breathing on it? She then stepped back to let the mgr on duty aware of what I said. I overheard someone say, next time I'll fix her right up and if they tampered with my food in any kind of way, I will be making a serious report on the whole store. Thanks and I hope to hear from someone very soon.

I went to the Taco Bell located at 121 S Murphy Rd, Murphy, TX 75094 on Friday 6/14. I ordered through the drive through. When I got home and started to eat my meal, I bit into something crunchy and hard so I spit it out, it was the black beans, they were dried out and hard. I went back to taco bell and the Mgr said she'd make me another one, never once apologized for the food that I'd been served. She stepped back in the kitchen area and grabbed a pitcher of water and was pouring it into the black beans while another worker stirred the dry beans. I said, I don't want those, so I had them make it with refried beans. What poor quality service to put water in dried out food infront of the customer and try to serve it to them. Also the Mgr who did not have on a name tag was counting the drawer when I walked in, when she stepped away from the counter no other staff was there and she left the money drawer unattended. I realize that this is fast food but do you even train your staff.. That action was not safe and should never have happened. I'm so disappointed in the service and in the food. To resolve this I'd like your staff to be trained on how to represent your brand.

Several times recently our Taco Bell has been closed before 10 PM, without notice. Today, we went it in and wanted to order a Nachos Box (which they had on their menu in a full sized poster), but were told they didn't serve that item anymore!?!? It is very frustrating when you cannot order food due to closures and or being told that the company stopped ordering items so you cannot offer them-THEN TAKE THEM OFF THE STUPID MENU!

Some time ago I had ordered online via the phone app and when we got to the Taco Bell they had run out of items and the duty Supervisor said she can not refund money nor adjust the amount of money I had already paid via online. They tried to substitute the items I had order with lesser value drinks and food. It was a complete chaotic mess. They were rude and did not care if your were pleased or not. This is why the Taco Bell in 104 South Goose Creek Blvd, Goose Creek, SC 29445 and all of Charleston SC surrounding areas rate very low in reviews. Does Corporate Taco Bell even really care? Why is this allow? Check all the reviews specially on Yelp and you might have a chance to improve business. Great food but Horrible service.

At work on 06/18/2019 and trying to order lunch, the app and the website are unable to be used due to the advertising for a free taco today. I am just trying to make an order with the application and I can't even do that. I don't care about the free taco or anything. What I do care about is being able to get my order taken care of so that way there is less of a wait for myself on lunch. This is completely ridiculous and something needs to be done about this.
Note that the website states that due to high traffic they are unable to process my order and the application just idles and will not login.

The girl at the counter spilled my soda all over the place after getting me the wrong soda and then lied to me about wiping the cup down I got soda in my new Escalade and then when I got home about three minutes later the Chalupa's were very very cold and there was about a teaspoon of chicken if that into each one and I spent 20 bucks to buy four of these

Okay so normally I am not one to complain cause I work in fast food so I get it, but get your [censored] together Herkimer NY Taco Bell. I eat here a lot and this is now the 3rd time my order is completely screwed up, soggy, and gross. I ordered;
1 chalupa supreme.
1 cool ranch dorito locos taco.
4 soft tacos.
1 steak quesadilla.
1 grilled steak soft taco.

They told my fiance when he asked for a chalupa supreme they only do steak and chicken which is a LIE, cause I always get it with beef. The dorito taco was completely soggy and cold in the middle, just fell apart in my hand. The 4 SOFT tacos which you see in photo were also somewhat cold and the edges of the tacos were dried up and the whole wrapper is filled with meat grease and melted cheese that when taking the taco off the wrapper the wrapper came with it. We didnt even get the quesadilla they gave us 2 [censored]ing steak chalupa supremes. The only thing they got right was the grilled steak soft taco. My fiance even had to turn around and go back because they forgot the nacho cheese they CHARGED me for. Now it only takes about 15 mins to get home from taco bell, my food should NOT be that cold already. I called the store 3 times now, and got no answer from them. Sad to say I love Taco Bell but I will NOT be returning for a long while. Just basically insult to injury on this already horrible [censored]ing day I been having.

Tonight was the first time in years I have been to the 971 highway 51 north location. I will never go there again. The cashier was so rude I couldn't believe it. Even the couple ahead of me were mad. When their order was ready she slammed 2 boxes on the counter and walked away. And when They told her it was to go, she threw a bag on the counter and said "there you go" and walked away again. I just left taco bell and found a big piece of a plastic bag in my taco... I have pictures if needed. Really not happy at all. I'm no health physician but I'm sure it's not healthy to eat that. I just left the Taco Bell in Tyler, Tx located on old Jacksonville and it was the rudest of any experience. The girl working the drive through made a comment, "our favorite kind of people with all of the substitutions, " because we asked for no tomatoes. That was over the intercom in the middle of my husband trying to order. We drove forward to collect our order and she rolled her eyes as we got there, shut the window in our face and turned her back. When she handed us our bag she didn't ask if we wanted sauces or anything so as my husband asks for sauce she hands us four packets in a rude manner basically throwing our food, we have 6 tacos! She again, immediately shut the window so we couldn't even ask for more. We also received no receipt for our items. She was extremely unprofessional.
You don't KNOW if it was a woman or girl. I wouldn't call most teenagers 'grown women'. The commenter also stated that the employee did not ask if sauces were desired (as is usual) and when they did ask there were not enough packets given before the window was shut and the employee's back was turned.

I am a former employee of Taco Bell. The way I was fired was very unfair. There's a lot of other stuff a lot worse going on by other employees and they are still working there. First of all the employee Cecibel (Shift Leader) repeatedly has brought several employees to tears and hysterics due to the "work place violence of her attitude and downgrading." According to OSHA Section 5(a)(1) of the OSHA Act, or P.L. 91-596 (the "General Duty Clause") provides that: "Each employer shall furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which are free from recognized hazards that are causing or are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees." 29 U.S.C. 654(a)(1). Taco Bell is in violation of this fact accordingly. On several occasions Cecibel was very disrespectful to her employees to who she felt wasn't working or learning fast enough. These employees were new and having a hard time (without training) getting up to speed. Lee the general manager puts these employees to work without any training at all what so ever. She's always complaining how slow people are. How do you expect people to learn if you don't train them right? She is always calling these employees stupid and slow. Food was ripped or jerked out of their hands if they weren't quick enough or folded a burrito correctly on the first try by the shift leader "Cecibel". She has degraded, put down, and generally talked to these employees poorly. You cannot expect someone to know how to do things if they haven't been properly trained or had enough time to train to learn what they need to learn. You cannot train someone either by screaming at them all the time. None of the new employees are being asked to watch the videos until the last minute when expiration point is reaching. Absolutely no OSHA training. Several employees including myself have gone home with numerous burns because of improper training and lack of equipment. From my stand point Taco Bell is in gross violation of OSHA. Food used past it's time or not cooked properly. Managers have to warm up meat in the oil because they don't keep watch of how much they have in the heating cabinet. Tortillas not cooked properly by the manager Lee or Cecibel because they are worried about the speed more than the quality of the food. I had to tell Lee to stay of the steamer while I'm working on it. He tends to stick his hands and just take the tortillas without them being properly warmed. For me quality of the food is very important because I think about myself being served this food. I wouldn't want no cold or incorrect made food handed out to me. Some of my team members said I cared too much because of how I would display my food and made sure everything was done right. Lee was not trained properly either for him to be a general manager. There's a lot of things Roman the area coordinator is still training him on. I don't think it's fair that Lee held the position because of connections he had with other employees. A position should be earned and no given to because of connections. Lee feels just because he's a general manager he is higher than every other employee. He feels he doesn't have to do anything because he's a general manager. I'm sorry but when we had Zack as general manager, he helped out with everything. When Zack arrived to the store, he would ask where we needed him and jump right to it. With Zack our store felt like a family was working there not everyone against each other. Lee is always saying if he is not mean and we like him, he is not doing his job. I'm sorry but you being an ignorant is not going to make your employees respect you. He would say his wife said "he's to nice" I'm sorry but your wife has nothing to do with your job. Lee has also had his wife working at Tacobell a day they were short on employees on a night shift. His wife is not an employee at our Tacobell or any Tacobell at all. Another night we had three employees and Lee on top of the three. He wanted us to scrub the floors. The whole night he was mostly sitting in his office. Why couldn't he scrub the floors or get on the line so the other employee scrub the floor? No we had to scrub the floor at the end of our shift and leave past our time we are scheduled. We already tired from making orders and doing everything we have to do when closing but yet we still need to scrub the floors. With Lee there is a team but him for himself. All he is worried about is his speed to get his bonus. He is downgrading and yelling at us about his time. If he would put enough employees and talk to us right, we wouldn't have a problem helping him with the time. I feel him firing an employee because of his time for him moving slow was very unfair. The employee was great at the window, why not give him a chance there or even putting him on his shifts so he could work with him more on his speed? A person cannot be properly trained to be on the register or on line by themselves after a day or two. There's several times we didn't have what we needed and informed him of it but yet we wouldn't get it till days later. Also why should the team members be the ones doing all training? We don't mind helping here and there but when we have to be teaching every single thing then there's a problem. We don't get paid to trained and we have orders to worry about to be training at the same time. Lee told me as well if he didn't like the employee he could get them fired. Which is very hateful. It's not about you liking the employee. How can people respect you if you don't? Lee is always telling the employees to go to hell and die. I'm sorry but is not something a manager should be saying. This was brought up to Roman and his response was "He's just be sarcastic and joking. Don't take it seriously." If the employee doesn't like it shouldn't it be brought up to Lee's attention to not be speaking that way? Every single customer that comes with a complaint he gives them free food because he doesn't want any "loops." These customers are going to notice this and come back the next day or have a family member come for them with a complaint. Lee is also very unfair there's several employees that want more hours but yet he rather hire more people and cut hours to the employees he already has. He makes a lot of changes to the schedules with notifying anyone. All these complaints about Lee are not all of sudden because of the fact of me being fired because I know that's what is going to be tried said. I tried to make these complaints to Roman but he didn't ever have time. We had a mandatory rally which Roman was supposed to attend but yet he didn't. Then when he does arrive he speaks with an employee about a situation that went on so we didn't ever get the chance to speak with him. Other team members and myself tried talking to Roman but seems like our opinions doesn't matter since we are just regular employees. What Roman and Lee don't understand the regular employees make the store. If it wasn't for regular employees there wouldn't be a store running. At the end of the day you need regular employees to keep the store running. There's also a lot of thieves at the store. That I'm aware of the employee I know that is stealing money is Ironesia but yet that's not ever noticed. Discounts are given to certain people that shouldn't be getting a discount. I feel like there needs to be better management. More cameras should be put up as well if you really want to know what's going on. I am abhorred by Taco Bell's disgusting display of management at 2245 W. Holcombe Houston, Texas 77030. I feel I was unfairly fired over a situation that wasn't investigated throughly all the way first. It's very unfair that the customers are always right. In my opinion customers are not always right especially if they are admitting to it. Honestly Tacobell all they care about is the customers and not the employees. Roman and Lee should have a little more respect for an employee that has always been there when needed. They had no value for me after working through my whole pregnancy up to a week before giving birth. Once I came back after maternity leave I picked up every shift that needed to picked up. Yet I make one mistake that I wasn't heard out on and I was lying about everything. Obviously the shift leader and customer is saying the truth about everything. I think I had the right to be upset if this customer came with an attitude, degraded me, talked about my race and threatened me that she would shoot me if she had her gun on her. Of course though none of that matters because the only thing that matters are the customers right? I might have missed some things on this complaint and honestly the reason for submitting this complaint is for the sake of who were my team members. It would seem that in order to make a company truly great, you need to make your employees truly great! I understand this is fast food but this goes beyond monstrous! I expect to hear something from Taco Bell Corporate but if I don't I understand, I just hope something is done for all the other team members working there.

I am a weekly customer at our local Taco Bell, however, almost every time we have went the last few weeks (normal 2-3x's a week) they say they are out of Baja Blast...they have messed up our orders multiple times without apology. Last night the girl was very rude amd short, after the fact that we waited 13 minutes in the drive through with only one person in front of us and no one inside that wasn't already waited on, to top it off they messed up our order - we called once we got home but no one would answer (9:30pm). This is ridculous that it's a constant thing! Ready to stop giving Taco Bell my business at this point.

$5 nacho box
2 pm 6/9/19. Went to the Brookville Ohio, 45309, Taco Bell/ KFC. Ordered the $5 nacho box and an order of nacho supreme natchos. When I got home I found a very small container of fries with hamburger, sour cream and cheese that I didn't order and a nacho supreme. There was no receipt in the bag and none offered at the window.
I called the store and explained the problem and was told to come back and get the $5 box. I spoke with someone named Joseph and gave him my name.
About 4:15 pm my wife went there and was told they no longer had a $5 nacho box and offered nothing else. We have bought this box several times in the past. They could have told me they didn't have it when I ordered it or when I called but did not either time. I don't think this was handled well and Will keep that in mind next time we order out. Probably won't be Brookville's taco bell.

Today I went to Taco Bell 05329 for my first time in Bulverde, TX. There were many problems. First I was in the drive thru with about 8 cars ahead of me. It took 15 minutes to be served. The order was keyed in correctly. After leaving the facility I began eating 3 mins later. I had pinto and cheese but had no spoon to eat. The shells on my tacos were very cold and broken. I did the best I could but then went to drink my Dr Pepper and it was Coke. Sad lunch - I ordered 3 items and all 3 were messed up after waiting a long time.

Hi there! I am unsure who I need to go to about this. This story may seem funny but in the moment it was super disgusting.
I went to Taco Bell in Chickamauga, Ga this afternoon and ordered some food in the drive thru. When I got up to the window, the lady running the cash register had a shirt over her nose and was screaming out the window "Do you have an air freshener!?"
I simply replied, "no.." confused as to why I would be asked this.
She went on to explain that a customer came inside to order some food and farted and smelled up the entire kitchen.
I could not believe how graphic and loud she was being about this. We couldn't even eat our food because we were overcome with the gross visual of someones flatulence floating about the kitchen.
Telling the story does make me chuckle a bit, but I hope this never happens again to anyone else. I think the employees of this taco bell need to be taught basic manners and professional skills.
