behavior by staff at the drive in
I go to Taco Bell frequently on Hixson Pike (which is across the street from Dupont School). The employee takes my order which is fine - but when you get to the window, the food it almost thrown at me, no comments are made with a Thank you and the Window closed as soon the order is given to you. This happens constantly. It would go along way if staff is trained on Etiquette 101. A smile and a Thank you goes a long way. It is so ridiculous that I am thinking of taking my business elsewhere.
I was told they were closed before closing.
My husband and I arrived at Taco Bell/KFC in Bonner Springs on 7 hwy at 10:28pm tonight. I was told that they were closed. I said "aren't you open till 11pm". She said " ya, but I'm basically out of everything. I got no shells, beef, and stuff". Those were her exact words! She didn't even ask me if I wanted KFC, what I actually went there for. I love this place and the day time people are my favorite. But the night crew needs to learn some work ethic. This is costing you money because their shutting down early. I wonder if they'll have food in the morning. Attached is a picture of the time when I started my complaint so that you can see it was before closing. KFC closes at 11pm and Taco Bell at midnight.

Pulled into the drive-thru line at 12:00pm, got to the ordering speaker at 12:25pm and waited another 10 minutes in silence. Nobody ever greeted to take my order so I said "Hello?" a few times before pulling forward to the window. I was greeted by a confused looking employee and I told him I was waiting and saying Hello and nobody answered. He was shocked and said his headset died and he didn't realize it then told me to go back around and get in line. I said no, I've already waited 25 minutes and your line is still all the way through the parking lot. He said sorry but you have to go around, if someone is at the speaker they have to be served first. I said you seriously can't take me order here, and he said no you have to go back around and shut the window on me. I will NEVER return to this location. This service is despicable and they clearly had no intention of correcting their mistake of a dead headset in the middle of the lunch rush. I want a free meal voucher as I wasted my entire lunch break on 6/6/2019 waiting to order then got turned away.

Can't get through on the complaint line. I don't think any one is there just a recording and puts you on hold. Taco just don't care. I have complained about the Taco Bell in manhattan kansas giving me the senior discount. I did not ask for it. sine 20 year old at the register decided I was old. Then the manager called me and makes excuses. I won't be back. Can't run a business, the complaint line is not even real. I will go get me a taco at a place that doesn't call me old.

Sad to say i had a bad experience at my local Taco Bell. I ordered two 12-packs of the Cinnabon delights, (24 in total) when I got my food there was only one container and I thought that wouldn't have all 24 Cinnabon delights in it but they told me they had both orders just in one container, they only gave me 17 in total instead of the 24 I ordered. Very disappointed because I loveeee my Cinnabon Delights and love Taco Bell in general, tonight service was just off. I would like to be refunded for the missing 7 Cinnabon delights if possible.

On May 22, 2019, I finally took the time to call Taco Bell Corporate to ask why an item, Cheesy Breakfast Burrito, was removed from their menu. It was the only breakfast item on their menu that did not have nacho cheese. Now the only option is the Grilled Breakfast burrito. The only difference between the two is shredded cheese vs. nacho cheese and one is not grilled, the other is. I do NOT want nacho cheese for breakfast, nor am I able to eat it without my acid reflux acting up. I was given the "corporate answer" it was a decision made by the marketing department. Now, if I want to have the cheese substituted I have to pay an addition $0.30. I don't agree with that. I'm substituting one cheese for another. All the ingredients are still in the store to make the one I want, so why take it off the menu? I was told they would put in the request for it to come back. We all know that means that nothing will be done. I was also told that I never should have expected a call back, because they don't do that. What kind of attitude is that?

This place is absolutely worst Taco Bell I've ever been to in my life and I've been to quite a few. The reviews about slow service are true. We ordered a simple 2x Spicy Taco Supreme and 2x Crunchy Taco Supreme. We waited for over 30 minutes. I went over to the guy that took my order - Gideon Gallagher. He says that my order wasn't even on the queue. It's no surprise that this place as such a low rating. If you see this man at the cashier, do NOT order from him. This guy will screw it up guaranteed! He's always busy on his phone or talking to his friends. He doesn't pay attention when taking the order. He didn't even apologize!
The manager should fire this person for poor customer service.
beef supreme chalupa
I visited our Taco Bell in Wapakoneta, Ohio last night to get dinner. My son ordered the Chalupa $5 Box and an extra Chalupa. First, they didn't put it in a box, they bagged it, which would have been bad but the wrappings were loose and coming off. So, I was rewrapping the chalupas when I noticed that it was extremely full of lettuce. Upon further inspection, I had to HUNT for the meat. It was a thin strip of meat on the bottome and was loaded with lettuce, tomatoes like a salad. So I check the other one and it was the same way. I got back into the drive through line, I had already waited almost ten minutes the first time, and waited my turn to ask them to fix them.
After another 10-15 minutes, I got to the window. I told the older lady that there was almost no visible meat. For $3.09, there should be meat not all lettuce. She took them, tossed them in the garbage, without looking at them, and yelled to the line worker that the lady in the window says theres not enough meat, make them again.
I got the chalupas and headed home, thinking they certainly made them better.
Nope, they didn't. I had to hunt for the thin strip of meat again and the lettuce was overflowing. I am so upset because this is not the first time I have gotten food from Taco Bell and there is almost no meat on them, chalupas and gorditas especially.
When I pay over $3 for a chalupa I should expect a fair amount of beef. the picture shows it nicely filled with visible meat! I am going to stop going to Taco Bell if this doesn't change. Evidently bringing it to their attention and expressing how upset I am and the inconvenince isn't enough.
I worked at taco bell as a shift manager for a couple of years in Lima, Ohio and we would never had gotten away with 10-20 minutes drive through times and then to not work hard to make food right and the customer happy is unacceptable!
Please help to change this stores methods of measuring, because if I'm expected to pay over $3 for a chalupa and get only a thin line of meat, I'm done with your facilities!

I am 95 years old and have been a totally satisfied customer since you were born.
Your sauces are very good, but not the best. A few years ago you had a wonderful sauce that was more like a salsa. But it disappeared from your menu. I never understood why as it was the best of your sauces.
You introduce new items at times to provide variation in your menu. You should reintroduce that salsa sauce.

Ordered family pack and I believe the total was about $14.00. When we started to eat them, we found that we had only taco shells with a smear of onion/gravy and really nothing else. I paid $14.00 for empty taco shells. Very disappointing.
We had gotten them before and there was more of a mixture. I will never stop again at The Taco Bell on Union Avenue in Memphis, TN.
In the past, I have gotten food from the store on Estate which was actually food...instead of a bag of taco shells.
Please investigate the store on Union.
I was so disgusted with the food, tired and hungry that I don't have the receipt. I don't have the money to spend on "nothing".

wrong order and waiting time
Visited for a "quick" meal before going to the races. Waited about 10 mins to order finally ordered them waited 20 mins for food only to be given wrong order ordered loaded nacho taco box got grande nacho box not happy as had to eat it anyway as we were already half an hour into our visit. Wasn't given option to get right order anyway. #disgusted. With Taco Bell won't visit again unless something changes for the better manager rude to staff who were clearly trying there best looked short staffed.

My son ordered the Nacho Taco box with drink and I ordered the Nacho Bell Grande. I told the man make it however you make it minus the guacamole. We decided to eat when we got home which was an additional 25 minutes away. When I opened my Nacho Bell grande to my surprise it was loaded with Guacamole. You know when you order food the way you like it or want it you get to expect it the way you ordered it. Then to top it off the receipt says add Guacamole and I was charged extra for something I stated to omit!

Every time we order tacos there is so little beef in them its hard to call them a taco, it's basically a salad. We have only one taco bell in out area so I'm not sure if its the same everywhere but it is always this way in our Canon City Colorado Taco Bell . The Taco Bell prices are so reasonable especially for our large family it would be so wonderful to get their taco family packs but we don't go very often because its sad to get tacos wirh so little meat in them. May 26, 2019 After watching a TV commercial for the $5 Nacho box we went down to our local Taco Bell at 360 Broad St Fairborn OH to buy some. We were told that they didn't have the supplies to make these? How can that be? So after that disappointment we proceeded to order 3 other $5 box deals and 2 bean burritos with extra beans. When we got home and opened our food...wow what a rip...all burrito shell and taco shells with hardly any filling...also the bean burritos hardly had any beans and we paid for extra beans; needless to say we were all very turned off with our food...20 bucks of dough and stale taco shells and not getting what we went there for in the first place..a $5 Nacho box.
