customer service
Date of incident 2/15/18
Approximately 8:35-8:40 am I returned to Taco Bell
12105 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90064
to return a hash brown purchased @8:15. I returned the hash brown because it was old and hard, appeared to be cooked the day before and reheated. When I returned to the drive thru there was the same clerk who took my order who I later learned her name was Melissa.
Melissa took the has brown, closed the window and came back with a new hash brown. I told Melissa I don't want another hash brown because it was for my daughter (she was no longer with me). I told Melissa that I wanted an orange juice instead. Melissa told me "we don't do exchanges". I asked her to get the manager. Melissa told me she was the manager. I told Melissa to give me my money back (for the hash brown).
Melissa was very rude and disrespectful as she told me I'll give you your money back so give me the food. I asked her for what, and that I had eaten off of one of the quesadillas . Melissa went further to say give me the food, all of the food. I gave her the bag and told her to just give me my money back. Melissa said that I had eaten off the hash brown anyway, which was not true. It was broken by hand to try to eat, but it was too hard. Melissa said where are the Cinnabons. I told her in my mouth. Melissa said I'm not refunding the money for the Cinnabons as she began to pull out her phone to calculate the difference amongst her colleagues . I told her she must have lost her...mind that I had to drive back down here because they gave me some hard...hash brown. I told Melissa to give me my bag and my receipt and I took it. I got out of my car and went inside the establishment and demanded my money and I said "or do I need to call the police". Melissa said "and what are they going to do." I said get my money back, make a report so I can sue Taco Bell.
At this point Tanya came forth and said she was the manager and she'll help me. I said so you lied and said you were the manager and at this point Melissa told me to shut up. I told her you shut the...up. There was one older worker who was saying shh to me. I said don't shh me. (Nobody spoke up to tell Melissa to calm down and explain to her that it was their error, and I had use gas to drive back here and all I wanted to do was to exchange the hash brown for an orange juice .)
The manager Tanya asked me to move my car from drive thru and she would work on the refund. I went outside to move my car and Melissa stares me down as if she wanted to fight. I told Melissa "you don't scare me with her attitude." Melissa told me you got attitude too. I called her stupid.
I moved my car and by the time I came back around Manager Tanya came out with my money as well as the only male that I saw working this morning. He stared at me as I talked to Tanya, but he never responded. I thanked Tanya and I asked her why she allowed Melissa to talk and act the way she did. Tanya told me that she had never seen her act like that and that she was going to talk to her. I have never been so disrespected by an employee of an establishment who refused to do what's right. Melissa was the most unprofessional person I've ever met and her behavior was very unethical. She is the type of employee who gives Taco Bell a bad reputation.
Resolution: Melissa needs to be thoroughly trained on customer service skills, if not fired. Staff need to be informed that it is unethical to sell old leftover food from previous day.
I will include photo of this hash brown and my refund receipt. Tanya said she trashed or left the original receipt inside.
I would strongly encourage you to please pull the tape to review this incident.

took too long to realize i was standing there with a 2 year old and it was obvious that i was there. JUST SAYING! food was poorly out together (sloppy) and my XXL Burrito barly had any guoc (put on one side) which didnt even look like they gave me the proper amount and i didnt taste the avacodo ranch. after me and my som where done eating what i ordered, my son wanted another burrito. i waited for so long in the line. longer than the last one. i waited as they passed out other food. they thought one order was mine i said (where everyone can here) no i havent ordered again yet. after they got those 2 orders done i was still waiting as an olderly man walks in. the woman working tonight was finally done talking to wheever she was talking to the whole time she came behind the counter and asked that guy what he wanted. As if I wasnt standing there for 8 [censor] minutes without anyone talking to me besides them having to ask that question and for me to tell them no I havent ordered again yet. So as my punishment for them ignoring me like the unprofessional [censor] they were tonight I left me and my son's mess on the table for them to do something other than stand around when I leave. Keep in mind I didnt even get to order my son's other burrito because I am pregnant and I was very pissed at these [censor] ignoring me then rather help someone that wasnt even in there as long as I was standing there waiting to take my damn second order!
unfriendly
I went in to pick up lunch from store number 022594 in Daytona FL, on 2/14/18 approx. 11:38, order number 146794. I placed a $25.00 order. The girl at the counter who took my order was nice and polite, Paris, but the manger is who was very unfriendly. The order was to go and the manager was putting the food on trays for a dine in, when I told her it was to go, she slammed the tray down and put the order into a bag. Very sloppy. She never smiled, the entire time, never said 1 word to me, very angry acting. I almost asked for my money back and left. When I asked the manager about making my free order of fries into a supreme, she complained to me she didn't know how to do that, since the fries were free, she didn't know how to adjust the price of just adding meat. Then, the $5 cravings box is now $5.79 not $5.00, the taco salad shows on line the menu price of being $5.49 but there I had to pay $6.49, a nacho bellGrande I had to pay $4.79 instead of price on line showing $3.69 and last, I paid for a chicken power bowl of $6.29 and on line price shows $5.19. This is very unsatisfactory . How is the acceptable ?
restaurant manager
I just had a really horrible experience at one of your Taco Bell restaurants in Encinitas California, and I wanted to document it and report it to you while it was still fresh in my mind. I was treated so badly that I actually feel like your employee should be fired, and I don't say that lightly. Not only did your employee ring up the wrong price for my food, (different than the price that is clearly stated on your menu), but then he refused to fix it to the correct price, and acted rude, arrogant, and condescending towards me during the whole time I talk to him. He never once offered any sort of apology at all, he just acted like I was wasting his time by telling him that he had ring up the wrong price for my food. His name was Armando, and he claimed to be the manager that evening. Below is exactly what happened.
I went through the drive-through at about 7:20 PM this evening (Sunday, Feb 11), at the Taco Bell at 1502 Encinitas Blvd, Encinitas, CA 92024. I ordered the new nacho fries supreme and the official Taco Bell corporate-manufactured menu in the drive-through stated that it cost $2.50. When I arrived at the drive-through window I already had my credit card out, and the person working at the window (Armando) held out his hand to take my credit card without telling me how much my food was. (He also failed to tell me how much it was at the time I ordered it through the drive-through speaker, he simply said "pull forward and I'll have your total for you.") So before handing over my card I said "how much is it?" He responded "$3.29." To which I stated "the sign says it should be $2.50 Plus tax, so $3.29 total cannot possibly be correct."
This is when he started lying to me. He said "yes, $2.50, so with tax $3.29." I said "no that isn't right. You're not ringing it up right. There is no way that the tax on $2.50 is another $.80." He kept insisting for a few more times that it was just the tax that made the price different, but after I repeatedly questioned him hen eventually admitted "yes, I keep telling my manager to fix the sign. The sign should say $2.99. Thats how much it is, $2.99." He knew exactly what the problem was the whole time, but he just stood there and lied to me to get me to pay more for my food without questing it. And he had kept lying to me about it, trying to get me to believe that the difference in price was just tax, so I would just pay for it. At this point his attitude changed from just apathetic and terse to ornery, and he started acting like I was just wasting his time, and he didn't care at all about the problem with ringing up my food that HE had just created. In the rest of my interaction with him he treated me like I didn't matter at all, and if I didn't like paying the wrong price for my food I should just leave.
I asked him to fix the price for me and charge me the correct price, as stated on the menu, and he said "there is nothing I can do about it. If you have a problem with it you should talk to the manager" in a really rude condescending tone.
So I said "well is there a manager here tonight right now that I can talk to, that can give me the correct price for my food?" He then pulled out a slip of receipt paper, and wrote down a woman's name on it, and a phone number, and said "here, this is the manager, you can call her if you have a complaint." To which I responded "but is there someone I can talk to here tonight? Is a manager here tonight that can fix this." He responded with, "I'm the manager." So I said "good, then you can fix this. Can you please give me the correct price for my food, the price but stated on the menu in the drive-through."
At this point he started bargaining with me, which is incredibly bizarre. He said, "I can give it to you for $2.90+ tax. That's the best I can do." I responded "no, I want to pay the correct price for my food, the price that's on your menu, the price that I'm supposed to be paying. It should be $2.50 plus tax, which should come out to roughly about $2.75 total." That's what I want to pay tonight for my food, because that's the correct price." He responded "well $2.90 is the best price I can give you. That's all I can do. But if you have a complaint call that phone number I gave you."
So at that point I left without getting my food, and without paying for it. The circumstances that I had just been through was so bizarre that there was no way I was gonna buy any food at that restaurant tonight. I pulled my car out of the drive-through and drove around to the parking lot and parked. I then proceeded to call the number on the slip of paper he gave me. The phone number went to a fax machine, and it started sputtering out those digital noises that a fax machines spit out when you call them with a phone. So by now I was getting furious with the entire situation. This guy's terse speech, and complete lack of caring for the situation that he had created, was getting really irritating. His attitude throughout the entire conversation was "why are you bugging me with this."
So I took the slip of paper he gave me, exited my car, and went back into the Taco Bell restaurant to confront him about the fake phone number he just gave me. I stood at the counter, and waited for him to see me. When he saw me I said "hey this phone number you just gave me goes to a fax machine." He replied "yes I know, it goes to us here at this restaurant." I said "look, if you're the manager, why don't you just fix the price for me and give me the food for the price that I'm supposed to be paying for it, the price that's on your menu." He responded "there is nothing I can do about it. I have to go by the price on the register. I can't change the price for you." To which I said "of course you can. You're the manager. I've never been to a fast food restaurant that couldn't fix the price when it was rung up wrong, and give me the correct price as stated on the menu." To which he said in an irritated manner "Well there's nothing I can do about it. You should talk to the manager tomorrow if you have a complaint."
At that point I just wanted to leave, so I asked him what his name was and he said "Armando." Then I left the restaurant, without any food, feeling like I should probably never go back there again if that man is still working there. He was so over-the-top, and rude, and weird, …God knows what he would do to my food if I ever return there. I'm afraid to go back to that restaurant at all, I feel like I can never go back to my local Taco Bell again after this bizarre, rude, and inappropriate interaction. So I left, and I went and got food someplace else, and now unfortunately you have lost a customer forever, because - as I stated, I'm afraid to go back to that restaurant if that rude bizarre person is working there.
I have never been treated this badly at a place where I was a customer in my entire life, and I will never be returning to this store. This rude, apathetic, condescending, and arrogant employee should be fired. No one deserves to be treated this way, particularly a customer.
I have photos of the menu sign with the $2.50 price on it, as well as photos of the weird slip of paper he gave me with the phone number on it.
They don't fire this not knowing so called Manager, I would escalate big time!
I am complaining about the employee that works in th
I am a employee of Taco Bell and a few days ago I saw my managers brother who is an employee he was scratching his butt and right after he was done scratching he touched the tomatoes with his bare hands and the same hands that he was scratching his butt with and he also Cooks the pico de gallo with no gloves. I have told my manager would have been going on but since it's his brother he put either things I'm lying or that it's okay that his brother does that because he knows he's a clean guy. He so clean that you see him scratch his butt then puts them in the tomatos. Not only that but majority of times he cooks with no gloves on and hands out the orders like that. Honestly the manager who is Hugo who can't be defending his brother like that. Antonio is the name of the guy who has been doing all these disgusting things. The rest of the coworkers cant bare to make or buy some food there because we know what he has done.
taco salad
Picture below. Where's the Taco Salad I ordered? Lettuce and tomatoes with ground beef and beans have never been this skimpy. Bowl isn't even 1/2 full. A little bit of stuff in the bottom of the bowl. I'm paying full price and feel really cheated when I got home to have a great dinner and this is what I got. Not ready to go back there however and this will be my last purchase. If I'd been on the other side of the counter I'd be ashamed to give this to a paying customer.

nacho bell grande
I was very hungry late night 2/6/18 so I decided on Taco Bell. Which is one of the few places to eat in my area that late at night. Let me add ive always loved bell. Anywho I pulled into the drive thru, the lady sounded very agitated when I took some time to order and then asked her the difference between the nacho bell grande and nacho supreme. She did however answer my question by saying one is just bigger. So I ordered the bigger one as she informed me was the Nacho bell grande which by the way wasnt very big at at and I probably shouldve just got taco salad. Anyways I ordered the bell grande one taco and blue freeze. I went home and started eating the bell grande. Halfway thru my meal I felt a very weird gritty texture in my teeth. I spit my food out but couldnt see anything as I searched for that awkward taste. However naively I kept eating and figured it may have been a seriously crunchy chip. As I got a few more bites in there the texture was again. So once again I spit my food out and what do you know a chunk of clear glass was on my finger! I am vert upset and very disgusted.. &Considering very much of suing as this could have affected my health in a severe way!
part of the order was wrong
I stopped by our local KFC/Taco Bell in Waterloo, NY located at 2430 Rt. 414. I ordered through the drive-thru, 2 hard shell tacos, a popcorn chicken kids meal, 2 sides od mac and cheese, a side of potato wedges, and 5 soft taco supreme. Once home everything was in the bags and the staff was polite and helpful. 3 of the supreme tacos went to my mother and 2 were mine. I finally sat down to eat, opened my taco to add sauce, there were no tomatoes or sour cream. Opened the other one same description. Texted my mom and all three of hers were the same as mine: no tomatoes and no sour cream.
If I order a taco supreme, I expect to open it and find taco seasoned beef, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and sour cream. I believe a taco supreme costs $1.59. If I am going to spend $8.59 for 5 simple tacos, I want all of the included ingredients to be included.
double chalupa and beef and potato burrito
Please bring back the double chilupa and the beef and potato burrito. My husband and i loved them both. Everytime we get to liking something there it gets removed. And they dont put enough meat on products. Boaz, Alabama. Thank you! Please bring them back! To much water in lettuce and more lettuce and refried beans than meat! The chalupa was the best!
rude manager! never having the $5 box available
Visited the Taco Bell at 726 Van Buren Road in Eden, NC 27288, Saturday evening 2/3/18 at 7:51 pm.
I am throughly disgusted with the way I was treated by the store manager, Allise. I attempted to order a $5 craving box. I was told by an employee that they were not allow to sell them... supposedly they were out of Gordita crunch wrappers. I asked if they would substitute something in its place. The employee said they weren't allowed to do that. I ASKED TO SEE THE MANAGER... SHE CAME UP FRONT WITH AN ATTUITUDE. SHE SAID ALL THE STORES WERE OUT AND NONE COULD BE SOLD. I told her that I planned to contact Taco Bell. She said "Go ahead!"
It's odd that three out of three times that I've been to the Eden Taco Bell in the last year, they have been out of the $5 box.
When I left the restaurant, I called two other Taco Bell's that are within 15 mile radius. Both the Madison and Reidsville, NC, locations said they had the box available for sale and that I could get one tonight! ALL I CAN SAY IS ...Poor customer service!
There's NO wonder that we were the only people in the restaurant on a Saturday night. I will continue to visit other Taco Bell's but I'll never step foot in the Eden one again!
unethical behaviour
on 1-31-18, I went to TOCO BELL #030482 at about 3:45 pm. They took my order and only one person was making orders for in house customers. there was 4 people ahead of me. They have been waiting for some time. The one person walked out to a car and was talking for a few minutes and returned. Then got a bunch of food, took it out to the car and got in and left! At that time I asked for mw money back, after 15 minutes there was still the 4 people ahead of me.More people came in and left due to slow or no service. I got a refund and no one seemed to care. This has happened before and I thought it's about time someone Fix this problem. If it can't be fixed, Close the store.!

Me and My Sister Went To This Taco Bell On February 2 2018 at 10:30 Pm . We had Two Orders and As We are Trying To Order One Of The Employees at The Drive Thru Was Very Rude and Disrespectful . We Told Her To Plz Stop Disrespecting The Customers As We are Paying Customers and She Than Begin To Get an Attitude and Say Whatever don't Tell What I What to do . Than as We pulled to The window she's Then Balls Her Fist and Threatens Us and when The other Girl Latasha comes the girl than says I better walk away after she threatened Us Before The Latasha Came to the window . We Order From This Taco Bell Daily and There's No Reason We should Get Disrespected and Threatened By The Employees plz Fix this Issue or Taco Bell will Hear From My Lawyer.
My testimony suddenly just happened last weekend. My husband called me late one night and told me he and the other woman had gotten into an accident while arguing and fighting in the car. He then explained he didn't want to be with her anymore. He is still in another state right now because of his job but it will be ending soon and he'll be back home. This is the same man who told me to move on and stop praying because we would never be together and that he didn't love me anymore. But Fadhili Chausiku turn everything around for my good and remove the evil woman from my marriage. She wanted to spoil and destroy my marriage with her greed. Now we talk, text, and Facetime every day. I am so grateful to my father in heaven for using Fadhili Chausiku in restoring my marriage and saving my family. I know we still have a long way to go but I thank Fadhili Chausiku for what he has done for me and my marriage. I just want to encourage all the standers to keep standing, fight for what belongs to you and you will have it. Thank you so much for reading.

service
I went to taco Bell located on 7255 Mission St., Daly city to buy taco salad at 3 PM on January 30 th 2018. When I receive it, I ask for more white sauce. The employee refused it, and told me to pay $0.50 for a extra sauce. When I told him I wanted to meet the manager, he told me he was the manager. When I told him I did not like taco salad with a little white sauce because it was dry. I figured out he did not even understand English and he asked me, "...rice? ...rice?, so I gave up and did not even say anything anymore, I threw the taco salad in front of him and got out the restaurent. I like taco salad with enough white sauce at all locations.
If you want extra sauce, you pay for extra sauce. It is the same everywhere else. The stuff isn't free. By throwing a tantrum and throwing your salad, it simply shows how incredibly immature you are and I am sure they will not miss your business.
1/29/2018 decherd, tn

customer service drive thru
I just had the worst experience ever. I went thru the drive thru on my lunch break which I only get 30 minutes. Was forced to wait in line 15 after my order was taken in the drive thru. I ordered a number 6 just to get to the window after waiting 15 minutes behind 2 vehicles to be told my ordered hadn't even been taken. Which force me to rush back to work so I wouldn't be late, and empty handed with no food and time wasted! I could not leave the drive thru because of the design of the drive thru which forces you to stay in line. I am at work pissed off and hungry and can not get my gas money, time, nor food. I even ask to speak to a manager which I was ignored. Customer service starts at the door and somebody need to contact me about this because I am pissed!
waited 30 minutes at 1 location and the 2nd location said they weren't taking orders.
I waited 30 minutes in the dining room at 3402 Cleveland Ave., Columbus, Ohio 43224 location. At 7:30 pm I was tired of waiting and got my money back, which took another 5 minutes. Went to 1717 Morse Rd., Columbus, Ohio 43229 to try again to get food this time in the drive thru. It was 8:10 pm and was told that they weren't taking orders. This is only the 2nd time I've been to the Morse Rd. location and both times I've been told they weren't taking orders. I'm not recommending Taco Bell and will be telling everyone I know not to eat their either.
the shift managers on 3rd shift
The 2 shift managers on mainly 3rd shift! They discrimante against 1 older lady (meanin) this young (older looking) compaired too the shift managers n other employees. Is never or hardly seen on the line i'm a regular customer n all I have seen this young lady doin in back in the dishes or doin the floors n i'm guessing she's been there for bout a month. But this is discrimination against this lady. I'm so ashamed too even come into rt 33 hburg store cuase of this. N I have also heard this employee ask the said shift managers where would they like her too go n that's where they stick her. Where is there any other employees too do this also there is no team work 2 do 1 person like this all the time. N when will this girl learn anything all she knows is the dishes n floors.
