taco bell drive thru
I have had more than one order messed one going threw the drive thru and this last time is just about enough. I always spend over $35 dollars and they seem to always mess my order up or Im missing things and I live a little ways so its not easy for me to turn around and go back. This is insane and something has to be done and on top of that I never get a damn receipt.

I waited in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes at lunch time. I asked the drive thru clerk if i could get 2 chicken tacos because of my excessive wait, and he told me no, but i could get some coupons. Upon not receiving coupons, i asked for a manager. When said manager came to the window, she was extremely rude, and told me they had a line and that i was not going to receive any coupons or any sort or reimbursement for my excessive wait. This is absolutely unacceptable, and i already called taco bell support with no resolve. After leaving the drive thru window, i was also told to "move along" after not receivng any sauces, because again "they had a wait". Please contact me back, as i will no longer support a business that runs like this, and i will tell all of my coworkers to no longer support this location.

My wife and I went to the Taco Bell at 26 Mile Road and Romeo Plank in Macomb, MI

As we were eating the drive through person went on break. Standing outside in front of the store she lights up, granted I'm a smoker but I would never stand in front of a store I'm working at smoking cigarettes talking in my cell and SPITTING all over the ground.
Needless to say we were completely grossed out. Didn't finish our meal. I told my wife I bet she won't wash her hand. SHE DIDN'T.
Had I seen her out there when we first drove up, we would have left.
But, because we were inside chatting and eating and saw the entire thing. We won't be back.

I would like to log a Consumer Compliant against Taco Bell 029372, 6664 Security Blvd, Baltimore, Maryland [protected]. On 16 November 2017!@12:19:23 PM I purchased the Craving Valued Meal advertised at $5.00, but was charged $5.99. The person that help me Charles O indicated to me that the Computer was providing a incorrect charge of $5.99, Knowing this I asked him was a planning on honoring the correct advertised price? He indicated to me that he would fix this later. okay, rather than fix the problem then he adjusted my sell to reflect a Senior Discount of $0.60. making my sale $5.39 Plus the taxes. My order was for the dining room and the whole time I was there transaction, after transaction was taken incorrectly. I explained the Mr. Charles O that I was a Weights and Measures Inspector and that practice was not correct and that prior to making any additional sales the advertised price would have to be provided to the consumer. After dining at 14:00 and when I was to leave the pricing had not been corrected. My order Number was 269442.

We ordered 6 items and when we got home, everything about our order was wrong. When we called the manager to tell him the problem, we could hear the worker in the background telling him that she did not make our order wrong. It was very rude and we completely wasted $20 dollars. Having a diary allergy, I can't have sour cream or cheese and it was loaded in all of the items despite the receipt stating it should not be on there. Very horrible experience!
beefy 5 layer burrito and cheesy potato burrito
EVERYTIME I buy a beefy 5 layer burrito it either has barely any beef and is loaded with beans or has nothing but beans. And even when I order it with no beans it is the same outcome. And also lately when I order the cheesy potato burrito there is also no beef. I used to order these things 3 years ago and there was plenty beef on both. I don't know what's going on. This is occurring at multiple locations.
If you decide to visit again, you may find it helpful to check your order before you leave the location. This way they can re-make it for you if you are dissatisfied.
wrong order/employees rude
I was ordering what I usually order because I always get one thing Taco Bell and it is the Gordita combo. I also order a chalupa for my mother. I got to the window they handed the food, I check and I have two chalupas. Call this employee back showing her the food saying it's a mistake. She keeps claiming to me that it's the right order and that I have one gordita and one chalupa. How do to taco that look exactly the same are different. She had called another employee who said the exact same with a very nasty attitude and left the window without letting me response. That the worst experience I've had at a fast food restaurant. Pick your staff better next time and find people that actually know your products.

At least 2 to 3 days a week I go in the morning to eat breakfast and they are not open until they feel like it because their staff is not showing up at their suppose it time. I want a warm breakfast in the morning and I can't get it because your store is not open this must be rectified just stayed in there today 17 cars went in and out and five more went into the diner but with no luck due to no staff
You may want to call their corporate customer service or call the location and ask for the store manager.
sauce packets
I am a very loyal customer of Taco Bell, for most of my life. I have spent thousands of dollars with your restaurant. An now I'm very unhappy with the service you're providing everyone. I order a grande meal, a nachos Bell grande, 2 burrito supreme, a taco supreme, and 2 sodas. I asked for plenty of fire, and hot sauce. I received 5 packs of hot, and 3 packs of fire. That's 8 packs of sauce for 15 burritos and a nachos Bell grande. So I asked for another hand full of sauce, and I received 3 more packs. So at this point I'm pissed off an I had to go to the grocery store to buy sauce for my meal. Because your employees are scared to give anyone sauce. And this isn't the first time this has happened, it's every Taco Bell I've been to recently. So I'm done begging for sauce at you're Establishment. My order is almost $30 each time I visit your restaurant. Which may not seem much, but I'm not the only one not happy about this. So "congratulations" Taco Bell has officially become known as the "SAUCE Nazis" . If your going to hoard your sauces like this you should at least have them on the menu for purchase so I can buy them. Just charge me more for my meals, an give me the sauce I want. Quit making me beg for sauce, its degrading for me and I'm not going to plead for sauce, I'll just go somewhere else, an let them have my money. Signed, tired of begging for sauce!
You're overreacting in this situation. I don't see how it's degrading to ask for more sauce, as I'm sure a lot of people do it. Have you asked for a specific number of sauce packets or offered to pay for them? A lot of fast food restaurants are cracking down on condiments, so it's likely you will experience this wherever you go.

There is a manager at the grove oklahoma store. He is missing teeth, and often has blood shot eyes. He and his coworkers were openly discussing drug use in the store. Not only me, but my son as well, heard their discussion. I do not appreciate my son being exposed to drugs at a family restaurant. When i brought this up to others in the community, they told me that they have seen this same manager smoking marijuana in the dinning area or parking lot late at night with other employees. It is obvious that he is under the influence of something. I do not understand how an employee can get away with this. I have only witnessed it in the late night or evening shifts.
beef quesarito
I ordered specifically a beef quesarito and a crunch wrap, finished my crunch wrap and took a bite into the quesarito. Not only is there almost nothing in there, it's smashed and there was no beef in there at all. There was chicken instead. I am severely displeased with this quality of work done on my food, I wish to be compensated for the time and money I had spent on this screw up.

The restuarant was DIGUSTING dirty, the workers rushing to make the orders, making mistakes, not watching what they were doing, The counter where you make the food was very dirty, We wont be going back to that location no more, , other customers were complaining as well of how dirty the food counter was and how they never wiped anything down, poor amount of product we are paying for this food we should receive a decent amount of meat etc, lettuce and tomtoes, cheese, etc, etc, this store is a new store here in Hamilton Ontario, , its DISGUSTING, the tables are never cleaned off, ,
got wrong food
Went thru the drive thru on dixie at 4643 dixie highway. Was given wrong order and i looked at it and told the girl that it did not look like my order. She assured me it was so i left and drove home and then got ready to eat and it was the wrong damn order. I tried to call the phone number on receipt and it wrang the entire time i drove back there with no answer. I wanted my money back at this point did not even want the food. The manager never even came to refund my money so they remade my food and it was still the wrong thing. I want my 14.24 cents back. I threw the food in the trash and gave up. They could not get nothing done right at this taco bell to save their lives. It was the sadest most pothetic thing i have ever seen in a business that supposedy values its customers. I will starve before i go to another taco bell. I want my 14.24 cents...
drive thru/ disrespectful / very rude
Me and my husband went to the drive thru. I asked for a smothered burrito and he said "we don't have that tonight pick something else" you could bearly understand him so I asked for the cravings box. I looked at my husband to see what he wanted and the guy said pull forward. I told him I still had more to order and he said I already put your order through now pull to the window. He was very very rude. We didn't even want to deal with him and his attitude so we just left. Very disrespectful and we will never go there again.
7 layer burrito
My husband and I visited the Taco Bell today in Hastings, MI.
I paid $15.01 for 2 "7 layer burritos", a Lg & Md drink, and a 2x Chicken Bowl.
The 7 layer burritos were pathetically meager in content and may as well have been soft taco supremes considering the price we paid for them.
My husband inquired about them but got mostly excuses about cutbacks on calories, etc...?
We were VERY disappointed and felt misled by what should have been a very FILLING meal.
I STRONGLY SUGGEST that if Taco Bell is THAT concerned about cutting calories, they should consider offering a choice of "regular" 7 layer burritos with acceptable content comparable to it's presumed name as well as a "low calorie" choice so one does not feel cheated paying a high price for "7 layers" of next to nothing.
If we had wanted that, we'd have just paid for the soft taco supreme.

On 11/17/17 i went to taco bell on steele-creek/ south tryon st and got 2 xxl burrito one steak and one chicken when i got my order the first time it wasn't extra chicken nor steak so i went in the inside and i had to go back cause it was hard rice on the burrito when i went to take it back i was told by the manager keisha that they not going to keep remaking my food said it with an attitude and was very rude and unprofessional and loud talking
naked egg taco
My friend from Columbus came up and we wanted to try the naked egg taco because the cling on was in window and this was on November 12, 2017. The guy (anthony) said they no longer carried them and they weren't any good anyways is what he told us. So my friend then said well why do u still have the cling on in window, the guy (Anthony) said that they haven't gotten to take them down yet. This is just false advertising. Could you please make sure you tell your stores to take down these cling ons if they are not selling or carrying this product. We were all excited on trying this product too. I then drove by the same taco bell on November 17, 2017 and the cling on is still up!
found a chicken bone in my meal
I was looking for an email address to send my pictures of the bone I bit into when eating a crispy chicken quesadilla on 11/14/17 from the endicott street in danvers mass. I didn't go in because I ordered thru drive thru and left the area before I realized it. I'm just glad it wasn't a child that could of choked on it, sharp hard piece. wasn't able to add my pictures but if you have an email address I can forward to you, or send the actual thing to you.
Hello from Marion, IN! Not the first incident, either! About 15 years ago, I bit into a chicken chalupa and broke two teeth on an unanticipated chicken bone. I lost both teeth, and still have a big gap on that side of my mouth. Now, my bottom tooth is beginning to erupt upwards as there is nothing to hold it now. I rarely eat at Taco Bell now as a result, and, until this, it HAD been my favorite restaurant to eat at!

This evening 11/16 at around 7:30pm I ordered $46 worth of food for family and friends. The employee ERIC at the MANASSAS JUNCTION SHOPPING CENTER in mamassas Virginia. Was very rude over the speaker, did not greet me when I drove yo window, ripped card out of my hand to pay. I was very disappointed. I gave the restaurant a call after I left to make a complaint and the manager ABDUL was laughing at me over the phone. I became even more frustrated and disappointed so that is why I'm contacting you. I have never been treated like this and this my first time ever making a complaint. Very disappointed. Thank you
didn't get any of the order right
I had two parts of the order. Three crunchy tacos with no lettuce. They came with tomatoes, lettuce, and sour cream. My friend ordered a steak burrito and supreme taco. The burrito was ground beef. We waited 20 minutes in line for none of it to be right. One of the drinks was wrong too. We ordered a Pepsi and a Mountain Dew and got two Pepsi's. We didn't notice until we got out of the drive through.
