drive thru
Allocation saw mill river road elmsford my. Extremely dirty facility. I would have pulled out of line if I was not barricaded in. Very poor customer service. Overcharged. 1 item missing. Quality control is horrible, soggy "crunchy"taco supreme. Taken out of bag immediately. Old brown, lettuce and tomatoes were basically mush. Stale tasting beef. Dried out cheese on tacos, hard dried edges of chicken on chicken soft taco. I said small sized drink with t3 order was charged for and given large, speaker for drive thru order taking was not only extremely dirty, splashed with massive amounts of commercial fryer grease and bent up almost beyond recognition. You could barely hear from it. When I asked the gentleman to let me know what kind of drinks they had. He responded, I barely caught the latter half of Dr pepper as"per" I asked him to repeat twice, and again I heard only muffled unintelligible gibberish. I just said lemonade and hjoped for tge best. There were no drnks listed on menu board, which is so fundamentally flawed, words cant begin to describe. I had one bite of my "crunchy" taco, which the shell was so soggy it stuck to the warapper and pulled away from the taco. Allowing just about all of the contents to come pouring out. I took a bite of what was left and threw it away. Grabbed the second out. Pulled it slowly away from the wrapper. Only half the soggy shell came off this time. I managed to get a one big bite and start to chew, just before the flavor kicked it at the same time as my gag reflex. That, along with the 3rd "crunchy" taco, joined the first in the trash can. I grabbed my chicken soft taco with sour cream, which I was charged an extra 1.00 for. Took one bite, only to hit chunky, hard bits of chicken, along with extremely mushy, almost fermented tomatoes, the faint taste of unnatural fermentation along with the crunchy, dried stale chicken enveloped my whole head with a rotten, putrid flavor and I was no match for the almost immediate gag reflex and subsequent projectile vommit that spewed uncontrollably throughout the front seat of my car. To say this was a terrible experience would be an understatement . Is it enough that I will never eat here again? No, no it is not, I will share this experience as far as possible, not leaving out the fact that, having had only 3 full biteslof this dreaded dining experience and almost immediately throwing up what I hadd eate n and more, this meal still managed to give me severe diahrea for the next 6 hours and I will never eat at taco bell again
drive thru worker and manager
Me and my fiance just went through the drive thru at the store at 1580 Vann Avenue in Evansville Indiana at 11:52 pm on 11/14/2017... We only ordered two supreme soft shell tacos with no tomatoes and no lettuce on either with extra sour cream... When we got to the window... There was a very rude lady from the get go... No hi or anything... Just the amount we owed her... She hands us our bag... Then change... Then we had to ask for the mild sauce we weren't offered it. We pulled off to the parking lot of the grocery store next door because there was other customers behind us. My fiance opened the bag and there were two hard shell tacos... We had asked for soft. So seeing there were no other patrons in the drive thru at the moment we pulled right back up to the window. The woman working the window asked us if there was something wrong and we told her it was supposed to be soft shell... And she snatched the bag from my fiance hand and then slammed the window shut without even an apology or anything... She then got the manager... Robyn. We told Robyn about the actions of her employee and asked her the girls name that had been so rude and she did not give us the girls name just handed us a bag of two tacos... We left. With no sauces... No apology from either of your employees... And two terrible tacos... I don't know exactly what they did to his tacos but what was on them was not your regular taco meat... It was very spicy and looked almost like a chili... We will no longer be customers at your franchise. And that will be a big loss for you because we eat there at. Least twice a. Week and we have teenagers so our order is usually quite large. I believe that you will lose many more customers due to your terrible employees and their terrible customer service skills.
I believe many fast food restaurants no longer offer sauces unless asked about them as a way to cut costs. I have experienced this at the majority of establishments I have visited lately. I do feel that the meat in the picture looks normal for Taco Bell standards to me.
They certainly should have been more apologetic. You may want to consider calling corporate customer service, though I would leave the meat and sauce issues out of it.
bad service/inappropriate behavior.
Taco Bell at 100 E Euless Blvd
I used to come here all the time and less whenever new management came along. The manager Norma is always rude, will give you dirty looks in the drive thru window if you ask for more sauce, and has such a gross attitude whenever I come through. I am not the only one who has experienced this, other friends of mine always go to this location because we all live in Euless, and is usually a poor experience. She is very unprofessional and has a poor demeanor I do not understand why she is in this business. Hope you guys find better management.
Have you tried contacting their corporate customer service?
service
I work at a local business in town and we have someone every day to go out and get lunches. We have about 50 employees but we probably only 1/2 or a little less that actually order out. Taco Bell was a restaurant on our list and the last time we went there we were told they didn't want our business because it was during lunch time and they were too busy during that time for us to stand there and pay for each individual order when they have customers standing in line. I don't think I've ever heard of a restaurant turn away customers but Somerset Taco Bell did. I guess they don't need money or customers. Very rude customer service.
unprofessional behavior
My girlfriend and I went to the 3302 East Main Street, Richmond, Indiana Taco Bell last night (11/13/2017) some time between 9:30-10:00 PM. We went through the drive- thru, having to repeat our order numerous times due to all of the laughter over the intercom, to find our order dumped into our bag a complete mess. We ordered box meals and they were all dumped into the bag, food spilling out, and no boxes.
My girlfriend went inside to get the issue resolved. Inside, the on-shift supervisor, Cody Black, came up and asked what the problem was. My girlfriend told him, and he replied that "we're all human here and people are allowed to laugh". So my girlfriend asked for his manager's number. He said, "we're a franchise, I don't have a manager". So she asked for the owner's number, but he refused, telling her to just "Google it".
So after hearing that, I went in. I asked for the manager. When he came to the counter, I told him that my girlfriend just came in and asked for his supervisor's name and he told her to Google it. I told him I want his owner's number. He refused. His employees were watching and began giggling. I pointed at them and told him that was why I had to repeat myself over and over. He said, "it happens".
I demanded his supervisor's name again, and again he refused, then saying I was loitering and that he'd call the cops if I didn't leave, pulling out his cell phone and pretending to dial. I told him to call them, that he didn't understand what 'loitering' meant because I'm a paying customer seeking a supervisor's name.
He began walking away to the back, so I demanded a name again. He threatened to call the cops two more times, saying I was trespassing. I told him to go ahead and asked him, "This is a franchise, right?" He said yes. I asked if he owned it. He replied, "Do you think I would @#$%ing work here if I did?" At this point my girlfriend begged me to just go, so we did. This is hands down the most unprofessional experience I've ever experienced at any place of business. Not once did I use profanity or threaten him or the staff in any way, yet was treated like a criminal for asking for the restaurant's manager or owner.
I just wanted to make you aware of Cody, a supervisor at the East Side Taco Bell, and his complete lack of respect or dignity whatsoever. I posted this story to a Facebook group for our area and have read that this person has been reported for similar behavior numerous times, but to no avail. I have also spoken to another person with his position at this same location that has told me the same. If possible, I would like to know who to contact to report this incident properly, as no supervisors, managers, or owners were ever named for me to do so.
service
I went to the Taco Bell in Elvin Texas around 6:50p.m. on November 13th 2017. I started to place my order and before I completely finished ordering he said yeah drive up so i did thinking he may not be able to hear me. Not the problem! Let me remind you I wasn't done ordering and he did not asked me if I was done ordering. I get up to the window tell him I need a bean burrito with my order he tells me no no no you have to drive all the way around and order again...In the rudest voice possible! Seriously You have to be kidding me he didn't even let me finish ordering now he's tell me we have to go all the way back around to finish my order. Not cool then they didn't want to tell me the name of the individual. I found out by an employee that says he is like that with everyone his name was Roderick K and seriously needs some customer sevice skills as well as manners. So me and my husband drove around my husband went in because by this time I was really aggravated. He ordered the bean burrito and the cinnamon twist he forgot to put on there that I did get to say and waited 10 minutes for it. I work with people everyday I would never treat anyone the way he treated us at that drive thru.
everything
It was about 8:30ish pm on November 12th. I waited several minutes to wait to get my order taken to find out the young lady was in the back eating. The young lady that took my order, Haleigh, was very rude, short and snappy. Once we got our food, we were eating in, and the crew was very loud and obnoxious. Then when they thought the health department was coming to check on the store they all freaked out and started yelling and immediately got brooms and started sweeping up as much possible. Then I noticed, I think it was the shift manager or regular manager had hickies all over her neck. Then to find out that the car wasn't the health department they stopped cleaning. I was disgusted and will probably never go to that location again.
service and food quality
Went to get to taco. Bell cravings deal and the girls working said they were out of nachos and we asked if we could substitute the nachos for a taco. They supposedly asked the manager but we heard laughing so I doubt they asked. When we got our food it was all cold and the lettuce was brown in one of the tacos. We usually don't have issues but this time it was bad
overpriced food, quantity size and food poisoning issues.
I have gone to this location several times over. Even when I was a kid and it was originally in a different location of the town. I don't know if it's by store location or if it's corporates bright idea but I clearly remember the Party Pack is $9.99 for 12 tacos as well as the Nacho Bell Grande being well Grande and not small. I go through the drive-thru to order dinner and I was shocked to see the Party Packs being priced at $13.94! What a complete utter rip off! As well as the Nacho Bell Grande. It was on a tiny black tray with very little cheese, sour cream, beef, and tomatoes. About $6 for what looks like a sample size. Needless to say, Taco Bell has completely lost my business. I refuse to pay for overpriced food at sample size quantity and it's quite sad since like I stated I've been going since I was a kid and I loved taking my own children there since their obsessed with the Cinitwists. Never ever again! I've also received food poisoning not just once but twice at the Park Forest, IL location.
taco salad
I bought Taco salad in drive thru today, the Taco was very worst and it was a rotten item...I am not sure how they are serving this kind of rotten food items to people...don't they have a courtesy to think about people health... I called them I raised this complaint but no proper response and they disconnected the call after that they are not picking the phone
service
Went to the drive-thru, ordered a Taco Salad with Beef. When I paid, the girl at the window took my money, counted my change and handed it to me. She then picked up my box and started to hand it me. I asked for hot sauce, she picked up two packs and put them in with my food. I then ask for extra, because I have to have a lot of hot sauce. She looked at me, picked up one more pack, opened my box and threw it on top of my salad. Now, I do not know about some people, but the thought of germ coated hands touching germ coated packs and all those germs now being thrown on top of my food, to me is disgusting. Why wasn't my food put in a bag? Why was it so hard for her to give me extra sauce? Regardless...lost my business.
employee
I went into store # 001846. A young girl with braids looked at me as I was talking too the cashier. Then the cashier said what's wrong?. And I asked the female with the braids what are you laughing about?. She said too me " we know you, need to get your old self out-of here.. Gone somewhere, continuing too laugh with manager and others working in the back. This is not the first time I have had this situation with this specific employee, while the manager looks on and laugh with them.
manager
The manager there refused to give me her name and when I called she refused to give me her name and continue to talk to me like she didn't want to be at work. I get this problem every time I go to this location. I have to drive to the one on nellis . Please call me back because I refuse to be treated like I'm unwanted. I'm a assistant manager at 7eleven and that is not how a manager should act. I'm expecting that from a crew not a manager.
employee
I am a college student with 2 jobs and I work VERY hard for the little money I have. Tonight I handed an employee a 20 dollar bill for a purchase total of 3.65. (THE ONLY MONEY I HAVE LEFT FOR THE WEEK. )Therefore, my change should have been around 16 dollars. Instead I got ONE dollar and 35 cents back, because he thought the bill was a 5. When I addressed the situation the manager claimed his employee wouldn't steal and that I was lying. What choice did I have but to leave without my money? I have his name and store location and I am very unhappy. I am apparently not welcomed back to his store (which at this point is fine by me).
You may want to try contacting their corporate customer service. In the future, if something happens like that again, you can ask for them to count the drawer. It takes a little time but it would help resolve the issue.
didn't receive everything I paid for
Me and my spouse went to the taco bell located on Market street in Youngstown Ohio and we ordered a supreme combo, beefy Frito burritos, a single taco supreme and chicken loaded grillers and we didn't receive a grilled or the taco supreme. This is not the first time we've went to this location and didn't receive all our food and frankly I'm to the point of nit wanting to return.
You could call them if you still have your receipt to see if they will provide you with a replacement or refund. If you don't go back in the future, you may just want to check your food before departing.
provided me with beef on nachos when I am religiously vegetarian
Today the TACO bell at East Windsor, NJ 08520 provided and corrupted my body and mind by giving me the wrong order with beefy/Meat on Nacho Bell Grande.I am a Hindu religious person who has never had any non vegetarian food in my life as its not religious and not good to me.
I would like to know how you are going to correct this behavior/action towards religious vegetarian customers and how you are going to provide the cost of remedy for me to undergo the religious sanctification and cleansing that I have to go thru going forward...
This was a huge blunder committed which can not be corrected by no other means. I would like to be compensated for the actions above that I have to undertake for cleansing my body and mind.
Thank you,

You are definitely overreacting. Did you tell them you were vegetarian? I only see a reason to be upset if you ate the food, however I have no idea how you would make that mistake. It is incredibly obvious when there is beef on the nachos. At most what they should do is replace the food or refund you for it if you return it to the store of purchase with your receipt. They have no reason to do anything else.
employee
On October 14, 2017, my family and I visited our local Taco Bell around 9:30 P.M. While we were getting out of the car, an employee, Sara J., came outside and informed us that they were out of beef, but they would be getting more in about 20 minutes. Confused, my husband and I said that we would just go to Wal-Mart and come back.
We came back about 15 minutes later and the same employee came out to the parking lot. My husband asked if they had beef now and she said that they do, but they are getting ready to close the lobby. We wanted to eat in the lobby and not in the car, so we told her that we were going to come in. She seemed annoyed, but went inside and took our order. While ordering, she started speaking quietly and said that because they are getting ready to close, corporate said that they had to make all orders to-go. I looked at my phone and told her that it was only 9:44 and that they were still open for another 16 minutes. She apologized and said that it was corporate's rule. Confused and very annoyed at this point, we again corralled our two young children and took our food to go.
While discussing it on the way home, my husband and I agreed that her stories didn't seem to make much sense. I called the Taco Bell that we visited and spoke to Derek, the manager on duty. He was completely shocked and confirmed that none of those things were true - they were never out of beef and corporate does not require you to take your orders to-go 15 minutes before closing. He apologized and offered us a free meal, which we declined.
The following day, October 15, I called the [protected] number to file a complaint. I was told that I would be getting a call in 3 business days from a local manager. That call never came. I called again on November 6 to inform them that I never received a call. The representative apologized, said she did she where I filed the complaint, and had no idea why I never received a call. She said that she would mark the complaint as more urgent and that I should be receiving a call within 1-3 business days. I have yet to receive that call either.
I am honestly in disbelief about the entire situation. Because the issues I have had now go beyond my local restaurant, I have no choice but to believe that this is just what kind of company Taco Bell is. They do not respect or value their customers.
extra charges
I eat at Taco Bell very regularly and I always order the same thing. In the morning I will get a bacon grande scrambler with easy egg and extra nacho cheese which I am charge an extra .60 for, in the afternoon I will stop and get the meal deal A with extra avocado ranch again I am charged an extra .60, which I don't have a problem with the extra charge if I receive what I'm paying for but 9 out of 10 x I don't receive it. So I stop at Taco Bell at least 4x a week so in turn I am being ripped off for $4.80 a week, $19.20 a month, $238.40 a year! Not only am I ripped off for almost $240 dollars but 90% of the time my food is cold. Makes me wonder how many people are being ripped off by Taco Bell someone should file a lawsuit about all the money your company is stealing from people!
dress code
Today on november 8th. For the first time there was a young female dressed in full regular clothes, it appeared to be high heels, with hair hanging down to her waist working behind the counter, as well as preparing the food. That is disgusting! As well as a food hazard. Whomever the manager is should be ashamed!& that location should be put out of buisness! I will be getting in touch with hr!
#unacceptable
This sounds like quite the overreaction. She may have forgotten her work attire at home. Additionally, food handlers are not legally required to wear hair coverings. It's unreasonable to expect a location to close (and to put several people out of work) simply because one person was not dressed for work on one visit.
my order was utterly wrong
I ordered this months five dollar crispy chicken quesadilla box and I was given apparently a "cheezy gord crunch". This was unlike what was on the order screen, which happened to be correct! On top of that, the gord wrap has more tomatoes and sour cream than beef at all. It was poorly prepared altogether. At least the drink and chips were right. Why on earth I sent even a single dollar let alone five is beyond be. Last time I'm going back there.
It sounds like it was an isolated mistake. If you still have it, you could return the incorrect food along with your receipt to the location of purchase for a replacement or refund.
