my order was wrong
My order was completely wrong and horribly made. It took them about 20 mins to fix my order and when i got it nothing was right. I ordered a cravings box with light lettuce on all products and no sour cream on the burrito. All had an over abundance of lettuce a little cheese and a little meat. Not to mention i couldnt even eat my cheesy gordita crunch cause the paper was stuck to it. My chicken quesadilla had a little of sauce due to it was all out of the quesadilla and on the wrapper. And i ordered 2 shredded chicken mini quesadillas and i got one beef and one with chicken and beef. The worst experience ive ever had. I had to throw most of my order away.

I am so [censor] pissed at this store in Centerville, ohio on 48 for giving me lettuce on my taco, which I told them not to at least twice and now cant eat this [censor]. I demand a full refund of my $5 I spent or will contact my lawyer. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes and was not greeted at all. The workers looked at me multiple times without any acknowledgement. It took approximately 40 minutes to receive my two ordered items. The staff were moving very slow and talking and laughing amongst each other. My Mexican pizza had a bunch of lettuce mixed in with the cheese making my food gross and soggy. There were multiple upset customers due to the wait time. There was food all over the tables and chairs. I had to clean an area so I could sit down and eat. The worker taking the orders gave insincere apologies with monotone voice and a flat affect. I was late returning to work from my lunch break due to the wait time. I did call and complain but I feel that 2 free item coupons are not enough for my experience and time.

mrs alison g was a very rude worker. when i go somewhere i expect the workers to have a positive attitude. i understand we all have bad days but workers need to learn how to not carry it into their job. it was a very rude experience and made me highly upset. i smiled at her and said thank you and was being nice, like i felt she deserved, and then she kept being very rude. i gave no reason for her to be rude, maybe she was having a bad day, i don't know. but it upset me and it's not the first time she's been rude towards customers.

Why is it so hard to send a complaint? I bought two sorry tacos.. No meat, cheese or lettuce worth eating. Really? I'm not happy. I eat there two times a week... Normally the tacos are a bit better, not much, though. It seems night time is bad... Crew are uude... Food is slopped together... An unfilled taco is not acceptable.. I bet it was only a half of an ounce of meat.

Yes, my wife just went through my Vernon KY local taco bell at 9:35 and when she got to the window the person at the window he said that the car before her flashed him and when my wife got around to the window he was like "are you gonna show me your too?" then he said that I would have to find my wife cause he would have her locked up. He made my wife feel very uncomfortable and made some very disappointed choices. My wife and family will not be going to that taco bell till this issue gets resolved

I think it is the duty of the restaurant to provide their own number.

Once I pulled up to the speaker to order my food the cashier asked if I was paying with cash or card (not hello may I help you). Once I said cash she then stated that I needed exact change because they were out of ones. So I asked what did she say to be sure I heard correctly and she repeats herself only this time she was loud and very rude. If there wasn't cars in front and behind me and there was a way to get out of the drive thur without jumping the curd, I wouldn't have placed the order at all. Luckily I had my debit card with me also seeing as though I need exact change and I only had two $20 bills. This was still a real inconveniences for me on top of the cashier being rude throughout my entire purchase. Next time I will be sure to have exact change just in case Taco Bell on High st Jackson MS decides to make them not making the proper money arrangements my problem.

At Taco Bell, 100 south Rutgers ave, Oak Ridge Tn 37830 (My order # is 381226) I ordered a bacon ranch chicken chalupa, as well as other items. Got home. The other items were fine. The bacon ranch chicken chalupa had no bacon, so I went back. The window lady, who was previously nice, was still very nice and apologetic and ordered me a new bacon ranch chicken chalupa. She gave it to me and I went home. Opened it, and (you guessed it) there was no bacon in my bacon ranch chicken chalupa. I ate it feeling deprived. I just don't get it.

Where do I begin? For starters this is the worst service I've ever had at a Taco Bell, which isn't saying much because they are all terrible at customer service. But this particular location wins the prize of worst Taco Bell. After explaining my order (I wanted a soft taco, not hard) apparently one needed a degree in Aeronautical Engineering to compute that simple request. After receiving the wrong order the first time, I went back through the drive thru and said politely, "I ordered a soft taco, not a hard." Well, once I get to my place...what's in the bag...A HARD TACO!

I'm usually pretty lenient when it comes to the service industry, having worked at Starbucks for 5 years, however I've been to this Taco Bell 4 Times now. I've been at different days and times of the week. Never have i ever waited this long for mediocre Taco Bell. It is disheartening. I just went to taco bell on my break and ordered and # 8 and 11 and an empanada. For the #8 I asked for 2 hard and 1 soft but I received 2 soft and 1 hard. My number 11 didnt have any sour cream on it and i asked if the supreme tacos come with sour cream on it. Then I waited for my food for 15 mins which I wouldnt have cared if my food was righth but it wasnt. Then after the wait she goes. " knight your order is ready but we are out of empanadas, I can cook you one but it will take ten minutes. I dont understand why it takes so long and if it really does why didnt they cook it while I was waiting. So I asked for my money back for the empanada because I didnt have time to wait ten more minutes because I only get a 30 min break I didnt think I needed my entire break to order food. So the lady who made my food let the manager know that I needed a refund and the manager was like "Just take 1.08 out the drawer and give it to her". I felt like her tone was very rude and unprofessional. And I also feel like she should have came over and apologize for the mishap and took care of the refund herself.

Wednesday, november 1st, I went to the taco bell at 715 lake joy rd, warner robins, ga 31088 and ordered an xxl beef grilled stuffed burrito, which cost me $4.80. When I got home and ate it, much to my dismay I found that 90% of the filling was refried beans, not beef! This not only disappointed me, but angered me greatly. I thought surely this is not taco bell's corporate policy because this is blatant false advertising! Someone from taco bell needs to contact me and explain this, and I also need either a refund or vouchers or coupons to cover my expense! Your immediate attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated!

Is it possible that it was just a mistake in preparing the food? If you still have it, you should bring the food along with your receipt back to the location where you had purchased it. If you ate it, they most likely will not be able to refund you.

It took 15 minutes from the time we ordered to when we got our food. There was 2 other vehicles in front of us. We were disappointed to hear that you no longer serve double chalupa box. Also our family consideres guacamole a condiment and should be free. Aside from that after we received our food after an excessive wait. We drove 5 minutes to our house to eat. Only to discover that both chalupas we ordered were cold. Like they had been sitting for some time. Also my wife ordered a cheesy potato griller . It had a total of 5 potato pieces. 2 of them were hard . To hard to eat . We are very disappointed in the quality of the food . We didn't eat the chalupa because we're afraid of getting food poisoning. Have tried to call the number on receipt to file a complaint with management 3 times with no answer. Would like compensation in either a new meal that's properly prepared. Or a refund, we feel totally disappointed in the service we received and are considering never going back. Would really appreciate some steps taken by management to correct this gross negligence.. I have receipt and pics of potato griller if more information is needed. Would appreciate some attention to this matter

Thursday 11/2/2017 4:00pm... I pulled into the drive through to get ready to take a look at the menu... A girl came on the intercom asking for my order and I asked her nicely to give me a minute or so. It had not even been 5 minutes yet and a manager at this location gets on the intercom and begins to rush me and says if you're not ready to order please get out of my drive through... The service at this store is terrible. The general manager at this location should be held accountable for allowing this type of employee to become a part of the managing team. I think action needs to be taken immediately. This inst the first incident with them either. This was just the one where i've had enough of their [censor]. Excuse my language but something needs to be done. Has to be the worst taco bell ave ever done business with. I will never be a paying customer at this establishment.
The drive thru is for quick service. It isn't meant for you to sit there while you hem and haw over what you might like. "It wasn't even 5 minutes" Do you think it is fair to sit in the drive thru for that length of time while trying to decide what you want? If you don't know, go inside, or at least pull out of the line until you are ready to order. There is nothing worse than being stuck behind people like you who sit there trying to figure out what they want. Go inside next time, or check out the menu online so you can be prepared. Don't hold it up for everyone else.
I agree with the manager. Most people go thru the drive thru because they are in a hurry. I don't mind waiting for a large order, but not just so you can sit there excessively and hold up the line. If you can't decide then go inside or go around the drive thru again while you think about it. Not a big decision, "Taco Bell" sells tacos, and I'm sure it's not the first time you've seen the menu either.

On my way out of town for business, I ordered a naked taco at 129 I-45S location. I am allergic to gluten and they accidentally put a tortilla around it anyway. Went back in, THOUGHT they gave me a fresh taco, and ate it. My face swelled and a horrible rash ensued along with severe gastric distress on the 2 hour drive there. All I ate was that Taco and hash browns. This was on Friday, October 27th. I had to attend a conference and network despite looking like a klingon from a distance wit that rash. Could not eat, even, due to stomach pain. On Sunday when I passed back through, I talked to the general manager and she took a picture of my face in order to show her staff the results of cross contamination. The manager also gave me the card to the area coach Jose from Tacana franchise, I think? No one has called me since. Celliac disease is no laughing matter and eating it can destroy your stomach or even kill you.
I don't care if that photo becomes the face of cross- contamination training photo for the Us, I told her. Maybe a visual will help employees understand the seriousness of cross contamination with respect to allergies and celliac disease. As for desired resolution, what can you do but be better? Can't un-ring a bell or the humiliation and pain I suffered last weekend.

On Oct-17-17 during my lunch time I bought my lunch n one taco bell in Torrance ca and when I was eating my hard taco when I open it I saw that there was a black worm inside I dindt know if I ate other worms the thing cause nausea and vomiting after work i went back to the taco bell ans spoke with the manager about that and he keep the taco ans said that the worm was going to be send to labs and that some one will be contacting me but until now I haven receive any calls i just want to request a reconpesation for that was very disgusting for me

We always go to Taco Bell every time we go to Taylor AZ, which is often. This was the first time since they remodeled. When we take time out of our busy day to eat, we want comfort, friendly, nice atmosphere and most of all good food. Well this Taco Bell now has none of this. Atmosphere is very cold It has galvanized tin at counter, hard 2x4's for benches, small kindergarten school type chairs for everyone to sit in. If the idea was to create a western look, it's got a long way to go. The food was the worst ever! Mexican Pizza was cold and very bitter the tortillas were rancid, the Bean Birrto with green sauce was half the size as normal and about 3 tablespoons of beans, I could not even find the green sauce, it was just a rolled tortilla. If the people that run Taco Bell thinks this is okay then we will accept that because there are several other good restaurants in Taylor to eat. Thanks for listening. Ellie

I was so disappointed in the experience of the restaurant located by the Southlake mall Hobart indiana. Although the cashier was super the food took forever to prepare & than it was wrong...once I sat down to eat the food it was literally ice cold. I decided to toss the food rather than go up to the counter again as I noticed one of the food preparers had his jeans exposing his underwear. Needless to say so disappointed certainly there is a big problem here.
