I have 3 unresolved cases in varying states at the moment. All of which have not fulfilled the promise of reward for completing tasks.
Case [protected]: House of Fun
Completed on Oct 17, requested support on the 19th. I was asked to provide proof of completion (which I immediately provided). I haven't heard back since.
Case [protected]: Forge of Empires
Completed on October 30th, requested support on the 1st of November. Was awarded the promised gold for the task but I have yet to receive the gold even though the case is listed as resolved.
Case [protected]: Portal Quest
Completed on November 2nd, requested support on the 4th of November. To which I was replied that the gold would be awarded. This case is also listed as resolved but again I have yet to receive the promised reward.
I am no longer getting responses for my emails, and would like to have this resolved. Please respond 1
diamonds not received completing task on design home
I completed the task 'reach level 31 on gummy drop' for 5160 diamonds. There was an issue and the diamoinds werent rewarded. I sent help request with snapshots of the screen provided but my diamond claim was denied. This is very diappointing as i enjoyed this game and had intentions of keeping on this device. I had completed an offer reach citadel level 10 and kept my game firmly in my phone for them too respond a week later saying I had used vpn and altered my device Id despite sending them proof with my mail with their case Id and my citadel open but no response got ripped out of 6 days of work. This has left me very distraught and reluctant to do another offer as they have threatened to terminate my account

The lack of properly receiving rewards through the offer wall is getting to the point of fraud. I have not once received a reward without considerable effort. Now, all pending rewards disappear from the interface leaving no means for contacting Tapjoy. Out of principle, Better Business Bureau is my next stop. Tapjoy gets ad revenue, but scams users
failure to reward tasks
I've been teaching out to Tapjoy for a while now for completing the level 14 Lords Mobile action, are other people having similar issues? Please see the attached screenshot as evidence as to my completion. This is getting frustrating since I'm trying to complete an event but cant without the reward from this. I've exhausted other means and the company refuses to respond to the ticket or email despite it going well past the time they recommend it taking.

(I have a screen shot of the issues) I made a few ticket claims today 10-28-2018 for not being rewarded ingame cash for my wwe champions game for offers I had completed. I always have screen shots for proof that I have done what I am supposed to do and send them to the support team in the emails when they contact me and usually its not a problem, but today they sent an email (as shown in my screenshot) for Tapjoy Support Alert: Multiple Tickets in 24 hours [Case [protected]]: and saying that this ticket and any new ones for next 24 hours will be denied. It should not matter how many tickets I turn in, in any amount of time when i have proof and just want what I was told I would get for completing said offer.

So I have spent countless hours on dragon soul as well as spent over 900 dollars on many items offered I fight for rewards constantly, when I submit a concern I get a automatic response email, I have had many offers disappear so I can't submit, automatic response again you would think if one person spent that much on games there must be countless more spending that and more would have better programming. I feel I'm being used for my opinions and testing other games and I think you need to refund of my time and money.

I was supposed to get 5400 or a dollars fir purchasing a kit from proactive on Jurassic World alive game. I did, paid, no cash credited to my account. Why not? It did not see anything about having to wait for my earnings. When will they arrive? I am not happy about this. This is not the first time this has happened either.

pop! slots and township for design home
A week ago I downloaded through the game Design Home two apps to get diamonds. The two apps are POP! Slots and Township. At two, I reached level 11th, as the offer said, to get about 15, 000 diamonds each game. I have not received anything. So I claim my diamonds. Here you have a pictures of the 2 games. I hope to have my 30, 000 diamonds in order to follow to play with Design Home.

in-game currency
in Covet Fashion you are able to earn currency by downloading programs through Tapjoy and once you complete the offer you are supposed to receive the in-game currency, however they never give me the currency anytime it seems to be over 100 even after making it to certain levels in the apps I've installed, like they ask you to, and spending real money in these apps. I submitted a ticket after 36 hours and responded to their email which I still haven't received a response for. Please take heed to this before attempting to complete any offers.

Yes Tapjoy is good for not holding up their end of the bargain. I have had several problems with them not giving me my rewards for completing an offer, and have had to click a link for support after waiting the required time or 24 or some times 36 hours, and they have rewarded me then after I show proof with screen shots. But today they sent me an email saying that my current request ticket and any new ones for next 24hrs will be denied cause I sent to many request tickets in one day. Its not my fault they are not doing their part I have to resort to asking for their help to get my rewards I am due! I wrote them a long email back explaining this and how disappointed I am in them and their support team!
fanduel promotion
I completed the FanDuel promotion offered and deposited $10 and played a couple games. I did not receive my reward and put in a ticket. Now it says it was denied. I followed the steps to the letter and have never used FanDuel before. I sent a follow-up email asking why I was denied and have yet to hear back. It is one thing to have technical difficulties but another to just shut out one of your paying customers with no explanation.
tapjoy organized fraud scheme
Like many of the players who used Tapjoy I have been defrauded on numerous occasions. I complete the offer requirements and save screenshots of the vendor confirmation showing I have completed the offer, the TJ offer on my offer wall, and the ticket. It's important to screenshot the offers that have been started and the ticket because they routinely claim that you didn't complete the requirements, the ticket has been closed because they didn't hear from you regardless of the fact that you have sent them all of your backup attached to their original ticket confirmation that comes to your email. Or their system did not record a "click" (which is apparently more important than the proof you sent them, or after submitting a ticket you never get the confirmation email needed to attach your proof, etc.. They are full of excuses and give you the runaround hoping you'll just give up. Make no mistake, TJ has a business model based on widespread, organized fraud by denying legitimate offers to customers that have been completed in accordance with with their guidelines. Their ticket confirmation, if you get one, states that they are behind due to having so many tickets. Imagine that! What they don't say is that you may never get a response. You will have to fight tooth and nail to get the reward for the offer. Or they may find some ridiculous reason like the "system click" excuse. They claim when you initiate an offer they get a click in their system, but it appears their clicker is either nonexistent and used as an excuse, or it's so defective it seldom works properly. Now they have started deleting pending offers from their offer altogether trying to take your proof that you did the offer. They have also started deleting offers from the wall after a week or two. This is why screenshots of everything are so important. Apple has sanctioned TJ for their underhanded business practices. If you don't get rewarded start filing complaints for each offense with The Federal Trade Commission and contact law enforcement to initiate fraud charges against them. They are based in San Francisco in the US. You can file locally or with law enforcement in San Francisco. TJ is a class action suit waiting to happen, and they are just begging for one. Also complain to The Better Business Bureau both local and nationally. Several consumer groups are gathering data on fraud operation, but they apparently think they are too big to be affected. It's time to take the fight to them.

Tapjoy is a partener of Nekki, witch is the developer of Shadow Fight 3 (SF3) . Trough Tapjoy, players are able to receive in-game currency "gems", that can also be bought with real money, by installing other apps and achieving their objective.
After having an issue with one of Tapjoy's promotions I sent them a report trough the Tapjoy wall on SF3, because I still hadn't received the gems, which was a considerable sum. When they answered back, that same wall that had a load of completed objectives was cleaned.
A couple days after, they answered back saying everything was taken cared and they were sending me the reward, but did not said how much. I replied back asking about the amount stating it was supposed to be above 1000. I remember it was 4 digits. Tapjoy did not answer. I waited for a few days and no reward...
Then I researched a bit and found the same kind of complaint here on complaints board.com from someone smarter than me who had a screen shot of that same objective. About 4000 gems. I imediatly sent another e-mail TJ about this, always replying to the same e-mails and nothing. Not even an excuse.
Stopped using Tapjoy. I have their email saying I would receive the reward, which I have not, and they never replied back to my other e-mails. I'm also considering not touching any game that has Tapjoy as a partner.
Tapjoy scams.
Almost a month and no answers. Awesome service from Tapjoy. I must say, they were quick in the beginning of the complaint but I'm being completely ignored after confronting them (politely). Shame. Thumbs down.

I completed an offer from the offer wall on avakin life, but have yet to recieve my reward. I fulfilled the offer requirement and got nothing.
I have screenshots so this should be an open and shut case.
I can't submit a support ticket in game as the option doesnt appear to be available.

I get an offer with playing pirate kings to get 134 Dia. I spent 3 days playing this kuso game and completed island 3 without reward. I sent request with screenshot but denied withouut any explaination. I want my 134 Dia. Tapjoy should do more promising mechanism to ensure reward is given. I think your staff are dealing this kind complains a lots. If the problem is not resolved, we should sue tapjoy for cheating us spending a lots of time making ad for them without reward.

I was initially irritated when i got denied for over half of the rewards I completed because it is not written anywhere in plain sight that you can only submit a limited amount of tickets per 24hr period. No normal person is going to read the terms, this info needs to be advertised. Now I am furious because I paid $5.00 for the Dollar Shave Club offer and I have sent at least 5 emails with multiple photos of proof of purchase. That includes screenshots of emails, and shipping/tracking info on the website and I will be sending some of the actual shave club box that i just got in the mail today! I am not the kind of person who spends lots of money on games, so when I do, I expect to be rewarded for what I purchased! It's not like the diamonds you're supposed to reward me are real in some vault and me getting mine is going to jip you! I would greatly appreciate my reward. Please!

Lately, I've had many issues wirh receiving my diamonds. I've wasted 40 bucks trying to receive diamonds by doing offers. I've emailed and showed proof of my purchase. I don't know what's so hard about giving a person something they've paid for and earned. It's making me not want to play the covet game. I downloaded a game for rewards through Tapjoy for the Home Design app. I had to reach level 31, I succeeded that. I waited 48 hours, emailed them, 2 days later, no response. Emailed again, they proceed to tell me it was not installed on this device ID... it actually was, where do you think I found the damn game in the first place, on a reward page from you guys... it took me about 1-2 hours to get to level 31, I showed them my proof.
They've done this to me so many times. I stopped playing Home Design because of Tapjoy and the scammers they are.
Of course you won't give me like 24, 000 diamond reward, silly me.
