Tapjoy main purpose is to generate ad revinue and does not care about customers or contracts. Tapjoy has defaulted on multiple occasion violating their own policies and agreements by not providing the service as per their agreements.
Tapjoy is morally bankrupt. Extremely difficult to contact. And makes up its own rules as they see fit.
As a customer I have completed six tasks as per tapjoy request following all of Tapjoy policy and procedures as written. Tapjoy has defaulted on all of the offers stating machine ID despite the multitude of proof provided by the consumer. 20 pictures have been provided as proof of work completed. Tapjoy has disregarded the proof despite asking for the proof upfront. Tapjoy has disregarded their own policy and procedures. Tapjoy has failed to provide a customer compensation as per the contract.
not receiving diamonds for 2 superstar bts offers
I downloaded Final Fantasy XV and leveled up my citadel (to level 10) and power points (to 10, 000) to the required amount but still haven't received my diamonds. I emailed tap joy and they said they couldn't give me the reward because I didn't have the app downloaded. I sent screenshots as proof and everything. I spent so many hours on that app just to have them deny me my reward and I don't think it's fair
why i'm not receiving my rewards
I have completed offers and i have emailed tapjoy and sent proof and there is no reply and i dont get my reward please fix this it has been a week since my tapjoy hasn't been working. The offers show up and i complete it then the offer disappears but i end up not getting the reward and i try everyday in order the get coins but it seems to not work. This is frustrating and annoying please fix this because i don't know y tapjoy isn't working.

Dear sir I have downloaded the app Lords mobile and reached level 12 and I'm supposed to receive my Coins for the game Avakin Life which you guys have promised and after playing the game for 10days I have completed it and I haven't got my coins I've raised a ticket and provided screenshots of the game and your company has closed the ticket saying review denied what I have done wrong ? I have installed the app as I should and completed the offer please look into the matter and resolve my issue asap.
lords mobile - reach castle level 11/ failed reward attempt
I got an email from the Customer Service Department, saying that the points I received for the offer "Lords Mobile - Reach Castle Level 11" has already been implemented into my game Toreba. Unfortunately, when I opened the Toreba app, I never got my points and it in fact said "Failed Reward Attempt" even though it says Resolved. I don't know how to fix this and I feel as if though all of my work to get those points was wasted.
the worst customer service
One of the Tapjoy's advertisers was scamming people. I submitted all the evidence to Tapjoy and asked them to look into it. They could not care less! We as customers are nothing to them. They provide zero protection whatsoever. Their customer service is so bad it takes them a month to get back to you in the first place, but now they are just ignoring my case.

Paid $10 for a 'free' offer but never received the rewards I deserved. Contacted them multiple times and sent them all the necessary proofs and information regarding the offer I completed. Waited almost 2 weeks to get a reply from them only to be told that I didn't download their stupid app via their stupid link (of course I did, but they decided to blatantly lie and pushed me away because they were too [censored]ing lazy and irresponsible to do anything to help). Hell, even the advertiser verified my effort and agreed to help but they can't do anything because TapJoy refused to cooperate.
*If anyone is reading this, if you are smart, avoid TapJoy like the plague. It's not worth your time. Don't believe me? You will when they screw you over.*

I have completed the offer like 3 months ago and submitted a ticket for not recieveing my reward, I got a reply and the agent said it was a technical issue and he will help me, it's been months and no reply or reward. I am very angry and will not be using this service and tell my friends to do the same. I attached proof and the last reply was on july 16 which is so disappointing. They have [censored]ty support tbh. I would like torecieve my reward asap, 3 days.

First I would like to say I hate that I must complain because I love the Design Home game but will surely quit if this does not resolve. I complete offers. No rewards. I wait. Submit request. Reply to email with proof and then I receive a closed ticket. Bad business. Now I am getting alerts from my bank for unauthorized charges to my account. If I unsubscribe before the trial ends, how can I be charged? I want this resolved now.

I live in a household where multiple people play a game ( avakin life) off the same wifi, but their own devices. I have this CONSTANT problem where i do not recieve my rewards while other members of my household do . it IMMEDIATELY goes to FAILED status. I work hard on offers and tapjoy takes over a month to solve problems and give my rewards. A week ago i logged a complaint, still no reward. Tonight once again another offer fails and no reward . its a total of over 20000 avacoins and that is a lot for the game. This really isn't fair and i am so sick of fighting for my rewards. I have no issues sending screenshots but i have SERIOUS issues having to send emails for 1 or 2 months and get 0 feedback from anyone and half the time, no reward. Its EXTREMELY UNFAIR AND PATHETIC. I feel so scammed and the generic emails are becoming mundane. I really hope tapjoy can get their [censored] together.
tapjoy rewards not rewarded
I have completed more than two offers from Tapjoy in the last two weeks. I received no rewards. I filed a request for support and was denied multiple times. They did I did not download the game on my device. I sent screenshots proving installation and the goals needed to fulfill the offers. Still denied. One email even accused me of cheating... something about changing an ID. I have wasted several weeks playing games to get gold for the tapsports MLB game and now can't be rewarded. Not sure what to do.

I never get diamonds for completing offers. When I contact tapjoy they tell me I've already had them which I haven't, or they just send me automated email and don't listen. It's disgrace! I love playing the game but it's so unfair. So many times I have Done this now but it never gets resolved. At least 4 offers recently that I have completed and they just tell me i have already had them but I haven't! The automated email just send me around in circles. Tapjoy tell me to contact design home, design home tell me to contact tapjoy. I only want what is fair. Just give me the diamonds I am owed and stop giving me the run around.

Completed a paid offer but never received the reward I deserved. Sent all the proofs and information immediately after receiving their automated email. I was super polite, hell even added some smileys and [censored]. Now it's been almost 4 days but no one has reached back to me. Is this how you treat your customers? I would like to say how [censored] Tapjoy is. I complete a survey, get to the end questions where the surveys ask personal questions about me, I give them an answer and it takes me back to all the surveys because I didn't have the answer they wanted. At least reward me for wasting my time. Such a [censored] service. The whole point of surveys is to keep an open mind for everyone's answer, why include options you're not even happy with? This is kind of forcing me to lie on surveys now, I lie on them in case the survey double-crosses me and doesn't give me my reward after I've just wasted 20 minutes of my time to give them a detailed response to their questions.

I had downloaded games, done surveys, completed offers and done some quizzes. They did not follow through and also lied and made excuses for why they didn't have to give the rewards. I was a paying customer and would have started paying for Blaze of Battle as well, but I'm not going to now. I'm thinking of getting rid of anything to do with it all.

No customer service: there is no means of contacting tapjoy. Their supposed contact info is a phone number off the hook and if emailing them, you will either find no reply at all or the option of 1 out of their 4 automated replies. If there is an issue with a specific offer, they do not specify and and are quick to close the case by anyway possible (completely ignoring you).
Completed an offer that took effort and when reward wasn't received, I submitted a ticket to which I sent proof of completing with a screenshot. Weeks later I got a response reading they were looking into the issue and had contacted the advertiser. (No other information including stating the issue was included). Received another email a few hours later that the advertiser had denied rewarding me because the app supposedly wasn't found on my device. Never was I told that the device I used to email has to be the same as the one used to fulfill the offer. I sent many emails back, explaining that if the issue was states to me, I would have followed proper measures to make sure the advertiser as well as tapjoy knew I had followed proper protocol in fulfilling the offer.
No emails were responded to and I had to go as far as to contact the advertiser's developer and owner.
Complete lack of customer service and apparently, reputation.
gaming offers not refunded
I am so tired of Tapjoy not crediting offers. They lure you into downloading a game or doing surveys and then you need to beg them to credit you. When you do nag, they either fail your offer or simply do not ever pay you out.
I play Avakin and almost all my offers have either been declined or rejected. I am waiting on offers to be resolved since August.
My daughter and I both play Avakin and she also does the Tapjoy offers. Sometimes she is lucky and gets her offers paid out. But she is waiting nearly 3 weeks for over 100, 000 coins for Avakin to be paid out.
I have noticed that some offers which were pending for so long and not being removed have simply been removed off their offer wall.
Avakin says they have nothing to do with Tapjoy yet they help advertise their name and promotions! Nobody gives a damn
They are scamming people into this falsehood and I. Sick of it now.

I submitted more than enough proof that I completed what was asked and provided proof that the reward was never received. They had resolved an issue of mine before so I didn't worry (baring in mind this did take them a week!)
I received nothing for 4 days so decided to send a chase email. Again, nothing. Waited a further 2 days and asked again for a progress check. Still nothing. It's now been 12 days and I have had absolutely nothing from the so called ‘support' team what so ever.
I think it's absolutely disgusting that they don't have the common decency to even reply to me regarding this. Their customer service is appalling. I wouldn't mind if they came back to me to tell me they're working on it or having some delays but to receive absolutely nothing from it as if they're purposely ignoring my emails, disgraceful and unacceptable.
Never once have I had to chase a company for 12 days and counting just to get a mere reply! Tapjoy should be ashamed of themselves and perhaps get some staff that actually know what Customer Service is, as the current ones clearly don't!
I will continue to email on a daily basis until I get a reply and will not stop until I'm provided with what I'm entitled to.
Shame I can't give them 0 stars.
