TapJoy complete offers and not given payment/reward

I have stupidly completed 15/20 offers with tapjoy, for gems in lords mobile. Contacted customer support proved that the offers were completed and all I keep getting is an automated email response saying good news you've already been rewarded but they have never showed up in my lords Mobile account I can never get a real person just nothing but automated responses have emailed at least 20 times with zero results I feel like I've been nothing but ripped off. I have contacted thru app, internet, feedback every way. Sent detailed proof of completion and what i am missing and not a singke response other than automated. Still jave emails screen shots everything to prove i did my part. How about tapjoy step up smd do theirs.

TapJoy no customer service, unanswered support requests, unethical business practices, and withheld earnings

I have 8-10 unanswered support requests for surveys that were all but completed when either server errors occurred or I was told the quota had been reached. Support requests have all been sent, and not a single one has been addressed. Well that destroys the entire concept of giving thoughtful and honest answers, because apparently you have to rush to get it done or you will get kicked off (but they'll still use the answers you gave). I have been afraid to even try to take any more surveys because there seemed to be no point - why, so I can submit another support request to add to my ever-growing pile to which no one ever responds?

They owe me close to 5, 000 diamonds at this point. And now I will not even be attempting to take surveys anymore, because their new updated privacy policy means I have to agree for them to sell my information to any shmuck they feel like, and I am still dodging calls from the last time they did that.

5 days ago - sent a request asking why none of my previous requests had been answered, have heard nothing.
8 days ago - I wasted 19 minutes of my time and had a progress bar at 80% when I was told the quota had been reached (609 diamonds).
11 days ago - I wasted my time AND my roommate's, who I had woken up to take the survey for me (because it asked for a male in the house to do it), when a server error occurred and we were unable to continue - no one has responded to this one either (609 diamonds).
12 days ago - I received a message saying "Thank you for your participation! That's all the questions we have for you, " but instead of being redirected to the completion page, I was redirected to the disqualification page - but my progress bar was essentially full (609 diamonds).
13 days ago - progress bar actually reached 100%, and I was taken to THREE separate pages thanking me for my participation and telling me my responses had been recorded, but was never redirected to the completion page and could not get to the end for some reason - this one still says INCOMPLETE, not disqualified, so that's another one I was cheated on (609 diamonds).
14 days ago - almost at the end when I was again told the quota had been reached, yet my responses were still recorded and used (609 diamonds).
14 days ago - advertised as an 11 minute survey, I spent 9 minutes completing it when I was told the quota had been reached again (609 diamonds).
20 days ago - received a disqualification message in error - I had reached the end of the survey, had been thanked for my participation, and clicked a button that said "Submit to finish" but was instead redirected to the disqualification page (609 diamonds).
21 days ago - an error occurred and I could not continue (609 diamonds).
25 days ago - submitted a request asking why my previous requests had gone unanswered (so there are many more that are older than this).

I could continue to list these because it seems as though the list has no end, but what is above should illustrate my point well enough. I also USED to have screenshots of my progress bars, but it has been so long since I have heard anything that I could not keep dozens of screenshots taking up the storage in my phone for an indefinite period of time. If they would ever respond in a timely manner, as in before a couple weeks have gone by, then I would have still had the proof that they ask us to have when we submit these requests. I cannot send them proof for which they never ask!

I am tired of being ripped off - I want the diamonds they already owe me so I can be DONE with these support requests and so I can be DONE with Tapjoy (their new privacy policy has driven me away completely). I have never been so systematically defrauded by a single company as I have by Tapjoy.

Tapjoy does not care about you, nor do they have any semblance of customer service or business ethics. The amount of time I have wasted giving them my thoughtful and honest opinion is extraordinary at this point, and it is shameful. I am honestly a little disgusted with myself for putting myself through this as much as I have. So please PLEASE, Tapjoy, just give me the fake digital game currency that you owe me so we can both go our separate ways. And yes, it is a video game currency, so why do they treat it as if they are losing real money by giving us what they have promised?

They should have been reported to the Better Business Bureau years ago. When I agree to take a survey, I am agreeing to give them the advertised amount of time answering thoughtfully and honestly IN EXCHANGE for the specified amount of diamonds. I am NOT agreeing to spend an increasingly exorbitant amount of time answering questions for you for free. That defeats the entire point of me taking the survey in the first place.

A desirable resolution would be to receive what I have earned. I want what they owe me so I don't have to deal with this frustration ever again, and in the future I will be sure to avoid anything that is associated with the Tapjoy name ever again because I am sure neither of us wants anything to do with the other at this point. And what a shame, because it really was a great concept to help enhance the game-playing experience, but all it has done is ruin the game for me and waste my time and effort every time they get the chance.

I will also be sure to tell everyone I know to stay away from Tapjoy because they never fulfill their end of the agreements they make with their consumers.

TapJoy promised rewards not fulfilled, scam

This is the newest of the scamming companies for mobile and online gamers. They are NO friend of gamers or the gaming community! They promise to give rewards for trying other games and to give you gems or game currency of the current game you are playing but this never happens. They are scammers and Tapjoy makes sure some of your rewards are not paid. Trying to contact and get help from TapJoy Customer Service is a total Joke! You send a request to address an issue. They respond that they are busy (no kidding?) and ask a lot of information that is available from their own website and from your transaction, if they looked. You send them the information they request, then they come up with another excuse not to help you with your request. ALWAYS there is some reason you don't get the reward. It's a scam on a global level! You request a phone contact for them or a Contact name and you get no Response. This is a class action lawsuit waiting to happen. I'm about to be the one to start it myself! They are despicable people and don't deserve to be in business! Report them and do not do business with them!

TapJoy dawn of the dragons rewards

I have completed a numerous amount of rewards and they all say that the reward has been paid. However, none of the rewards have been paid and when I submit a ticket I only receive an email saying that the reward actually has been paid when it certainly hasn't. This has happened for every reward I have tried.

Imagine 1 is my rewards list and what I shouldve been rewarded. Image 2 is my dawn of the dragons profile, showing my current planet coin count in the top right corner (the 19 planet coins were already there.) Image 3 is one of the emails I've been sent claiming that I've already been awarded my currency, and yet I haven't.

TapJoy mobile strike offer: reach level 10 of mobile strike

It has been almost a whole week since I have submitted my report on not getting my gem fragments for Unison League, which was supposed to be 2100. I had completed the offer with exactly 4 hours left before it went over the time limit, and after a few hours of not getting the reward I messaged tapjoy. I have not even received a response from them. I am majorly disappointed as I had done everything that was required, and didn't even get a response back.

TapJoy kobo offer on covet fashion

I completed this offer where I had to buy at £10 worth of ebooks on Kobo. I did not receive my 11, 000 diamonds (this was a double diamond weekend on Covet Fashion). Submitted a ticket nearly a month now..no response. Have submitted smaller amount tickets recently, received those. What is it about Tapjoy paying out large diamond amounts owed? It is not as if they're sending out real money! Really need those diamonds now as challenges getting expensive. I paid over £10 to receive diamonds which I did not get. Oh and I don't want to receive half the amount which is the non double diamond offer amount. I did the offer specifically on double diamond weekend to receive double diamonds! Tapjoy have done that to me before...given me half amount although offer was completed on double 💎 weekend. Can anyone help?

TapJoy quidd

Ok, to be honest, I am beyond mad. I'm quidd, more than a couple packages crash the game. But i was fine with that. Then when i went to get sticker packages from Steven universe, all the results came from different packages, and nkt the one i purchased them from, but that wasn't so bad. Then i tried getting coins via your "free coin" wall. I completed not one, but 2 offers, the first kne being a math quiz, and the other being to download an app called photobook for a hefty 1008000 coins. Neither worked. Now I've wasted my time and storage space on 2 things that didn't even get me what I wanted in the end. Ive gotten no coins. And the "missing coins option"didn't help me either, it wouldn't let me submit. I might have been using it wrong, or it's just flawed in the first place with no instructions I can follow properly. Help me out here.

TapJoy tapjoy rewards hoax

I am on my 3rd go round with these crooks! Every time I complete an offer over 300 tokens there is a problem for some reason? I've attempted 11 emails with the info requested to honor the claim & every one gets returned describing I have responded to an unmonitored email address?! Btw, it does no offer a "correct" email address on the returned apology email?! SCAM is all I can think of... Making it as difficult as possible in hopes you will give up is common practice from dirtbags like this. The gaming companies associating themselves with this nonsense should put their foot down & stand up for their customers! It's getting so bad by the comments found when googled that surely it's becoming class action lawsuit level material.

TapJoy avakin coins not received

I have several offers from which I didn't receive any rewards even after reporting them within the avakin life game and within the tapjoy mobile application. After receiving all automated emails to which I replied with my complaint and proof that I had completed the offers, I have received no other emails after that.

TapJoy crosswords with friends

I have submitted the Coke or Pepsi preference and received no coins.

I have completed the Cooking Fever challenge and received no coins. I have attempted to complex the missing coinswfirm several times but it is inoperable for over a month.

I have tried to contact Customer Support directly but it loops back to the same inoperable form.

Tapjoy is a total scam.

I finished level 9 on battle camp over a week ago and it still has not given me any coins. I have a case number and everything. I received an email back and they wanted to know if I needed to buy anything, or make a phone call. I said no, it just wanted me to finish level 9 and no reply. I even noticed the other day that crosswords with friends has taken some games that I played already away from me. Fed up with both TopJoy and Crosswords with Friends. Can't even play with friends.

I played mobile strike to lvl 10 and didn't receive my coins on DDC? I'm signed in to my apple iOS with [protected]@gmail.com and my Facebook is [protected]@gmail.com. I don't know which one you verify off of but it's been over a month and I have yet to hear anything from my original complaint on this? Please respond at [protected]@gmail.com. I first reported this mid may and have tried emailing y'all several times but no response on anything.

Then continued to send 7 more emails. Still nothing. Sent another request for a different issue knowing I've already received the coins for that issue. They told me that they already sent the coins. Still wondering why they haven't gotten back to me on the main issue I'm trying to resolve. They are a scam and theives. Just trying to help the people behind me because I've accepted mine is a lost cause. [censor].

Completed your gala bingo, that said would give 4532 points, but after downloading, deposit £10 and played 3 games, got nothing, tried to do your missing points thing but then said specify the completed task.
I typed gala bingo so many times and says invalid!

So now used £10 for nothing. I was playing ninja girls to get the gems.
But all this for nothing.
I would like my points please.

TapJoy 14 day trial now tv

Completed an offer to try a free trail with now tv through covet fashion game completed all the information gave my card details details, downloaded the nowtv app but now tapjoy are saying it incomplete so they wont pay my virtual cash for my game. I have spoken to the nowtv customer services team and they have told me my account is up and running 100% I've contacted tapjoy and they've totally ignored my emails. I have added screenshots to prove that i have completed the offer. I hope i have gave you the relevant information to hopefully get this resolved. Thank you

TapJoy coins received

I play Claw Prize 2 on my kindle I sumitted a order for Highlight Books and was suppose to get 8400 free coins for that I received the books but not the coins I have spoken to Highlight, Amazon, and game Circus I have jumped though more hoops then I can imagine now game circus said to contact you I don't think I will ever order anything for free coins again this is not right to treat customers like this. When I talked to Highlights they said they where having a lot of people calling about not getting their coins I guess most people would just forget it I may just not play the game again after I get an answer kim Easley kime e-mail [protected]@gmail.com

TapJoy videostripe

I signed up for videostripe yesterday and have not received my coins. I try to tell tap joy and of course its a big nothing I get from them! I can't even reply to a email to give them the proof they want. This is very poor business management. Just give me my coins already! The fact that you can't reply or even find a way to send emails is bad on your part. You are not trying to help people. You just want more money! I have to put in my credit card info for this. For what?! Nothing because you have not given me my coins!

TapJoy tapjoy covet fashion 34k covet diamonds missing

I submitted numerous emails about 34k diamonds I haven't received in value to £80! I've sent all relevant screen shots and given you more information and was told to wait 3-5 days.. well it's now June and I bought them on 19th MAY! [protected] is my case number . TapJoy covet fashion

I spent $36 for a kobo ebook offer through tapjoy and never earned my diamonds. I sent them my welcome email and my purchase receipt. It's been nearly 2 months and i am unable to submit a second ticket. Recently i downloaded the Lottoland app and ran it for 15 minutes, I was not rewarded my 395 diamonds despite sending a screenshot of it running on my iphone. I included screenshots of offers that did not pay out and i submitted tickets for.

I completed an offer on the house design app that would give me 14557 in diamonds which I completed wednesday yet its now sunday and I still haven't received my 14500 in diamonds, I have sent multiple emails and still have not received my diamonds. if I don't receive what the offer advertised, I will contact the companies advertising department and I will also contact the advertising ombudsman for my state to make a complaint, due to the fact that it was a gambling offer that I completed and your company have not fulfilled the offer advertised, you are therefore in breach of your contract with said parties. I have waited more than the 24 hours for my account to be credited. it has been nearly 5 days. I will wait no longer.

TapJoy game of war rewards

I have completed the game of war upgrade stronghold to level 10 days ago. I have downloaded tapjoy rewards app to track rewards and it says offer not complete. This is incorrect. I have contacted customer service through the tapjoy app and have not been contacted by anyone concerning my complaint. I have also completed a few others that have not issued the rewards as well. I have spent a great deal of time completing the game of war offer and have spent actual money to do so. The track rewards feature in the tapjoy app is not very user freindly. I cant access the rewards customer submission form. Tapjoy has wasted a great deal of my time and subjected me to hours of ads and conned me into putting effort and money into offers without recompense advertised by you. I want to know what tapjoy intends to do about it. Why was i issued rewards when i upgraded my srikeforce headquarters to level 10 and not for game of war? Why have i not recieved my rewards from Harry's Razors when they have already shipped my order?i want to be contacted by an actual person. My only other recourse after this is to contact the companies that have hired you and that advertise with you. I will be forced to file official complaints where ever i must. I have completed these offers through Topps Huddle. My email is [protected]@yahoo.com. my phone number is [protected]. This is very shady business. Someone is not doing their job correctly. When i researched online, i found that this is an ongoing problem. After a few years of issues, seems like it must be intentional at this point. No business can operate with such deficiencies and continue to still be viable. You are either conning me your customer, or you are conning your clients or employers. Fix the problem please
