flat envelope
UPS delivered a flat envelope this morning by putting it in our mailbox at the end of our long driveway in the "going out mail" slot. IF I had not gotten to the mailbox before the USPS delivery, they would have taken it! Why would this be placed in the mailbox instead of at the door of our house? Putting UPS items in the mailbox is against Federal USPS regulations. Please take measures to prevent this from happening again.

i'm complaining about my driver
I'm having a problem with my driver my name is Dinesha Dash I am a seasonal driver's helper. Ever since I started I try my best to ignore my driver of what he be saying to me.his mouth is very disrespectful I don't like the way he talks to me he talks to me like I don't know nothing and he got a smart-[censored] mouth. You always talking to me about sex different...

Since the day I started at ups whites creek location I have been harrassed. I've had all 4 tires slashed, break lines cut and on multiple occasions money and belongings stolen from my vehicle. When I asked multiple supervisors to look into these problems I was told there was nothing they could do even though I parked under security cameras in parking lot...

On 3 occasions, the driver has left my packages at the end of my driveway (about 400' from the house, out of site) in the grass next to my garbage cans in plain view of the road. No notice that the package is there until I see it or someone else lets me know. On one other occasion, I saw the driver getting ready to leave my yard and stopped him. I asked him where the package was and he said in the grass between the 2 vehicles parked there. I am handicapped and moved over on the porch and still couldn't see a package. He finally rolled the package, a generator, about 3 times alongside my car and said it was heavy and wasn't going to hurt himself. Had I not seen him, I probably would have backed up and hit the package, damaging the item plus my vehicle. What is the protocol for delivery of packages and do drivers not have hand trucks on the truck to move heavier packages? At no time when the package was left in the grass at the end of my driveway was I notified the package was there.

driver dangerous
This driver sped down our driveway at least 50 miles an hour and nearly killed me. Didn't even notice I was in the driveway had earbuds on And didn't even hear me screaming. He then went into our neighbors house got back in the truck and sped back towards me. I stepped out to take pictures. He sped away.
This is happening frequent with your drivers
It is a very dangerous and real threat.
Please call me immediately at 917.250.8100

deliveries made to the facility.
UPS delivery guys leave packages in different offices without the proper person signing for packages. This is a commercial property, their are multiple Tenant complaints due to UPS deliverers leaving packages to unknown people and signing their names to show they received. This problem has been an on going issue, issues that have been reported but they fall on deaf ears. Today 10/16/19 Sammy(delivery guy) opened a Tenants door and left a package that did not belong to her it belonged to a Tenant 2 doors down. This is a continues thing with the deliveries. When they do not obtain a response from a Tenant they leave the packages on the door. No wonder alot of packages come up missing. We are a Real Estate business that has over 113 Tenants, Tenants who have 100's of customers on the daily. This is a highly traffited place. Something needs to be done regarding the deliveries.
false information about my refund. package got shipped, damaged/stolen by the ups employee(s).
I called my local UPS store here in Georgetown, S.C. Rita a clerk whom assisted me at the time told it was ok if I had my own box. So I proceeded with shipping my package at my local UPS. She then told me my package would arrive at it's destination 2-3 days later. Thursday would've been the date my reciever should've recieved her package. Well, apparently she didn't. I then went to track my package and found out it was damaged. I called my local UPS store. Spoke with Rita on Friday October 4th at 11:55am. Her exact words to me was, "oh I apologize that happened to you" Also how I was eligible for a refund. And the items that I'd sent had to be savaged. Well every time I call to speak with the manager, she is not there. I called corporate and made a complaint. They told me I should be able to recieve a refund if she'll just "dispute" my information in the system. They reuse to do so... So it's only right that I proceed this matter with an attorney... False Information / Stealing from customers Then when I called the corporate office, they told me that local branch is n ot an official UPS store... WTF
changing delivery address
I have a small package as I'm a receiver customer. I tried to change delivery adress online due to nearst adress to me and the status that time was still (label created) but no any responses, no email response. Just online chat service wasn't useful because they ask me to call sender to solve my problem. The sender was very busy that time, I couldn't do anything. I fourced to receive my package from my far address with long time delivery . I don't know how this global company works and can't help there customers on sudden circumstances. I don't recommend anybody to deal
mishandling the package. poor customer service
My package was supposed to be delivered to the address I have been at for the last 15 years. However, this time the driver "could not locate it".
When calling the UPS customer service it is extremely difficult to get through.
When I got lucky and got through, I have requested for the package to be re-delivered. The representative said "OK", but did completely different - put my package on "TO BE PICKED UP". No one ever apologized or extend any sort of sympathy.
I will avoid the UPS from now on as much as I could.

vehicle blocking ingress/egress of parking garage
Around 12:30 PM today, the UPS truck parked and blocked a major entry/exit to a condominium tower for a period estimated around 5 minutes. When a driver trying to exit the garage asked the driver to move, he said that she could drive down the sidewalk about 30 yards to another exit point. Obviously, this was an unreasonable request.
The garage entry is located off of 3rd Ave. NE from Beach Drive.
delivery made at unknown drop off point
the driver did not make a second attempt to deliver my package he took it to a drop off point for me to pick up. I had no idea what drop off point I was supposed to go to until I called the 1 800 number for UPS at which time the recording told me the address. Always had good service from UPS until this happen. Please do your job and deliver packages because you are a delivery service company.
delivery
UPS does not leave a notice. They know I do not have a bell, but will neither call my number or leave a notice for me to make arrangements to retreive the package. I was waiting 3 weeks for a delivery, only to find out by contacting the merchant, UPS had returned the package without ever leaving notification a delivery had been attempted. They must drive by and that alone becomes the definition of 'doing their job' of attempted delivery. This is not a situation. This is a problem of laziness.
failure to deliver
Oct 1, 2019 Tracking No. [protected] was left on my door. I did not see this one.
Oct 2, 2019 another attempt to deliver, Tracking No. [protected], driver made no attempt to contact as I was home when I heard a knock at the door that was almost inaudible. I came down stairs as I live in a two story condo, no one was there, no truck, nothing, must have left in a hurry but hung another notice on my door.
I took both slips that were on my door and filled out the back of the form, following the instructions giving signed permission to leave the package at my door. I hung these on my door as instructed.
Day three, Tracking No. [protected] your driver never looked at the slips on the door as a third notice was hung where now I have to go out of my way to pick my package up.
Are your drivers not trained to look at the slips they hang to see if there is another delivery option? If not they should be.
I talked with a rep of UPS who clearly stated that after three delivery attempts I have to pick my package up. How about three illegitimate attempts on the part of your employee who failed to do their job?
Unacceptable
employees
I am 65 years old. I have never been treated so horrible by 2 of the employees
In that store. I had a drop off package with a scan code from amazon attached for
Return to amazon, the web site said ups would take care of everything, boxing, taping and sending all I had to do was drop it off. The line was long with many
People that had things that had items that were going to take a lot of packing.
One lady had 3 area rugs to be boxed and shipped. I knew from past experience
That my small box the had a scanned code on it did not need any other work.
I have dropped off returns to amazon before. When the store clerk was busy they always told me I could leave it and they would take care of it. I ask the girl behind the counter if I could leave it. She said no, get in line. I ask her why, many many times other employees just let me leave it, and they could scan it later. It had an
Amazon approved return code. She said, get in line or leave. I ask to speak to a manager. I do not believe the man who came out of the back room was a manager
But that is what he said. I told him I thought his employee was horribly rude and it was ridiculous that she wanted me to stand in line for what looked to be a very long time. He said to me your are ridiculous and we are not a dumpster for the
[censored] I bought from amazon. He then took my package and walked it outside and
Put it on a bench. He said your trash is outside. I was horrified. I have ms and can not stand in lines for long periods. I can not believe how absolutely horrible both of those people. She was a very obese person and seemed like she wanted to spew venom rather then deal with a customer. The man who came out of the back room was a complete idiot that should never be allowed to work in customer service, I am in complete shock as to how they treated me. I am going to call amazon to let them know how ups does not want to handle amazon returns. I am going to call every day until I get someone to take action against that ups store.. I want an apology... At the very least.

100% failure rate. false notifications. no accountability. claims "wrong street #".
I have absolutely zero faith that this will do any good at all, but I really don't want to have to go to court over something that shouldn't be so big.
I have been fighting with UPS over delivery issues ever since I moved to this new apartment near the end of July. It is so frustrating that there is absolutely no recourse, no accountability, and no choice when it comes to who businesses chose to deliver goods!
I moved to an apartment in Tukwila this summer. The apartment complex has been here for a very long time (decades), and the addresses have been the same the entire time. This is not a new address.
I ordered 3 things after moving: a towel rack for my bathroom, urgently needed cat food, and also a starter kit from Comcast. I also have a UPS MyChoice account, to get notifications about deliveries.
The first thing, the Comcast kit, I got a notice saying it was on its way. Then I got a notice saying it would be delivered the next day. The next day, I get a new notice saying I need to verify my address. I thought it was a little inconvenient, but applauded them for making sure I had really moved. But then I clicked the link in the email, and saw that the reason they needed to confirm the address is "Wrong street number" (their words). The entire address was correct; I had even double-checked for the *official* address right after I moved, to avoid any issues. I followed directions but the site wouldn't actually let me confirm. I continued to get notices about "pending" delivery. No delivery attempts. Eventually they sent the package back to the sender (Comcast).
The next thing, the towel rack; I was trying to get it in time for a housewarming party, so towels weren't just stacked on the floor or counter. I even *paid extra* for 2nd day air delivery, despite finances being tight. Again, I got notices that it was on its way; that it would be delivered the next day. The day it was supposedly being delivered, I got another notice, again saying "next day". So now the package was late, plus there was no explanation for the delay. Then I got a "Wrong street number" notice and again followed the steps to confirm my address. Then I got a post-it note on my door several days later, saying I had TWO packages waiting and they required a signature.
--notice that it says the packages (TWO of them) made it to my door but were taken away again because they needed "signatures" (which they did not - I asked the senders).-- I followed the directions on the post-it note, ecstatic that I would finally get the packages. I signed the form, made sure it was all correct, and even taped it to my door to make sure it didn't get blown away by wind. The post-it said another delivery attempt would be made "the next business day". *nearly a week later*, the towel rack was left on my doorstep, badly damaged.
--And what happened to the other package that was mentioned on the post-it note? It vanished. No sign of it. I kept getting similar misleading notifications - first it was on its way, then will be delivered tomorrow, then will be delivered "today", then back to "on its way", then back to "wrong street number", then back to "delivered tomorrow", etc..
Eventually it, too, was sent back to the sender. This package was the cat food. I am on a tight budget and order the cat food online because it's cheaper. Normally I don't have any problems with this. But in this case, not only did I never receive the food, but PETCO charged me anyway, plus, I had to take extra time, gas, and extra money I couldn't afford to drive to a brick & mortar store last minute so that my cats had food.
As usual, UPS throws out the typical "file a complaint with the sender, not with us". I continued to pursue the issues, and got sent in complete circles. I am STILL being sent in circles - and now they just flat out aren't responding to me at all. Nobody will explain why this keeps happening (and by the way, no other delivery company is having trouble with my address), nobody will provide any sort of reparation for the lost resources, money, and time, and now I have anxiety attacks any time I order something online, because I'm terrified that it will be shipped via UPS and start yet another impossible round of attempts to get what I paid for.
I even drove in to a UPS store to try to talk with someone in person - and while they were sympathetic, they told me they have no access to that part of the system and are unable to help. I've even cc'd a legal advisor on my most recent email exchanges with them, and they don't care.
Also, the company is refusing to respect my repeated requests for communication in writing only. I have explained that I'm not available to speak with by phone and that I need all communications to be in writing. And yet their "solution" was to have some sort of center manager *call* me, even after I asked them not to - and then that supposed manager didn't actually have any of the information about the problems - just tracking info about the package that was finally delivered. It was super upsetting to get a call when I asked not to be contacted that way, and then for the all itself to be absolutely no help at all, but very disruptive and upsetting.
I'm not going to waste time going back over all the specific dates/times, because I've seen that it doesn't do any good and they don't even read it. It's all been documented in the email correspondences, anyways. But here's the claim information (the subject line of all the emails): C-[protected] - Technical Support/UPS.com [ ref:_00DF05wsA._5002A1cjc3A:ref ]
inability to inform customers of deliveries: retrain the driver!
I had to file a claim due to a lost package, and the UPS person who contacted said the package was delivered to the correct location as checked on a GPS map-spot. I do have video cameras around my property, and no UPS truck appeared on them the day of delivery. The claim was completed and the shipper sent a new delivery (2 boxes) through UPS, again.
The UPS office had flagged my address for signature required for all deliveries, which I agreed with, and told me the drivers would make one attempt to deliver, then leave the package at the warehouse for pickup in Tumwater, WA. The complaint I have: how am I supposed to know the package is at the warehouse without any notification? No "sorry we missed you" slip left with the delivery attempt?
Two different packages, two different drivers, and both caught on my video. I got home from work (26th) to find a slip on the door from UPS saying my package(s) would be available for pickup in Yelm, Washington, rather than Tumwater, Washington. I had no issue with this, and went to retrieve my packages. Only one package was from the shipper I had filed claims with, and was still missing the other. I went back through emails and contacted the shipper, followed tracking numbers to find the other package had been sitting in Tumwater since the 25th of September. I reviewed my home videos to find a different driver pulled in on the 25th, walked to the door, rang the bell, scanned the box, and walked away. No slip, no notice!
Do the drivers not understand they are to notify us of a delivery? Why did one driver do his job perfectly, yet the other did not?
I will pickup my other package in Tumwater, WA on Monday after work because the warehouse is closed on the weekends. I have no desired resolution other than this location retrain their drivers to do their job correctly.
I will make every attempt to avoid using UPS for deliveries in the future because of the hassle. I have to drive 30-45 minutes to retrieve packages because I am not home during regular delivery times. I also understand there are tracking numbers, yet I did not watch them as I expected to see a delivery attempt notice.
Are delivery attempt notices not supposed to be left at the residence? Or am I supposed to guess when there is a delivery attempt?
I am complaining about a ups worker/driver.

He has been out already for over six months, but after 1 week he was already driving etc. After about 3 weeks he was already outside removing snow with a shovel and pushing a snowblower. He also is mowing the lawn, painting, weeding, washing cars, hiking ect., but keeps trying to extend time off. The main thing he is doing and was even worse before.. he is smoking weed, along with sniffing pills, opiates, adivan/xanex along with any pill he has. non delivery, based on falsehoods and incorrect information
Saturday September 21, 2019, I received a notice that I would receive a UPS package,
Tracking #: 1Z4080820350362517 from Kentucky. At about 1:30 pm I observed a UPS truck and driver on 3rd Avenue, in East Harlem, next to the laundromat on 118th Street and 3rd Avenue. The driver did not enter 118th Street, between 3rd and 2nd Avenue, where my building is. Did he handcarry packages around the corner onto 118th Street and then walk back to the truck? Or did he just walk in the block with the slips in his hand? Our building has security cameras which would show if he came with packages. On my outside door was a UPS slip for me and one for a neighbor saying that UPS couldn't gain entry and to go to the access center on Lexington Avenue for the package. UPS slip's time said 1:28 pm. It stated to wait an hour and then go to the access center, after the package was dropped off. The access center closed at 1:00 pm. It would not be possible for anyone to go to pick up a package from a closed building.
Furthermore, our building is one that both USPS and UPS can gain entry to. FedEx cannot., UPS and USPS can.
I called UPS # 800-742-5877 Saturday September 21, 3 times:
2:14 pm 800-742-5877 27 minutes
3:22 pm 800-742-5877 11 minutes
2:14 pm 800-742-5877 27 minutes
At 4:59 pm on 9/21 I received a call from UPS 770-557-3001, Atlanta Northeast, GA,
On one of the calls, I was told that the driver came to deliver the package the day before, Friday-I said that that was not possible as the package was in Secaucus NJ on Friday, Sept. 20th. I said several time that UPS has access to our building. Then I was told, oh, we just happened to see that you have to sign for the package. I asked why? That did not come up with the transaction with the shipper. A UPS rep said that the shipping was not paid for and I needed to sign for the package.
Now, I'd paid $16.60 to the shipper for priority 3 day shipping. The package left Kentucky Sept. 18 and reached Secaucus Sept. 20th. It was in NY Sept. 21 and should have been out for delivery. We know that the package did not end up in my lobby.
One of the UPS reps on Saturday swore that I'd get the package by the end of the day. That did not happen. Package then was scheduled for today, Monday, September 23rd. Early today I called the shipper in Kentucky. I explained what was going on. He felt it was a problem with the driver and not the internal workings of UPS. I questioned him about payment for shipping. His company uses UPS and all the bills come to him, Philip Weisenberger, of Weisenberger Mills, a company in business since 1865. The sudden need to sign didn't make sense to him. He told me that if I did not get the package by the end of today, Monday, Sept. 23, when Saturday's UPS reps promised it, when they couldn't get it completed for Saturday, 9/21.
Now, here's the amazing thing that happened today, Monday, September 23rd. One of Saturday's UPS reps said that I'd get the package by 11:00a.m. on Monday, September 23rd. Nothing happened. Between one oclock and 1:30 pm I see an email from UPS: Redelivery. We are changing the delivery from Sept, 23rd to a time that's more convenient on Tuesday Sept. 24th, at the request of the "Receiver"!
I had to think, who is the receiver? Oh, someone (who?) put it into the UPS system at between 1 and 1:30 that it wasn't convenient for me.I WAS WAITING HERE ALL DAY FOR THE PACKAGE! I didn't go to school today. Someone was playing games, pretending to have had a communication from me asking for the delivery to be changed from Monday to Tuesday. Where is the phone message? Where is the email? NO WHERE. Someone told an untruth. Now i'm to wait, once again, for Day #3, tomorrow Tuesday for the package. I am not getting paid for this. The aggravation is not good for my health either. The person who took the above actions with my package--I don't know what to say--it's pathetic. They're probably overworked and feeling miserable. Then there are all the stories I've been told that are listed above--pathetic-there's so much attitude. When delivering the package is made a power play, is that how you wish to be known, UPS?
By the way, today, Monday September 23rd I was on the phone again with UPS:
9/23/19: 1:33pm I spoke with cust. svc rep. for 23 minutes and then at 2:03pm to Eliza, Badge #: PZB6MLT for 50 minutes. She said a case is opened on this matter: 1-[protected]. Tomorrow I hope UPS does right and the package is delivered without my having to wait all day again. This must be a new driver, on this route or one or the good drivers having a challenging time.eliza also promised me that I'd see the package today, to no avail.
Ms. Joan Weisberger
[protected]@aol.com
Tuesday, September 24th package was delivered in the afternoon.
