Walmart horrible service as usual!

Ok every time i go to wal-mart i leave so angry. I refuse to go back and this is what everybody should do. you cannot find anybody to help you if something is not out and you ask about it the lazy ### don't even go check. the say they are a leading employer for diversity employees. They get a freaking tax break to have more blacks, mexicans, elderly, woman, and mentally unstable employees. They can sell bigger things for less money because they now work orders so many out of this country. They use a slogan of cheaper things for americans but really little by little they are causing americans to eventually lose jobs. there diversity hiring is pushed so much and believe me i am a marketer and they put it in the spotlight so people will be like oh thats so nice when really its TAX breaks whats wrong with hiring good employees regardless of focusing on there color or ethnic background. The employees they do have suck they do not help by any means they stand around and have 30 lanes but 4 running nobody is helpful and i have been in there stores and heard employees ### about there employers and god forbid they are only getting paid 10.50 and hour which a lot of people would be more than willing to work for that and do there job with a smile. 3 times i had bought something 1. shoes 2. shirt and 3. A can of popcorn at all different times i kept the receipt. In one day the shoes ripped with in the hour and they refused to refund or exchange, the shirt had a stain on the inside of the sleeve the tags still on and same day as purchased i went in they refused to help again and the third the can of popcorn was empty again no help.

This country is always complaining about out sourcing, gas prices, and overall increase in living expenses. Shopping at wal-mart adds a tiny needle into the haystack that will eventually be all needles and no hay at all in the long run. So for those who would like to stop out sourcing jobs and help economy become what it should of been a long time ago. We are heading into a recession and then maybe another depression. Stop it now every little thing you do affects this country every vote counts, every purchase counts, and to stop shopping at wal-mart would help eventually. Wal-mart does not really care about consumers and every customer. Lets stop caring about them.

Walmart fraud and cheating!

Consumers Beware, don't purchase Walmart Black Friday Doorbuster specials on anything you may have to return. This is what happened to me. I purchased an Emerson 19" LCD HDTV on Black Friday for $198.00 for my son as a Christmas Gift. The purchase was made at the Clarksburg, WV store. When we opened it and hooked it up on Christmas, it didn't work. We had sound but no picture. We boxed it back up and with receipt in hand, I returned it the day after Christmas to the same store as purchased. To my delight, there was no line for returns! I told the cashier the problem with the TV and that I wanted to exchange it for another one. She scanned the TV and my receipt, and cheerfully told me I was in luck because that particular TV was still on sale. Her comment confused me somewhat, since I only wanted to exchange it for the exact model I wasn't sure what that would have to do with anything. She said since that was the case she would issue me a cash refund, and I could just go back and repurchase another one.

My two sons and I headed back to the electronics dept. and quickly located the same TV. However, when I looked at the price, it stated $287.oo. We put the TV in the cart and took it to the register in the electronics dept. and asked a nice young man there to scan it. I explained the situation to him, and after scanning the TV he said it had a different SKU and that it was the same model, but they change the SKU after black friday. The department head whose name was Bonnie came over, and we explained to her that I wanted to "exchange" and that it was the same TV. She very rudely stated NO, and said that was just how it was. If I wanted that TV, I would have to pay the difference. I could not believe what I was hearing. How can they do that? She said black friday specials have different SKU numbers, even though they are the same item, and it was that way at any store, not just Walmart. I disagreed with her, and after telling her that I doubted that other stores had that same practice, decided I would take my $$ and buy a TV elsewhere, even if I had to pay more. On the way out of the store, with my 18 year old son prompting me, we stopped to speak to an assistant store manager. I explained everything to him, thinking all the while that something is very wrong, and I'm sure he'll fix it. After making a call back to electronics, he told me No sorry, that was just how it was, and it was Walmart's policy. So I proceed to ask him if what he is saying is that Walmart purchases items from wholesalers, stocks them for Black Friday at discounted prices, then changes the SKU and increases the price afterwards. THEN, when innocent consumers purchase items that don't work, return them WITH receipt and ask to just exchange for the exact same item, they cannot because the SKU and price are different. If the consumer wants the same item they must pay the difference? HE ANSWERED YES THAT IS WALMART'S PRACTICE.

I gave him an earful, as well as the people in close proximity to me, and went over to speak to my Mother who works there, and was going on lunch break. I told her about the issue, and after she returned from clocking out, she said she spoke to another manager and that she wanted to speak to me. I went to her, and told her the problem, and she did say that although it was not company policy, she would make it right. I followed her to electronics, and she did help me and make it right by giving me the EXACT SAME TV WITH A DIFFERENT SKU AND PRICE, for my original purchase price. However, I might add that while she was doing the override on the electronics department register, BONNIE, the dept. head was there and put her rudeness back to work by stating that she didn't know why I was getting to do that when they wouldn't even do it for associates. If I were her boss, she would have been fired immediately for saying that in front of a customer. WE GOT THE TV, AND IT WORKS, SO THANKS FRANCIE FOR YOUR HELP, YOU ARE GREAT. The rest of WALMART can kiss my @**, cause I'm taking the roughly $10,000 I spend annually there somewhere else. DO NOT BUY BLACK FRIDAY SPECIALS AT WALMART IF YOU MAY HAVE TO RETURN THEM. BETTER YET DON'T BUY THEM AT ALL!

In Independence, MO, Wal-mart seems to have implemented some fairly extreme methods of shoplifting prevention. I say this, because I have been detained at the store on two separate occasions until I have shown proof of purchase for each item and the item itself.

On the first occasion, I purchased a $13 dollar game controller. I was asked to show my receipt by an employee as I was leaving the store. I kindly said no thanks, and continued outside. Although no alarm went off when exiting, a security guard followed me out of the store and demanded that he be shown the contents of the bag I was carrying. I refused, at which point he took the bag from my hand and searched through it himself. After removing the contents of the bag he asked where my receipt was. Unfortunately, the electronics employee had stapled the receipt onto the bag. Somewhere the receipt had fallen off. It could have been when the security guard took the bag.

At this point, he was sure that I had stolen the item and escorted me back into the building. I identified the teller that checked me out, and he said that I had purchased the item. I was still unable to leave though. I was informed that they had to look the purchase up in the database before I was allowed to leave. Thirty minutes later, I was allowed to leave the store with my game controller after they printed off another receipt which they then made me show the person at the front.

On the second occasion, Wal-mart was the only store open at 1 am, so against my better judgment I stopped there to pick up an electronics device that I needed. To my amazement, a similar thing occurred. As I was leaving the store, I was again stopped by a security guard. This one had actually seen me make the purchase for the item I was carrying. He had seen the lady put the product in the bag. He told me that he needed to see what was in my bag. I refused to show him what was in the bag, but I produced a receipt of my purchase. He said it wasn't good enough, and that they needed to check the contents of the bag. Again I refused, and sure enough it was taken from my hand. He then handed it to another person which took the item somewhere else, brought it back, and then said it was "ok". I was then able to leave.

I figured the first time was just unluckiness and some ill-informed employees. After happening two times in a row, I am convinced that this is store policy. The security guards dress in attire similar to police officers and carry a very intimidating tone. They are brutes. I called the store manager, and he just ignored me. I'm waiting until tomorrow to get in contact with someone higher up.

I have a Wal Mart credit card. Why is it that when I go into the local Wal Mart to make a payment I’m told the date on the check MUST be that day’s date? When I receive your statement I write out a check using that day’s date, this keeps my records in order. Now I might not go to Wal Mart for several days, I do at least 90% of my shopping at Wal Mart, so when I present the check for payment why will it not be accepted until I change the date? I can understand not accepting a post dated check, that is with a future date, but what is wrong with my payment...

I was recently invited to a baby shower for twins. June 12th, I purchased two winnie the pooh pack and plays at your Gloversville, New York Store. When the boxes were opened, June 14th one box had shoes, clothes, a salt and pepper shaker, and other random items. This was extremely embarasing. I had to return the box of random items for a refund. We live and hour from the store. They are temporarily out of stock so I have to drive an hour again to purchase another one. This has not only been extremely embarasing, but with the gas prices very expensive.

I was in your Boone Wal-Mart store on Sunday, May 18th, and overheard a conversation between two gentlemen in your photo center. One gentleman was taunting the other about a hickie on his neck. The young man was gay from the conversation that was taking place and the other man was being very vulgar and making derogatory remarks about his being gay. It was so bad I almost said something to the gentleman but then I thought I should talk to a manager about the situation. I asked for the store manager but he was not in. I was told that I could speak to the manager of the department and when I asked to have him paged they directed me to the gentleman in the photolab! Alan, the manager was the one who was making gay bashing comments to his underling Spencer. I could not comment to him but thought that someone should know about this. I may even go to a gay and lesbian website with this complaint because a manager should not bash an employee because of their sexual preference.

Walmart restriction on my card!

I received a Walmart credit card with this company. I had a $200.00 credit limit. I had a credit balance of $94.00 left, went to use it and was denied! I recently received a letter from them saying my card was on hold until I called them. I did on Dec. 26th, talked to some woman of whom I could not understand her very well as she did not speak very good english! She asked me a better of questions, said I did not pass their test, so therefore my card was on hold! One of her questions was concerning cars that I had owned or had co-signed, tried to tell her I did not ever own these, maybe my husband did at one time(the card in is my name only)-she would not talk to me further--I don't understand and am very upset over this! please advise and help!

On December 07, 2007 I ordered the Celestine Prophecy from walmart.com and opted to use their site to store shipping. The order was said to arrive before Christmas Eve between the 19 and 23 of December. I thought great. I'll be flying out on the 24th and have it just in time. I called on the 19 no package so I said to the customer service rep I'd just...

Walmart late fee fraud!

I used a Walmart-Discover card to consolidate, with a payment of 238.00 per months on 5/17/07 I got a late fee of 39.97 which was an error and after speaking with Wal-mart they refunded the fee. Each bill after that I incurred a monthly late fee. on 6/15/07 I make a payment of 238.00 and was never credited on my account. I filed a dispute which had to be sent to the dispute office for research, after several months I was credited on 11/07. I called to speak with walmart manager & was told that I need to pay 321.00 and my bill will be current. three days later I get a phone call from GE Money Bank stating I owe 601.00 and was behind of 108.00 and a total payment of 601.00. I have receipts to show that I have been paying on time every month besides the dispute bill.

Regarding the Sams Club discover - - I had one that we used for our business - there were only two authorized users for the card me and my husband. We did have individuals that had cards under our business name but had no credit buying power - - -Every month we would call the 1800 number and get a payoff on the card and when we went in at the end of the month we would pay it off. A year later we decided to not use the card and utilize cash for all of our business purchases - - well I receive a phone call at my business telling me that I was late on payments and that I needed to make a payment via the phone - of course I was there when we paid the card off and so I figured it was a scam phone call - - so I go home and get my card and call the number - the lady went through all my statements and said that I had no balance due and didn't know who called. A few weeks went by and I again get the phone call that I am behind on my payments - I take the ladies name and number and go home and call the 1800 number again and go over what I had just been told. Low and behold I was finally given an answer - -The credit card company had given me "sub accounts" - now sometimes when I purchased stuff it went into my account and sometimes it was put into this so called sub account - when I call the number on my card for a payoff it doesn't include the amount on the "sub accounts" even though my card was the "main" payer for the account - they said "I should have known" - now sub accounts are for individuals who are given the right to purchase under my name for my business - no one had this and no one made any purchases - The problem was that I was paying of my account every month and they were not getting any interest rate monies until I quit using the card and the "sub accounts" can to be late - Otherwise I would never have known they existed. This company is a total rip off - DO NOT UTILIZE the Discover Card Credit Card service from Sams...They will rip you off.

I have a Sams Club business discover card issued by GE bank which pays 2% cash back for every dollar spent. I use it for my business purchases. Recently they lower the amount on you earn 2% on from $1M to $250, 000. I had to make cash payments to continue using card, any payment by check would be put on hold for 3-4 weeks even the check would clear in 3 days but GE bank would not release the funds so I don't use my card so I had to make more cash payments to use the card. They distribute the rewards in february that you earn December thru November. Just last week I tried to use my card and it declined so I called Customer service and found out that the account was closed that morning for unusual paymnet activity and it cannot be reopened. I think this was done so they don't have to write me a check for $18000 which I have earned until november. The terms says that no rewards check will be issued if the account is closed before issuing the check for any reason, but my question is can they close my account for making extra payments or is it just a way for them to avoid paying me this big sum of money. I believe I followed all of the terms of the contract made payments on time.

I have a walmart Discover also! I have never been late on a payment, I have always paid more than min. amount due! Matter of fact I started with a 2500.00 dollar credit. I have other cards as well that are always current or paid off! In the last year they lowered my Credit twice. I now have a credit limit of 1760.00. My point to this is they do not inform you of that and you go to use your card and it is denied in front of lots of people very embarrasing and bad business. I wonder why in this economy that people like me pay on time and are not late in fact I usually pay min of 500 a month on my card and they decide to lower my credit. I will not use this card anymore and will pay the balance I owe off within the next 2 months and will cancel altogether. Walmart Corp you suck!

GE Discover credit card used by Sam's club and Walmart puts the stamp of customer dissatisfaction as far as dealing with other wise good retailers like Walmart and Sam's club. Walmart champions customer centered attitude towards their clients, yet by dealing with G.E.' Discover they deliver you (the customer) to a company who perfects the art of deceiving users of the Walmart/sams discover with 21% charges. I set up account alerts (on a delayed billing promotion) and G.E. does not inform the cutomers, rather they hope you miss it for a year and they soak you with terrible charges. G.E.'s reputation is terrible, a lot of people know that, but why Walmart and sams deliver their loyal customers to such a terrible company (G.E.) is a mystery! What a rip off. WallMart treat your customers right and free them from such a terrible credit card company who is out to milk and rip off your cutomters... SHAME on you.

Wal-Mart is messing around in an area they are not qualified to be in. They just lend their brand and get the kick back. GE is the worst; they are also not a bank, but a service. Discover is on the bottom of the CC business for a reason. As a merchant Discover charges are a constant problem. The don't seem to be in the main stream with the rest of the sharks. Dump them before they hurt you more than they have. It is interesting to see the surprises; how can they do this etc. Well they do and they can, and they will until somebody stops them. Unfortunately there is no regulation and the credit card business in the USA is worse than any loan shark, finance company or how even the mafia would treat you. The modern mafia is Mastercard and Visa.

Me and my husband went in December 2007 to purchase a $1491.52 television. When I received my first bill it was over $4,000.00. I was charged for 3 televisions and overlimit fees plus finance charges when we weren't suppose to be charged any if the balance was paid off in a year. Called to get this right with customer service and it was suppose to be fixed. Got my second bill today, the only thing refunded was the overlimit fee. My husband is calling them again today. Still owing over $3,000.00 for a $1400.00 television... This is the worst credit card company in my opinion... this is the last time we purchase anything with a walmart discover card. The customer service people are terrible...

I have a different problem. My last bill was for $88 which I paid $70. I was charged $2.45 in interest. It was explained to me by several customer service reps that finance charge is calculated in average daily balances not to the outstanding balance (on $139). In other word, they were charging me for purchases I made that were not due as yet. The real finance charge should have ben 35 cents. The $2.45 is actually about 60% interest not the 21% advertised. This is a TOTAL RIP OFF. How can a company associated with Wal-mart and Discover charge you a finance charge for an amount that is not due as yet? The CSR keep repeating that she was sorry that I did not understand what "daily average balance means". Do you need to be a rocket scientist in order to understand that this means RIP OFF? Is this ethical or legal? Can I do anything to prevet this from happning to someone else?

Walmart prescriptions mess up

Over this past summer, I had a baby, and due to medical negligence, I got a terrible infection. Anyhow, after my first round of antibiotics were done, I had to go get does 2, so even though I wasn't feeling particulary well yet, I did need some things at Wal-Mart, and I did need my scripts' so I figured I'd kill 2 birds with one stone. Basically, I did overexert myself at Wal-Mart, I had just had a baby two weeks prior, I was recovering from a terrible infection, and yet I was throwing around a 20 pound bag of cat food and a 30 pound bag of dog food..anywho, it was time to turn in the prescriptions once I was done shopping. I go to the drop-off window where an older woman is just finishing up (so I know the pharmacist saw me). The old woman finished and the pharmacist is writing something down and looking at her computer screen..she didn't acknowledge me ONE TIME in the 15 MINUTES I was standing there, she nor I moved an inch! I couldn't believe how rude she was! I'm the type of person, who figured, well, I don't want to bother her, she looks busy, eventually she will get to me..but guess what, SHE DIDN'T, and she didn't even say hi, or say I'll be right there. Finally, I was just so mad that I left (I should've complained or been more assertive), but at that point I was so weak, and the antibiotics were so strong, they REALLY UPSET my stomach if you know what I mean. Anyhow, my granda has also mentioned that she hates that pharmacy..she says they always mess up her prescriptions, and that she has trouble getting there attention too.

Upon leaving the hospital I was given 2 prescriptions and told to have them filled as soon as possible. I took them to Wal-Mart, asked about the prices and when they would be ready. I was told 1 hour. I went home to rest and came back in 3 hours. After standing in the pick-up line for about 10 minutes, I was told it would be another 15 minutes, they were not filled yet. I came back in 15 minutes and they were acting as though I was bothering them. Finally after 1 hour and 40 minutes more, I was told they were out of one medicine. Several other customers were told the same thing. They weren't real happy either. I will not use Wal-Mart's pharmacy ever again. One can only stand so much incompetence coupled with an uncaring attitude.

This is the same as every other pharmacy unless you go to a small mom and pop one. Everything is electronic. You should always ASK if your medication is in stock, AND call before you go to pick up.

I had gotten something in my eye. The eye doctor removed it and prescribed antibiotic drops to prevent an infection. he emailed the prescription to the Walmart Pharmacy in McAlester, OK. This was noon and I know how slow the pharmacy is so I thought I would pick it up after work. I arrived at the pharmacy to find out that the drivethru was closed. Both of them. So that meant that I had to go inside. Great! I go inside to discover a line at the pharmacy. I patiently wait my turn only to have the gentleman tell me that oh I am sorry but we do not have that medication. We might have it here by tomorrow. I asked him why couldn't they have called me to inform me of this? He did not know. he asked me if I wanted my prescription back. I said yes. He said okay, then go the other line. I looked at him and said are you kidding me? I have to go to another line to get my prescription request back? I just want to say thanks for the great customer service. The old saying is true, you get what you pay for. While I will admit that usually the prices are cheaper at Walmart and that is the only reason that I go there, is it really worth it? Bottom line is this...why can they not call/text when prescription is ready? Why did they not call or text me to let me know that medication was not available. It is called customer service.

I recently had my prescription filled at walmart here in West Valley, Utah. And the brand I use to get was discontinued so they went ahead and had given me generic adderall 10mg from Mallinckrodt brand. And I have to say there is something not right about this generic adderall. It is poor quality and I had very bad side effects. I called to talk to the pharmacist's and she just yelled at me and said all generic adderall is the same quality, than hangs up. She was very rude. But I really think that brand of adderall from Mallinckrodt is very bad.

Walmart pharmacy has made mistakes on my prescriptions several times. Three days ago, I called Walmart pharmacy to request a refill of my type 2 diabetes pills by fax to Dr. xxxxxx. I called today to see if the refill request had been filled. After giving my information to the person I was talking to, come to find out that they had been faxing the request to the wrong doctor, the doctors name, not even close, not even anywhere close to my doctors name.
Other times, I have called in my refills by phone and gave them the RX numbers ( 4 of them ) of my refills, that they already have on file, and when I got them, they had left out one ot two of them. I called Bentonville Ar. and filed a complaint. A few days later, the manager of my local walmart pharmacy called me. He didn't seem too upset about it but offered to fill my missing prescriptions and deliver them to me free of charge. When he showed up on my doorstep, with my prescriptions, he acted like I was just some old forgetful fart that gave the wrong numbers when I called the refill request in. I will never, ever do business with walmart pharmacy again.

The pharmacies I have worked for have systems in place to expedite orders for waiting customers or urgent needs. Truly there is NO EXCUSE to wait so long for a prescription that you dropped off in person and are waiting for. I worked for a pharmacy that ROUTINELY did 600-700 prescriptions a day which is disgustingly busy. Yes, those customers with unique circumstances requiring doctor or insurance approval do have to wait longer and were always explained in detail what would need to be done. Explaining to the customer what is going on behind the scenes certainly helps them in understanding and appreciating what is taking so long. Often they choose to stop back later. With that said, it is flipping ridiculous and bs that Walmart pharmacy takes SO long. I call in a prescription that has no issues once I arrive at work. I expect to pick it up after work and eventually find out after waiting in line that it isn't ready. For no reason. At all. I wait and I wait. I recently had a nightmare trying to have prescriptions put on file at Walmart to use once my last refill was finished. They just couldn't understand why I was being proactive and doing this a few days before I needed them. I DID NOT WANT THEM FILLED, JUST ON FILE. Finally my doctor's office agreed to call in my new scripts the day before I needed them. Btw, they were for bc and elavil, nothing controlled. Just so frustrating. They make me feel like a drug seeker when I call to see if my prescriptions are done yet before I drive over to pick them up. I have had the pharmacist routinely ignore the hell out of me on several occassions. No acknowledgement, no "I'll be right with you, " no "so and so will you wait on them?" I hate them, I hate them, I hate them. No excuse. I have worked in busier pharmacies and even if they are overwhelmed, there is ABSOLUTELY NO excuse for being so damn rude.

I've been getting my prescriptions from the same Walmart in Spokane, Washington for 5/6 years now and I think I can count on one hand the number of times your pharmacy has actually gotten it done correctly and drama free. My husband and I live entirely in Social Security Disability and have no insurance other than Medicare Part D, always order our medications at least 3 days in advance of the 1st of each month, and pay cash. I must live by Walmart rules, I must pay at pick up which isn't always easy and as long as I do that you won't pick up your marbles and go home.
Some time in February or March I tripped on a gigantic industrial rug in my regular Walmart store that had been badly placed. I just did a 10.0 face plant just inside the door after tripping over the aforementioned rug where the corner had worked it's way over the door jam. You can probably check if you call the Colton Walmart because they made a report. Although I am 60 nothing was broken and I went ahead with my business. I did wind up going to an er because a pulled muscle made it hard to breath. I could be sitting here today waiting for my settlement to come in but I made a decision not to go that way. Instead I am sitting here hoping that I don't have to spend 30 or 40 minutes extra browsing around while things are made correct. I thinks it's the least you can do after my saving you from the very real pain of sending me a check every month.
Thank you for taking the time to listen. I hope you will at least do me the courtesy of letting me know you got this. I shall continue doing my regular shopping at your stores but I'm not waiting another 5/6 years to see if you're going to make a few changes. I appreciate your cooperation.

people don't seem to realize that cvs or walgreens don't do as many prescriptions as walmart does. we get on the average 115 scrpts a day that have to be filled and verified by the pharmacist. that is why it takes so long for you to get your prescription. if you go as soon as you get out of the doctor's office, chances are you are going to have a 2 hour wait. most doctor's appointmets take 15 minutes to an hour and start around 9. Walmart pharmacy opens at 9 am and we already have 35 to 40 perscriptions waiting to be filled at that time. by the time you get there that means you are #40 in line. Please understand that we do our very best to get you your prescription out to you in a timely manner but we have so many to do and so many people to take care of that it seems like a long wait. we bump people up that are waiting in the store bu there could be 10 people waiting i hope you understand.

Walmart rotten american beefhide rawhide chews

Hartz and Harper's
Hartz.com

I purchased a 2 pack of the beefhides at the Walmart store in Statesboro Georgia. When I went to give them to my pets I discovered that they were rotten, not just a little rotten but completely spoiled, the smell was sickening to say the least. It looked like raw chicken blood had been basted on the chews and simply decayed there. I sent an email to Walmart to complain and ask them not to carry the products anymore or at the very least to check there pet products to be sure that someone's pet is not killed or made ill. I wanted to send Hartz and Harper's an email of complaint but discovered that neither one has an email address for complaints. Obviously they don't want any record of complaints against them to show up on the internet.

Thanks a lot lady >:( The chicken flavored ones are SUPPOSED to stink! Now walmart has stopped carrying them! Check the country of origin on everything else they carry. It's ALL from other countries. And I am too worried about poison and disease to give my dogs something from CHINA. I'm now having to order this off of the internet because walmart was the only place in town that carried them. You've done all our dogs a great disservice.

We buy these faithfully every week for our Westie. He has a sensitive stomach, but loves the Harper's American Beefhide retriever rolls. We have purchased other brands and he will not touch them. Rawhide stinks. There is no way around that. My guess is that either you got the one bad one or it smelled bad because it is a rawhide and you MISTAKENLY thought that it was rotten. These things come in clear plastic wrapping. Check them better next time or tear a little hole in the wrapping to be sure that it doesn't smell bad.

And I highly doubt that someone's pet would die from eating rotten rawhide. They might have a little diarrhea or vomiting, but they won't die. Stop overreacting and grow up. They aren't going to stop selling the bones in their entire chain because YOU had one bad experience.

Walmart go somewhere else or you will regret it

I wanted to complain about the walmart in renton, wa. When I went to get my glasses I noticed that I had to get them fixed about every two months because they kept getting loose or bending. They was good about getting them unbend to fix my face again. But about two years later I noticed that The coating they put on the glasses were coming off and I was getting scratches everywhere. Notice I got glasses that were suppose to be scratch proof. But that was not the case My glasses were poorly made the right side arm of the lens just came off one day. I was just sitting on my couch and I took them off to clean them off and I noticed part of my glasses were missing. The arm part was on my ear. Theres nothing they can do about them, I didn't wear them everyday, so I really don't know how that could of happen. So now I'm just walking around with clue on them till I get my new ones. The coating if so bad that its making my eye sight worse I can't see clearly out of them no more.

People always asking why my glasses look like that. The patches are getting bigger every time I clean them. I suggest not going to the walmart in renton if you need glasses. Please go somewhere else or you will regret it.

Walmart this store is disgusting!

If you want to return some article , purchased online, they never do it straight, will ask you other questions , there is not specified in the invoice of online purchase that you have to prove your identity while returning articles, which are sent to you wrong ( or not the same you ordered), after paying shipping charges at customer's account.

This is regarding customer service at walmart store #3420 , westbury long island new york 11590.

I would like to tell the person in charge that this particular place is very unpleasant for the business, you cannot find the customer complaint's form , which should be available there at right place, i saw the folder was empty and nobody tried sincerely to find one and give to me, one employee tried uselessly to print from the computer and wasted precious time of me and his, and answered me that he cannot, no specific answer if you ask for manager, almost every employee roaming around trying to avoid the questions.

This store is disgusting.

Very, Very surprised that the manager at this Walmart store # (3420) in westbury NY
didn't display her ID tag nor give her name when I asked for it. ( I got name from greeter at door) ...Le Fay, but dont know if it's the first or last name.

Manager "Le Fay" did not honor a store policy that clearly stated that an advertised item will be replaced with a comparable one when it is not available for the stated reason.

She looked to her minions to side with her.
Needless to say I got nowhere fast.

Walmart stuck with a product that I cannot afford to fix

I bought a portable dvd player from walmart. The player was made by philips. The player was purchased in 2005. When the player started acting up, I took it back to walmart. There I was told that the warranty was only for 90 days. In order to get help I would have to call a number for philips. Well, I called, told the warranty was only for a year. That I could buy another one at the price of 119.00. The thing is, the first on cost me 202.00. So, I told the person on the line I did not have that kind of money. She basically told me that was my problem and that she could not do anything else. So now I am stuck with a product that I cannot afford to fix. There is no way I will get stuck like this again.

Walmart unsatisfactory number of handicap carts

My mother was recently injured in an accident that has caused her to be in a wheelchair. We went to go shopping at Walmart and discovered that they had an insufficient number of motorized handicap carts. Because of this, Walmart lost over $200 of merchandise sales from my mother and I, along with the five other people we saw as we were leaving that would not be able to find another cart available. Not to mention the others that we did not see.

Upon asking for a cart, we were told rather rudely, may I add, "You are more than welcome to wait for 2 hours until a cart becomes available." Meaning, there were only 2 carts working at the time. One was in use while the other was charging. Where were the other carts you may ask? In the shop.

Walmart is a very large corporation. By not having a sufficient number of wheelchair accessible carts, they not only lose business but also give themselves a bad name. I was treated very rudely by the workers, which in and of itself is not right. Especially when those rude workers were the greeters standing by the door.

Walmart probably lost a few thousand dollars simply because they were not fully prepared for business that day to handicap people. That may seem like a drop-in-the-bucket for such a large company, but it is going to become a ripple effect. Because my mother and I are no longer going to shop there. Nor are our friends. If Walmart does not become more prepared to handle customers such as my Mother, they are going to continue to lose business.

All it will take is to buy a few more rolling carts, and Walmart will have much happier and satisified customers.

I'm sorry for your mother's situation, ma'am, but stores aren't required by any statute (or moral, for that matter) to provide a motor scooter for anyone. If your mother isn't terribly mobile, why don't you take the initiative of purchasing a motor scooter yourself. Walmart providing them is a luxury, not a right.

On my last 2 trips to WalMart in Granbury, TX. 76048, there were no riding carts available, and another customer was waiting for one. Granbury is a retirement community, and WM should be prepared for more than normal handicaps.

I could not find a customer service section on their Home Page.

Walmart clothing & cleanliness of store!

I shop the Walmart in Springfiel Tn. It is often dirty with trash on the entrance way floors. The quality of clothing has gotten to the point that I will no longer be buying school clothes there. The clothing rarely last past two washings & often stretches out of shape or comes apart. I once was able to get most of our clothing there but no more. It is a shame to see Walmart getting to this point. Why can you not get a better grade of clothing merchandise? You did at one time. Even the jeans come apart. The Springfield store often has several empty shelves & never has enough personnel. I hope to see some improvement soon.
