Hi there, I ordered a pair of scissors/nail clippers,on the 7th of February 2022, at a cost of £1.00 plus £2.00 Shipping. I was told that the item would shipped by 14th February. I have not yet received the item by 24th February. Can you please inform me as to the length of approx,time from posting to delivery to the UK. thank you. I recently ordered a wig and some undergarments from Wish. When I received my package it had been opened and some of the items had been removed. Whoever did this proceeded to replace it with some kind of weight loss pen which was not part of my order. I sent 4 pictures and order numbers to customer service rep Omyco, he has given me the run around. This is uncalled for after being a loyal customer with wish. Makes me think that this rep had something to with my things being stolen. You would think that Wish would want to do everything to possible resolve this problem. After reading the bad reviews Wish should really take notice of the complaints and fix them. What should be done is people should start taking legal action.The rep should be fired!

First I get the run-a-round from 11 different support agents then and I still don't have the order I paid for.
First everything was going ok, then my order shows up and there is nothing in the order that's right. I ordered a titanium skull bracelet, a 316 l stainless steel st. Loraine's cross ring, a swiss army watch and a multi colored watch. When I opened the order, I got in touch with wish customer support right away. I hadn't even finished going through the package when I logged in to support. I took pictures of the package, the label and all the bags inside and their labels. Then I took pictures of the merchandise inside, in the bag marked titanium skull bracelet was a small pack of kids stickers. In the bag marked 316 l stainless st. Loraines cross ring was a chrome plated pot metal cross ring for kids. (it said boy's on the label) the swiss army watch was broken. (a crack in the case that ran through the crystal) and the multi colored face watch was junk. (the battery leaked and corroded the movement) I took pictures of all of this and sent them to the wish agent. They sent back a message that someone would get back to me in 2-3 days. 2 days later, I get a message from another agent saying that she's sorry I had a problem with the swiss army watch and could I send pictures of the item and give a detailed description of the problem. This went on through 10 more agents until I lost my cool and sent an email in caps telling them that in was the whole order, not just one piece of the order and how I was sick and tired of the run-a-round and having to give all this information to every person that works there just to get the merchandise I paid for shipped to me. Now I can't log in to my account and they keep sending emails asking why I don't respond to their agents.

I purchased a men's titanium skull bracelet, a stainless steel cross of lorraine ring (size) a swiss army watch and a multi colored face watch. The package arrived late and when I opened it nothing was right. The bracelet had been swapped out for a small stack of little kids stickers, the ring was swapped for a chrome plated boys ring, the swiss army watch was broken (the case was cracked and the crystal was smashed) and the multi colored watch's battery leaked into the movement and corroded it solid. I took pictures of everything. The package and label the order came in, each bag that was inside and their labels and the merchandise that came. I contacted wish support and sent the agent everything I had. He said it would be no problem to get the merchandise replaced with all the info I sent, but it would take 2-3 business days to do and he would email me when my order reshipped. The next day I get an email from a different agent asking me for the same info I had already given to the first guy. But I figured that this must be the girl thats going to reship my order. So I send her all the pics. 2 days later I get another agent saying that they solved my issue. But the email asked for more in fo to be able to process my claim. So I contacted wish support and ask what more info they needed. I was told "a detailed description of every item in the order. So I sent word for word what each ad read, cost, tax and shipping. 3 days later. I get another email saying they've solved my problem, but it read that they needed more info. So I contacted support and asked what info they needed. The girl wanted me to give her the upc codes from each package and the shipping bag. I told her that the only way I could give her that info was if I had one of her code readers and access to her data base. To make a longer story short, 12 more agents later (and not one of them can read, I swear) each one asking for the same info. The last one tells me that if I don't give her the info she wants, i'll loose my right to the merchandise and a refund of my money. Well I lost it cause now i'm being threatened with them keeping my money when they know that I can't give them any more info than I already have. So I sent an email telling them I was sick of all the run-a-rounds and demanded either my merchandise or my money. I've been locked out of my account since, but they keep sending me emails asking why i'm not responding to them and that they've solved the issues with my order but I need to contact them to close out the ticket on my file. I haven't seen penny one in my bank account as a refund and no packages have shown up at my door.
DO NOT purchase anything from WISH using a card tied to your daily bank account. Use a service like "Privacy.com" to give WISH a one time use only credit card #. Using this method prevents WISH from making ANY unauthorized charges to your accounts !
I only browsed some recliner slip covers, I DIDI NOT ORDER ANYTHING ! The next morning I find that WISH had placed an unauthorized charge to my debit card for $152. I cancelled their order within 2 hours of the unauthorized charge being placed to my bank account. For the next 2 weeks WISH support kept giving me the run around not wanting to return my $152 🤬 2 days after I tell them I DID NOT PLACE AN ORDER they send me a notice that the unauthorized order had shipped from China. I had immediately contested this charge with my bank & 4 days later won back my $152. 2 weeks later the recliner slip covers arrive from China. I advise WISH to send me a prepaid return shipping form but they keep sending me these stupid canned replies that make no sense. Oh well, looks like I get free recliner slip covers 🤗 Now WISH is asking me to send them copies of my ID, they must be nuts🤪 !

Wish delivered my order to the incorrect country and is refusing to refund or replace my item. They said my order has been delivered which is true but someone is enjoying my item. Whenever I email they don't reply and when I try to contact them on the app I am flagged with an error of payment issues, when I try to upload my ID then there's another error. Asked for refund and customer support blocked me
I ordered 2 items (2T-shirts and 1 Tab) on 24th december 2021 with
Order #: 61c5db4ac840839f0acb86a7
and both items were supposed to deliver before 4th February 2022.
One of the item that is T-shirt got delivered on 25th January 2022, but Tab could not be delivered till date, however I contacted customer support to deliver at least the TAB via proper post /delivery method (Screen shot attached), but they send the same via Wishpost, I tried to contact local post office for delivery they refused and said we can't track as the delivery medium is ordinary.
Now when I tried to contact customer support for refund they blocked me ask for submission of my photo ID card, I send that too for 3 times and asked to wait 3 days, Is this your refund policy that when ask for refund for undeliverable item you will block the user to contact customer support "or" you blocked the user because you are going to stop doing business in India and want to grab hard earned money of others.
It is really Pathetic and unacceptable.

Watch fell apart right in my hands!
I ordered a digital watch. I received it, took it out of the wrapper (wrapper not a box!) and it literally fell apart. The back fell off in my hands and the entire inside fell to the floor! It doesn't work and I can't get hold of Wish to complain! This is the cheapest piece of horse squeeze I have ever seen! I know it may be hit or miss with Wish, but, this is ridiculous! Their customer service has always been next to impossible to get, but, this is crazy!

My orders keep getting cancelled
All My orders from Sept show a partial refund It should have been the entire thing. I was not notified that the order was in and when I called I was told to call back later. Then I get this partial refund. I want it all returned and what about the items previously that have not been delivered. Where is the refund? I keep getting past its over 30-day refund policy yeah and when I get due to covid it will be delayed? You can't have it both ways. Now you have locked up my acct. When you should be on the vendors, not the customers. I will go to my bank and get my money we can do this the easy way or the hard way. You might want to check back in the early part of 2021 where I was given over 400.00 doing it my way. I want a reason as to why my acct is locked I want to be refunded at 100% You need to hold those stores accountable who receiving the merchandise to contact customers. They get paid to do this as well. You might want to choose the customers over the vendors.

I ordered 3 backpack. You refunded me without me asking for a refund and it's been almost 2 months and no refund ever appeared. I kept contacting support which was no help and they just kept sending me give it 10 busses day. We are well iver that and you stole over a R1700 from me! On January 2 2022 I ordered the Bostitch BTFP3KIT, order number 61d1e52819e6c090748743f2.
I was given a UPS Tracking number 1Z82V0630322352739.
Today this item whatever it was, was delivered to a woman here in Leavenworth, Kansas, by the name of Christina. The package that was delivered to her was from amazon. The above tracking number was for her package. This information is what I got from UPS on the phone.
Apparently the company known as Trang Chipu typed in the wrong number or letter in the tracking number. I had my suspicions when I tracked the package on the UPS app because the weight was only 5 pounds.
I'm trying to be understanding, but I'm out the tools and my money because someone transposed a number or letter in the tracking number.
All I want is the tools please.
Is Trang Chipu based in San Antonio, Texas? Are they even in the United States?

They don't read, I've sent screen shot of my address and they insisting the order was delivered, yes it was delivered to the incorrect address. That person is enjoying something which I paid for, when I try to contact support if flags me with a account issue asking me to upload my ID, when I try to do that then there's an error which appears
