payment issue
I keep getting a request for my photo ID, then I get a payment issue and it can't be resolved, even though I've added a new credit card. what gives

The date of the incident was 09/13/21, 09/09/21, 08/23/21, 06/21/21, We have no current client number because we did not have an account made when the money was taken. I would like to request a refund for $333.72, this problem has gone back to june and wish has been charging us with money ever since, i have provided photos to prove this. We would like our money back especially since we didn't even get to order anything and now don't plan on it.

Charged twice.
I was charged twice in different days and my order was cancelled but I was refunded only one payment. On the 3/09/2021 I ordered from wish and the payment was paid. They said my order will be shipped on the 10/09/2021 and on the 09/09/2021 there was another payment deducted from my account.

I placed an order with Wish online and never received the order. I have a copy of my credit card statement showing that Wish charged my credit card. I have an email from Wish saying that my order is on the way. I never received. Wish refuse to acknowledge my complaint because they cannot find my order. I also sent a letter to the San Francisco office and there was no reply.
Desired outcome: Just send my order.
Mobile phone
I brought a mobile phone phone two weeks ago I have continuously contacted wish twice they said they would do a refund and never did and I have proof of that wish think contacted me and asked me to contact customer support to see what other help they can give me me. and they just completely ignore my messages and don't get back to me the phone is absolute rubbish it arrived damaged it's extremely hard to charge and if I do get it charged and turn on on it freezes

I purchased lamp shades, in the description, it read they fit table lamps. They arrived, they are tiny, so small I don't even know what they would be used for?
I have been messaging customer support for 2 weeks now and getting nowhere. They state 100% satisfaction guarantee if you are not happy and full refund, no questions asked. They are saying I should donate them as I said I have no use and now need to purchase elsewhere. I am on disability pension so cannot afford to just donate, I'm disgusted as have never had such awful customer service. Please help

Why is the item always out of stock after taking the payment set delivery date. And few days to delivery date, I received notification saying the item is out of stock that I should choose another item with no additional charges. Thought this was genuine but to my surprise, nothing was posted or receive. This must be another way of using people money for their own gain.
Ordered a bouncy castle and was given wrong tracking number. My package is lost and wish customer support aren't helping
On 17 August 2021 I ordered several different items. The main one cost over $200 AUD and it is a bouncy castle for my kids while we are in lockdown. The app notified me of a DHL tracking number and I got very excited.
Then on 31 August, it said the package was in Sydney with the courier to be delivered. I am in Melbourne over 1000km away. The package was not delivered because I had the WRONG tracking number.
I contacted DHL and they confirmed the tracking number I had was for another person and it was clothing items...not my bouncy castle!
I have been emailing Wish customer support for a week now and no one seems to understand that the item was NOT delivered and I want to know where it is and what the correct tracking number is! I feel like I have been scammed and that there is no bouncy castle and they've ripped me off over $200!
The original Wish order for everything I ordered on 17 Aug was 611c703366eb7ebc99dd845f. So far I have only received the pencil grips. I am waiting on the masks but most of all the bouncy castle that HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED but their system says it has.
Desired outcome: I want the correct tracking number for my item and I was it delivered!

Won't let me cancel order a few hours after placed
It's been about 4 hours and they won't let me cancel the order. It says that you can cancel up until 8 hours after. Yet I'm told that I can't is to late. Then your can't talk to anyone all you can do is leave a message and someone will get back to you in 2 to 3 days. There's no other way to get ahold of customer service like a nu.ber someone will answer. There's no way they have even processed the payment. I'm failing to see how it's to late. I don't see new being the exception to the 8 hour rule. So what now I need to wait a couple months to get free product just to send it back?!? That's not at all cool so I'm done surg wish if they think it's OK to treat customers this way then I'm all set
Shopping with Wish . com is always like this. The odd time people do actually receive their orders, it's defective merchandise, or poor quality merchandise; And, there are troubles trying to exchange the products/ get refunds.
If 2-3 days go by, with no favorable response, take your evidence in to your bank. If you can get a copy of the 8-hours cancellation policy you saw, it would be good evidence, along with your emails to Wish.
I'd be sure to keep evidence that they are making you wait 3 days, in case, later, they try to say you didn't cancel within the 8-hour cancellation window.

I Minerva [protected]@gmail.com am trying to access my account on my sisters laptop and I can't. Wish always take my money and never deliver my items; they say the items were delivered but I never received it. I would like a refund and I don't want to wait 2-3 days for a responds. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and will file a complain against Wish explaining how this company takes my money and never delivered my items. I can't even get into my account and when I try to change my password Wish doesn't even send a email to me to change my password. This is beyond horrible...

I place an order total of $29.90, next day i received email for 3 orders placed under my name on my card 3 times. With 2 order charges at $33.60 x 2 and $29.90, its been more than 5 days and i am getting a run around and there is no one to speak with or no one contacts you, a generic email generated response is sent. There is not actual chat, just generated answers. I am upset and taking this to corporate level. Shame on your company !

My wish cash I had $125 wish cash on my account
I do a lot of shopping on wish and a lot of times they send the wrong size or the wrong item so I have no choice but to do it return or refund anyway they froze my account saying I abused the return and refund policy at that time I had $125 wish cash on my account and 27, 000 points I filled out an appeal and I won my appeal the staff at wish unfroze my account after reading my appeal and realizing that they made most of the refunds because items I bought we're sold out or not met in a timely fashion so they unfroze my account and granted me permission to once again make refunds or returns if need be but when they unfroze my account they kept my $125 wish cash which was my money to begin with am I 27,000 points I don't understand why they did that that is theft please see what you can do to get my $125 back from them

Ok, so I put quite a few items in my cart instead of wishlist, because I was trying to sort them out & not lose them. I really liked the items & wanted to put them in their own category (wishlists). Anyway, I accidentally swiped the orange bar & accidentally ordered the items. I contacted wish support on the app. They said they'd get back with me 2-3 business days. This was DURING a business week mind you. So, 3 days later they reply that I have to wait until the items get here, (which we all know takes a month or 2) to send the stuff back. They also said that I would have to PERSONALLY PAY FOR THE SHIPPING FEE AS WELL. The costumer service reps Ahmeedhisham & Meqiel we're not helpful at all. The information I had to wait 3 days to receive from them already came from the Help section on the app. Waste of time. I want my money back. Amazon has done the same tho g for me. And I actually got to speak to a PROFESSIONAL representative over the phone with that company. I will be switching to them solely for my shopping if this issue from wish isn't resolved. I need my money back as soon as possible.

On March 28th 2021 I ordered one item less than five dollars and wish charged me for nineteen items and and charged me$599.00 to my credit card and would not let me cancel it immediately after I received a email with my Order ID but wish would not let me cancel it I tried for hours and days after but they would not let me cancel it all they said I could return it when i receive it. They blocked me for utilizing the right for a refund the locked my account because they sent me stuff that was damaged or stuff that was late and some stuff that never even showed up at all.
