Non-issuing of my store card on two occasions
I applied for my woolworths store card online early in December 2016 and I immediately got a reply that my store card application is still being processed and I was surprised. Then I realised that I once applied for the Woolworths store card early in 2016 if my memory serves me right at the Woolworths Store at Wonderpark branch but did not go through with it as I forgot about submitting the required documentation (i.e. my salary advice and my bank statements). So I followed it up at the Woolworths Store on the 16 December 2016. They checked me on their system with my I. D Book and they even printed for me a temporary store card so that I can shop on that day and the consultant at the call centre promised me that my Woolworths Store Card will be delivered in two weeks but it was not issued and delivered as promised. I again went back to the Woolworths Store at Wonderpark branch and we contacted the Call centre again and I spoke to the Consultant and she promised me that they will issue me another store card, and deliver it in the branch, as it was delivered but to date I never received any letter with a store card from Woolworths, except only my Woolworths estatements. And I went and checked it again early in January 2017 and I still have not found it and I could not wait again for the shop assistants to call the Call Centre again for me. And I don't even know my account number as on my estatement is not complete. And this is hampering me to pay my account with ease, especially online payment, because Wonderpark is too far from where I stay.

store card application
I have applied for a store card many times but I have been declined every time, with reason given what so ever. I have made multiple attempts to contact them to find out exactly why but till today no answer has been given to my emails or phone calls...

I brought a dress at Woolwoths in Claremont Cape Town for R725 for a weeding that I was attending in their Eastern Cape, when I came back days after wanted to take the dress to the cleaners so that they can was the dress so that I can put it away, bt saw that the dress was peeling and I had only wore the dress max 3 hrs as the traditional weddig was on that same day, bt took the dress to Woolworths in Cape Town Adderly street as I work in Cape Town was adv to wait for 2 weeks cause they had to take my dress to the technologist, o problem I waited by I saw that 2 weeks past noone contacted me I had to call them the store including the Head aoaffice to find out what was ghappening and was adv that they were going to call me, and no-one called me then today the 15/12/2015 I called the stor and was adv that a lady by the name of Noba is going to call and she did not call and I then called the head office who then told me someone in the branch is going to call me, so I waited forabout 2 hrs then a lady who did not tell me her name adv me that I had to come collect my dress as the technologist are sayingthey not going to take my dress as they said that inside the dress there are marks which I had notified the lady who took my dress when it was going to the technologist that I wore I tights cause it summer and I sweat in summer infact all ladies wera tights underneath a dress, and the worst part is that this dress has I frill and the marks arte on the frill and not the top dress were does peeling and marks underneath the dress come in.. I am so dissapointed with woolrths

Today he wore them again and still said he feels pain, I took the two shoes ND observed them. The Boerenkaas with cumin cheese on the shelves now, which is now locally made, tastes nothing like the Dutch Boerenkaas with cumin.

Mould in kiddies yoghurt
I bought a 6 pack of Spiderman Kiddies Yoghurt for my son. It expires on the 30/03/15. I opened one today and found mould inside the yogurt. It was absolutely disgusting to see that and also very disappointing. The thought of what could have happened to my son really scares me. I will nor be buying food from woolies again. Also I will make sure that other mums get to know about this. Mould is dangerous and can kill. I have receipts and photo's. Woolies has time and again disappointed their customers. Really sad! I would like feedback A.S.A.P!

I am writing this letter to you to bring to your attention a problem I have had with a bottle of strawberry low fat drinking yoghurt I purchased from one of your retailers. Allow me to elaborate.
During the process of this week I purchased a bottle of strawberry low fat drinking yoghurt (Barcode: [protected]) made by your company from one of your retailers. I know it is one of your best selling products and that is exactly what prompted me to buy it. Unfortunately, it looks like the bottle of strawberry low fat drinking yoghurt I purchased is defective. The quality was terrible: It is in no usable condition. I am impressed with the quality of the bottle of strawberry low fat drinking yoghurt that I had purchased previously and that has had me to buy from your line of products again. But the main purpose of a bottle of strawberry low fat drinking yoghurt is for my 4 year old daughter and this bottle of strawberry low fat drinking yoghurt is in unusable condition, terribly sour and old. This bottle of strawberry low fat drinking yoghurt is one the bottles that doesn’t seem good for my daughter what so ever nor for any one on that note.
This is not the first time I have purchased bottle of strawberry low fat drinking yoghurt made by your company, but this is the first time I have experienced a problem. I am hoping that you will take measures necessary to replace this fault unit with a good one and compensation for the inconvenience that it has caused due to I have been up all night with my daughter with a runny tummy and serious cramps that I had to medicate her. False advertising
I am highly gluten intolerant and went to woolworths to purchase 'gluten free' products.
I purchased 'OAT AND SESAME GLUTEN FREE RICE CAKES", on the bottom of the packaging they are marked " VEGAN" "EAT WELL" "WHEAT AND GLUTEN FREE"
However in the ingredients they are not marked that the oats are gluten free and oats ARE NOT NATURALLY GLUTEN FREE- they are grown in the same crop fields as wheat and therefore are 99% of the time cross contaminated with gluten.
I ate these rice cakes and have been feeling I'll and sick for 3 days, I get headaches pain in my joins and feel nausea.
I find it quite shocking as Woolworths pride themselves in this...big stuff up and I am very disappointed. I would highly advise you to check this recipe...

I was shopping at a Cairns Woolworths and when I went to the deli section to purchase some cold cuts of meat. I was met with one of the rudest people I have ever met. He would not make I contact and when I requested an item that he had to cut up he verbally abused me under his breath. I was so shocked at this behaviour that I left the store in disgust. His name tag said his name was Duane.

I had a woolworths staff account. When I left woolworths the company did not deduct the amount owing. Upon applying for a bond I was told that I have been blacklisted for not paying my woolworths account, which was not even brought to my attention in the first place. After hearing about this I went into a woolies store and paid my account in full. I have called the recoveries department on numerous occasion requesting a paid up letter due to my bond application being pending, but I was told to wait for 3 day to receive the letter, however I don't have 3 days cos my bond application is gonna be rejected. I don't know who I can speak to, to let them know the urgency of this paid up letter.

Hi I have a claim number [protected]-[protected] that was closed by Woolworths Customer Care without resolving it. I have requested a customer care manager to contact me but to no avail. I'm not sure if Woolworths care about their customers or not but I will now revert to social media and see how long it will take for them to respond.

I have had the pleasure many times being served at the Neighborhood store by Phumzile Ndaba, she is one of the most pleasant ladies.
