1xBet SCAMMERS, Please avoid at all costs.

I deposited 207 USDT ERC20 using binance, it was quick, so when I tried to withdraw using the same method, it said that I should use the same method I deposited with, at first I thought it was a glitch or something, so I went to the chat to explain, well first rep Sally didnt even bother checking the screenshots I enclosed, and kept repeating the same sentence, that I should withdraw using the same method, while in the screenshot it was apparent that I was doing just that, then came the second one Hugh, I explained and told me that I wont be able to withdraw my funds until I stake em all.

Guys any company that makes it easy to deposit money and hard to withdraw it, whether due to a policy or just other excuses thats a scam alert, stay away if you value your money.

Desired outcome: Please REFUND.

Same happened with me I deposited using lite coin and when I tried to withdrawal I got the same reply and she kept repeating too without even investigating, I swear it’s the worst ever casino support I have ever seen in my life THE WORST

Yeah dude, now they re asking me to deposit more using another method and bet with all of it on odds greater than 1:1 then send them an email to ask for a new payment method, and all Im asking is to refund the money to the address it came from. It's literally the worst experience Ive had with any bookie ever.

1xBet I deposited 149000 bdt after this i can't log in till now

I create my account in the month of may by using One click registration option. I also made deposit. But without any cause security Department block my account with my deposited money.

[protected]@1xbet-team.com wants my NID card, My selfie, Deposit screenshot and asked some question. I gave everything and they received everything and replied me "Your data is currently Being verified You will receive an answer shortly"

After this reply they are not reply me till now even no one help me.

They sent that reply in 17 may 2022 and now its 28 july 2022.

Also i send my every details to Facebook page

I also contacted in the Facebook page massage they are same also. They also received my documents but not replying me.

If you want to help me then please help me as i have my every documents and deposit screenshot. And any other details you need i can provide.

I placed a bet on some basketball matches on Tuesday 26th july at 05:09am WAT and the last match was played on the 27th july at 6:00am WAT and fortunately i won all of the matches but till now i haven't received my payment yet. Some of the matches were won, some refund and some were just written there "accepted" like they were never even played... My account has the id; [protected]. Pls do something about this, Thanks!

I have several times my concern but not at all getting the support - I have deposited 5000 INR on 19 June 2022 at 2.29 AM UPI reference: [protected] (Screen shot attached) and confirmation from Paytm bank also Attached (Payment was successful and no issue from my end)

Earlier also i have provided bank account statement but again executive is asking for Bank statement - From 19 June to till date - Pdf copy also attached.

I deposited a amount of Rs750 on 19/6/22 morning through UPI fast method but the fund was not credited on my gaming account. I reached out to 1xbet support team for help and provided all details they asked for then they said to wait for 14 days it will return to your bank account. But after 14 days the amount was not returned to my gaming account nor bank account after 14 days I contacted the 1xbet support team they asked for bank statement for that period which I provided but they are only saying the problem (Dear user, we have already raised this issue to our concerning team, they are working on it. Unfortunately, we cannot specify the time frame for this issue. Our specialists are doing their best to resolve it. Please be patient during this time). It's their answer always I have contacted them many times and every time they ask for bank statement and give that excuse instead of solving the problem.

Desired outcome: I want my problem to be solved quickly with an apology and penalty from 1xbet.

1xbet is a scam! Their so called specialists take days to verify results if you win but if you lose they update instantly. I have been waiting 2 days for an unsettled bet. https://www.ecb.co.uk/matches/35156#overview here's the official result from the England Cricket Board but their specialists are not aware of this, which I refuse to believe. Fraud company! I've emailed ,chatted with the bot & even recieved a call just for an update of a result that's available everywhere.

I placed a bet on the 21st of July it still hasn't been settled. I've submitted the result of the pending event https://www.ecb.co.uk/matches/35156#overview . I was told "specialists" are still waiting for official results it's been 2 days now. My betslip number is [protected]. I have been waiting for over 48 hours and have tried every possible method to get help with no assistance. I've sent an email ,booked a callback & the web chat ,none of these options have resolved my issue!

1xBet 1XBet doesnt let me withdraw my money

I created an account on 1xbet on 07-15-2022 account number [protected].

I make a deposit and make a feo bets, minutes later the site restricted my account to make any bet or deposit.

When I reach then they says my account was restricted and according to their politicts they doens't have to give me the reason.

The problem is, I use a prepaid card to deposit money, thet prepaid card doesnt allow to receive money so I can't make a withdraw to that card.

1XBet doesn't allow me to use another method so, I have 134 dollars totally blocked in their site and when I reach them for a solution their always ask me to try again the prepaid card and doenst listen, is like talk with a computer.

1xbet site blocked my account after I win some bets. In 1xbet minds, all customer just can loss, and if we win any bets, they don't want to comeback our money and our funds. This is my experience.

After blocking my account, I sent email to them. After too many document request and too many questions I passed 6 type of verification till now. First identity national card (1) I did it, then selfie photo with my id card (2) I did it, then deposit transactions verifications (3) I did it, then after a week they requested me to send my documents by post! (4) but I did it! Then after about a month again asked too many personal questions! I answered them and then they asked me that I should get a selfie with a specially code wrote on a paper sheet! (5) but again I did it. After it after some days they asked me to set a time for skype verification call. (6) I passed skype verification video call also, more than one month ago.

After that's they sent me 23 new questions! Questions like murder case interrogation or espionage case! (see ridiculous questions that I attached)

And I answered all of them one after another!

After that they asked me that I should write these questions in paper and I should send again these papers to ukraine! Again!

This request was really silly but I sent them by post to ukraine (that address that they said) (I paid a lot of money to post documents to ukraine twice.)

But now after more than one month, I didn't received any response and i'm just waiting for that.

Is so ridiculous! Now, today they want that I set a time to skype video call verification again, but in an expired date! (in 1 mouth ago!)

I know they are playing me, they will defalcate my money...

What you want?! Stealing the money of a miserable man like me?! What I should to do? No one can hear me?!?!?

On August 13, 2202, I tried to withdraw fund from my 1xbet account 240€ to the skrill account that i used since a some time but the withdraw request was rejected and they told me to send email to security section for document verification. i sent the email with my game ID. in their response they ask me to send them a photo of my national id card for verification that i did. Atfer they asked some screenshot from the skrill account that i used to deposit fund the 1xbet account. i also did it even i was after several screenshot because some screenshot don't their requirment. After this they asked me the national id card of the person owner of the person owner of the skrill account because i was a friend's skrill account. i did this also. they asked my relation to this person: i said it's a close friend. They asked me about perfectmoney account because before i used perfect money to deposit fund to my account, it was my husband perfectmoney and i send them a photo of national id card of my husband after they asked it. After this they asked me about the relation that i have with to person: the one was a cousin but the other i don't know who. They said the information will be proceced and i'll get an answer.

The next morning i got an email that my account was closed and the multiaccount with it. Wooooooow. i reply to the email but only one response refer me to their decision and all others email i sent was igored as they said in the email.

i asked my cousin about his account and he said me that he also used the skrill account of our friend to deposit fund in his account.

The other guy i don't who it's possible that he also used this skrill account.

I DIDN'T NOT USED MULTI-ACCOUNT BUT 1XBET BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT. I have played honnestly and have done sacrifice to earn the amount in the account.

They ignored all the email i sent about it to the support team or the security.

i want to be refunded cause they wrongly blocked my account. i don't know that someone else used the skrill account and also i was able to provide them all the info they asked me i was honnest from me but they wrongly blocked me with all the fund i has on the account.

i attach here a screenshot of the email said me that they blocked my account.

i have 540€ in the account blocked

I have been battling for the same issue with them, they forfieted my over 4k euros ! i am from india. They are scamster. After i won they rejected withdrawal asked for documents after taking documents blocked the account & now saying you have multiple accounts you have been paid more than you deposited already since the date of registration & now they see no obligation for further payment. They are scamter they want to loot.

I have been emailing security for the last few days to verify my account but they keep asking for tons of documents. I have been sending everything but they keep replying like a bot saying "We didn't receive it", "Please send a file greater than 1 MB", "Please send an uncompressed picture", and "Please send another picture from a different angle". Very poor customer service when it comes to withdrawing your money, looks like this company is a total scam.

They just try to keep you hanging so that you end up playing your money.

Total SCAM, Please be careful

I got a message from the HBL Helpline,When I transferred the amount to the agent's account,in this have exsact time and date,Can you check if in this time amd date there is any amount add in my 1bet accoumt, i share you message which received HBL helpline

When the transaction amount has been transferred from my HBL bank, I have already sent my bank statement

You can check the bank statement dated 09-07-2022. Out of a total of 03 transactions, out of which 02 transaction amounts you added to my 1xbet account, you also have check your system and my bank statement reconciled,
