I have made a deposit of 50000 INR through Astropay to my 1x account on 16th August, 2022 at 3.41 am IST. Money got debited from my Astropay wallet but did not get credited to my 1x account.
It has been more than 38 hours and I have not received any sort of resolution to this issue. I have provided all the screenshots in call, chat and email support multiple times.
