1xBet deposit not received

I have made a deposit to my gaming account via instapay of 10,000 EGP. The money was never credited to my gaming account and it has been over 3 days now.

I have contacted the processing team twice now but they claim the deposit i have made has already been sent to me, WHICH IS NOT TRUE. They refuse to continue the conversation and are ignoring me.

I have attached the screenshots of the transaction. This is unbelievable as how can i trust to ever send money if the customer service team can’t help with the simplest complaint.

Hello, I made a withdrawal from 1xbet cash agent on 29 Jan 2024 but I still didn't recive my withdrawal amount in my wallet. I did mail to support and talked with operators but I have to face very rudely. I am attaching transaction id and cash agent id here.

It's a scam, I didn't get withdrawal amount from 1XBET cash agent. Jan 29, 2024 I was trying to deposit fund through APP but it was exceed for many times, then I went through a telegram there is a agent with whom I was doing deposit before for approx. 5/6 times before. I deposited through him and ask for withdraw then he gave me same POS id as before. I transfered and give him a code then he told me to wait for a while and escaped. After while he didn't reply and blocked me.

Claimed loss: Npr. 20000

I claime a promo code on reward points, i had 135 points then i redeemed x2 single bet promo code. But then when i looked into it i only received 1 code, when i tried to contact the support I've waited and waited, i waited for 3 hrs... i have been using this bookmakers for 2 months which is the worse experience i have ever had. They will never and ever relase your winings. Literally i have tried all the withdrawal option that website provide. None of them was succesful till now. They are suggesing to use same method i deposited but in the same time the deposit method i deposit is not available at all. Customer service is fighting with you if you ask for the reason. They have closed all the option for me account for withdrawal. They are literally trying to win time until you lose all you money. Probably someone from 1xBet will answer under this compaint like please tell us detail but i assure you they will not help. I am having a similar issue. In my case I have been depositing from Skrill since September and i have even made withdraws via that method. But now I’m receiving a error message saying I have to withdraw from the same method I made the deposit.

Tried to make a withdrawal on Monday, but was declined and told to contact the security department. I did and gave them all that was asked. I was not investigated when I was making back to back losses, I got their attention now that I make few consecutive winnings and they are looking for every means to discredit my effort. They asked why I have more than one acct. I explained I couldn't log into my former acct when I changed to a new device. I never breached any of their rules, no malicious activities. Now it's been over 48hrs and no words from them. Please , I'm gradually going into depression. Someone should come to my aid

1xBet Withdraw issue

Hi I have trouble making a withdraw, I used same method as I used to deposit (VISA) but I cant withdraw the money! Can you please help me because I didnt have those kind of problems when I used to gamble on other sites. Your Agents from live chat also told me to try to deposit another way so I can change withdraw method too. Since I cant withdraw money because of technical problems by your site using VISA CREDIT CARD (Same one I used to deposit the money), now I just deposited the minimum amount agent told me and placed a bet at higher than 1.10 odd using SKRILL payment method and heres the proof

Hi sir,

So after we fixed the payment method talking to your security team via email, the withdraw request got approved by operator and after almost 48hrs of waiting for my founds to be credited to my skrill it got rejected (Denied by operator. (Payment processing error). I tried making same request again it got rejected this time from operator and it shows me that withdrawals are only possible using the same details that were used to make a deposit. So im running to a problem we already fixed via email ! Please can you help me because this thing is taking to long for a single withdraw

1xBet Block appeal

My account has been blocked with 1963 USDT. I have submitted all the requested documents last of which is an appostilled document confirming my Identity.

So far I have submitted My Valid ID card, Bank and Crypto account statement, Birth certificate, Mental Health Certificate, Certificate of no gambling addiction. All this document were uploaded on their website and later they asked me to send it to Ukraine via post office.

Yet same request of apostilled document kept popping up on the website. Please I need further clarification on why my account is still blocked.

Thank you for your response. I have uploaded the requested document severally but same instruction is still poping up on the website.

Could you kindly offer additional details regarding the request for me to submit the same documents that have already been provided?

If the initial documents were not accepted, it would be appreciated if you could provide an explanation and clearly outline the specific criteria the document must meet for acceptance.

I understand that for the confidentiality of personal correspondence with the security department such information might not be divulged in public space like this, but an email in this regard could make this case more appealing.

The instructions on the website states that ; "You need to attach photos of an apostilled document confirming your identity".

I believe this request is an ID that has been authenticated by the proper government ministry. The documents I uploaded were apostilled at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Nigeria, the stamp and Signature were clearly visible. By the way its very expensive to get this done, couple with the security risk in my country(Nigeria/Abuja) at the moment.I went against all odds to get it done. Yet 1Xbet is requesting for same thing without any clarity on why or if the document was not accepted.

This looks more like trying to frustrate my effort to give up my funds.

Please kindly make this case more appealing.

1xBet Account Block With No Reason

My account have been blocked for no reason. I have been using it since last 3 years, i didn't know how much i lost in this three years. Once i withdraw it say provide documents and i did as suggested by security team. Today i got mail that the bookmaker reserve the right to refuse to accept a bet or deposit from any individual without giving reason. What's all this. I provide all genuine documents to prove myself. It's seem like scam at ends. I don't know why my account have been blocked.

1xBet Package with tracking number am211088539cn from china

I have ordered a package online more than two months ago to 38170Grenoble, France with the following tracking number: AM211088539CN. The shipping company is china post placed in china.

their site indicates that it arrived in Grenoble since 26 December 2024.

I haven't received this package to my address or to any neighboring post office

Apparently it's a scam as i have contacted every possible post office in my region and they have confirmed that they haven't received it.

attached you can track this package during its whole trip from china.

Claimed loss: 85 euro

Desired outcome: to receive the package to my exact address or reimbursement of the whole amount of money

The shipping company is china post.
