pharmacy staff
I went to the pharmacy in the Baker City Albertsons on Wednesday October 17th to pick up a prescription for insulin syringes for my friend the pharmacy staff was very judgmental and short with me she glared at me and looked at me like I was the devil I don't appreciate the Judgment that she's passing and she pretty much just like through the bag of the prescription at me when she was done and said I'm supposed to be closing in 10 minutes so have a good night pretty much I thought it was very unprofessional and rude and I hope to see something different the next time I come in

I heard the manager Jennifer at the Albertsons store located at brookhurst and ellis was bullying her student employee, calling her ugly and stupid. Please do something about this. This is beyond inappropriate, this is a grown woman harassing a minor. The store manager favors her a lot so she gets to do whatever she wants. I don't think this is fair in any way shape and or form.

Breakfast Sausage, you only offer one to two selections of Breakfast Sausage, Jimmy Dean and the store brand. How does the customer request for more variety, example Tennessee Pride, Bob Evans. I believe you are limiting the customers with choices and allowing a company to force the customer to purchase their product. Kool -Aid drink mix is there a way to order the flavors of Watermelon and Grape that make the 8 quarts like the Tropical Punch and Cherry Flavor ?

10/11/2018 at approx 7:00 PM I visited the Liquor Section of Starmarket, 53 Huntington Ave Boston, MA 02199, the attendant was in earshot when I remarked to myself, "Oh I left my ID so I won't be able to make my purchase now." This was not in reference to any laws or objections to laws or what I said had anything to do with him. He interjected and loudly and combatively stated infinitely that Starmarket did not make the rules or State Laws. He was very obnoxious especially when I said I wasn't referring to him or objecting to any laws. I merely said out loud to myself, "Oh I forgot my ID and will have to go and get it, a few blocks away".
He insisted (for which I should not pay any attention or continue leaving) repeating the same thing about laws as if I were questioning any laws. I then remarked, that his continuous no issue was stupid because what I said had nothing to do with him, State Laws or Starmarket (to which I have been going since the 80's)Policies became more belligerent and mentioned that he's calling the Police. I asked him what laws have I broken or what did I do than objected to his unbecoming behavior for someone interfacing with the Public.
I am requesting that Debbie Heffermann, the Store Manager looks into this display of anger, un-professionalism reflecting disrespect, lack of customer service (training)and bordering on hate to someone who doesn't look like him. (Not sure if English is his first language)
NB: I will follow up with Ms. Heffermann at this location as well as this is in my opinion one with such temperament and zero emotional intelligence should not be interacting with the Public via a Grocery Store.
front end manager
The other day I was in your store at 7075 W Ann rd Las Vegas, Nv 89130 to purchase 20 books of stamps. While waiting at the customer service desk for the front end manager (Carleen) to grab the stamps she suddenly appears and says to the cashier Chris "we can't sell anymore stamps to The UPS Store" (which is where I work in the same shopping center as your Albertsons. I felt it was rude and unprofessional for her to say that while I'm standing right there waiting to purchase those stamps. It wasn't so much the fact that she doesn't want to sell my store stamps it's the way she had said it and how she seemed annoyed that i had interrupted whatever she was doing and made her go grab some extra stamps. Her attitude was so bad that two of your cashiers at this location felt the need to apologize for her conduct. Our store spends quite a bit of money at this locations for supplies and if this is how our continued business with you is appreciated then we will take our business elsewhere. Also I'd just like to say that over the years I've encountered Carleen on several occasions and she is always rather unpleasant to deal with. Phyllis, Chris and several other cashiers however have been nothing but helpful and pleasant to deal with and if it weren't for them I'd have stopped spending my stores money and my own.
outdated groceries
I shop at the Ontario Oregon Albertsons only when I absolutely have to. The reason is the shelves often have outdated supplies on them. Today I picked up a carton of egg whites that has an expiration of August. This is October. This has happened several times and I've advised my friends to please, please, please check the dates on anything bought there.

The weathers candy has been on sale five for $5.00 and they have not been in stock for weeks now. I asked the ladies at the customer service desk and asked if they would sell the do the 8.1oz bag for $2.00 in place if the 4.51oz and she said *that she would have to speak to her manager". Then the manager said she was ok with that. She told the customer Service to go ahead. Then when I was going to the candy aisle she stopped and turned around and said that I could only by two of them and I asked why would you advertise the sale and not even have the product. She told me that she told. Me that she would be losing to much money and that went back and forth for about a minute and a half. Then some employees walked by I don't know who or what his position is and asked her what was going on? She explained it to him and he said something and I could not here him clearly cause he was talking so fast and and quiet. I told him that I couldn't hear him and he repeated himself and I still couldn't hear nor understand. I let him know that I couldn't hear him again then he stepped maybe six inches from my face and he raised his voice and pretty much yelled at me. I still don't know what he was trying to say because I was busy stepping trying to step back I told him he was out of line and that there was no reason for him to tell at me and be so aggressive and he said he didn't care. Then I told him that I was contacting the corporate office and he said he didn't care and that there was nothing that they can do to me. First off my wife and I are in that store almost daily and buy most of all our groceries at this particular store and know most of the employees. Every encounter I've had with this person has been negative he's a very rude person with a bad attitude he's rolled his eyes at me before he's cussed after I asked him a question before, but this takes the cake. I work with the public and manage a commercial truck tire shop with a crew of 12 and if anyone if my employees was to act like that with a customer no matter what the circumstances that person would be looking for a new job. I'm not saying that I want the man fired but there needs to be some kind of repercussions and I want an apology from him. I was feeling intimidated and I'm a big guy and don't scare easy. I honestly didn't know if I was going to have to protect myself and I feel that they should have to give me the candy at the modified price of $2.00. I would appreciate to hear back from somebody about this matter.

I am a customer from albertsons for years, ive been cashing my payroll check every week for a year. This week as i always do i cashed my check. I used that money to get a money order for my rent. Unfortunately to my humiliation, i was approached by security and they said I was using counterfeit money. I immediately called albertsons and they told me there was nothing they can do for me. At this point my rent will be late and i dont know if theres anything you guys can do for me. Ive been told to contact the authorities but before i did that i decided to contact you all here.
Huh, well... I was going to submit a complaint. But I see none I've looked at have been addressed by anyone from this entity. Looks like you folks don't care. I'll post it online instead. I have high confidence this site goes nowhere fast but into an online round file. If I ever shop at an Albertsons again, which I won't... It's been my go to store for over two years since moving to Nevada, but if I ever darken the door again and get accosted threateningly approached as though one of your employees is going to get physical with me again... Let's just say, it's going to get real ugly real fast... This time, I walked away. Since when is it policy for Albertsons employees to verbally and nearly accost long time customers?

We came in at 5:30ish to get stuff for dinner.. My roommates EBT card kept declining, so we suspended the transaction, went home, and I got mine. We waited in line again, and mine kept declining. We waited in line at customer service for 10-15mins, and it Turned out the EBT was down in the whole store.. So we had to leave without anything for dinner.. Including a few sale items you guys only had one left of.. So next time I come in, you won't have any for that price again. This is actually the second time the EVT was down there, and I had to leave without getting anything. There was a big line building behind us, and it was really embarrassing. The cashier lady was rude and rolled her eyes at us. I really feel like never coming back to your store. I live right down the street from you guys, and our whole household shops there. Really disappointed.

I spend approx. $200 a week at Albertsons. I had a courtesy clerk named "Michael" at the Buellton, CA store bag my groceries. He was very slow and the checker had to help him at the end since the line was growing. The main complaint I have is his attitude. I patiently waited. I worked at albertsons for 3 years long ago and we always had to bag groceries quickly and at least smile at the customer. He looked angry the whole time. And he threw the last 2 bags in my cart, not caring as to what was underneath them. Then I had an extra bag that I brought and he threw that in there. I have never had a bagger throw my groceries. It was like he was a teenager pouting. If I'm going to spend that much at Albertsons I would appreciate not having my food thrown. And if he's not happy working there, then he should leave.

Hello, my name is andrea. I am contacting you in regards to an incident. That occured at the albertson's store in ridgecrest california. A friend and I went to the store this evening to purchase some things and in the middle of ringing up my order the girl who was bagging the groceries went inside the grocery cart and took my friends bag out of the basket that my friend uses as a purse and opened her back and the girl who was bagging the groceries and the girl ringing up the groceries proceeded to go in the bag when me and my friend noticed we kind of got upset at the fact that they did that and basically assumed that we were stealing. When they realized that we were not stealing they then tried to act as if they thought that it was a bag to bag groceries, however they were not done ringing them. Then they said they thought we wanted them to ring up. Either way it was very rude very embarrassing and very wrong, the lady who was originally bagging bags came back and grabbed her phone and said she was calling cops because she was not going to be disrespected by [censored] [censored]'s. I then told manager who was dealing with situation very poorly that I would like to have just food I have already paid for. She then gave me only 3 bags kept half of the food and charged full price. After being treated with that amount of disrespect I then had to return to the store and claim the items I already paid fo. Dinner was late and this is the worst experience I have had to ever indure. I went in the store around 12:30 pm and I was standing in line to purchase a deli items ( mac and cheese and some chicken fingers). When the lady behind the counter asked me to wait because a gentleman was a head of me, I piped up and stated no, I was ahead of him. She stated " Are you sure" . I states yes, in fact the gentleman pass by me to tell me that I needed a cart. I stated no. The lady then proceeded to tell me that the gentleman was a head of me and stated no. She then asked the gentleman if he minded that I went ahead of him. Went ahead of him, I was clearly there first. She asked me if she could help me and I said no, I am leaving and contacting corporate office. I was mad because how can she be certain of who is first in line since she is busy with slicing meat and other things, her eyes were no on the customers and their positions in line 24/7. I did call the store and complain to the manager. I suggest that you look at the tape and then fire her.

PA system is EXCESSIVELY loud - possibly to the point of hearing damage. Beeps sharply every few minutes preceding an announcement (usually to internal staff), and has been this way for almost a year. Nearly a dozen complaints to store managers and staff have gone unaddressed. Some employees have even encouraged me to officially complain on their behalf.

I'm filing a complaint against Brenda Annette Leiva. I am a frequent customer at the Albertsons in the Lincoln Plaza in Riverside. Annette has repeatedly shown inappropriate behavior in her place of employment. She has questioned my religious practices and continues to persuade me to attend her church. I have also witnessed this behavior with employees around her and other customers. Annette is frequently stomping around the store with an unfriendly glare on her face and it's not uncommon to witness her harshly scolding her employees in front of the store. I've witnessed the unfriendly work environment and makes it difficult for the workers under her control to work adequately. I've spoken with other customers and some employees at the store who agree on her inappropriate and overall angry behavior. Please take this complaint into serious consideration, thank you.
leaking roof
Yesterday I was in the checkout line and proceeded to get dripped on by a leaking roof. The cashier was getting dripped on as well. For two plus years they have had buckets placed around the store to catch the rain. Not just a few. Dozens! It gets inside the coolers and freezers. I think this store needs help, it's pretty bad when you debate wearing your jacket hood in the store.
heavy bagging
My friend and I went to Albertsons on 9/3/18 needing groceries and chose Albertsons because it is usually a good place to shop. After purchasing some groceries, I got home and was carrying my bags from the car to my home. I am very upset to say that the employee bagged heavy items together in just 1 bag and gave it to me. I was unaware of this until the bag quickly became weak and tore open, dropping out a brand new Glass jar of pickles I had just purchased. It fell and broke shattering everywhere in front of me. I am complaining because it became money and time wasted that could've easily been avoided by not bagging heavily items together. I am asking for help about this and if there is nothing that can be done, I will not shop at any Albertsons anymore.

I'm am writing to inform you that The Albertsons on Phoenix Rd in Medford Oregon did not honor any Labor Day Sales. I am requesting a refund for the items I did not receive my my reward sales on. I bought 5 waters on sale but 2 get 3 free 3.99 each for the 2 waters to get the 3 free and was charged 12.00, also I had soda buy 2 get 3 free 4.99 each and was charged 27.96, also had buy 1 get 2 free mustard and ketchup but all rang up normal price, also I had wheat thins, Nabisco nips and triscuits 3 for 5 all rang up normal price and lastly salsa 2 for 5 came up 2.99. I have 40 to 50 dollars i have been overcharged, and am requesting a store credit for the amount that I was overcharged. Thank you,
