I placed an order on November 11, and it’s still undelivered, stuck at customs since November 25. The tracking falsely claims "recipient was not at home," while the package hasn’t even left customs. I am still trying to resolve the situation with customs and have been urgently following up, but the misleading "failed delivery" status is incredibly frustrating and upsetting.
Despite submitting multiple disputes, AliExpress rejected them all, relying on SingPost tracking from Singapore while ignoring accurate local updates from Vietnam Post. Worse, they automatically marked the order as completed and paid the seller, leaving me, the buyer, with no protection.
This experience shows that AliExpress prioritizes sellers over customers and fails to address disputes fairly. If this continues, how can buyers trust the platform? AliExpress must improve dispute handling, validate local tracking systems, and ensure customer protection.
I urge others to think twice before trusting a platform that neglects its responsibilities to buyers. #AliExpressComplaint #CustomerRights #FixYourSystem?
AliExpress has unfairly closed your order and contrarily rejected disputes. Hand all tracking evidence especially those coming from Vietnam Post to their customer service, and raise a case. If they do not listen to you then raise a dispute regarding the payment with the bank or the credit card issuer. Don’t allow their faulty system to steal from you. Go to more trustworthy sites for your future purchases.
