Heathrow worldwide DC still 153 miles from where i live on 1 November
when writing to them they said it is in the post and within the time frame on 3 occasions, so i called royal mail after 48 day as the package said royal mail 48 so i was going to ask if they changed it to 48 day not hours but i was told the package was lost.
another 2 emails to aliexpress saying it was within the time to be delivered but a third on today on the 5th December 3 calendar months after ordering they sent a email telling me i have to prove it has gone missing ?
I have no idea so i wrote back telling them I had spoke to the post office and they should do so and get the same answer as me.

ROYAL MAIL the biggest delivery company in the UK have informed me the parcel is LOST in the post and not going tom arrive so I would like my money back please.
I was told in the last email to wait 5 days and waited long and now its another 5 days plus
I have been very patient and waited 2 months for the idem and someone could and got here on bicycle in that time let alone a the best and most experienced delivery company in the country.
if i go to the site to chat to the seller they write back a either Chines or another language that i have to try guessing what it is so if they do the same as me they will be told by ROYAL MAIL the parcel is LOST in the post and they can pay for the phone call as i had to to find out this information.
hope to here and get a refund SOON
