Amazon 54-100 floorjack

I ordered 2 floorjacks. According to the weight of the package, only 1 was even sent. I immediately call and I'm told a replacement is put in.

I realize after 2 days that I never received received confirmation email. I call AGAIN and find out a replacement was never even out in.

A replacement order was finally put in and it's supposedly being shipped in a week plus. Why it takes a week plus to even ship, don't ask.

I'm especially upset due to this being a replacement of 2 floorjacks I ordered 6 weeks about. They were extremely unsafe due to being made to support tons of weight but not being held together at all sp it could easily slip/shift. Again, this was literally plates, just sitting on metal, to hold a house.

I've ordered a decent but from them but I will NOT be ordering from Amazon ever again due to unsafe products, customer servicer that lies and taking about 2 months total to order 2 products.

Desired outcome: Nothing. Between neing lied to after being sent dangerous product and then waiting an additional 2 weeks for 2 items is the definition of "shame on me" if I order from.amazon again

Amazon Logistics deliveries

I've called Amazon Customer Service at least 30x in the past 9-12 mos. I just called again today, Saturday, June 4th about the same issue... delivery trash being left by Amazon Deliveries. They have not beendelivering packages to the designated LEGAL address, which includes a unit number in our private community of 30 condo units. Amazon Deliveries drag in these large plastic square bags filled with packages, and dump them at the front gate, and leave. They expect the homeowners to come out and find their package. And the big, yellow Amazon plastic bags, are then left strewn about in our private community. One of the homeowners is left to clean them off the premises and take them out to the street. I have called Amazon Customer Service time and time again about this issue. They say it wont' happen again and they'll contact Logistics and let them know. Apparently, Amazon out sources their deliveries now. They are not in control of how the deliveries are made. Some other company now handles all deliveries, whom Amazon pays to make deliveries.

Belmont Villas is a quiet, respectful community of homeowners in Long Beach. We all work hard, do our jobs well, and take good care of our community area. We will not tolerate Amazon dumping their bright yellow, unsightly plastic bags their delivery people leave strewn about in our front area. Some homeowners need to sell their units, and the front foyer area is the first thing perspective buyers see when the come to view the home.

Last Monday, May 30th, 2022, I dragged FIVE Amazon's delivery trash bags out to the street!

Please contact Amazon and assist in getting this issue resolved. Amazon deliveries need to deliver to the legal address, NOT THE BUILDING. They need to remove their plastic delivery bags. Belmont Villas is not a trash dump.

Thank you.

Desired outcome: Please contact Amazon and tell them to stop leaving their delivery trash at 1001 Belmont Avenue, Long Beach, CA. and deliver EACH package to their LEGAL address, which includes a UNIT #.

Amazon Delivery

I have an issue with Amazon delivery. I had a small delivery today June 3rd 2022. The delivery was a shirt which could have fit in the mail box but for some reason the driver thought it was a good idea to throw it over the fence. This is not the first time Amazon does this. No other delivery companies throw things over the fence. The picture Amazon took as proof of delivery is one of my dog with the package. My dog could have seen it as a toy and destroyed it. I no longer plan on ordering from Amazon. You just lost a loyal customer.

Desired outcome: Better delivery service

Amazon Fraud with credit card from hacked amazon account

Today I found out that my credit card is being used from the US. It seems like someone logged in, put in the 2 step verification to another phone number, and then bought stuff: 8 times and added up I'm speaking about almost 550 euros! In just three days. I wanted to contact Amazon but obviously I can not get access to my account. I made a new one with a new e-mailadres, and now I hope they can cancel the made delivery's and assure that I can have my money back the moment I have a new credit card. How is it possible for someone to get acces to my amazon account and turn on 2 step verification without me being noticed at my email of bij my phone number?

Desired outcome: I would like amazon to cancel the made delivery's by the fraud, to assure my I can have my money back the moment I have a new creditcard.

Amazon Delivery

Amazon delivery drivers have to be the worst. FedEx and Wal-Mart do a better job when it comes to following simple delivery instructions. When you call and complain to customer service they are dismissive, which is not good customer service at all. Tried of having to constantly having to call and complain because they can not put the items were I specifically told them to in my delivery notes.

Amazon Gift card fraud

On 05/20/2022, a $50 Amazon gift card was purchased. When I was in the process of trying to redeem the card, I pulled the sticker off the back of the card to reveal the claim code. But the sticker pulled the printed claim code off of the card, so it left the claim code unreadable.

On 05/22/2022, I contacted Amazon customer service and after explaining the situation, the customer service rep told me that $50 would be added to my Amazon account, but that it would take a few days, so I should just be patient for a few days.

On 05/29/2022, after waiting a week, I logged into my Amazon account, expecting to see the addition of $50, but it wasn't there. Again, I contacted Amazon customer service. The customer service rep told me that when he tried to add the $50 from the Amazon card to my account, he was unable to do so because that particular card had already been claimed by somebody else. Nobody else has had possession of the card (except me) and I have actual proof (a receipt and the physical card) that the money for the card belongs to me. So I have no idea how somebody else could have claimed the card. I asked to escalate the issue and the customer service rep told me he was going to connect me with someone from their Leadership Team. After waiting a few minutes to talk to somebody from the Leadership team, I was disconnected. This left me wondering if Amazon is simply refusing to deal with this issue.

The money from the card does not belong in somebody else's Amazon account — it belongs in my account since I have proof that the card belongs to me.

The serial number for the card is [protected].

Desired outcome: Put $50 into my Amazon account.

Amazon Amazon Commercial

Amazon has a commercial currently airing with the mythological creature named Medusa. In this commercial, she takes an initial victim, steals her phone, and orders sunglasses from her victims account. Then on a night out to the club (where people show interest in one another and maybe looking for a hook up), the bartender gives Medusa and her friends a look that shows interest in the girls. One of the girls gives a subtle flip of the bird and then Medusa makes the choice to lower her sunglasses and murder the man just for looking at them (at a club where people show interest in one another and maybe looking for a hook up). Then, the female narrator of the commercial says, "Well, he did have it coming." Amazon is advocating for assault and murder. No wonder men avoid women at the workplace. Simple cause and effect of the #metoo nonsense.

Desired outcome: Quit airing that commercial and quit advocating for theft, assault, and murder. Quit using the Marxist book for your marketing.

Amazon Amazon refusing to cancel my account

I submitted an account cancellation request several days ago and have not received any confirmation. My account was compromised three times in the last 60 days. I have experienced no identidy theft issues of any kind with any other vendor, just Amazon. I want to avoid filing the two lawsuits I am preparing and will be filing them in K--g County while I am there next week . I have been trying to escalate for the past two days and all I get are the typical scripted responses from both humans and bots. Is there a forum member than can help me get the cancellation done? Please.

Amazon Time to Leave Amazon Prime Membership Behind

I'm just here to say that it's time for everyone to drop the Amazon Prime membership. More and more it is proving that the service is worthless.

If we as members have to experience the same service as non-members, what are we paying for?

I ordered a package for rush shipment that was supposed to be delivered by 10pm EST. Guess what? You're lazy driver decided not to deliver it after being six stops away from home!

And then you call and have to deal with people who aren't even in America repeatedly telling you "I apologize". No! Apologies aren't enough anymore, Bezo, and all of you other big wigs over this company.

You wouldn't have your wealth if it weren't for "us", so its time for "us" tos start being compensated with "something" when we're inconvenienced. We Prime customers don't get a credit on our accounts or "anything' when your company doesn't fulfill its service, yet you actually have the nerve to go up on the price of the monthly membership? Its utter "bull" and I'm sick of it!

You all do nothing about your lazy drivers for not doing their jobs.

Just know that I will be cancelling my membership and I'm going to see what your competitor, Walmart has to offer, I'm sick of your Amazon.

Desired outcome: The desired outcome is to be offered something more than just a "I apologize" even if its just $5 or $10 towards our next order. My package wasn't delayed because of the company, my package was delayed because of one of your lazy drivers!

Amazon Property Damage by Driver

Amazon driver decided to take a short cut through my yard and destroyed my lawn as well as the cement planter that they drove over and got stuck underneath their right side front tire. The cement planter had a flagged reflector in it so they have no excuse of not seeing it. My property is not a short cut for them to pass through. It is an insult for them to think it's okay to leave someones property like this. You can clearly see in the photo the driver has my cement planter wedged under their right side front tire. When approaching them, they both got into the van as fast as they could and hauled it out of my yard while ripping up my yard in the process.

Desired outcome: Property Damage reimbursement.

Amazon Speeding driver

May 23rd at 1330 a Hispanic driver in large white van sped excessively through a school district located at Starlight and Malta streets in Beaumont California. Several people yelled at the driver to slow down. He came back through the area and stopped by one vehicle and yelled F... You and your kid. He then sped off as people approached.

Late twenties, moustache and small gotee.

White sprinter van. Unable to get plates

Desired outcome: Fire the POS!

Amazon Received used air conditioner

[protected]

I purchased a LG A/C 12-5-21 which was to be used for my summer camp. I did not install the A/C until May,2022. When I opened the A/C and installed it I noticed several scratches on it especially underneath where it appeared to have been installed with an underneath mount. When I turned on the A/C it smelled musty and would only blow warm air. After 2 minutes of operating it would blow the breaker. I tried other circuits but it did the same thing.

I tried to contact Daily Savings Store to resolve the issue but I kept getting routed to Amazon customer service. I got " More then 30 days old" for an answer from everyone.

Another answer I got was that it was unreturnable because it was used and that would be unsafe for hygiene reasons... Yet, it was fine for me to get a used unit and heep using it!

No resolution has been attained

Desired outcome: I would like Daily Savings store/Amazon to replace this A/C with a new one as I was promised.

Amazon Never received - post it notes and batteries - that amazon said was delivered

I never received these items but amazon says they were delivered but they were not. I cannot return an item I do not have? Amazon is famous for ignoring you or you cannot even contact a person to trouble shoot your order its bs and I will limit the stuff I purchase under my business account. Amazon is horrible and provides zero customer service. The items should delivered with some folders only the folders arrived and the post it and batteries never were delivered. I am very frustrated by this. Someone stole my items maybe the driver? I am not sure but the itemss are for a non profit that serves immigrants and refugees so having someone steal from us is not okay!

Desired outcome: Get refunded for products I did not receive Or get my product to me that I already paid for asap!

Amazon Charged for items amazon kept

I purchased this steering stabilizer as a gift. However it ended up being that the 1992 Jeep Wrangler YJ has a custom front end and the product did not fit. I returned it to Amazon from a Kohl's location. Was contacted later by Amazon saying they received a different item than what they sent us and recharged us. The item that was returned was the item that came in the Box. I'm an honest person and because the company has dishonest people I get stolen from. We went through their appeal process and all they kept saying the whole time was returned the item. We told them multiple times that we have returned the item they sent us and they still continue to say return the correct item. We've asked for the item to be returned and they said they threw it away. I would recommend finding another company to do business with.

Amazon Customer reviews & feedback

Amazon does not allow ANY negative reviews anymore! I received my package via UPS 2 days ago and the box looked like somebody stomped the life out of it! The inner items were all smashed and the packing box appeared to be slit open along nearly the entire length of packing tape on both top & bottom of the box. Then today I received an email from Amazon saying they could not post my review with pictures because it belonged in the Feedback section and not the Product section. Well, we all know the only way to post it in a spot where customers will actually SEE IT is if we post it into the Product Reviews section! Nobody can even post negative feedback in the actual Feedback section either! I'm closing my Amazon account for the 2nd & FINAL time today!

Amazon Refund

Good afternoon

I am overly frustrated that his matter has not been fully resolved after 5 to 6months. I was advised by an amazon supervisor name Gary out of W VIRGINIA, THIS WAS THE PROCESS TO ESCALATE. Amazon has refunded all except 400.00 back to my card ending in 5165. I have been very patient up to this point. Again, my card was used without my authorization or knowledge for over 1800 in merchandise and I am waiting for the balance of this refund. I need resolution today...

The email address under my amazon account is [protected]@gmail.com. The purchases made off of my debit card was ordered from an unknown account. The phone number connected to my acct is [protected] the last 4 digits of the card used was 5165. I have attached my card statement showing deposits that amazon did credit back and some of the purchases made just to provide you additional info. I no longer use my [protected]@gmail email and have been using my school email for now. This delayed matter has caused emotional, mental and physical stress I am a disabled elderly person and I cannot believe I am still trying to resolve this matter. All I can do is keep fighting.

Please feel free to contact me at [protected] which is the phone number attached to my amazon account. I am EXHAUSTED.

Desired outcome: THE REMAINDER OF MY REFUND

About Amazon

Screenshot Amazon
Amazon is a multinational technology company that is based in Seattle, Washington. It is one of the largest online retailers in the world, offering a wide range of products and services to customers across the globe. The company was founded in 1994 by Jeff Bezos, and it has since grown to become a household name, with a market capitalization of over $1 trillion.

Amazon's success can be attributed to its innovative business model, which has disrupted traditional retail markets. The company's online platform allows customers to browse and purchase products from a vast selection of categories, including electronics, books, clothing, and household items. Amazon also offers a range of services, such as Amazon Prime, which provides customers with free shipping, access to streaming services, and other benefits.

In addition to its retail operations, Amazon has also expanded into other areas of technology, such as cloud computing and artificial intelligence. Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a cloud computing platform that provides businesses with a range of services, including storage, computing power, and analytics. AWS is one of the largest cloud computing providers in the world, with a market share of over 30%.

Amazon's success has not been without controversy, however. The company has faced criticism over its treatment of workers, with reports of poor working conditions and low wages. Amazon has also been accused of anti-competitive practices, with some critics arguing that the company's dominance in the retail market gives it an unfair advantage over smaller competitors.

Despite these challenges, Amazon continues to be a major player in the technology industry, with a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction. The company's commitment to providing high-quality products and services has helped it to maintain its position as one of the most valuable companies in the world.
