Ordered products not received chinatera
On 4/2/20. A charge for 3293 to China Terje was charged to my debit card and I have yet to receive the product I am so ready for it to come I know that it may have been because of the coronavirus but up that's enough I'm ready for my productI didn't received what I ordered. Tracker trailer cut us off in new haven area.
Truck driver cut us off in New Haven area and he came within inches of our car, he did not have any blinkers on. He also cut off another red truck in the other lane. Very bad driving, almost caused two accidents. I took a picture of the back of the truck with information which I have attached to this note. It seems like he was in a rush . I think the other passenger in the truck was also taking a picture as well.
Unable to access my account
I received a defective tablet. I try to access my account but run into their big wall upon entering my email address and password. This wall keeps getting bigger because it promises to send an email to my mailbox. I must receive this message before I can access my account. The message has never been sent. On one occassion I looked for the message for over a week. It never arrived. I called customer service to complain. The operator was absolutely no help. He said I had to wait for the message. It is like trying to get documents from the White House with a subpoena.
They keep this up so that it is impossible to get an RMA for any merchandise.

According to Given Tracking No. Items have been delivered Back to Seller, and we (seller) didn't Receive any Items, Same case has been Registered So many time to Amazon but every time we got reply of internal Investigation and Your Support team on call also Seems helpless, They know Noting about query.
When we Decided to check by own, We went to Amazon Warehouse in Ras Al Khor Dubai, Amazon DIP warehouse 99 (Dubai) and Amazon Dip Warehouse 00 (Dubai) and after Hours of Standing and Rude behaviour of Q express(amazon) Employees, We came to know that Items have been Delivered to Building reception while our office was Open that Day, and Q express Don't have any ID proof and Signatures of receiver.
Being a Big name in the Marketplace, Amazon and Q express Should have strong procedures to deliver back items to Seller. You cannot Give Parcels without any Proof of Delivery. We are roaming between Your one warehouse to the other and Tired of Following Up through email.
We would like to sort This Issue as soon as Possible, Otherwise we will Stop trading through Amazon.
Lenovo p10 tablet package missing tablet no refund
Ordered a Lenovo p10 tablet from Amazon Warehouse on July 26, 2020. The package sent was missing the tablet, only the speaker dock was in the package
I called customer service and was told I must return the product and would take 3-5 days after they received it to get a refund to my credit card.
It's been almost a month and still no refund despite the fact that Amazon returns received it on 7/31/2020
Each time I call I am told them will open an investigation with the ' right ' department but as of today no refund as of 8/29.
I plan to dispute the charge with my bank and will cancel my prime account with Amazon
Customer service and their security firmware is outdated and does not protect customers correctly

I have been billed $119 on my Prime shipping account. This was billed on August 29. The numbers preceding the billing are XX8389. I have not made an order, and am aware that I have to pay a fee, but not $119! I would appreciate this being corrected and I would like to cancel my membership in the Prime deal.

Outright stole my money and they are not giving it back.
I ordered a laptop about a month ago and it had a battery leak upon arrival so I contacted amazon and I got a replacement then I was told to sent the original item back and so I tried but no post offices would take it because it has a battery leak on it as it is hazardous material so I once again contacted amazon again and after many many email I received "I'm sorry to know about the trouble you had with this issue. I understand how disappointing it could be for you. That's definitely not what we want our customers to experience.
I am sorry however battery comes under hazardous material hence carrier does not accept return." from the amazon support email which then I asked if I could throw it out which they replied "In this case you can contact with manufacturer. If the item is in warranty he can help you out." so I just didnt do anything after a week or so I got a email saying that I would get charged if I dont send it back, so I contacted amazon with live chat and I told them I couldnt return it and the agent said something along the lines of you wouldnt get charged again and to confirm I even contacted amazon once more after that and was told the samething but the conversation wasnt sent to my email and so I thought it was taken care of. (by this time ive already thrown out the laptop as it was smelling really bad) so today I got charged 1800$ for not sending it back and amazon just decides to say "A careful review of your account reflects that the correct information has already been provided. I do see on July 23rd you were sent an email requesting a return of the laptop without the battery and a photo of the damaged battery. As we did not receive the laptop you have been charged for it Unfortunately, I will be unable to offer additional insight on this matter"
Bait and switch
Recently I tried to purchase a pair of wrangler stretch jeans. I was sent a pair of wrangler jeans but they were not stretch jeans. I have no printer to print a return postage and I do not have a smart phone to use a Kohl's to have them ship them back for me so I was told that I have to pay Amazon a 1.00 dollar fee to have them mail me a return label which I have not yet received. I am having to pay extra for Amazon's mistake. There is no fairness in that.
Shipping
Why is it that I pay for Prime shipping just to have shipping times get longer. The more I pay, the longer it takes to get something. What's the point anymore?! Walmart is delivering in 2 days. Sure they don't have the selection, but I do not have to pay for an annual fee. I think it's time to cancel Prime. If I'm waiting a week, I might as well wait a few more days for non-Prime shipping and not pay an annual fee. Look, Prime video is great, but I would give that up in a heartbeat if you started doing a better job shipping.

Product shipping was delayed two months. Third party seller, toscana home interiors, refused to answer emails about what was going on. I requested a refund after the two months, which still has not been resolved over a month past the refund request. Amazon customer service has no information about the refund and cannot answer simple questions. I am told an investigation has been under way for over three weeks and nothing has been done. I would not be surprised if nothing will be done to refund my money ever. My next move will be to file a complaint with the state attorney generals office. A complete nightmare. I will never use amazon again.
Failing to meet 48 hour delivery promise
Amazon Prime gained huge market share, by promising free 48 hour delivery. When it had severely damaged most of it's competition, it used the Covid virus as an excuse to no longer meet the promise of 48 delivery. As a result of this, I will no longer use Amazon as a first line of ordering. I will maintain my Prime account for now. However, when I purchase products, I will look to other providers first. I will only use Amazon as a last resort.
Order cancellation
I just ordered a VHS on Amazon from randall1566 on July 3, 2020. It took several days to get here but my mailbox is literally filled with junk mail on each day. I received a email from Amazon.
"We're writing to inform you that your order from randall1566 has been canceled because the seller did not confirm shipment of the order within 30 days. Sellers on Amazon must ship products within 30 days of when the order was placed, otherwise the order is automatically canceled. We're sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. In most cases, you pay for items when we ship them to you, so you won't be charged for items that are canceled.*"
I may no longer allow Amazon to cancel my purchase. I may literally track down randall1566 and punch him in the stomach for delaying my purchase.
