Unauthorized credit card charges
I was just checking my bank statement and noticed charges that should not be on there. This is the charge; Amazon PrimeAmzn.com/bill WA CARD: $14.06
I am 74 yrs old and I live on SS so I really need the money put back in my account. This has made me over drawn and that fee is $35.00.

I have spent numerous days trying to get an answer as to why my item is still held up in DHL Portland Oregon. I have contacted your customer services who either do not respond, but then through further emails from me, eventually send some sort of placatory reply, indicating that they will investigate, but never do so.
The totally unprofessional attitude of your customer service is shameful. It would appear that they have a quota of emails to answer each day and so they consider themselves as having done their daily requirements.
No one has had the courtesy of following up my enquiry and have just left me in limbo.
I placed my order on the 6th August and paid for priority delivery of 2 to 5 days. 4 days later (10 August) the item had not even been shipped.
I contacted customer services who apologised and stated that the item would not be in stock until 18 August. I argued that the item had qty 8 in stock when I ordered it.
I did not receive a reply! BUT, the very next day I received an email stating the item had been shipped!
On the 12th August the item arrived in the early hours of the morning at Portland Oregon DHL station. It has sat there ever since!
On the 1e4th August I emailed your customer service asking for help in delivering this item... no response. And so I emailed them again, still no response. I sent yet another email which was replied to by someone called "Madhu S". The reply was the usual placatory apology and I felt to be quite insincere when one looks at his choice of patronising English language.
I also contacted DHL who said they would investigate it, but here we are 4 days later and absolutely no update.
I replied thanking him/her for their reply but I was no longer interested in him/her passing the issue to their "concerned department" or further excuses and asked them to make a full refund to my account and cancel the order within 24 hours of my email.
I have had no response since then and the deadline has passed.
Again I ask you to please refund my account and cancel this order. Should I not receive a reply from you confirming my instructions of refund, I will raise a dispute of payment with MasterCard and forward all relevant attempts by me to resolve this issue with Amazon

Your inaccurate delivery dates for prime
This is the 4th or 5th time that I have chosen a product which I needed by a specific date from you, purchased it based on the date it would arrive only to find out that was a big fat lie and you would deliver it whenever you felt like it. In all cases I could have purchased locally in the time frame it took you to get it to me and supported a local business. I didn't because I simply wanted the convenience of not having to drive to an inconvenient location to get it. The most recent example is silicone molds. When I ordered them on Saturday morning the arrival date was Monday. Without giving me the option to change my mind, I just get an email that says " aren't you lucky, they're arriving Tuesday". If I didn't need them until Tuesday I wouldn't have selected to have them to me by Monday. This problem is just getting worse and worse and I have had items pushed out many day, all of which negates the value of paying for Amazon Prime. I am going to force myself to buy local rather than use you and Reconsider keeping my prime when it renews in November. I used to love you amazon but for the last year or so you've sucked. And, worse yet, you don't seem to care that you suck.

Crappy shipping..lost my package
Ordered a coffee percolator and two packages of Vectra flea treatment on 7/31...the listing said next day delivery..and here I am one week later still waiting. I have had an author account with Amazon since 2016. Sean Diddy Combs and his model of Sean John, Bobby Lorenzo provided me with permission to write them in hip hop scripts. In 2017 Sean Combs had his attorney Jonathan Davis of New York, write to Amazon to tell them to close my author account, and dismantle the books that have nothing to do with Sean Combs. The account was reopened 2018. June 2020, Jonathan Davis contacts Courtney Bertram with Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and Kobo Writing Life to tell them to dismantle my accounts and not pay me royalties due me. The Adrenochrome Witch was nothing more than a prayer for people who really need to turn their lives over to God. That's all. But, for some reason, it really scared Sean Diddy Combs. I want to tell ya'll that on Twitter, Sean Combs contacted me in my DM starting 2017. He started asking me to open bank accounts. I didn't understand why. He sent nude photos of himself having sex with underage boys. A Daniel Simmons said that Diddy is involved in Bank of America embezzlement, and provided the debit card and account numbers. At first, I thought it was Diddy contacting me on Twitter, then I had my doubts, I thought it was the Nigerians, who are reputed to be masterminds behind deception and embezzlement. Now, I believe it was Diddy. The FBI have all of the pictures, bank account numbers and the 160 page document of Diddy talking about Cassie cheating on him, and telling me TWENTY times to open bank account for the purpose of embezzlement. Why is Diddy afraid of The Adrenochrome Witch? It was just a prayer. It didn't contain names of people involved, you can get that on Youtube.

Unauthorized charges
I am not a prime member with Amazon and for the last 10 months they have been taking $13.77 off of my debit card without my authorization. I have tried calling customer service and sent chat messages regarding this matter and I can never get a a response. I cannot afford to be giving away this money. 3 firesticks in less than 30 days (brand new 2nd gen alexa voice ver.) 1st one got so hot that it just about wanted to warp and melt. 2nd one had updating issues and broke the fireos, even resets would not work (it broke a system component with new 4020 update and resetting literally brought it back to the 4020 that broke it in the first place) third one I have now, fireos that it shipped with... Worked great. Then 2 days later... It updates to the broken 4020 version, guess what? Its now having so many issues we can not watch even 30mins of something without it 1.) crashing 2.) just freezing on screen 3.) will randomly play something in the background that then crashes whatever app you were using... Paid for a year subscription with prime, bought all these firesticks and its just a complete $200+ waste of money.

I was charged $12.99 on my Social Security Debit Card on 07/04/2020 that I did not authorize. I want my money refunded to me today! Amazon has ripped me off and I'm not a rich person I get $500.00 dollars a month to live on and it's not easy to do. Now I have this big company taking 12.99 of my money that I need to use to get my medicine, but I can't because Amazon ripped me off!

Dockers shorts
In July 2020 I ordered Dockers brand shorts from Amazon and they sent me a pair of shorts with the tags removed. Inside one pocket: a face mask! Disgusting! I paid full price for new shorts and was sent a used article of clothing possibly contaminated by COVID-19. I contacted customer service and received no explanation or apology. I was offered an exchange or a refund. I am disappointed.
Ancheer 26" electric city bicycle
I filed a claim for a full refund through Amazon 2 days after receiving the bicycle since the bicycle was defective, arrived with scratches along the body, and the seat did not lower for me to ride it. The seller has been unreachable for 2 weeks, and even went so far as to cancel 2 of my refund claims and then block my email address so I could not respond. Amazon assured me on July 19th via phone and email correspondence that I would receive the full refund within 7-10 business days and not have to return the bicycle to the seller. I have spoken with 5 Amazon customer service employees, all informing me that I will receive the refund and not have to return the bicycle. Today, I received an email from their A to Z guarantee department telling me that I must return the bicycle, the seller will not pay for shipping, and I may not receive a full refund if the bicycle is not sent back exactly how it was shipped in the box.
I spoke with 2 supervisors at Amazon about this today after receiving the email, and they now are saying that they will not refund me until the bicycle is returned. I am disgusted over Amazon's blatant lack of clear, concise communication from each Amazon employee over the last two weeks via phone and email. Their miscommunication lead to misunderstandings and unmet expectations, which ultimately lead to my complete disapproval.
There has been no apology from any Amazon employees for their miscommunication, and since the seller will not pay for shipping to send the 50 lb bicycle back, I am expected to spend MORE money during a time when I am unemployed due to the pandemic. Amazon offered to reimburse me through a promotional certificate I could use towards the purchase of something on Amazon, not a refund for the shipping costs. The seller does not guarantee a full refund unless the bicycle is sent back exactly as it was shipped, which is impossible since I do not have the bubble wrapping or plastic ties that the bicycle had arrived with in the shipping box.
I am at a loss what to do, utterly disappointed with Amazon's lack of work ethic, and shocked at their lack of knowledge and communication skills.
iPad mini 5
I ordered an iPad mini 5 and five other items on 7/26/20 and paid For two day shipping/delivery. I got a confirmation that they will arrive on 7/28-7/29. All the items arrive today but my iPad which arrived 7/30. I am so unhappy with how Amazon does business I could cry. This is the second time I have paid for express two day shipping and my item comes after three days. I paid for two day shipping and this item should be arriving today not tomorrow, yet it was just shipped to arrive tomorrow. I have purchased a lot of stuff from Amazon to be treated this way. Why the heck would I pay express shipping if it wasn't urgent? To say I am upset is an understatement! The Ipad I bought for my daughter days after I ordered this item from another seller on Amazon, came yesterday. Yet, my order that was supposed to arrive today after I paid to receive it on Wednesday is now coming on Thursday. Very disappointed and angry! The agent I chatted with did refund my shipping but that does not help my situation where my business will suffer for two days because the delivery will come late. So annoyed!

Waste of money
Shipping is the issue. It's clear the current climate is difficult. However, to write that an order will be delivered, then delayed, then delayed again is inexcusable. Paying extra for service entitles one to a straight answer. There is simply no excuse for abusive behavior, doesn't matter how big a company is. Abuse is abuse. They seem to have "all bases covered." Well, "cancel." I paid for better service than to be lied to.
Orders are promised on a specific day. Then delayed, then delayed again. Paid for "prime" membership. I deserve better than not given a straight answer. Abusive, plain, and simple. Very sad state of affairs.
