Amazon Extra charge on cc

Extra charge of 14.06 posted 9/12. on credit card don't know what it is
I did buy virus plastic masks posted 9/15 for 21.64
I did not buy anything else, have not used Amazon in a zillion years, don't owe Amazon a bloody cent, only the 21.64
I tried to go another way on this computer, but not that computer literate, it sent me to something like Just Right or whatever and wanted a $1 for a trial sub. I don't want a sub, I don't want a trial sub, I don't want to screw around with anything. I want it fixed.

that I didn't make.

I keep every order I make online in a file from the ordering, to the updates on when it
will arrive, to the actual delivery. I can not find any transaction I made with any of the
above information.

Can you help me? I don't have an address of any company because I didn't make this purchase

Amazon Drives need training

They blow through stop signs and sped through the 25 mph residential streets. I have confronted the drivers and they don't give a crap and are very disrespectful.

Thankfully the two schools within a quarter mile are closed due to Corvid 19 or I am sure a child would have been run over by now.

Amazon doesn't have an email address to send video clips of the drivers disregard and I have complained using the text messages with Amazon support. They take the report and nothing changes. Complaining to customer support is a total waste of time.

Do they have cameras in the vans? They probably do, but don't care. Won't confront them. And because of diversity, will hire people not smart enough, or train well. This company doesn't care so quit. Better caring companies out there.

Amazon Delivery

I ordered a product-and Amazon says could not deliver-due to driver could not find. I have used the same address for years and no problem having items delivered to me. When I complained the service agent says the item is from a third party. Yes-all items are?

I guess the expensive fleet of trucks do not have GPS-and I'm in the city. It's funny I see one of your drivers sitting behind complex for hours a day!

I asked for Corporate email or address to file complaint-and 8 minutes later I was given incorrect address by Sana.

Terrible service-I needed fast-next time I will go to Target!

Amazon Customer service

Have you ever tried to contact Amazon to talk with a person-God Forbid!'

I need to change a contact number on my account and have spent way too much time trying to figure out how it can be done! I sign in with the correct name and they respond to a number that is no longer active. How do I change it? Live in Thailand and don't want to spend a ton of money on international calls because if their phone response is anything similar to their internet advise it would cost a fortune!

Amazon Re set password unprofessional lady on the phone

My computer hacks lost all password on computer. I have to reset all password on my computer.

Amazon gave dirty knowledge how to deal with customer. I tried to reset password did not worked they asked what is your expiration on last 4 credit cards, They should not asked because this security privacy.

I gave them the products i bough in the past and couple times and credit cards i purchased and expiration was all corrected.

Lady on the phone today Sept 25, 2020 at 3 AM would not satisfied with that. She asked me about Amazon Smile I gave her the dollars amount was corrected. She still not satisfied reset my password. I told her that okay that means I do not going to Amazon website from now on. Amazon loose me as customer I can go to Ebay, Ebay setup my account just one click. Others vendor setup all my password I have satisfied.

Would ever ever come back buy from Amazon because they not trained that lady right.

On September 22nd it was also "out for delivery" together with another order, which was placed on September 21st (Prime one-day delivery) - both items never arrived. September 23rd both items were "out for delivery" again, now...

This is a transaction on my Bank of America debit account that I know nothing about; but this sounds familiar, like a purchase that seemed to be a serial monthly purchase that I had contested before. Amazon Delivery

What is going on with the delivery? I look at the tracking and see that my orders are going all over the place. The tracking information doesn't make any sense. It shows that the orders come and go from the same locations. Portland to hillsboro (oregon). Then hillsboro to portland.. One order showed it got shipped to portland and then got shipped back to baltimore. What is the prime shipping doing? Sure am glad I watch then prime movies. At least I am getting some of what my prime membership pays for.

Could you at least give out more accurate shipping information? Don't just say delayed. Maybe showing up in a couple days, do you want to cancel the order? You should be honest and just say what's happening. If you're waiting for people to get the delivery out on the road and you're short handed, say so. Don't just leave your members hanging.

Amazon Door organizer

Specifically placed an order for an item with one day shipping. Four days later and it is still NOT here. Called Amazon for a refund yet again. This has happened MULTIPLE times to me. Why should I continue to be a Prime member when things can't get shipped correctly?

The customer service agent I spoke actually asked me if I wanted my refund in the form of an Amazon gift card. Yeah, right! Who would do that? I told them that I would be looking elsewhere for my retail needs if this keeps happening (I'm not crazy about Walmart either, but their stuff always arrives on time) and mentioned the new Walmart + service. Did they care - NOPE!

I will definitely start my search for needed products locally now first. I always go to Amazon.com first, no longer. That will be a last resort and only if I'm in a time crunch (and you're still not guaranteed to get things as advertised!).

Amazon Delivery

I ordered a present for a friend. The delivery address on amazon was correct. However, the address for the delivery company omitted all numbers in the address. There was no way to correct this error in your system. The contact with the delivery company gave two options for delivery numbers that did not match the number I had. Your system failed to accurately pass on the delivery address to the shipping company. Order details

Amazon Unauthorized charge

My Bank account was charged $119.00 on 9/16/2020. I have never ordered anything that costs that amount. I contacted the bank and they said I have to contact Amazon about the unauthorized charge. There is no record on my Amazon account of anything that I ordered for that price. Please help resolve this. Thank you.

Amazon payment questions

I want to cancel my prime account. I never got a card or number and the old number doesn't work. i am paying 12.99 monthly and that is more than any free shipping which usually doesn't show up on orders.

Amazon Promised delivery date not met - inducement to purchase with fraudulent marketing claim

Amazon induce buyers to purchase Woodward's book, "Rage", with the promise of delivery on date of release (15 Sep 20). They charged an extra $10 + tax for the privilege.

Guess what? No book. Received an email saying it will be here on Thursday.

I "Chatted" with a customer non-service representative named "Dane". Tried using the excuse that due to the pandemic there were ripples that caused problems. I told him to give me a break. Amazon knew about the pandemic on 11 Sep 20 when they advertised "Get it on the day of release, $9.99 + tax". The pandemic didn't just pop up on Sunday. Weak excuse. The book was not even shipped until 15 Sep 20 (the promised delivery date) with a promised 2 day delivery. We'll see.

"Dane" finally credited me back the $10 + change for S&H and still whined about the pandemic causing the delay. Bull hockey. This is not the first time Amazon has induced a purchase with a promised delivery date, only to announce on the delivery date that the product was delayed. I chatted with "Amy" his manager who profusely apologized for the error. To make it better she said she will credit my account with $5 for the inconvenience. I just let her know that for the "inconvenience", "I'll just be taking my business purchases to local merchants or directly from the vendor.

Amazon has some serious problems with its logistics. Before I canceled Prime, I watched the delivery truck pass my location 4 times (over the Internet on order tracking). When I finally got to speak with a person, I was told that it had been shipped back to the local warehouse. It would take two more days to reach me. Guess what? Two days came and went. I did not receive the other book until 5 days after the promised date. Drivers could not read the sign clearly posted on the wall by the office as for hours they were open. On the other attempts, I was speaking with someone claiming to be a manager in Dallas logistics. Claimed they were sending text messages to the driver to enter through the gate by the guard shack. The guard was there, but the delivery driver tried the office again after being explicitly told to go to the guard shack.

Gross ineptitude by employees and management. I canceled Prime and have not looked back.

It's just not worth doing business on Amazon anymore. Whatever executive is supposed to be directing logistics should be terminated as Amazon logistics has not improved one bit over three years. Throw in the Chief Marketing Officer as well for approving the fraudulent inducement on the website in the first place. They both make enough money and get to sit in air conditioned offices while the warehouse workers are monitored like POWs.

Keep your $5 Amazon. Use it to train yourselves on how to get a package from point A to point B as advertised. Once my book arrives (Thursday, Friday, or 5 days later), I will be closing my business account with you.

I was charged $155 on Sept. 11 from Amazon. I made no buys from Amazon on that date. The transaction was---Amazon Prime.com/billWA and the amount. I only pay $8.00 a month and no yearly amounts .
Please check into this for me. I have prime video but haven't been charged from them yet.

There was a unauthorized charge of $8.47 taken off my debit card on 9/15/20. It said it was from Amazon Digital Service ( Amzn.com/bill waus ). I do not know why or who this is! I would like the charges reversed.

Amazon 4k ultra hd video recorder

When this camera arrived I had trouble with it right from the word go, and now on Sunday it just turned it self off and wont open any more, can you please send me an address where I can post it back and receive a full refund, PLEASE, kindness Regards,

Amazon Unidentified charge

My monthly credit card statement shows a charge to AMZN Mktp in the amount of $50.77. After checking my purchases on my Amazon Prime account for the last 6 months, I did not make any such purchase. My cc statement shows the date of purchase as July 23, 2020 and is identified as
US*MV3U42MKOAmzn.com/billWA.

All the other charges I have verified and identified. I believe this is a fraudulent charge.
