BJ's Wholesale Club Not able to reach Bj's, Travel Phone, gets hung up tried over 10 times!!!

Hello,

I am hereby complaining about BJs Travel customer service. We booked a all inclusive resort vacation middle of Dec. 2019. With the current coronavirus situation, I am trying to reach and have our airline timing changed. United Airlines approved a one time no charge change for all customer but cannot change it for me. So, Bjs Travel Agent will need to do it. I TRIED over 10 TIMES, the phone get me waiting and automatically hangs up my phone sometimes after over 2 HOURS of waiting! it is the most frustrating experience I have had with any customer services in my life! We are scheduled to fly on April 2nd, 2020. I need someone to take this of this so I don't loose over $2500. Otherwise, I need to ask Bjs Travel to refund me my money! Someone pls get back to me at 703-[protected] as soon as possible.

BJ's Wholesale Club Over charging for membership

I have received notice that my membership is due. I paid to renew it on Nov 29 2019 it shows on my charge card No5358782022202972. Why am I being told that I owe already again? My name is Donna Edwards phone no is [protected]. Can you please tell me why? When I signed up it was for the new one in Clearwater Fla and I was told it would be for 18 months because the store was not opened yet . BJ's Wholesale Club Customer service/ discrimination

3/14/2020 At 11am, I went to the BJs tire center in Fairlakes to have 2 propane tanks filled. I waited for 30 mins in line. An employee by the name of Ian asked what I needed and proceeded outside to fill them. While outside, he was approached by other customers and he started to fill their tanks first. I went outside and told him that I was first and that I have been waiting for 30 mins. The other customer agreed and said that I should go first. Ian rudely said " well, there's nothing I can do about it". As I proceeded to tell him again that I have been waiting and that he spoke to me inside, he again rudely said " that the more I talk, the longer it's going to take".
The other customers insisted that Ian help me first, but Ian said "no, it's ok". I waited for 3 customers and 6 tanks to finally be serviced. The customers he helped, all apologized to me for his attitude and the customer behind me said "that's not right".
Ian smiled as he gave me my tanks and sarcastically said have a great day. I spoke to Andrew and Damien, who are both supervisors/managers about Ian and they both apologized for his behavior. I have had bad customer service at this BJs before, but never have I felt personally attacked and discriminated against based on nothing but what I can assume was either my race or appearance. Please let me know what is being done to correct this occurrence, and prevent it from happening again to other customers. Thank you

BJ's Wholesale Club Membership

Hi. I renewed my membership with BJ's in November 15 th 2019

When I went back in December they did not find it. But the manager was kind enough to give me a day pass while they resolve the issue.
Went back in January yet no news.
They could not find it.
They said they were still trying.
Went back in February no news.
I then filed charge back with my Bank.
They reversed the charges.
Upon research they found the receipt where I had paid for the membership.
The bank is mailing it out to me.
In the meantime I have lost almost 5 months of membership.
I want BJ's to credit me 5 months of membership I have lost.
I called customer service. After holding 1/2 hr opted for call back.
Never happened.
I have called again I am on hold for past 1 and 1/2 hr.
Please help.

BJ's Wholesale Club Wellsley Farms Chewy Chocolate Chip Granola Bar

This product is mislabeled, there are ingredients missing. My child developed an anaphylactic reaction to this food, despite not being allergic to anything listed on the label of this food. My son is severely allergic to Peanut and Sesame, these could kill him. We had to Epi-Pen him and go to the ER after taking 1 bite of this granola bar. The produce is mid-labeled and needs to be corrected so that this doesn't happen again to anyone else! Please call me so that this doesn't happen to another consumer. [protected]

BJ's Wholesale Club Extensive hold times / Staff not knowledgeable

I placed an online order for 2 day delivery. I received an email from Customer Services that the payment via paypal was not authorized. I call the number provided and after holding for over 35 mins I opt in for a call back, I was called back over an hour later. I speak to a representative who tells me everything was fine on my order and Pay pal authorized the payment. I thought everything was fine.

I send an email back to the Rep who initiated the issue just to let her know I called and it appears this issue was resolved.
I then decide let me make sure Pay pal did release the payment, and low and behold they did not. I selected PAyPAl Credit Card ioption instead of my Mastercard, that was the issue. I fixed that and called BJs customer Services again, and again was on hold over 35 mins and again opted for a call back. An hour later I call back and the Call Center is clopsed, I never got a call back. I did not want to keep my order in limbo so I cancelled it and attempted to reorder the same items, I then get a message that this order has already been placed to call Customer Services. I have been trying to reach someone that can assist me since 9am today, have sent an email and have waited in quese in total 3 hours today and have still not spoken to a live representative. This is horrible Customer Services.

I would have taken a drive to my local warehouse but I have a torn rotaor cuff and am unable to lift anything, hence why I placed this order in the first place. Can somoene who speaks English clearly, please call me back. Preferably from the United States. I appreciate your assistance.

BJ's Wholesale Club airline and car rental

When booking a trip on Hawaiian Airlines website, they offered combining my car into the same reservation as my flight. Little did I know that they would book us in an economy seat where you do not get to pick your seat ahead of time. With a party of 4 containing two small children with special needs, this was not going to work for a 6+ hour flight. After 4 hours or getting transferred between BJs Travel and Hawaiian Air they kept blaming the other and putting me on hold and hanging up. I finally got through to someone and told them to cancel everything and I'll never book with either company again. The website had broken link for almost everything I tried to go to. Reservations, contact us, they all were dead ends. Their call center is a joke. Save your self some time and stress and book else where.

BJ's Wholesale Club payment of check returned

In the past when I had a check not clear that I wrote to BJs I was able to pay on my account in the store. I went to the Warrington Pennsylvania store and tried to do this, only the 2nd time this happened, and they told me I cannot pay on my account that it would have to go to collections first?! This is absurd why should I have my credit get hurt when I wanted to pay before this would happen? Please rectify this or at least tell me how I can? Thank you!

BJ's Wholesale Club wf organic butter and milk

From the past few weeks we are observing spoiled butter and milk. I also sent an email to bjs customer care to take necessary action immediately. I am a loyal customer from the past 4 years and after observing these bad things in so called Organic butter and milk l am so concerned. Could you please double check the quality of these products. BJ's Wholesale Club cancellation of an item that I was assured was processed after verifying charge

I placed an order online for a 65" Samsung QLED TV (order #[protected]) on 30 Nov 2019, which Harrison authorized the charge of $1348.00 on the same date, as he received a text alert notifying him of the charge. I received an email on 30 Nov 2019 notifying me that the order had been cancelled. I called (800) 257-2582 at 5:01pm from my cellphone [protected] to clarify this and was told that the order was placed on hold due to possible fraud and it needed to be verified before they would ship it. I was reassured at the end of that conversation that everything was good and the item would be shipped out after being on the phone with them for 10min, 33 secs. I also was told that I would receive an email to [protected]@ashleyinvestmentgroup.com, which never happened. I attempted to call on 2 Dec 2019 to verify item was going to be shipped, as no email had still be received but BJs was already closed at 7:03pm. I called again today, 4 Dec 2019, at 620pm and spoke with Angela, as I had not received a call from the shipping company, as the TV's estimated delivery date was 3-5 business days and we were now at day #3 and no phone call from shipper as of yet. I was informed that the item in question (65" Samsung QLED TV) was cancelled, which infuriated me, as the Perks Promotion was now over and I could now lose my 15% cash back. This issue was supposed to be fixed. I was assured that both the Perks rewards was fixed and the TV was reordered and would reach the delivery company by the next morning. I was instructed by Angela to call (844) 215-0640 in the morning to check on the status using order #MC10352674, which I did at 2:12pm on 5 Dec 2019 (day #4). I was informed that they did not have anything listed under my name or the order number, which to be honest was not a surprise to me. I called BJs customer service back again and was given a tracking number and then called (844) 215-0640 at 4:07pm gave them the tracking number and still not able to bring any order up. By this time, I was so pissed off quite frank that if I would have called BJs back at that time who knows what would have happened, so I waited until 1148am on 6 Dec 2019 and waited for them to return my call, which happened at 1157am. I was on the phone with the staff member for less than 2 minutes, lost connection and received no call back. I then called back at 12:04pm and opted for them to call me back, which occurred at 12:11pm. After the 30minute conversation, the end result is that CIVA in Durham had my TV at approximately 5pm yesterday and I received no call from them, as this item should have been received TODAY...I was informed by your staff member that I would get a call either Monday or Tuesday regarding scheduling shipment, which means it is going to take 7+ days to receive an item that was supposed to be received in 3-5 days. This is not acceptable considering BJs is the one who cancelled the order erroneously and this could have been totally avoided. My question is what is BJs going to do to make this right. I should not have to wait extra time because they made the mistake. I did everything to ensure that my credit card was verified and valid on Saturday to ensure there would be no problem but I feel it was to no avail. I don't think this is good customer service and the first step should have been not a text to verify charge but a text with instructions to call customer service to verify charge if ultimately this was needed to process the order and please tell me how this order ultimately got cancelled anyway...

BJ's Wholesale Club excess sales tax charged on items

I bought 2 items 11/17/19, and both items had big credits for the items. One item cost $37 and had a $17 rebate and the other item cost $20 and had a $6 instant rebate. I was charged sales tax on the GROSS price, not the NET. I then had to return one of the lesser price items and was given credit on the NET cost of the item.
BJ's is the only club that does this. Sam's and Costco CHARGES SALES TAX ON THE NET OF THE ITEM. I called BJ's Customer Service to complain about the tax on the GROSS. I purposely didn't mention the return. Of course, the rep said "It's BJ's policy to charge this tax based on the state you buy it in..." "Really" I said, "then why was I only credit tax on the NET of the item when I returned one?" I guess the rep couldn't come up with a good answer so he offered me a $5 BJ's Gift Card that I accepted. So I'll spend my gift card when I get it, then cancel my membership in a very terrible club.

I am very disappointed in the 2 tier cake I bought for my grandsons baby naming. The decorations were like a 5 year old did it. I have purchased cakes from this BJs in the past and never had a problem. They should be ashamed to charge $30 for a cake that I could have made for a lot less and decorated the way they did. All they did was write words no decorations.
