BJ's Wholesale Club Wellesley Potato Chips & Healthy Choices Fudge Bars

I am a long time member of BJ's in Waterford CT. For months they have been out of Wellesley Potato Chips. When I asked management at the store, they looked it up and informed me that product hasn't been disconnected. These are great potato chips, why are they no longer available?

Healthy Choice Fudge Bars are another great item, which I've been informed the store is out of stock, for several weeks. I don't understand why, other BJ's stores have them in stock.

BJ's Wholesale Club BJ's Gas

I have filled gas from BJ's gas station, Willoughby, OH location, multiple times. Sometimes even after you push for regular gas, machine charges for Premium gas. I have complained about this couple of times to the Gas station attendant but this has not been resolved.

I filled gas again on and here are the details - I can upload the pictures if required.

BJ's Wholesale Club Tire order

on 8/7/23 I ordered a single tire to replace my Road hazard blown tire .

I purchased it at the Farmingdale store in Long Island NY I was told it would it would be available in 2 days it is now 5 days and still no TIRE

i'm still driving around on a donut tire which is dangerous

BJ's Wholesale Club Cafe broken down

So there I am at bj wanted a hot dog and soda the hot dog was not good

One thing only to put on was mustard only. I ask for a knife but was told they have none. The soda machine was broken. The pop corn machine was not working. So the only thing they had was hot dogs and pretzel. I go to sam club they lots more hot dogs, pizza, ice cream and more

BJ's Wholesale Club Berkeley Jensen 90/ 33 gallon black trash bags

I purchased the 90 count Berkeley Jensen 33 gallon box of trash bags in may. I opened the box about a week ago fora major clean up project. These were the worst trash bags I have ever used. Each of the bags and I mean every one of them tore when they were being used. The equivalent weight of a gallon of milk made the bags rip. I have used this product before and it has never happened. Maybe this was a bad batch. A stretch trash bag should stretch. Needless to say the clean up project was sidelined as we could not use the bags and they became a part of the trash. Very disappointed. Would have taken them back but everyone pulled individual bags to use for the project. The stack of ripped bags was larger than the trash we were able to clean. Again very disappointed. One of the team members suggested I reach out to see if a refund was possible

BJ's Wholesale Club Delivery

Order # [protected] placed on 07/05/2023. Table & 4 Chairs $731.38

I got a confirmation that my order was placed and a notice that it would be delivered on 07/07/2023 so we sat here at home, all day, waiting for it but it never arrived.

at 11:00 PM last night it still said it would be delivered on 07/07/2023 but nothing showed up.

I checked again at 7:30 this morning and it now says "Delivery date details will be available once they are provided by the carrier. Shipper created a label. UPS has not received the package yet.

I know for a fact that BJ's does not receive the payment until the merchandise is shipped so I believe BJ's posted the fake delivery notice with the intention of getting the $ and they'll deliver the table & chairs when they feel like delivering it while we're having to eat off TV trays

Desired outcome: We want an apology and delivery of what we ordered and paid for as soon as possible and NO MORE LIES!

I am employed with BJ's as an utility clerk, the managers are always telling me to check carts when I come in at 5pm, yesterday 7-6-23, I asked the manager CJ does the utility clerk that comes in at 8-3pm handle carts in the parking lot, he said no! I asked why? He got offensive and told me to clock out and go home! This guy does not like to be questioned...

BJ's Wholesale Club Credit Card Company

BJ's credit card company that processes their payments is failing to process payments when they receive them. Thus a customer ends up paying their credit card statement twice. This same issue happened with the previous card processing company, Barclays.

I believe it is a ploy to extract late payment fees from the customer. If it continues, I will cut up my BJ's credit card and cease to do business with them.

Desired outcome: Stop the games and process payments on a timely basis.

BJ's Wholesale Club Terrible Experience with BJs Wholesale - Missing Items and Poor Customer Service

I had a really bad experience with BJs Wholesale (bjs.com) when I ordered online. I placed an order with the order number *** and paid $448. However, it has been three weeks since I placed the order and I have only received 7 items. To make matters worse, 2 of the items were so damaged that they were not edible. I am missing most of my order, which is worth $400 and includes over 30 items that have still not been delivered.

I have called BJs customer service 7 times and spoken to 3 supervisors, but I have been repeatedly lied to. One supervisor even emailed me and claimed that he had scheduled the delivery for the following day. However, the following day came and went and there was still no delivery. I emailed him 3 times days later, but received no response. When I called BJs customer service today, I was told that my order would be delivered, but I lost my temper. This company will run you around in circles and never investigate why your shipment hasn't moved in 2 weeks.

I am so frustrated with BJs that I will be cancelling my membership. I am a new member and have used SAMS and COSTCO for years. This was only my second order and purchase experience with BJs, but it has been a complete disaster. I have tried to beg for a refund, but they keep explaining that it is a process. Meanwhile, I am now paying my credit card bill for items that I never received.

Overall, I would not recommend ordering from BJs Wholesale (bjs.com). Their customer service is terrible and they do not seem to care about their customers. If you want a better shopping experience, I would suggest going to SAMS or COSTCO instead.

BJ's Wholesale Club Disappointing Experience at BJ's Wholesale: Lackluster Selection, Poor Coupon System, and Limited Return Policy

I just joined BJ's Wholesale because it's close to where I live, but I have to say, I'm not impressed. I already belong to Costco and Sam's Club, and BJ's just doesn't compare. The selection isn't as good, and the prices aren't any better.

To make matters worse, I tried to buy some Dak Ham that was supposed to have an instant coupon, but it didn't come off at the register. When I asked about it, the cashier told me I could wait while they went to check the signage. I didn't have time for that, so I just left the ham with the cashier and walked out with only two items.

And don't even get me started on the return policy. It's only 90 days (30 days for electronics) with a receipt for your money back. Costco, on the other hand, has a 90-day return policy for electronics and an indefinite return policy for everything else. Even if BJ's has the purchase record in their system, they'll only give you a store credit without the paper receipt.

When we got home, we decided to cancel our "auto renewal" online. We just don't like shopping here. But now we're wondering if we can get our money back on the membership. The clerk who signed us up was trying to make it sound like BJ's was better than Costco for many reasons, but I can honestly say that these two warehouse clubs aren't even in the same league. Costco all the way!

BJ's Wholesale Club Outdated and Inefficient: My Disappointing Experience at BJ's Wholesale in Millsboro DE

I recently became a member of BJ's Wholesale and decided to check out their Millsboro DE location. Let me tell you, it was a hot mess. The store is outdated and in dire need of a renovation. But that's not even the worst part. The check-out process is a nightmare. There are only two cashiers, who are both seniors like myself, and they move slower than molasses. They don't have any help with carting items and they look like they're about to keel over from exhaustion.

To make matters worse, BJ's allows customers to redeem manufacturer coupons, which brings the check-out process to a grinding halt. The lady in front of me had 40 coupons, and myself and others were getting pretty angry. It took a whopping 20 minutes for her to check out. No wonder the regulars opt for self-checkout instead of waiting in line for a cashier. But even the self-checkout line was ridiculously long, stretching three-quarters of the way down the store.

And don't even get me started on the prepared foods. They're about a third less in content than Costco's, but cost the same. I have a Costco membership and now I value it even more. There's a reason why Costco does more business than BJ's, and I think it's because BJ's isn't keeping up with functionality. They're just letting the store run until customers peel off.

I wish I could get my $25 membership fee back. I'd rather spend it at a local store than come back to BJ's.

BJ's Wholesale Club Defective A/C Unit and Poor Customer Service at BJ's Wholesale in Monroe, NY

I recently purchased an A/C unit from BJ's Wholesale in Monroe, NY for a hefty price of almost $500. At first glance, everything seemed to be in order as the box was in pristine condition. However, upon opening the box later that afternoon, my husband and I were shocked to find a beat-up unit that was at least two years old. To make matters worse, the unit emitted a foul smell and water poured out of it when we attempted to turn it on.

We immediately decided to return the defective unit the next morning. My husband went to BJ's and was told that the unit we received was not the one they gave us, and they refused to refund or exchange it. I decided to go back to the store myself to speak with the manager. When I asked her if they had ever opened the box to check the unit's condition, she replied that they do not do that. I was taken aback and asked her how they could claim that the unit was in mint condition if they had never even checked it. She then went on to say that if the box was damaged, they would not sell it. I reminded her that I did not spend almost $500 on the box, but on the unit itself. I was shocked when she insinuated that BJ's would never do something like that and that they had never racially profiled anyone. This made us feel humiliated and embarrassed, especially since our children were with us.

Unfortunately, we were not able to get our money back, and we are now out almost $500. This experience has left us feeling disappointed and frustrated with BJ's Wholesale. We hope that they will take better care in checking the condition of their products before selling them to customers.

BJ's Wholesale Club Disappointed with BJ's Wholesale and Metropolitan Warehouse's Delivery Service

I recently made a purchase on BJ's Wholesale website, bjs.com, for a patio set on September 11th, 2021. I was excited to receive my order and was given a delivery date of September 29th, between 1pm and 5pm, with their contracted company, Metropolitan Warehouse. However, on the day of delivery, Metropolitan Warehouse never showed up.

I immediately called Metropolitan Warehouse to inquire about the status of my delivery. The agent on the phone informed me that nobody was home to receive the delivery because nobody picked up the phone. I was shocked and frustrated by this response. I asked the agent if anyone had knocked on the door, to which they replied, "The driver called while they were 20 minutes away and since nobody answered the phone, they canceled the delivery." I explained to the agent that a delivery was scheduled between 1pm and 5pm and not showing up or knocking on the door is absolutely no excuse. (So calling is the new knocking) I tried calling back within 2 minutes several times and nobody answered. I had no option to leave a voicemail.

The agent then informed me that the next delivery available was on October 15th, 2021, or I could pick up the item at the warehouse. This is where my issue with BJ's comes in. If you were to google or look for reviews on Metropolitan Warehouse, you would understand how horrific this company is when it comes to deliveries. BJ's knows this company has a 1.8-star rating with thousands of customers, yet they continue using them as their primary delivery service. I was extremely disappointed with BJ's and Metropolitan Warehouse and will not be ordering anything online via BJ's again. One and done!

Overall, my experience with BJ's Wholesale was not a positive one. The lack of communication and professionalism from Metropolitan Warehouse, coupled with BJ's continued use of their services, left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I hope that BJ's takes customer feedback seriously and considers using a more reliable delivery service in the future.

BJ's Wholesale Club Beware of the BJ Mastercard: Promises Unfulfilled and Terrible Customer Service

I recently got a BJ Mastercard and let me tell you, it's been nothing but trouble. I was promised credit for purchases made in-store, but the card only seems to work online. So much for that promise! And don't even get me started on the supposed $0.10 off per gallon of gas. That never materializes either, unless you physically go into the store to claim your few cents credit. What a hassle!

But the real kicker is the customer service. It's a joke. I've had to wait on hold for a half hour or more just to reach a human being. And when I finally do, they add service charges to my bill for no apparent reason. The first month, I was hit with a $2.00 service charge for an "unknown" reason. It was only removed when I finally got through to a human. The second month, I was charged a $30 late fee because their automated phone system screwed up the numbers or something. Every time I call, it's just apologies and promises that they're "working on it." But nothing ever gets fixed, and the fees just keep piling up.

BJ's keeps repeating that they have nothing to do with the credit card company, but they're aware of the problem and "working on it." But let's be real here: they're the ones who lure customers into using this card with promises of rewards and discounts. They should take some responsibility for the problems their customers are facing.

Overall, I would say BEWARE of the BJ Mastercard. It's not worth the hassle and frustration.

BJ's Wholesale Club BJ's Wholesale: Poor Customer Service and Communication for Patio Set Delivery

I recently made a purchase on bjs.com for a 7 piece patio set. The website indicated that the delivery would come in three boxes, which we did receive. However, upon opening the boxes to put the set together, we noticed that two of the boxes were the same and the box with the two swivel chairs was missing. I immediately called customer service to explain the issue.

After speaking with the warehouse, they informed me that they had confused my order with someone else's order and that we had each other's chairs. They requested to pick up the chairs that I had received, but I was hesitant to do so until I received the correct chairs. I explained that it was not fair for me to wait for another customer to return my order before receiving my correct order.

Unfortunately, my experience with BJ's Wholesale did not improve from there. I spent hours on the phone with numerous representatives from both BJ's and the warehouse, and each person I spoke to gave me a different story. I was promised multiple times that I would receive a return call, but I never did.

Finally, after much frustration, I was able to schedule a drop off/pick up for 9/24. However, the delivery drivers called to inform me that they would be arriving in 20 minutes, but they did not show up until an hour and a half later. When I called the warehouse to inquire about the delay, they informed me that the truck had broken down. No one had bothered to inform me of this delay, and the problem still remained unresolved after several more hours on the phone.

At this point, I have given up on receiving the correct chairs and have decided to keep the ones that were delivered with my order. However, I will never order anything online that has to go through the warehouse again. The lack of communication and organization from BJ's Wholesale was extremely frustrating and time-consuming.

BJ's Wholesale Club Unprofessional Behavior at BJ's Wholesale in West Nyack, NY

I've been a member of BJ's Wholesale for a few years now and I usually spend around $200 or a little more each week. However, my recent experience at the BJ's in West Nyack, NY was not a pleasant one. I encountered a worker named Abigail who had no idea how to treat a client. When I asked her about the price of a product, she responded in a sarcastic tone that made me feel like she was insinuating that I was trying to hide something. I explained that the products were all together in my cart, but she still seemed to doubt me.

To make matters worse, I had to return one of the scanned products to my car because my basket was full. When I called Abigail again to let her know what I had done, she was very rude and told me to relax before turning her back on me. Despite her behavior, I finished my purchase and approached her to let her know that she needed to treat clients better. However, she responded with more rude comments and called the manager over.

It's a shame that BJ's Wholesale is losing clients like me because of workers like Abigail. I've seen her behave this way towards other people as well. However, I still like BJ's for my purchases and prefer it over Costco and Sam's Club. I hope that BJ's management takes action to ensure that their workers treat clients with respect and professionalism.
