manager at the store located at 810 portage rd, niagara falls, ny 14301 treats customers like personal enemies.
On at least five occasions during the past two years, I've had various problems, for each of which I was required to speak with a manager named "Barb." Her rapport with customers is horrible at best. On each occasion, she accused me of lying, and refused to provide any assistance. She also ordered me off the premises, and threatened to call the police on at least two occasions, rather than address any issue that I faced.
Today, for example, I left the store with four bags, but a fifth bag was left behind. Less than a half hour later, I returned to the store. There were only two $1 pinwheels in that bag, but again, she accused me of lying, insisting errantly that I left the store with that bag. She then said that I was a nuisance every time I appeared at the store, although I have shopped there dozens of times without any incident. It is only when facing "Barb" with her hostile attitude, accusations, and unwillingness to assist that any problem ever occurs.

Today I was at the dollar tree in Stratford CT when I witness and employee approach a customer and demand she says sorry because her girlfriend said the lady's child had hit her car with their car door. The poor lady was traumatized with her children and didnt know what to do or say to the employee.
I didn't say anything after this happened however after the last left the employee asked me if what she said was rude. I responded yes and explained it was not professional and also hear say from her girlfriend who supposedly witness this.
The employee because telling me she was off the clock implying she was going to fight me. She proceeded to scream and yell in my face.
Eventually the manager showed up with a grin on her face and took the emplyee to the back room as she continued to yell at me and call me a "white b***h" in front of an entire packed store of customers.

Just left the dollar in Houston Texas. The line were long so the manager came out and took the people that where at back of line. That being said. I didn't have a problem with that but waiting in the line over 10 to 20 min which didn't have anyone. So I went to his line and told me to go back to line one, which this is the line I am waiting in for 10 to 20 min. So I went back to line one. So He decide to talk to me from the other register which is rude of a manager to do. So I ask him not to say anything to me so he keep on talk. I told him to stop talking to me. So I left line one to go and talk with another manager and he still talking to me. Then I ask for corporate number he told me it not gonna to do any good. Starting laughing about the matter. We as customers are the one keeping him employed. I would like the district manager call from this store location.

dollar tree on normand drive, valdosta, ga, , , , , , , , , , , , , , i am disabled, walk with a cane, , , , , , , , , , i love shopping at dollar tree, , , , , , , , this one though is an obstacle course, , , , , , was there today, good friday, , , , , , , if i was still in the military i would probably like it, but at my age i can not climb over boxes or squeeze past mdse. boats, , , , , , i cant figure why these floors cant be cleared for shoppers when the store opens, you have to push carts out of your way to get to what you want, , , , , , , , , , now the freezers and coolers are well cared for, always full and straight and clean, , , , , , , , but it is a struggle to get to them, , , , , , , , , , , and once you get your stuff from the freezer/coolers it is a struggle to get to the register, and once there just pray nobody in front on you wants hilium balloons or the cashier knows the customer in front of you, cause then you got to hear their version of, these are the days of our lives...i have spent 30 years of my life in retail management, and my resolution would be to get managers that act as though it is their name on the front of that building, act like managers, earn your salaries, act like every day that you a getting a corporate visit, dont yell at employees, but coach them, teach them, appreciate them and take pride in your store

Again, I am making a complaint against Daniel Crawford. I know he will find out about this and probably fire me or make me quit but, at this point, I just don't care.
He does NOT care about his employees, only how much he can make. Proof: I keep getting moved from Store to Store to Store, because other managers are not available. I only got started getting paid the Asst Managers salary about two weeks ago and this has been going on for at least 3 months!
Proof #2: When I get called into other stores, It is supposed to be 7:30 - 3:30 but, it usually ends up being 7:30 AM - 9:30 PM! I even had to go to the hospital on Sunday March 25 due to dehydration from overwork. The doctor told me to take off until at least 4-2-18 but guess who called me this morning? Daniel! He said that he needs me in yet another store Tomorrow. I have a doctors note that says I have to have off until at least 4-2. He doesn't believe me.
Can I just give up my managerial position and go back to being a regular employee? In one and ONLY one store? And please don't let Daniel call me anymore, I have absolutely HAD IT with him.

the incident in question happened on 3/27/2018 @ about 8pm. On this day I went to this store. While I was there I happen to hear the 2 teenager girls ask the manager to use the rest room. This is what he said to them " I just cleaned the restroom, and when i do i don't let anyone use it ." It was an hour or more before the store closed. I knew what was going on immediately. And if that wasn't bad enough, there was an older women about 60+ years old who also saw and heard what was said, ( other people also heard ). She told the girls she saw what happened and it wasn't right. The women was very angry, and so was I. He then told the older women ( she walked with a cane, severely handicapped ) to get out of his store. She was already in line trying to pay for her stuff. I then said to him, " she's in line trying to pay for her stuff. he then tried to insult me by saying " shut your mouth" . At that point other customers got involved. He( the manager) threatened to call the police on myself and the older women. I wanted him to. When he knew that I would wait for the authorities, he didn't call them. While I was trying to leave he stood by the door and told me to never come back to his store. I have been in management for a long time, I have never seen a manager so openly racist, and very belligerent. What kind of manager curses there customers. He kept saying his store, I thought " Dollar Tree owned the stores that their name is on ". He even shouted at everyone when we where trying to leave.
untidy store
Store #674 9453 Annapolis Rd. Latham M.D. 20706-3005 is the closest store to my home so I end up going there from time to time. I like Dollar Tree because they offer products I like. But this store is Always Poorly stocked, messy and dirty. Today I saw more products on the floor than on the shelves. There are more stores in my vicinity that are cleaner and better stocked. Please do something about this store. The customers deserve better than what we are getting there.

Lol, it's you customers who make the store that way. Deserve better? That's a crock. 80% of you are nothing but women with 10 kids who suck the government dry, and come in there with your brats, and just let them run around and destroy the store. Do this company drug test or just allow drug users to work with the public. I saw him ring another customer up and not scan some of their items i would consider that stealing from the company when i inform a manager they dismissed it as nothing is this location stupid and hire people who steal disrespect customers and use drugs if so i or my family would not ever purchase anything from and i will tell all my friends, coworkers and all not to bring this location any service you guys need to start drug testing and paying closer attention to the people you hire

On March 26, 2018 at bout 9a.m. me and 7 more customers were waiting for store to open and no one never came to door the guy pulled on the door and it came right on open so everyone went on in to shop and I grab all the items I needed to and went to lane 1 to check cause no lights were on at either one.So I waited bout 5 minutes and no one hadn't came to check me out after that two black ladies come in the the light skin lady looked stunn to see me.But she wondered how we got in and whole time store was left open.Thats a very bad mistake whoever closed manager should be fired and the manager that manager should be too cause this could have been prevented and someone could have gotten seriously hurt.Store Manager of store need to do better and go over guide lines at that store.
credit card charges
I was charged twice on 3/23/18 at store 4906 it took about 2 hours+ to speak with someone I was told it's going to take more time for my money to be refunded my thoughts on that wouldn't be nice for me to say I will say this I will let my friends and family know that it will take you several days to get back a refund for a mistake made by Dollar tree and the corporate office is the worse experience ever did not Care at all I was told I was not the first and wouldn't be the last to complain about being on hold for over 2 hours how about that for customer service
Corporate office is terrible the customer service was BAD don't call them it will take you two or more hours or days to speak with someone WOW unbelievable the worse

You people do not pay good wages managers do not know how to run the stores and I do not want my girlfriend Chasity Hodge working at the East Franklin location she got screwed over in Belmont I suggest you do not think about hiring her in Gastonia both of those locations are always dirty and the manager in Belmont was always in a bad mood she had a bad back and was forced to unload the truck and Belmont or schedule constantly changed the truck never showed up on time to be unloaded made her take lunches after her shift was over before she can leave to come home overworked her and underpaid her no benefits there's really no good reason to work at any of these stores

I'm in this store at least 2 to 3 times a week. The store is a mess, items in the floor. There has been things in the coolers out of date. It so disorganized. I'm a supervisor my self and I know this is not what a place is suppose to look like, it's awful. The bathroom, I can't even talk about it's that bad. I will still go because I like the prices but please get this store straightened up. I've been in others dollar tree stores in middlesboro and Morristown and they are nice, neat, and very organized.

The manager in this Store is incredibly lazy. So unhelpful. Never checks the back for you, won't go out of his way to help EVER. I paid the ridiculous $1 fee for $50 cash back & he wouldn't check any of the registers for 1's or 5's, after I explained I wanted to stuff the Easter eggs I just bought. He did direct me to a bank in a monsoon rain storm. Always unhelpful. Lumbering in the back, doing nothing. Never seen working, that's for sure. Truly one of the laziest Dollar Tree managers I have ever laid eyes upon.

I didn't even know if I should bother with this because I doubt they are even addressed but felt it important to let people know. I was shopping at dollar tree in Union Township New Castle Pa. I was in an aisle with two people who I assume were supposed to be stocking. Because there was a big cart there piled with stuff Instead they were watching something on a phone and making disgusting comments about "women's butts and tits" then when I went to reach something the one squeezed between me and the cart and rubbed my butt he said he was sorry but was snickering while he said it the other guy was snickering to and when I walked away they fist bumped each other. I was going to say something at the store but when I asked the cashier who he was she told me he was a manager so I didn't even try. I don't know if you are aware of the perverts you have working for you or don't care but I won't be back to your store again which is a shame because everyone else is so nice and I love the store. I am also warning all my female friends about what kind of men work there.

I go to this dollar tree all the time, every time I go in and I'm SHOCK of what I see .. It's like there is no manager at this store at all.. The place looked a mess I mean really bad! shelf were not filled boxes are all over the floors in the isle, there was 15 people in line and 1 cashes . I saw the manger standing around talking I said something to her and I think it went in one ear and out the other . By the time I got to the cashier it 30 min with ( 15 people ) Some one should have a talk with her about get more help in the store. This store always a chaotic desaster, filthy, disgusting, merchandise sitting on carts in the isles even cold foods for days, safety hazard, register personnel using disrespectful foul language towards customers, entry is discustingly filled with trash and foul oder dirty floors. Management Kelsy could care less and resolved nothing! Managers friends working are given priority to hours and constantly on their cell phones talking in isles hanging out. This store is a complete Embarrassment! The volume of profit is huge however, the customer service with poor attitude makes it unpleasant to want to shop there. Registers only one opened at a time, long lines waiting endlessly. They want customers to do their work for them saying put things back where they belong, shopping carts, baskets and items not needed. When a second register opens after customers complaining they take the last person in line to be checked out first instead of next person in line then disrespectfully say to customers, management rules don't like it, leave! Amazed how this kind of treatment has been allowed for so long and management doing nothing. Speaking creole so customers don't understand what is being said about them. One register girl said today to a customer, don't put your money on the counter hand it to me and when customer left with others pending their transaction tells the other register girl, "[censor]ing nasty customer thinks I have to pick up her money" then says "nasty b[censor]" This store and all its employees should be terminated and closed down not to mentioned reported to the better business bureau. The photos below are just a few of the entry to this store. However, on this day what you are looking at is decent compared to how much worse it usually is. This store is a law suite waiting to happen and whoever does file will be filthy rich.

So I go to this dollar tree all the time but haven't been in for a while .. so u go in and I was Schock of what I saw .. it's like there is no manager at this store at all.. the place looked a hot mess I mean really bad! Thy had 8 or more baskets of go backs I'm guessing all on the floor by were they have the balloons area and 4 carts fool of go backs smh i wasn't able to buy or reach the stuff i needed by the utensil area.. I've never seen it like this before and it's sad because I loved coming to dollar tree but now I have to drive else where..

Pamela's behavior towards children is none other described as being a "bully". I have shopped in this store before and never have a problem unless she is working. This employee is 50+ years old and possibly a manager but by no means does that give her the right to mistreat, yell, or waggle her finger at anyone shopping at the Dollar tree; especially children!

I paid twice, did not get a receipt and was humiliated
I shopped and ask the cashier if she could take a check. The cashier informed me that she could. The total I believe was 68.12. I told the cashier that I allotted a certain amount to spend and I would only write a check for fifty dollars and put the 18.12 on a credit card. I did go ahead and put the 18.12 on the credit card and gave the cashier the check. The machine said processing, but it continued to only processing. The cashier shut the cash register down and booted it back up. The cashier said after she booted the register up it would automatically register what is owed. The cashier said the register said nothing was due, and she did not understand it. The cashier had phoned the supervisor Tina, and it went strait to voice mail, so she phoned Jackie. Jackie walked the cashier through what she could and the cashier again said if anything was owed the register would show it. I offered to leave the check. I asked for a receipt. I was told that I could not get one because one did not print out and I would have to come back tomorrow and speak to the manager. I took the merchandise and left the check. Thursday March 22, 11am, I left work from E. Grand Blvd. and Mack to Southfield and Dix. I explained the situation about needing a receipt to be reimbursed. Tina told me that she could not get me a receipt and the check had gone to the bank. Tina told me that the only thing I could do was to return all the items and purchase them again. I went back to my job and got the merchandise and took it back to Dollar Tree. Tina wrong up the refund on the same receipt she added it up again and it came out to a zero total. Tina said in front of a store full of customers that I did not pay for the items I had because I did not sign the check machine. I was humiliated and embarrassed. I took the receipt and went back to my job, because I did not have the time. I had to move myself to another and act like I was looking in my wallet for something because Tina wanted to argue about last night and what should have happened. I moved because her arguing was stopping her from ringing up the merchandise.
I have cashed checks at that store before. I shared with Tina the register that the check could be cashed on. I believe Tina did something that caused your check cashing company to deny my check. After today, I really do feel Tina is prejudice against me. Why would she give me a zero receipt and say in front of people that I did not pay for the merchandise. My gas, my time and my money. Will you help me?
