eBay I purchased on Ebay never Received item

I have been buying doing Business threw Ebay for years and always was treated fair but I had a seller that I purchased an item from I ordered 3 of this item different colors one of the items which was a Blue orange and pink the blue I didn't receive I asked for a refund getting the run around contacted Ebay they refused to refund my money I ended up without the item and losing the money I sent proof of the two out of the three I ordered in a photo that I received so now I don't trust them as I did and probably will do less business through them now wonder how many other good dedicated buyers they pull this with as my photo shows I received the pink and the orange but didn't get the blue this is the exact photo I sent

eBay Seller communication

I ordered a tiffany chandelier. Product was perfect. However, the cord and chain were missing. I spent an hour on Ebay trying to contact the seller. Every site I was sent to was a dead end. Even when I put the seller's name in it came back "no result". When I put the order number in, same result. An hour of my life. Why am I wasting my time on a simple issue. This should have been easily resolved.

eBay Simpson Pressure washer

I ordered a pressure washer and the SELLER has defaulted on the shipping.(see our email conversation thread) I actually offered 60% more ($30 added to the contracted $21 flat rate) in order to get my item." proud2badaddy83 " has been difficult in getting a response, even when his "meet in the middle" upcharge proposal has been met! This is the 4th incident where SELLERS have defaulted on Simpson Pressure washers? Whats up with that? If you will review the last email I received from the seller he call me a "b-hole"! After 47 years as a company owner, it was our policy to honor our commitments, as promised, no matter what the cost /loss to us...I made an effort to ADD $ for the shipping as requested by the seller, but apparently we are now into name calling by the seller? These sellers that cant deliver are making a fool of Ebay as well as its long term loyal customers!

Re: My eBay Account
I have had a number of problems in relation to my eBay account.
• I cannot list anything for sale
• Even though my site has been changed to the UK it keeps coming up as the US.
The customer service team:
• cannot see my site to solve the problem
• They cannot see my listings to solve the problem.
• The invoice for my shop is saying from 1-June to 27th June when only activated it around 25th - 27th June 2021
• They have told me that there is a technical problem with eBay.

I am asking that someone calls me to resolve the problem and the remote agents do not have the technical skills or capacity to assist. I also ask that you do not bill me from the 1st June when I opened my shop at the end of the month. I also ask that you do not bill me at all as at present I cannot use your service and no one knows how to resolve the problem.

So far I have emailed customer services, I have been on CHAT for about four hours this week The people in the Phillippines so far have not been supportive and do not appear to have the information or training to deal with complex issues. Unlike the US the UK do not have access to telephone support throughout the day perhaps 1 hr a day if we are fortunate. i have uploaded a picture of the feedback I get whenever i try to list a product

Desired outcome: I would like to be able to list my products on eBay as this my livelihood. i already have autmated payment linked to paypal but eBay cannot recognise it. My account is in limbo

eBay ebay purchase of cell phone charger

eBay's return process is poor. I am a buyer trying to return something that was described incorrectly and there is no place to buy or print a return shipping label. For the seller, they want the seller to go to a third party site like UPS or FedEx or USPS and print a label and email it to me. eBay also suggested we work with PayPal to get a shipping label. Since when can eBay not sell shipping? I am a buyer willing to pay for shipping to return an item and I want it simple. This process is so low tech and inconvenient. There should be a button that allows either buyer or seller to buy a label at eBay discounted shipping rates. This company is run so poorly. They do not listen, and they take processes that worked great years ago and make them worse. I will likely never buy anything on eBay again.

eBay pto clutch for 1977 john deere lawn tractor no confirmation on order placed june 24 2021

Verified order on 6/24. No updates since. I received text that says item is no longer available after I ordered it. I have checked my emails several times a day with no luck tracking the order. I need to know if the item has been shipped or is no longer available so I can order another or at least know if the item is on its way. Please let me know the status of the order. Confirmation on this subject would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

eBay ebay item # [protected] not honoring warranty

I bought a rebuilt car transmission off of Ebay on Feb 25, 2021 with a 1 Year warranty unlimited miles with no written exceptions to this warranty posted on the sellers a Ebay ad. It cost $1900 from a pro rebuilder. 2 days before I bought this tranny I ask the seller for more info about this warranty. They stated it came with a "premature failure" warranty with no stated time limit. So when you 1ST install it, and it fails, they will pay for return shipping to there shop for repairs. I have this in writing. Ebay knows this. I put it in the car and it failed in 4.7 miles. LEAKS TRANNY OIL. So I contacted the seller. The seller gave me some lies. Then about a week later. Said they would fix it BUT I will have to pay return shipping. About $300. Since I took about 120 days to install the tranny premature failure warranty does not count for me. It ran out in 90 days. I told the seller that they cannot add exceptions to there warranty after they sold me the tranny. Ebay has NO customer service now after 90 days. No help for nothing. So after 90 days the seller can commit fraud and Ebay will still keep there fees off of you. I am contesting it on my credit card. Ebay has made it that you cannot leave feed back for there deceptive seller after 90 days too. So you cannot warn others. But Ebay keeps all the fees off of fraud. Ebay controls all the seller's address and phone number info to control there market place so I do not have that info. But now Ebay does not help you at all, they just ignore you. I believe that Ebay's new policies are aiding and abetting fraud. And none of there new automated help systems real works for anyone but Ebay. I have 100% documentation and so does Ebay. I want Ebay to force the seller to honor the warranty they sold me to sell the tranny or a 100% refund.

eBay Seller rating

Purchased a samsung galaxy s8 from eBay seller. Condition of product was defined as "excellent ". When product arrived it had 2 inch scratch across face of phone and back of phone had many scratches and wear. Certainly not excellent condition, fair condition maybe. No charge on phone and low quality charger enclosed.

I live on farm and have no printer or access to one within 17 miles. I requested a mailed return label and seller would not comment. I wanted to give poor rating to alert other potential buyers to beware of this seller. In ebay rating it indicated they already gave the seller a five star rating. I see ebay as complicit in this fraudulent sellers activity.

Desired outcome: An excellent quality samsung galaxy s8 and a mailed return label.

eBay Can't contact by telephone, nor open a dispute online

I won a bid on an item and the seller did not put my correct address on the package (how could occur when my shipping address has been in eBay's system for over 2-decades?) and I received an email from the U.S.P.S. the package had been returned to the seller. I contacted the seller to inform him/her about the situation and 2 emails went unanswered. eBay's tracking system shows that the package was not delivered, but would not allow me to open a "Case" against the seller. And when I tried to reach eBay through their 1-800 customer support number, I learned it is no longer in service except for "fraudulent activity" complaints (whatever that means). Calling PayPal (based on experiences) to resolve such issues with sellers is an exercise in futility. So, I was left with only one option and that was to call my credit card company to dispute the charge, which eBay doesn't like customers doing.

eBay My recent bid on a Casa Vento wine decanter, ending today 6/25/2021

I am very dissatisfied with what I think happened to me today. I was the only bidder on this item down to the last 30 seconds & then all of a sudden I lost the bid. I believe the seller wanted more money & bid himself on this item. Is this shill bidding? I thought that was not allowed? And, how do I prove that happened? I am hesitant to bid anymore on items if this is what is going on. Hopefully, someone looks into this for me.

eBay “ money back guarantee “ policy to buyers

EBay buyer can return anything as long as they state" not as described" . I sent proof to EBay that buyer was wrong and dishonest in his rationale for a return . EBay still favored the buyer in dispute. Then EBay reversed their decision and favored me in the dispute. Then EBay reversed the decision again and favored buyer. Buyer then was refunded what he paid for the watch and kept my watch. EBay did not assist me in getting my watch back. I will cancel my EBay membership that I have had for years. I wasn't aware of these draconian rules of EBay that favors the buyer always. The internet is full of lawsuits and complaints regarding this issue.

Desired outcome: Return my watch or pay me what the buyer bid, won bid, and promised to pay for watch

eBay Lack of seller service

Concerning the last two items I sold, they: * Double sold a speaker that I shipped out. Two days after the first sale they notified me they had sold it again.
*Latest item: no link to the shipping label at reduced postage so paid full price at the post office. Minus 5 on the service scale. They send email notices like it's 1999.
Etsy.com gets another loyal follower due to greed.

Desired outcome: Send eBay executives to Planet Cheney.

NAB fraud account 084004-[protected]

There is a scammer in Australia going by Zac Thompson and also saying the wife's name is Emma Jane Fawker. We paid them $915 from a Westpac account to their NAB ac no. BSB 084004 AC no.[protected] for an iPhone that has not been delivered. NAB is protecting these criminals and has refused to return the funds or investigate and Westpac simply tells us "we are unable to recall the funds.
Australians beware the banks protect such people. We have written to NAB to close this fraud account to protect members of the public and today, the account is still open for"business" upon checking on 19/06/2021

eBay 2010 buick enclave

Turns out the car I thought I bought had been fraudulently "sold" in April as well. Identical ads apparently and identical name. Since ebay was advised of this scam in April they should not have allowed it to reappear with the same name and info in June. I feel that ebay is an accomplice in this cheat and telling me now about what I should have done differently is simply shifting blame. The ebay cards i used should be traceable and reffunded to me.

eBay Against seller, destinlogak

I have sent many messages to the company destinlogak and they have not reply, I ordered and received a personalized diamond painting but the colours were the wrong colour and there was some colours missing I sent my first message on april 16th 2021 the only message I received was they would get it sorted and I have received nothing at all enclose a picture of the painting that can-not be finished as I do not have the right colours and the missing beads

eBay stopped processing seller payouts via PayPal in favor of obtaining direct access to seller bank accounts. My bank will not permit direct access for security reasons. As a result eBay has been holding $155 in sale proceeds since February. I apologize if the below is hard to follow but it depicts my extensive unsuccessful efforts to resolve the issue...

eBay United sport limited

I ordered a pair of Rebok Royal sneakers from this company through your site on May 3rd not realing it was coming from China. Today they said they delivered my sneakers. What I received from them was a epacket with a couple of white facemasks. Their number is on reachable. Is there a way to stop them so they do not do this to anyone else. My number is [protected]. eBay charges to me as seller for shipping

I listed my item on ebay with the stipulation that the buyer would pay all shipping costs. As it turned out I was charged more for a "shipping label" that I printed than the buyer paid for the shipping of the item. Any rational person would consider the label part of the shipping cost. It appears to me that ebay is splitting the cost of the shipping between the buyer and the seller.
