My wife and I have been selling on Etsy for over twelve years and recently have been suspended for selling items they deemed prohibited. We sell only vintage items from estate sales and other flea market finds that were made before 2004.

We have sold over 20,000 items on Etsy over the course of twelve years and had over four thousand items for sale on Etsy. We have photos and graphs from Etsy to prove this is facts. I had eight items deactivated by Etsy that they deemed prohibited, two were 1950's IKE Dwight D Eisenhower Pins for his election to Presidency: not anything offensive or racial. I had a World War II era uniform patch from the 87th Infantry Division of the US Army again not a modern copy but an original patch deactivated by Etsy. I was sent an email survey about my experience and told them I didn't agree with them deactivating the pin. I was sent a follow up e-mail from Etsy and was asked for more information about the IKE pin like what country was it made in and who made it? I responded by saying The pin was trademarked on the side and was clearly visible in the pictures It was made by The Green Duck Pin Co in Chicago Illinois in the 1950's, they then responded that the pin would be relisted in a couple of days and it didn't need to be deactivated. Two days later it was back for sale however three days later my account was suspended for good. I am guessing a bot picked up the IKE button and shut my account down. I tried the appeal to no avail but was told I had been warned about listing prohibited items before. I think Etsy hides behind AI and bots and have zero care for sellers they are a dime a dozen, They purposely don't put phone numbers or customer care contacts and you don't have any recourse . I sell for a living and now I cant even buy anything for Etsy.

Claimed loss: $193,000

Desired outcome: would like to talk to a live person and an appropriate response
