Lying about shipping
I literally ordered my clothes on 11/17 with rush order. FedEx never received my package. I leave town tomorrow evening and I have no clothes . My Thanksgiving is ruined. I want to cancel and get a full refund but sending emails does not help and they do not respond back. I was definitely a loyal customer until NOW . Unable to call or contact fashion Nova in anyway to help resolve my issue!

Ordered a black t-shirt dress (size large)and FashionNova shipped a pair of blue jeans (size 0)
Ordered a long-sleeved black t-shirt dress Order# [protected] on 11/20/2021 (size large), however FashionNova shipped the incorrect item and I received on 11/22/2021 a pair of blue jeans (size 0). I paid $14.99 for expedited shipping so that I could wear this dress for my bday 11/27. The Packing slip included in the package was correct and matched my order, however the incorrect item was packed and shipped to me. FashionNova only has online customer service and unfortunately I was only able to submit a return form along with photos to upload to their service center through their website. Upon doing so, I have not been contacted or received email updates from the seller as to how this will be resolved. I cannot afford to order an additional dress and pay for expedited shipping again in hopes of receiving the correct item in a few days. I also cannot afford to ship the incorrect item back to FashionNova in order to receive a refund or credit towards the dress.
Desired outcome: Total refund of $23.99 + $2.63 tax for the dress order as well as $14.99 for rush shipping as the seller included the wrong item and I should not have to pay for it.
Shipping Service
I ordered three dresses six days ago. I needed these for a photo shoot.They said my estimated time of arrival for these items would be in 2 days. I payed $14.99 extra for a rush service and still haven't received my package. Now I can't reschedule my photo shoot and will be out of money both ways. I'm just upset about the fact I payed extra for a better delivery and it's longer then expected.

I ordered a sweater for $21.60 in size 3X.
They sent size XS.
I immediately contacted Fashion Nova through website and email. ( Per their only way to do returns)
They keep emailing me with how to return an item but it doesn't tell you anything about how to get their shipping label.
I printed out an invoice of theirs, wrote wrong size send correct size or send E-Gift card.
They said they received my item but want proof of mailing item. I sent copy of my receipt with tracking number.
They said it went to warehouse. They said they will not give me credit!
I not only spent extra fees for returning the item but paid $8.35 extra just to return their mistake at my expense!
They now have my sweater and money I paid to get it!

I returned some items and they wouldn't give me a refund. Instead they sent me a email saying I would get a store credit for $78.62. This was Oct 22nd. They never sent it. I placed an order 2 months ago and it's been attempted to be delivered many times but keep getting a "delivery exception" and sent back down to the states. It's currently waiting here in anchorage but has the same "delivery exception" status for the 4th time. I've tried picking it up myself but fedex won't allow me to. I placed an order on 8/11/2021. I received my parcel on 15/11/2021, I spent all day yesterday and all day today trying to find an email or contact number to speak to someone regarding an item that was missing, I have posted on Twitter but I've had no response, there is absolutely no information on their website for how to make a complaint. I have filled out the missing item form on their site 7 times because there is no communication to say if they have received the form or not. I've had no confirmation email or message on my screen. I just want my item or my money back, but there is absolutely nothing where I am able to actually speak to anyone from fashion nova. I've spent 48 hours getting extremely frustrated trying to find some kind of contact information there is NOTHING, so I don't know how I'm meant to sort this missing item. Twitter has been ignored as well.

I was charged for the same order twice. This is horrible my original order that I ONLY PURCHASED ONCE, was charged 2 twice. I bought $ 110 worth of clothing. I had 800 in my account when I bought the order which left me with 690. Then a couple hours later I noticed my card was at 590 instead of 690. I was charged a second time for the same order. I am furious and livid that they did that. I have been such a loyal customer for a long time. If this doesn't get fixed I will make a TikTok review about it and I have over 1mil followers and I will tell them not to buy from fashionnova anymore. I ordered things online and when my package came it was the wrong items. I tried calling the number to make a complaint but unfortunately they only service us callers, online. I've made my complaint on what the website calls a help center and NOTHING. They say on the phone 1-3 hour response time that was a lie! Horrible customer service! I just want my items or to be refunded, this is ridiculous.

I made my first order with fashion nova for 2 dresses and a co-ord outfit and one of the dresses i received has 2 holes, one in the sleeve seam and one in the hip seam. I have tried emailing and filling out the "easy returns" stuff and i filled out and sent a damaged item form they have on their website. and i got an answer back the first time and then responded when they requested more information, and received nothing after that from them. then i emailed again a separate email and got a response requesting information and then i respond with the information and i received nothing again, and then the third time i emailed them again i received no response. at this point i want my money back, i wanted to get a new not damaged dress in a size larger but i doubt that will even happen at this rate, it has been a month. very frustrating.

I purchase a 3piece plus legging set for 55$ plus I waited a substantial amount of time for delivery. Aft discovering all this fashion nova doesn't have a live person you can speak too, to resolve this issue and a recording said it w/b 24-48 hrs. Well it's 2days later and I still haven't heard from fashion nova. Aft researching fashion nova I've now realized I was rob and it's more likely that I won't get my merch or money back Bc if all of the other complaints. I plan on filing a complaint and possibly a las suit for 55$ I'm not a rich person and decided to shop with fashion nova for my birthday. Thanks for ruining my birthday but I'm not letting it go.
