To whom it may concern,
I booked flights for myself and my wife departing from Dublin to Panama return on the 14th of December. The flights go through Toronto on both legs. I was due to be in Dublin for the departure date however with work commitments I am unable to make it to Dublin for the flight. I am currently living in Toronto and will be here on the date of departure. Having contacted Flight Hub on numerous occasions I am unable to have any joy in changing my origin. I don't believe I am looking for any more or any less than what I have already booked and paid for. I am merely looking to board the same flight in Toronto but skipping the first leg of my journey. After all my phone calls to Flight Hub, no supervisors available to speak with me and absolutely no flexibility and no customer service I am furious that nothing can be done and also find it very hard to believe that a change as simple as this cannot be done.
Flight Hub tell me that the decision to change my origin lies with Air Canada as they are the carriers whilst Air Canada say that Flight Hub are the only ones who have the ability to change the origin. I am utterly disgusted with the customer service and lack of empathy I have received. I find it very hard to believe that nothing can be done. If I miss my flight in Dublin this automatically cancels my whole ticket. Over $2, 000 will be wasted if I do not board the flight in Dublin. I stress again I am not looking to change dates, names or the direction of my ticket I am merely looking to board the same flight I would be on in Toronto thus skipping the first leg of my journey.
This will be the first and very last time I will use Flight Hub and I certainly will not be recommending to anyone.

I was able to rebook with one agent but an hour later I received an email saying to call.
I did and they informed me that they’ve made a mistake. That flight was not booked and that they are unable to book a fight for me. Try later they said...
Scam website. Never buy ticket from it. They do not take any responsibility. Never cancel flight ticket. Fraud.
$450 just to cancel a flight!

I have credit from a cancelled flight. On top of horribly high rebooking fees, terrible and slow costumer service, I cannot rebook a flight as they say "there are flights but no prices available".
How come there is no way to sue/close down this unethical company?
Worst service ever, agents are rude dont know any policies and procedures. They can barely speak proper english. I never heard of a 250$ cancellation policy within 15 minutes of booking all airlines allow a full refund within 24 hours. This company is a real scam.

I have booked a multicity flight with flighthub. I am in another country willing to change or cancel my ticket. I am unable to do it in my account online but instead it shows me that I have to call them. I am in another country and unable to call them. They should outlast provide me with some kind of email id that I can contact them.
Please stop charging $5.95 on my credit card. I noticed a couple of months back and deleted my Flight Hub account a month back. Still I have charged $5.95 a couple of days back.
I called my credit card company to stop transactions for Flight Hub, they asked me to change my Credit Card which I wont able to do.
We have received notifications emails and phone calls 3 days in a row. DO I STILL HAVE A FLIGHT HOME?
