I paid FlightHub for tickets from Guangzhou to Shanghai on Dec. 18 and then From Shanghai to Dallas and from Dallas to Toronto. When I was checking-in at China Southern Airline at Guangzhou airport on Dec 18, 2024, I was told my ticket was not well booked so that they couldn't let me board. I have showed them all the information I have regarding my ticket booking with FlightHub including the E-ticket number, but the final conclusion is my ticket was not well booked and I could not take this flight. I called FlightHub trying to solve this issue right away, but the FlightHub representative told me their ticket was correct, they could do nothing. The representative also told me to contact Japan Airline because the ticket was issued by Japan Airline. I called Japan Airline and I was asked to contact FlightHub and Japan Airline could do nothing. After hours of inefficient conversation, I still could not take this flight. Thus, I missed my flight from Guangzhou to Shanghai due to ticket issue and then also missed my connecting flight from Shanghai to Dallas and from Dallas to Toronto.
I have to buy a new ticket to complete my travel from Guangzhou to Toronto which costs me CNY 7520. The case number of FlightHub is #4834599. My FlightHub booking confirmation number is [protected]. E-ticket number is 131-[protected]-54.
I have paid FlightHub for this ticket, now because of the ticket issue, I missed my flights. FlightHub should take the responsibility and compensate my loss.
