Unprofessional service from a cashier

I am Mark Govender a customer at game stores today the 16th of November 2020 at 11h30 am at till 1 an Indian cashier who was training a young girl attended to us she was so rude and frustrated at her job since the time we started the purchase she had issues with the bar codes and was rude to the trainee when we were the done the sale was 1350 or so I gave in my game card to swipe I signed and she said she can't go through the sale coz the signatures do not match however there was no need to have an attitude my child was present she gave us no other options and just called the supervisor who also said the signatures don't match even though I gave my ID it was understandable however the manner in which the cashier addressed the issue was terrible and unprofessional she then went on to say I quote 'I am the cashier' in such disregard to us as customers I then left all the items bk and left the store as I was so upset at this point she had no regard for me as a customer and it seemed as if she's very frustrated with her job, please attend to this urgently and this Indian cashier should be dealt with. Pathetic service online store - order number 1230358847
To whom it may concern,
I am terribly disappointed with the service I received from you. I purchased the Defy 13kg metallic top loader washing machine online with the Black Friday special at R3 999 plus delivery @ R90. I received an email on Sunday 8 November 2020 telling me that my order has been dispatched and is on it's way to me and that the delivery contractors will be in contact with me soon to confirm delivery schedule but this never happened...
Today, 10 November 2020 at approximately 5pm, the delivery contractor arrives, at my home, completely unannounced and straight out of the blue with my delivery order. I was inconvenienced to have to stop and drop my busy schedule to compensate for your poor customer service in terms of basic communication. Further to this the delivery contractor arrives at my home alone with nobody to assist him so again you inconvenience me to help him bring the washing machine into my home. Then and as if this was not enough before signing receipt for the delivery I told your contractor that I would like to inspect the unit first and to my great dismay I found that the unit was damaged (see attached photos)...at the bottom front right hand corner of the unit I found that the black flap cover was damaged at the fitting end...as well as on that same spot just on the top right corner of that black portion on the machine was what appeared to be a gash of some sort. Upon seeing this I refused to accept the machine, noted the damage on the delivery note and sent it back with the driver.
Immediately afterward at approx. 17:25pm I called your customer service number (086 142 6333) and spoke to a lady by the name of Thandiwe who mentioned something about having to make out a ticket and that somebody from web support will contact me within 24 hours...I asked for a reference number but she said there was none and that I should use my order number. She never even had the decency to apologize for my inconvenience as the customer.
On 11 November 2020 I received an email from Ruqaiyah Forbes web support who merely states that my complaint has been escalated. No indication whatsoever as to what will be done or when it will be done or even a time frame. After allowing a few hours more for Game to update me I still received no communication from them so I sent an email @ approx. 18:30pm to Game web support demanding action on a resolution to my issue seeing as it had already been more than 24 hours before I had initially logged my complaint with Thandiwe on their online customer care number...even so between then till now I have received no reply from Game.
Through all levels thus far your customer service levels have been pathetic. Shopping from you was supposed to be efficient and convenient to me, THE CUSTOMER, but evidently you are still grasping this concept. In light of these events I demand to have my purchase order delivered to me brand new and undamaged within the next 24 hours...failure to comply with result in further action through the relevant channels!

Bought Huggies diapers at Evaton Game stores, the packaging states 5 - 9 kg when I got home to use them I found that they do not fit my son and he is 5kg. Went to the store they blatantly refused to exchange or give my money back, the nappies are still in their package, I had to open them, how else would I have known they are small? The lady there told me I have to sell them or suffer the loss
Extended warranty for washing machine
I reported my washing machine broken on the 5th of October 2020 and waited 3 weeks for the technician to come to check the washing machine. I then received a call a week later stating that it cannot be repaired and I will be refunded the amount I purchased the machine for.
After numerous calls to the extended warranty I am still waiting for the manager to approve my refund.
I am exactly 1 month without a washing machine and I still have no help from games extended warranty. Please help

Week later, requested refund.
I waited the 10 days I was advised that it would take for this process to be completed.
After 10 days I was advised that my order was not canceled and that there is a problem processing my refund.
I reached out on Facebook on 14/10 and still to date not received my money.
This query has been escalated numerous times with no resolution.
I keep getting told that it will be resolved ASAP, and sorry for the delay, with no explanation why it's taking so long.

On 27/09/2020 I took it in to Game Kimberley
After 30 days without hearing anything from them I when there to find out what is going on.
It took then about 30min to find out what the status of my repair was.
Then they told me that the bearings are worn out and needs to be replaced and I had to pay R230 for the repairs.
I asked them how can it be bearings if the sander does not come on at call, it does not make any sense.
But I the decided to pay the money and get it repaired because I need the sander.
Then the lady behind the counter did not know how to do that, she then called someone else and then person also did not know how to do it.
She then called someone at another store, and that person also did not know how to do it, after an hour we still did not get it done because the people who work for game does not know what they are doing. I have spoken to a manager, she does not care….
Can I please have my money back so I can go to another store, so I can buy me a new sander. PLEASE, I'm gatvol…..
Hisense fridge
I ordered a Hisense Fridge online on the 6th of October till today I haven't received it. Game has made no effort to contact me instead I am the one who has been calling Game to find out what is going on... only to be told today the truck was hijacked. Why was the Fridge not delivered to me during the time we agreed on in the first place. I have been calling Game but I feel they are not doing enough to ensure I get my order. Waiting for 3 weeks for refrigerator delivery
On the 28 September 2020 I was at game tygervalley to laybye fridge Celeste Titus assisted me on my first laybye I made a payment of R4450 on the 01.10.2020 I was in tygervalley again to pay the outstanding balance I didn't have the invoice with me again Celeste told she can not assist me without the invoice I had to call at home so I can get pictures of the invoice she told me that she can see the laybye but she can not see the payment of 4450 I made I was told to come back the following day they need to investigate. On the 02.10.2020 went back to the store with the papers they needed I paid R549.00 which was the outstanding balance and I was told on Saturday the 03.10.2020 they will deliver my fridge. It was not delivered I had to call again I was told that the drivers were on strike and that I should no worry it will be delivered that week I made a call on the 05.10.2020 on the 19.10.2020 I was told the system shows the fridge has been delivered they will check and call again I had to call them on 20.10.2020 I spoke to Vincent who told me they are now closing he will call me the following day after waiting on the phone being promised call back and no one actually calls back I've wasted time and money trying to sort this out the service is horrible and no one actually cares. I'll never ever purchase at game again. The people I've been speaking to are not helpful at all.

I am very disappointed with game as a whole... There was a dispute on my account and I opened a fraud case with them in february 2020.. Today is the 20th of october and i'm still being told that it hasn't been resolved.. Every time I go to game jabulani both the ladies that work there always have an attitude about this and telling me to wait.. I mean its more than 8 months now and there is still no feedback. May I please be contacted asap as this situation is very frustrating for me. My card is blocked and can't even use it and i'm being told to just wait... Good day, I johan mare, tel no [protected], have an account with game store with acc no [protected]. We received the statement on the 10th of march 2020 wit outstanding balance and payment amounts due. We settled the account in full on the 13th march 2020. Game however kept on adding other amounts to the account and upon querying this they said we must ask for the account to be closed. This we did and can be heard on their telephone recordings as they said the calls are recorded. The following month another amounts has been added on the account. We have send mails on the 7th of august to em_mdd_game_and_dion without receiving any reply. Again we send a mail on the 9th of august 2020 to rcs collections without any response. Rcs contacted me two or three times whereby I explain the situation but then again no response or any action to settle this dispute. If game take from each person r40 per month and by ignoring their outcry this is surely fraud and theft from the customers. We need help as we went in to a store today to try and solve this but again with no luck. Game also show on our credit profile that monies are outstanding which affects our future and it is actually game that is dishonest and have malicious intentions with all of this.

I bought a samung j4 on the 26th august 2020 from game in paarl. I am not happy about this on sunday the 13th september the phone stucked on the power off/restart button. I took the phone immediately the monday to game paarl and handed it in for assessment as the phone is only 3 weeks old. Now vodacom service centre tells me the phone needs and software update and will be back next week. I am not happy at all assessment means that you assess the phone and if fault is found I can either repair, exchange or refund. Now everyone is giving me the run around I am not at all happy about this. I want a new cellphone as a 3 week old phone giving so much problems. I am so ever sorry I bought a phone at game on vodacom if I knew the service is so pathetic I would never of bought this phone.

I bought a laptop (online) at Game Galleria in November 2019 (Black Friday). The laptop stopped working. Unfortunately my daughter lost the slip. I went to the store (2nd August) with the laptop and they were unable to assist. Cell phone purchase online
On 10 June 2020 I purchased a phone online for delivery. The send me a message that the phone will be dispatched on 12 June 2020. Nothing was delivered on that day and after waiting another week we decided to call them and cancel the order. Game customer service said that we have to do 2 emails where we must do in writing the cancellation and email them. We did it exactly the way they want it and phone them to see if they did receive the cancellation... which they confirmed it. After promising that the money will be paid back in to our account after 5 working days, we still to date did not received the money. I have been phoning In 8 times in total and all they said is that a woman Rene will contact us. I am so discusted in Game online stores and disappointment.
Nobody of Game is interested In helping us. We waited already over 2 months now and still waiting for any answers.

I made a cash payment of R 7999 99 on that particular tv model on 24 07 2020 but on day of purchase there wasn't stock available on that model and I understood but anyway promised to order one for me
It has been 3 weeks but nothing has been forthcoming and been fed so many excuses and I eventually cancelled the deal and demand a refund on 15 08 2020 and regrettably so since I wanted specifically that particular model but I leave the door open to revive the deal within reasonable time frames

Good day, on the 26 june 2020 I bought a top loader 13kg washing machine that was on sale and paid for it the same day. I have been making follow ups with game and each time there were different stories then after month on the 29 juy 2020 I was informed that the machine will be delivered but on the 03 august 2020 I received another email that I will be refunded because there is not stock anymore. Service - incorrect order delivered
Incorrect order was delivered to me 27th July 2020 with no documents after sending an email cancelling and requesting a refund due to the order taking the 4 weeks and not getting any communication. I have called the call centre and was told to send an email with pictures of the incorrect order. On the 31st of July I was promised by Dwayne in complaints to call me back with a feedback. It has been a week no response I am still stuck with the device that has no documents.
