Hello my name is concetta johnson and i went jack in box mockingbird and i its and i have a very ill son with stomach and heart condition and i order taco, chicken sandwich without lettuce and for some reaaon i checked one and know letruce then i didnt check other and now his has stomach pain and want to see how you would like to fix this cause with his condidtion you could have killed him please fix this cause i could have lost my son.

The past 3 times I've visited your location on
Telephone Rd in Houston the drive through has for
gotten different parts of my order. And I've never
received curly fries when I've ordered them. Last
night no fries and the window operator gave me
back incorrect change. Didn't notice any of this until
I got home. At the very least the location is
consistent.
unfair working conditions and changing the schedule and I can’t afford to get them cut under 40 or more.
When I worked there before I went to overnight and had to do everyone's job and now I am back and still have to do everyone's job. I also do some stuff that is management stuff that I shouldn't be doing not in my job title and the one I work at they are races. They only let Mexicans as team leader's and or manager's and they think I am stupid that I don't know how they run things. They also talk [censored] about me in Spanish to each other. Then when I asked what they were saying they say oh nothing or that it's not about you and I should be making more doing what I do. I do overnight drive thru, fryers and grill and on Sunday when I work my 10pm-6am shirt I do the count up front for the inventory for them Monday mornings before I get off that's not in my job title either. They always pick on me to. I am about to start going off on everyone up there if stuff doesn't change and my schedule gets changed after it's already made so if I don't have my hours back before I have to be in tonight from 10pm-6am and tomorrow from 10pm-6am then and my schedule gets changed again then I Will be calling around and finding every employee that isn't Mexican that works for jack in the box and let them know how y'all really run it.
I have gotten talked about by a couple of the employees when I am at work and behind my back and I don't know what they are saying about me and I don't think that is right I get made fun of too. I really don't think it's right to get talked about while at work or off the clock behind my back and when I come in as a coustomer there is one grill employee that says something about my kids to me all the time and she has told me told me to take my kids home a couple of times and not to bring them back
There is this one employee that will talk crap about me in her languages other employees that speak her language. I feel like it's not right for this to be going on. I don't know if she does when the nights/days I am off or just on the days/nights that I work but I do know that she does it on the days/nights that I do work and I feel like it's just me it's happening with. I have told the manager but it's like she don't care cause she is Hispanic too.
And also the lobby is suppose to be stay open till midnight on Friday and Saturday and they changed the hours in that too

I went to Jack in the Box Oct. 9th 2018 at 1504 Pacific Ave. Stockton, CA 95204. I got there about 10-15 minutes before 9pm and the doors were already locked! There were still people inside eating. I tried getting your employees attention but I was ignored. I walked to drive thru window and told them that they locked the doors early and I wanted to order something. Btw, I can't use drive-thru because my work truck has an arrow board attached to the roof. When I was at the drive thru window they let everyone out and locked the doors again! They wouldn't let me in! I was pissed! Why are they doing this!? They should never lock the doors early! Sincerely, Steven Phipps.

Horrible...I ordered a Jumbo Jack combo, and the manager on the night shift which was at 10:04 pm on 10/08/18 was very rude. He asked if I wanted to supersize my meal and I said "no." He decided to ask the size for each individual item that comes with the meal. I answered... I only want the regular size that comes with the $5.69 order. Again, I repeated myself and assumed he finally understood. Needless to say, when I arrived at the window my order was not prepared. Long story short, I asked for the corporate number and he provided the security number instead.

Monster free touchdown tacos at Jack In The Box on the news just tonight my husband I went and we asked for the free Taco offer that was given on the news last night for free tacos today and we were unable to get anything for free however the lady that works there was very rude to us on navigation and Wayside Street in Houston Texas she said that we had to talk to the manager tomorrow named Maria. The night time manager came out and she said that we had to talk to the other manager in the daytime one she's very rude and obnoxious and she slammed the door from the drive thru

I went in to get my free monster taco with a purchase my fries and they was really rude and told me no they would not honor it it was on the counter and still told me no. I am complaining about the bad service
This jack in the box can never get an order right and they didn't give receipt. Lady gave attitude when I suggested her she should give receipts to lessen the confusion of what the costumer ordered within my time visiting this jack the employees managed to mess up three ordered back to back. She told me that she knew how to do her job when clearly she didn't to be messing up so many oders witching such a short period of time

I Closed lobby an hour and a half before they were suppose to and I got told by the grill person (Lilda) that the manager (Nancy) told her it was that she could close it at ten I got told by her that I couldn't order my food inside I had to go thru drive thru and when I went to my car to get my phone the grill person (Lilda) comes to the doors and shuts them all the way to have them locked so I couldn't get back in with my phone.

I visited the location in Denton on hickory st. Across from UNT campus. First I had to ask the people on the grill to wear gloves making my sandwich. Also no one greeted me when I walked in everyone was standing around talking among each other. Once I received my sandwich they didnt put the pickles on the sandwich like I asked, a girl named Alejandra said she give me any pickles because they were out of the containers to put them in. I suggested just put them in a fry bag. Once she did that instead of giving me the pickles she put them to the side. Alejandra said the other employee is suppose to give them to me but the other employee was busy on the drive thru...Alejandra wasn't doing anything but talking with another employee. Today at 10/6/18 around 130 I went to Jack-in-the-Box in San Leandro ca on Lewelling My daughter opened her soda to eat the ice and saw something black at the bottom of her cup I put the soda that was left in another cup but left the black ball inside it looks like mouse dropping Not sure what it is but just the fact that it was something at the bottom of her cup is bothering me.

at 9:45pm I drove into the drive through and was told by one of your employees through the microphone that your store was closed because they didn't get their breakdown/sidework done earlier. Are you serious? On a Friday night? next to 5 hotels, on a major highway 44, you decide to close? Your website says you are open 24 hours. missing food every time and rude people at window
I've been going to the Jack in the Box here in Gilroy next to Walmart and Chevron has station for the past 4 years, since I have been working at Kaiser. and every time they are missing items and the girls at the window drive up are very rude. This morning I ordered only a croissant with just egg and cheese (no meat) and side of hash brown and she charged me for a full meal instead (did not order meal combo) and they did not give me the hash brown nor did she give me a receipt this time. The girls talked [censored] in Spanish about me only ordering egg and cheese yet they don't know that I speak Spanish and understand them. So so rude! I have never complained but this time I am tired and I will never be coming back to this Jack in the Box again! If they don't like their job then why work there? You guys just lost a customer and I will make sure to tell all my co-workers at Kaiser not to come here again either. Hopefully you guys will fix the problem so that other customers will not get the same treatment.

We sat in line for over 20 minutes as they kept forgetting our chicken hangry. Then our chicken on our salad was not cut. We asked for it to be cut and they replied that they didn't do that. Then when we finally got our chicken hangry (after 20minutes and watching them give several to the front inside area) they then forgot our fries. Then they gave us a half full curly fry that was stale and cold.

10/2/2018 4:21pm I went to the Jack in the box on South Grand to get food. I went through drive thru to order my food the employee which I think she said her name was Shawn. She was rude and rushing us while we was trying to order and let her know no tomatoes because I am allgeric. When we got to the window she had a very aggressive tone. So when I ask to speak to a manager she said that she was one, then I asked for the district manager name which said Yolonda. I then called and spoke with Yolonda and told her what was going she said okay like she didn't care. She not once said sorry, I'm a manager myself. She said I was putting words in her mouth because she acted like she didn't care and just let the staff do whatever they want . Yolonda then started to get aggressive as well and said that if I was a manager that I would know how to act. And that when I'm ready to use my inside voice and can call back and talk to her and she hung up on me. I was very upset because I was rushed and got bad service and treat like my problem did not matter. I been to other Jack in the boxes and had great service but this location does not at all. I will never return to that location because there is always a problem with the staff and manager with their customer service.

I pulles up in drive through and as always its takes 5 -10 mins before someone comes to the intercome to take your order, when the voice came over the intercome and said go ahead with your order I stated one moment please, after 20 sec a voice again came over the intercome and ask the question again, I stated one moment, before I knew it a big black woman in a jack n a box uniform is standing at my car yelling and screaming about get out of her line, by this time I'm placing my order but no one is responding, I raised my window backup and again. The big black woman goes back in, again she shows up again yelling and screaming in front of customers and cameras about me placing my order which I already had, not knowing the big black lady was taken orders but yet outside yelling and screaming at me about how much money she make and she was calling the police because I wouldn't place an order, she goes back inside, a voice come over the intercome and states go ahead with yo order, I started stating my order and she is yelling the in intercome, I'm not taking your order the police is on their way, I said ok. JIB#3656 10/2/2018 1:10 a.m. my son and I went to drive thru and ordered a steak and cheese burrito without the sriracha sauce because my son has ulcers and a #30 when we got home the sriracha sauce was on the burrito and my number 30 was put on a biscuit I cannot have biscuits that's why I ask for #30 because it comes on toast and there was no hash brown so I would appreciate you getting back to me on this issue I've tried to call the store twice now. I was metting my husband for dinner in your restaurant and when i was waiting for him, there was very loud adults and five children running and screaming in the restaurant. It was so loud the kids the screaming for 15 minutes. When i finally decided to meet my husband at Lennys Burgers cause the staff in jack in the box did nothing to calm the very extreme loud bunch.

Went to the Jack in the Box located at 4313 west Illinois avenue in Dallas Texas. Two employees were fixing the speaker or something related to the outside menu. Due to these employees fixing what they needed, I was unable to place a order at the drive thru menu. I drove to the window to place my order. The drive thru employee started to take my order. Before she could let me complete my order she told me that this is why I should have ordered at the drive thru menu and not at her window. As I attempted to order she would say "HUH!" So I stopped ordering and started to drive off. She quickly said "BYE"! This was said with a sarcastic smirk on her face. Can you please retrain her on customer service?

The man on the speaker (Luh Gary) allowed me to wait a response from him for at least 7-10 mins before he acknowledged me, then instantly told me they were closed until the manager got there, i kept speaking just for no reply, i decided To call in the inside and another crew member informed me he apologized and was going to take my order his self, very rude and very disrespectful as a paying customer to treat someone with so much disrespect. I wouldnt Recommended this place to anyone he also stated "he didnt give a [censored] about a "9-5" [censored] this job.
