violated by employees. foam headpiece cover in my sandwich
Two weeks ago my wife and I decided to try the new, "Ribeye Sandwich." We drove through the window and ordered two meals. We were moving from Nine Mile Falls Washington to Cheney Washington so we thought we would avoid preparing dinner that evening. When we got home and sat down to eat our meals, we found a foam ear cover inside of one of our sandwiches. We were furious. This couldn't have accidently fallen into the sandwich because it was between the lettuce and the tomato. We have pictures of the sandwich on our phone. I went back to the store the following day and was told by the assistant manager that it was an earpiece covering from one of their headsets. he said that he wasn't the manager and apologized. As a result of finding this, neither my wife or I ate either of the meals, not knowing what else the preparers may have done to them. Our home is over 20 miles away from that Jack n the Box. I spent my money and time to take the meals back there and wasn't adequately compensated for this. I want someone to call me at [protected]. I've held off posting the pictures I took onto Facebook or YouTube, but if I don't hear from someone I will post these pictures on both sights to warn people to stay away from your restaurants. I did send a photo of this to the police department and filed a complaint. My complaint # is [protected]. I must say that I've had some bad experiences in my life from fast food places but never anything this egregious.

At 9pm on Oct 22, 2018 my large family (5 kids 2 adults) decided to have our late dinner at Jack in the Box after attending my sons middle school football game. As a mom 9pm is late and I needed to do dinner quick. The kids I had in the car were ages 8 months to 16. So we decided the drive through was the best and fastest way for me to get dinner and go. As I pull up to the drive through I am so grateful Jack in the Box has a extra menu sign before the speaker box so my kids could decided what they wanted and we wouldn't just sit in front of the speaker box. Once all kids including myself and my husband decided we pulled up to the speaker box. We were welcomed by Sue and I quickly told Sue the following..
"Evening Sue please be patient with us I have a lot of orders and each of my kids will be doing their own order" Sue replied,
"I can't do more then 2 orders in the drive through you will have to come in" then I thought maybe she thinks I am doing separate orders so I replied, "Oh I am still paying with one credit card I am just letting you know it's a big order I have some hungry kids out here" at this point I am smiling and feeling everything was just a miscommunication maybe she didn't understand. But no "Sue" replied the very rudly, " I can't do more then 2 orders and I am the manager" so I figured maybe she just doesn't understand I am paying with 1 credit card just trying to order for my family. So I then said, " Ok we are just making a large order again I am paying with a credit card." So I had the kids begin telling their orders when the second child ordered "Sue" stopped the order and said that all she could do" by then I was so confused and said again, "I am paying with 1 credit card. Why can't the rest of the kids order? I have come through here other times and have been able to order for my whole family and now you are saying I can't order food for the rest of kids and if I want to I have to come in?" She said, "Ma'am if you want to order more you have to come in"
So by then I have 2 babies ( one is 1 year and the other is 8months.) I also have a 4 year old and two 12 year olds and a 16 year old. And me and my husband. The reason we went through the drive through waa because we had kids. So I want to park and went in. Right away a Caucasian woman was taking a order at the counter. She was hand writing it . The moment I walked in she turned to me and said, "She won't let me do two or more orders in here" I said, "This makes no sense, I have a large family that is hungry and your telling me I can only feed two?" At that point a older African lady with purple hair came out with a headset on. She looked at me and said rudly, " We can not do more then 2 orders" I looked at her and said, I am paying with 1 credit card I am here ordering food for my family " Sue replied with attitude again, "You can't order more then two.." by then I was not happy and I cut her off and said, " This makes no sense that you are refusing to allow me to order for my family and pay with one credit card so I can feed my family dinner" while I was saying that she kept talking saying she couldn't do it and then I told her how rude she was. She walked away and I asked her for her name and who was above her and the number to corporate. She yelled from the back of the kitchen and said the numbers on the door. She refused to give her name in which another employee told me her name was Sheila.
We finally spoke to another employee who understood what I was saying and allowed me to order. At the end I used my credit card and spent 41.97 but didn't leave until 940pm.
I am so upset with how all of this turned out...the nonprofessianlism Sheila portrayed as a manager and representitave for Jack in The Box was unacceptable.

Monday, October 22, 2018 at 6:35 pm, at the Jack in the Box in San Antonio, TX at the corner of S.E. Military Drive and Pickwell Ave. As we drove in from the back of the restaurant we noticed 3 employees standing outside of the back door. Didn't think much of that until I walked in the front door and no one was at the front counter to take my order. I waited a good 5 minutes for someone to come to the front. There was one customer sitting at the table eating. I would of expected an employee to greet you as soon as you would walk in. I got tired of waiting and left. As I was leaving another vehicle drove up and as the person got off the car, I told them that no one was going to take their order because the restaurant didn't have anyone at the front. They turned around and left too. I like the food from Jack in the Box but this is very very poor customer service.
staff and cleanliness
I was at store # 5001 off salt lick rd in St. Peters, MO on October 22, 2018 at 6:30pm with my 5 year old son and husband. When employees in the back were yelling the F word, other curse words, and sexual profanity as well as throwing food at each other even into dining area. When Matthew (the young man who waited on us) told the people on other side of counter numerous times we were still in the lobby and we had a young kid, they continued and one girl said, "I don't give a f*** who's here" and continued with her conversation and goofing off. Matthew was the only one who paid attention to us even when I went up to counter he came to counter to give me what we needed.
The dining room was empty besides us, but was disgusting. Dirty tables, trash on floor, and workers were playing around. Behind the counter and on the counter was receipts and food particals as well as just random stuff thrown around. This location used to be our go to but the last few times we have eaten here it has been bad. This one was the last straw. My son asked me if he should close his ears while trying to eat and we were sitting at the table furthest from the counter. That is unacceptable behavior. Couldn't talk to a person in charge while there or call up to store because the person I could imagine was in charge (not wearing a uniform) wasn't correcting them and was making comments to. Not near to the extent as everyone else. Im not sure if Matthew made comments but he was the one I noticed who kept telling the others we were there.
manager refusing to charge us our order as is
My husband and I ordered two egg and cheese biscuits, excluding meat because are Vegetarian. We asked the manager if she could charge us "a la carte" for each item, 2 eggs, 2 slices of chease and 2 biscuits. She said, "Absolutely not that is cheating the system." My husband and I go to Jack in this Box all the time and never have this problem. All other locations have even offered us to charge us a la carte to provide us great customer service. We let the manager know this information and she still refused saying again that we would be "cheating the system". My husband and I left completely unsatisfied and frustrated.

I have never seen a more disorganized Jack-in-the-Box I'd waited 13 minutes for two breakfast jacks and when I got them they were cold.
Customers were complaining the staff was running around with their heads chopped off One customer actually asked for a refund as he couldn't wait any longer and they gave it to him another customer had an order for the dining room and they bagged it up and tried handing it to him. when he said it was for here they set it down and five minutes later he had to call somebody over ask what happened to his order

I went to Jack In The Box in Jasper, Texas, Friday on my limited lunch break. I order a blue cheese and bacon ribeye burger with medium curly fries and drink. I pull forward and pay and get my drink. She asks me to pull around so they could make my order. A bit odd since I was the only customer both in the line, and at the location at all. 10 minutes pass and they bring me my food. At this point I'm already late for work, so I just go. I get to work, sit down, open my bag and they gave me a ribeye burger with nothing on it. Just bread and a patty. No curly fries but a piece of cheesecake instead! Great substitute, right? And that's it. That's what I paid close to $9 for. Just a couple of weeks ago I ordered and paid for an order of egg rolls, pulled around, waited 10 minutes for them to come tell me they were out of egg rolls and that I could have curly fries instead...when all i ordered was egg rolls...JiTB in Jasper needs to pull it together. I cant talk to the manager because they're never there.
security guard
I went in the restroom to go #2, and after 3 min of doing so, the security guard rudely and loudly proclaimed that I had to vacate the restroom because there was a line of people in the lobby. When I get out there no one is around(because he lied), have me more of an attitude when I told him I couldn't Finnish and that there was no toilet paper. So needless to say, I left Jack in the box filthy and embarrassed on top of it all. Me, my family, my co-workers and my friends will never return to your setablishment for ANYTHING ever again.

wrong order
We recieved the wrong order and tried to rectify the situation. The employees lied for two days about when the manager would be in. We called this morning and spoke to a manager named becky who was very unprofessional and standoffish. She refused to listen to what we had to say. We have been calling this store for three days now and still our situation is unresolved. At this point we would like to speak to the owner about this situation
bacon bits in sandwich and no receipt
Went to the drive threw at 1650 jack in the box off of the 580 livemore avenue exit. Line was a little long no complaint. When we get to the window to pay, lady takes my debit card and swipes it. Returns my card but keeps the receipt! Gets our drinks and order but forgets a bag and is already telling us goodbye. We sit at the window checking infront of her and let her know she forgot items. And she grabs the bag and tries to blame the computers for the issue. And I assume its a new employee and try not to be frustrated. Upon opening my supreme croissant the bacon slices were bacon bits and could not stop falling out of my sandwich. I was so displeased and unsatisfied with my order that I threw it away because of the horrible service I recieved from the staff to the food preperation. Grilled chicken club salad ... the greens on this were old and looked rotten on some of it. It appeared to be black mush. The grilled chicken was torn into 2 huge pieces and served with a plastic fork, no knife. One cannot cut grilled chicken with a plastic fork. It's surprising Jack in the Box wouldn't serve a salad in bite size pieces. The whole thing was quite unappetizing and inedible. I had to throw it in the garbage.

I order a munchie meal at the drive thru, paid for my food. And handed they cashier my 20$, she didn't give me my change then and there. I figured she was waiting with my food I understood. A couple minutes later, she hands me my box says to me, "thank you, have a good one". I drove off on my way towards home, I noticed I didn't receive my receipt. Nor my change, on my way back. I decided to open the munchie box. I stopped at a light by the Jack. I noticed, I had at least 4-6 small curly fries. 5 to 6 regular fries. My tacos were cold. So I got started to get upset as I pulled in the drive thru. I asked for my change they remembered. It was me, I was asked if I needed anything else, I asked can they charge me some small curly fries to my change. I was told yes. The cashier, hands me 6.75$ I asked her what was this for. She said "yeah, your small fries were like 4 bucks and something, but I only charged you 3". I asked how much was my munchie meal then? She replied "6 something" and grinned at me. I asked for my receipt, and she said "sorry, it couldn't print one out" I just said ok. And drove off and made this report. I order my food at 12:30 am on October 18, 2018.
(10/18/18) for the second time in a month...
...I entered the store at 4203 SW Admiral Way in Seattle during evening hours (this visit at approx 8:35pm) and stood at the counter waiting to be helped. Last time I could see two employees, one cleaning the deep-fryer and the other in the grill area. Tonight when I entered there were 3, one emptying trash adjacent to the counter and two right behind the counter. One behind the counter was cleaning-out the frie holding bin, the other person walked into the grill area. Not one said 'hello' or 'someone will be with you in a minute'. After 10-15 seconds the person cleaning the frie bin walked to the drive-up window (and out of my sight), after another 30-45 seconds I decided to once again take my hunger and money to your competitor, which really sucks as they don't serve a "Sourdough Jack" which to me is the best thing on a bun, or curly fries!
So I had to settle for a "Big Mac" instead!
It's good to know they are so diligent about cleaning their store, but at the expense of those who bring in the cash that pays their salaries?!

On 10/15/2018, me and my buddy went to grab a bite to eat at the drive thru atJackinthebox on Washington and Greenwood in the City of Montebello. When we drove up and placed the order at the drive thru, the idiot taking the order didn't get the order right, I apologize if we speak English correctly, but We both weren't satisfied with the Service or the Food. I was hired they had me start work I was not provided the proper uniform and they also did not give me an i9 form or no paper work to sign I work one shift from 12-8 and was told a manager will be in at 8 to do paperwork I waited until 8:15 she never showed up I have not received a check for the day that I work they ask me to come work but I felt as if I was not hired properly

On Monday, Oct. 16, 2018, at 12pm, I was denied access to dine-in, at Jack In The Box. The location is in Dallas, Tx, at the corner of Abrams Rd and Mockingbird Ln. On this day, the weather was extremely bad, due to the rain and my two co-workers insisted we eat at Jack In The Box. Upon arrival, I noticed a Jack employee mopping the front lobby. I tried to open the door and it was locked. The Jack employee informed me and my co-workers that we would have to go through the drive- thru. I probably wouldn't have mind doing so, but my work vehicle is a City of Dallas Sanitation 20ft. Recycle truck.

On 10/14/18 at 4:45am I went to a JIB drive thru located at 1601 E Van Buren St. Phoenix, AZ and was not greeted by an employee as I sat in the drive thru waiting for over 5 minutes. I pulled thru the drive thru and slowly drove around the store to find the two employees, one Hispanic wearing a black sweatshirt and the other Caucasian with a beard wearing the drive thru head set, KNOCKED OUT ASLEEP in a booth located in the Northwest corner of the restaurant. I drove back thru the drive thru and drove forward and back ed multiple times hoping to trigger the headset and wake the employee up. Unfortunately neither employee woke. As a result, another restaurant chain received my business this morning.

I didn't want my order and doenisha at Jack and the box on 19th Ave and Buckeye told me it was too late and made me purchase the food I didn't want . She had an attitude she took the card out of my hand. Not knowing which card I was going to provide to her... She was very rude and told me to hold on in the middle of my order to help the drive thru customer... I am very upsetting at this situation
