I pulled thru the drive thru around 8:10 pm and ordered 2 munchie meals double jacks and wasn’t told till the end of the order that there was no tacos at all and I was substituted tacos with onion rings I accepted the two orders of onion rings for both munchie meals I was told to pay and I did and was told to pull around they’d bring it out to me. Me and my wife waited 10 minutes before I entered the store To see what was taking so long as where I found no workers then a young black male came from a car outside and started to make onion rings and then a large Caucasian female with tattoos emerged from somewhere in the back on her cell phone I was give 2 cold soggy burgers and 2 large onion rings and 2 small sodas for $21.65 which is unacceptable the service was the worst I’ve ever experienced and the food wasn’t complete and cold and was told I couldn’t get a refund before I had any food

I purchased the #11 combo meal around midnight last night in drive thru and asked for non spicy and no cheese on my chicken sandwich. When I got home it was not correct. When I called nobody answered so I brought the order back just now. The man that says he is the manager is being completely rude and uncooperative a d will not replace my order. I'm standing here now with the incorrect order and I need it replaced now. I paid for this food, I need the order made right and given to me now.

My husband and I went to Jack in the box for lunch and we realized we had not gone inside since covid however we would go through the drive through. We ordered and all the tables were dirty. I asked for a wet towel to wipe down our table. I had no problem doing so. An employee was fussing as she walked into the office, I didn’t realize it was the one to come clean my table and I offered to do it. She didn’t seem to want to do it I explained they were all dirty, Her comment to me was perhaps I should stay home and cook! And while we were there she and another employee cleaned tables and she proceeded to spray cleaner on each table in a fashion to be noticed putting chairs in very loudly! We believe she must have been upper management because she wore a button up shirt verses a T-shirt. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

On Oct 20 at 10:00 pm we attempted to place an order. The screen was blank, waited 3 minutes and then drove up to the window. A minute later a woman came out and said it would be 10 minutes before we could place an order due to shift change. We drove around the building and there were two people sitting there. Saw another car drive . After 10 minutes with very difficulty in ordering, the two tacos were disgusting..looked like dog food.

This morning on 10/21/23 around 10:45. I ordered two Ultimate Breakfast sandwiches. I had not ordered this type of sandwich in years and I thought it was strange that it did not have bacon. The one I had ordered in the past had bacon. We ate the sandwhiches but it still bothered me that I thought the sandwhich should have bacon. I searded on line and the description indicates the sandwhich should include bacon. The other thing about this sandwhich is the egg was on the burnt side. I used to think this was an excellent breakfast sandwhich but was disappointed today. I thought I would let you know.

We try to visit jack in the box several times a month but just get so upset we end up waiting a couple weeks and try again. But, what in the world is going on there? You never know if you are going to get a complete order or part of a order. We wanted to try the monster tacos a few weeks back and were told they had the monster taco but no lettuce. Then the following week no cheese. ? Last night waiting at the drive thru window for our order over 11 minutes. And another thing the speaker system is another story lots of noise and feed back . This store always seems to be short of the correct number of qualified and properly trained employees.

yesterday morning 09/19/2023 I ordered the jumbo breakfast platter from jack in the box in Irving Texas. The pancakes were rock hard. I couldn't even bite into them. Today 09/20/2023, I mistakenly went back. I ordered the bacon buttery jack combo. The road has construction in this area, and it took about 15 minutes longer than it should have for me to get back to my hotel. The bacon on my burger was rock hard. There was no lettuce or tomato. The burger tasted incredibly old. The drink I ordered with my meal was plain iced coffee. Unfortunately, the drink I got was an overly sweet and stale tasting iced coffee.

My wife and I and grandson went to a jack in the box in forest grove oregon the only one in that town we ordered two #10's the menu above the cashers said with cheese that my wife and I always order an item that has cheese. When we got our order I took a bite and realized there was no cheese in the #10's but it said with cheese. I went back to the counter and asked why there was no cheese in our sandwich and the girl behind the counter said its extra you have to ask for it. Why when it says with cheese why do I have to ask for it? This was jack in the box #170 eat in order #491 on 9/12/2023 at 6:24:19 pm the girl was very rude
