J.D. Byrider 2007 Chrysler 300

Got car 2yrs ago... In the past year, I've had motor replaced and transmission replaced 3 times... In the last 6mths, it's been in the shop for the same thing... They're using old parts, which makes me have to bring it back in, and pay money that I don't have to get it back... That makes me have to pay $125/wk, using Uber to get back and forth to work... Really not satisfied! I feel it's a scam to get more money out of me... Just got car out of the shop almost a week ago, back in the shop AGAIN 4 days later for the SAME THING! TIME IS MONEY! Can someone look into this situation and give me a call back, to let me know that someone looked into the situation? Can someone check and see how many days my car has been in the shop since I've had it?

Desired outcome: Some kind of compensation...

J.D. Byrider Lemon vehicle

I purchased a Ford explorer from jd byrider in December 2017. I hadn't had the car a week and my neighbor told me about all the oil under my car. I took it in and was told nothing was wrong and it wasn't leaking. I then took it to jiffy lube and they printed out everything wrong and there was an oil leak. The dealership refused to fix it even with the print out. I kept up on oil changes and 1 year passed and the engine blew up because of that leak. Still under warranty they exchanged the car out. I got a mercury mountaineer. The 1st week I had it and the check engine light was on it was overheating. I took it in. They said it would be at least a week or more. They didn't over me a loaner. I have 3 kids single mom having to work and take my kids to daycare. For the next 5 months the dealership had my car more than I had it. I'd Maybe got to drive it a month. Then couple months went by. Then in October the check engine light again it had a bad leak. I told the dealership I was tired of having to bring it in and they needed to do something. They told me they would fix it after the 2yr warranty was up and I would have to pay for the repair out of pocket. I told them I wasn't going to make payments on a car I can't drive and they refuse to warranty. I told Them to take there car and it's wrong what they did to me. They finally came and repoed it in December. When the 2yr warranty was up. Now I'm getting garnish my wages. I owed about 4500 left. This is so wrong two lemon Cars. Horrible mechanics there they didn't honor their warranty why should I have to pay.

Desired outcome: The garnishment to stop. This is wrong

J.D. Byrider Harassment

I purchased a car from them as well then had to return it as I could no longer afford to pay it when my wife lost her job. We became a one house hood income i explained this to then especially Leandra who calls, emails, texts me every day. Recently I was involved in a severe auto accident where I suffered a concussion and now post concussion symptoms. I explained to CNAC right now my focus is on getting better but once my symptoms go away 100% i will begin to pay. I told them right now I am unable to work I can't even function properly i suffer from severe post concussion syndrome symptoms they continue to harass me

J.D. Byrider Title memorandum

I financed my vehicle at the ByRider on Colraine in Cincinnati, OH but I live 60 miles away. They told me to look for it in the in a few weeks. It's been 8 weeks, my tags are expired and they won't return a single message. All CNAC could say was contact your dealership. If m my payment is a second late, they're calling family and friends. Now, I'm paying on a vehicle I can't drive.

J.D. Byrider Overpriced broken down garbage and filing that I surrendered the suv while i"m still paying for it < ruin my credit rating

They sold me a piece of garbage, that was priced 5 times what it was worth, then it broke down, it sat at the service center for 6 weeks, and as soon as we picked it up, it was not repaired properly. Then, it broke down again, now the motor is shot, yet i'm still paying 400$ a week for a suv I can not drive! I will not let that fake service dept charge me another 5000 to fix it, yet now they have it, saying I surrender it, now the credit rating people dropped my rating by 100 points, yet I am still making payments of $400 a week. That place is full of crooks, all they do is rip off people that are stuck in bad situations and make them worse

Desired outcome: Restore my credit rating since I am still making full payments for a piece of garbage can not even drive

J.D. Byrider was sold a car friday the 30th of july had less than 24hrs an gages quit bworking an in shop

temp gage inside car quit working cars engine on top ticking an starteds running hot . had less than 24hrs . said was inspected around 2months ago I don't see how with gages not working burnt out headlight an ticking on engine an was run emissions an safety inspection for state an said was checked in carlot which problems prove different.

Desired outcome: want my payment moved further out sine not got to have the car in my possesion less than 24hrs an dont know when will be out of shop

J.D. Byrider Nothing like I was told

I was never told my payments would be biweekly the vehicle they sold me had so many issues it was pathetic. I dr e the vehicle home in the evening on Friday and returned it Monday morning I tried Saturday but was ignored. I didn't realize the payments until they finally sent me a calendar for my payments and I drove it back. I have not received my deposit back which I feel I deserve if you saw the pictures of the vehicles you would too. Do not buy here. Also the salesperson had me sign empty documents and sign a review that was an empty page the saleswoman said she would fill I out for me CROOKS! The oil dipstick was missing the transmission jumped on the freeway. The rear looked like someone bled on the side panels and it was never wiped. I drove a total of 12 miles homes and 12 back to drop it. If you watch the video of me signing you will see I had my grandkids and could hear nothing even if they weren't there I was told my payments but not told it was biweekly I felt swindled. I qualified for a vehicle with a 189 monthly with my son in law co signing why would I agree to almost 3 times that. The vehicle was disgusting from front to back it was late I was stranded if I didn't make a decision to buy the interior lights were out and I was told when I came back to sign I could get them replaced I felt trapped. When I went to return the car I was taken to a room and bombarded by three people trying to make me keep the car. I have so much more to say but not enough space I want my money back

J.D. Byrider Sales and financing

Lied about putting me in a car I'm on ssi daniel told me bring my proof of income and lisence I was approved but it says u help with ssi it's false advertising u only make 814 on ssi ant was told I could get a car all the sudden I don't make enough income they drug me down there for two hours to tall me I can't get financing it's discrimination And built up hope and shoot me down

J.D. Byrider Car and title

Do not buy buyer beware they are thieves and they commit fraud when the insurance company gives you a total loss payment for your car they do not apply it to your account they still demanding they stop you for paying for three and a half months and you think that the loan has stopped being financing you're getting ready to pay it off and when you come back to start paying off the loan they say that their financing the title and you owe finance fees on a salvage title they never saw this out the title and they never allow you to get the title then when you have an altercation with him tell him that the car cannot be financed anymore because it's a salvage title they continue to say that they can finance the title because you owe them money but when you paid it off there still financing the title as a regular title and they're paying those months that they stop you from paying their paying them behind your back they cashed check and they do not apply it to your account and put it in their pocket and they want you to continue paying a salvage title being fine in which is against the law

JD Byrider in Springfield Illinois on South Dirksen my car was salvaged out and they received a check for $5,535 which was not applied to my account and they continue to financed the salvage title and refused to turn it into a salvage title by turning it in to the DMV in Springfield or returning it give me after I bought the car back as Salvage from my insurance company they claim that the car is still theirs and that the title is not a salvage title so they came and stole the car and now they're trying to resell it in 21 days. And they claim in order for me to get it back I have $1,000 in finance fee and because now it's up to $7,909.64 fraud by your behavior

Car makes clunking sounds while driving . Literally bought it 1 month ago . Sent it to service 4 times . Each time they fix somthing. But not the original issue . Now they tell me its "cradle bushings" which are not covered under warranty. Paying close to 20, 000$ for this vehicle with a service contract . Put 3000 $ down . Now they want me to pay for repairs for issues that it had when i bought it . Absolutely b. s. .

J.D. Byrider vehicle financing

I had purchased a jeep liberty from them last April and it was a lemon having a safety inspection done on it because of my self employment/sole proprietor driving for Uber and Doordash, finding that the tie rod, hub bearing assembly, electrical issues and mis matched tires.In November I totaled the vehicle from hitting a deer so not just from the accident but repairs done I was running my business part time, they in turn demanded payment.After they received the check I went to them for another vehicle but turned away saying they couldn't verify my income from bank statements I gave, they didn't even give me a chance to give statements from my other bank that would have gotten approved!

J.D. Byrider excessive phone calls.

I bought my van a couple of years ago. Ever since then this company is nothing by unpleasant to deal with. Our payments were always made on time up until a year ago when my husband lost his job. For the most part they are still on time every other week when i get paid. My husband is fighting disability, and i have explained this to them. I havent asked for a lower payment, or anything else. I fell behind a couple of months ago. My payment is 306.00 a month, i pay 153 bi weekly. Well i was a payment behind. I have continued to make my regular payments and on opposite weeks i get paid have been making 50 dollar payments to get it caught up. Every single day for the past week. I have gotten 10 calls a day, on top of multiple text messages a day. I have asked them to call after 430 when i get off. They cannot do this. I have told them that i got in trouble at work due to my phone constantly going off, they still do not care. They are bullies, and very un professional. I do not recommend anyone buy a vehicle from them or have to deal with cnac.
This is ridiculous, and i have made complaints to the company, nothing is done. One worker even had the audacity to tell me i needed to work two or more jobs to make sure they get paid, and i should file for govt assistance. Ummmm i work for the county. So i should work 3 jobs to make sure they get their 100.00 that is still owed to them. Once that is paid i am filing a claim with the bbb. This is not how a company should conduct business.

J.D. Byrider engine repair and repi

I had bought a car through these crooks and then needed an engine replaced. They kept playing the run around until my warranty ran out so i had to pay out of pocket which cost me about $1500. The day i was supposed to pick the car up they had got into a wreck in and refused to fix it which then lead me to have to turn it into my insurance which is $800 a month now. Well when i turned it in to my insurance they found the radiator bracket was bent and was leaking coolant. Insurance told me it had to been like that but informed them i literally just had an engine put in and the radiator bracket couldn't of been bent for them to be able to put the engine in. They refused to fix then repossessed my car. I paid to get it out of repo and it was supposed to be returned to the shop that put the engine in but never got returned and eventually they sold the car at auction

J.D. Byrider cnac finance company

I purchased a 2006 Mercury in 2014, its 2019 and I'm still paying the car payment. No never explained if you change jobs and your payment schedule change that adds extra intrest which add 6 more months of payment. I was told 3 separate time my pay off due date. I have been a very loyal customer for 5 1/2 years. I was told I was done at the end of June now its the end of July. This company is worst than taking out a high intrest loan. My car is worth $3900 I have paid close to $15, 000. Where and how is this legal? I pray I will never have purchase a vehicle from CNAC again. No compassion, very rude customer service, no grace period, no nothing. Stay far away from this company.
