Today I was ok my way home to wife and 4 kids.was talking with wife and she mentioned how muc she was craving some buiscuits from kfc.her and 2 of my kids will literally drive 15 minutes to the nearest mfd just to buy a box full of buiscuits. I went in first off felt rushed to order and when I did I purchased two of the $20 meals along with other things totaling almost 60 $ was in a hurry so I didn’t double check the bags before I left when I arrived home I realized how much of a bad idea that was half my order was missing and the mashed potatoes and gravy were half way full and I’m not being just a dramatic customer I mean literally they were halfway was completely missing all of the sides from the second order, and my biscuits were hard enough to play golf with. Needless to say I was very disappointed for the price that KFC has gotten to be you would think they would at least have the food made correctly and doublecheck peoples orders, I’m not the kind of person that leaves reviews ever . Being a project manager I understand how hurtful of bad review can be for business, so I decided to take the time and write to you guys personally to attention to this matter with your employees, because that is unacceptable
Claimed loss: 60$ and a night of peace
Desired outcome: My money back and the hope that nobody else will have to have the night I had over some damn chicken and biscuits…
