no military discount, no senior discount..
went to kfc today April 28th at n. center ave, somerset, pa. 15557. was disappointed cause i gave a 1.00 discount coupon and they don't give the military or senior discount(we're 73 and 80), and hubby is a veteran just because i had a 1.00 coupon...can go to other places as Wendys and get senior drinks free and military discount w/ my coupon!

We stop in to a KFC on Brookdale Ave. I am a shame of the store. it is very dirty. chairs, tables walls floors are blacken with a long period of dirt. you hiring people to work in the food sales and does not know how to clean, which is one of the big important to make your customers welcome and that the food you eat is safe. You just lost a customer until the place gets clean up.

I just ordered from KFC on Hyland and New Dorp Lane the food suck the cashiers gave me a $5 full up instead of the $10 big box and the only reason why I kept it was because I already had threw out the receipt but the Gentelman was very rude he barley wanted to take my order the and rushed me my food forgetting to give me sauce and napkins I didn't even have a fork for my mash potatoes and the chicken was burnt please get better staffs i'd hate to see KFC go
Oh yea and I asked the Gentleman for lots of ice looks like because of his attitude he put little to no ice because as well know ice take forever to melt and there was little to no ice in my drink

Went to KFC in Irmo SC at store No# H665029 ...I go through the drive-thru at this store at least once a week...Its almost always something going wrong at this store..If I order grilled Chicken they either don't have any up or of they have chicken up it xtra dry...I went into the drive -thru on yesterday at 5 :47pm Made a order ask for grilled chicken like I always do ( the No#10 Big Box) I also asked for a large coleslaw and the young lady told me I couldn't order a large coleslaw ...Why is that when I'm paying for the coleslaw...She went to get the manager and I had to explain to the manager that I want the big box with a large coleslaw and she precided with my order...So I get my order get home and low and behold they still didn't give me all of my order..The large coleslaw wasn't in the bag a small was in the bag but I asked for a large and I looked at my receipt I definitely paid for a large Coleslaw...I don't understand what the problem is with this store..I go to this store because it's 2 minutes from my house..I decided to either stop going to KFC or travel 3 miles to the next one to get my grilled chicken..This is ridiculous...

I ordered the 3 wings and a biscuit it was not available- No wings as an alternative I ordered the 5.00 box breast and left the store. I had to return the breast was not completely cook- RAW and bloody inside. they took it before I could get a photo The cook came to the front of the store was rude and offended because of my complaint. I was given another breast. I left the store. As I tried to eat the breast I realized I had been given a dry breast it was so dry I could not chew it. I was too far gone on my was back to Atlanta to return. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the service I received and the Management. which I never saw or spoke with. the cashier Gerald and the cook handled the situation very poorly. Sad...I want a refund.

My wife and I frequent the KFC in Boone NC. often. The past three times however we have asked for the Extra crispy 20 pc meal deal we have been told they were out. I can understand 1 or 2 times or even if we tried during peak hrs but these were times that there were no cars in line or very few (1 or 2) customers inside. I'm sure I'm not the first to complain, but one of the reasons I go to KFC is for the extra-crispy.

I went to Woodmead KFC in Johannesburg to buy me some sweet chilly twisster got into the driveway and placed my order and the lady told me it'll take about 6min to prepare I then drove off to the collection section. The lady said I can wait at the parking lot she will bring my order. They took more than I'd expected I went in to find my order on the floor. The lady didn't notice I was behind the counter she picked up my order and wanted to place it in another packet. I then asked her to make me another twister the attitude that she gave me was out of this world. I am very disappointed at the services offered I still have my proof of purchase to serve as proof. If this is how KFC treat their customers they should think again.

Two days ago I went to the Location KFC # E648030 at 720 NW 37th Ave. Miami FL. 33126
at approximately around 1: pm The location inside was extremely dirty and employee with extremely bad attitude and appearance they seem to be angry with each other and taking it out on the customer
There was a long line and some customers were leaving frustrated for the lack of concern or courtesy been demonstrated by the employees
I went to the drive-thou today approximate 9:30 pm there was one vehicle at the drive-thou speaker and they were a being acknowledge
However, once their order was taken they were instructed NOT TO PARK in front of the takeout window and wait; This went on for 12 minutes
Finally, it was my turn I got to the window the customer which had picked the order ahead of me came back walking to the window and started to argue about their orders been uncompleted so I just backed up and left
It seen like the management do not care whether or not the business is successful

We have been to this Kfc / A&W 2 weeks in a row on Tuesday, it is buy 1 papa burger meal get 1 free. We have been told both weeks, sorry we have ran out of patties, this is at 8pm mind you. I find it hard to believe that a fast food restaurant that sells hamburgers daily, would run out of patties 2 weeks in a row. Last week we left this week my husband ordered but i refuse to eat at a place that chooses to lie to their customers. The services is bad anyway, i am sorry but this just takes the cake.
dry chicken and burnt corn. we bought a 20.00 fill up at store number e080017 in tumwater, wa.
So I took my food back up to counter, and showed them how dry the chicken was and how burnt the corn was and I told them the only thing that was good to eat was the biscuits and the cold slaw .they didn't offer to anything. I worked at KFC back in the 70s when I was in high school and it's been one of my wife and I favorite place to eat. We have tried 3 different KFC's in our area called in to complain to no avail nothing has changed nothing has gotten better. Three times the Cane Run Road KFC was like a jungle inside laugh and running con each other the N word we stood in line 20 minutes while all this was going on I called and complained we went back again and they're having dishrag fights doing the same thing. The KFC on Dixie Highway in Pleasure Ridge advertisers grilled chicken they never have it they told me to call one or two hours ahead of time if you want grilled chicken and nothing was offered in its place not even any kind of discount either time this has been the third time. The KFC in Radcliff Kentucky twice we have paid for the buffet only to find out there is no chicken available we would have to wait 45 minutes this happened to straight weekends and the third time we stopped we checked and there was no chicken so we did not eat there . Through this I am sad to say you have lost several good customers that has been long time KFC lovers and a lot of other customers in the store was upset too so you probably lose in a lot more. All three cases of showed us lack of poor management and we have decided not to eat there again. We were always talk if we had an upset customer over something that we controlled we would compensate them or no way to take care of them to keep them happy, this is just not very friendly workers that you have. After returning to the stores and having the same problems we had called back someone was supposed to call us back but never did if someone wants to call us back we can explain more in death which stores and what happened, thank you

We ordered the Mega Deal - Original from KFC Kuwait with the below details and as you can see in the attached image the picture of the items available in the KFC website while ordering . And when we received the food it was not the original KFC crispy chicken as in the picture .We request a refund of the same as we ordered to have the original KFC and got cheated with the wrong picture add .The one we revived spoiled the real taste of KFC and the party we planned as nobody liked it.

I have been coming to this kfc for years and i had never in all the years coming here got such bad service the cashier here is really rude always has an attitude but today he was just out of line i came in he never greeted me and i just gave him my order he never asked what type of chicken i wanted i ask for lemonade and he gave me water then he didn't put cheese in my order of the famous bowl and he forgot the cookie because i got the meal and he gave me such attitude I just wanted to enjoy my food it that so hard i paid for it its not like it was free

I went. To KFC drive thru it is 20 minutes from my house, I ordered a 8 piece meal with 1 side of mashed potatoes and gravy and 2 sides of coke slaw. I received 1 side of mashed potatoes with no gravy a side of Mac & Cheese and a side of green beans. This is the 2nd straight bad experience I have had. I will be going to the closer Bojangles from now on.

My wife, our 5 children, and myself absolutely love KFC. However, this restaurant has pretty much shown me the franchise owner isn't anywhere around and doesn't care. After a year of attempts to eat there, we predictably encounter the same behavior whenever we stop in:
- Routinely ignored while at the counter
- Unfriendly, condescending behavior from employees
- Extremely uncomfortable dining room temperatures
- Dirty and unkempt
...and now for the final straw...
- Employee was sweeping the top of the dining tables with the same broom they were sweeping the floor with
In a year of being here, we've only successfully purchased food one time. We've stopped in roughly 6+ times. 5 times we walked out.
Would love to see someone fix this store. It's a shame.
sanitary conditions on food trays
My husband and I ate lunch at the Pines Mall KFC (Pine Bluff, AR) on April 16, 2018. We both ordered the buffet. My husband noticed that the cashier taking our order was taking dirty trays, wiping them off with a paper towel, and re-using them on the customer's order (our included.) All the while, there is a young lady washing trays in the back. We went a head and ate our meals, but was not very happy about having a dirty tray (s). The men's restroom was also out of order, and I have been in at times when the floor was so greasy, I nearly slip down. I'd go somewhere else, but the closest KFC is over 20 miles from my home. Please contact management, and ask them to retrain their help.
$5 fill up pot pie
I (monique Jones) purchased two $5 fill ups (pot pie) and two chicken littlest for my father (Timothy Jones) and I. As I was eating the pot pie, There was a roach found in the pot pie I just ordered that my son and I were eating from. I am working double shifts at my job but before I went back to work, I stopped to get my father and. My children something to eat. It is very inconvient for me to go back at the moment but I do want my money back and to be sure this never happens again for we like the pot pies.
After my visit, my family and I was very dissatisfied and highly upset. We all were very hungry, my son was very impatient for the food to cool down, so as I was looking through my food for some chicken, I spotted a dead roach inside my food. Immediately all of our appetite was lost! We deserve to be heard and our money back! If I did not live so further away from the store and have to go back to work I would have been back at that store the same day!

I came through the Drive Thru around 11 am on April 16th, 2018. I ordered the 5 dollar fill-up and my total was 5.35, I get to the window and the cashier asked me if I had any cash. I told her no I only had my debit card. The cashier told me their credit card machine was down but she would try my payment. She hands me my card back and tells me the machine isn't working and ask if I am sure I don't have any cash. I again stated no I didn't have any cash. The cashier then says well the card machine is down. There was no sorry, there was no okay lets make this right and just give me the meal. So I had to spend another 10-15 in another drive thru getting lunch. I was looking over my bank account and I was still charged the 5.35 for a meal I did not receive. I would like my account to be credited back

When I came in to order hot wings, the lady on the register says she needed to make sure they had enough wings cooked. After checking, she informs me that she was short one for my order the 12 for $10 deal. And would I like to wait 10 minutes or sub it for a tender. Nice, so I opted for the tender.
I pay and she takes my cash gives me change back, nice again. She then makes her way to the back kitchen, mine you there is a guy there gloved and filling orders. But the cashier, who didn't bother to wash her hands or even put on a glove - takes the tray og hot wings realizes they are cold drops them in a fryer. NOt nice, then she opens the freezer/ Fridge takes out a bag of hot wings, sticks her unwashed hand in the bag pulling out wings to drop in another fryer.
I immediately tell another worker (the drive through person) that I do not want re-heated wings. Although at first he did tried to deny that the cashier was reheating the wings. But realize I could see everything, I asked him to give me something else which he did.
And as I leave the cashier who still hasn't washed her hands starts to take another order.
I've had issues of bad service here before and simply walked out, but UN-sanitary practices is the worst for me.
