So, going to KFC ELARDUSPARK for lunch, turns out, the lady taking my order takes at least 5 min to understand what the order is (total order of 3 items) She still send it through wrongly to the kitchen. After sending the food back and speaking to the manager, the manager brings out my food and is wrong again! I insisted on a refund as this was a 30 minute process. No apologies, no nothing. The staff were rude! I am disgusted that out of 3 items, 2 of them were wrong - TWICE! Fast food that took 30 min and I still left hungry!

I have been to kfc on east main street in rock hill sc 5 times in the last month. I place my and it is called back to be. But when I get home it is not what I order. So I call back and talk to the manger and she informs me that she will make it right. So the next week I go back to pick up my order and get home and it is still wrong. This went on for 2 more times. So today I go and order 12 hot wings, large Cole slaw and a large mashed potatoes. Get home and I have mac and cheese instead of Cole slaw. So I called and made a compliant and was informed that I could get a 10.00 voucher, and I asked to have someone call me also. But was told I could only have one or the other. My orders are 20.00 or more. JUST UNACCEPTABLE

I went to kfc in tacoma wa. 38th street store today waited in line for two other customers in front of me only to be told when i ordered that this kfc does not have any white chicken and that they have non that they can cook? i have not been in this location for four months because every time my wife and i went there this store never had any chicken ready to serve or had to subsitute something to complete an order. (my entire family has nick named this location no chicken chicken) i went there today assuming that by now it must have new management but appearantly i was wrong. I cannot believe that a frachise that makes its entire existince on selling chicken can allow its store to operate with no chicken on the premises. I will not be returning to this kfc in the future as this is the third time i personnally advised kfc of the fact that this location repeatedly has no chicken as advertised.

I often visit this Taco Bell kfc for the simple fact that it is on my side of the city. Not only was the service on the inside INCREDIBLY slow, but the parking lot stenched of marijuana smoke. Not sure if it was the younger gentleman or if it was the woman in her car or both! Each were workers. I smelled them before I saw them is the least to say. Not the first time I've experienced this here but it is the last time I will be back to this establishment!

There is a constant problem getting my food order correctly there. In my last visit today, I tried to be as clear and direct [censored] possible due to the inconsistency of my past orders. A new issue arrised witch should never happened in the service industry. This girl Brittany gave me the biggest attitude. She couldn't get my order right when repeating back to me and finally said to me" That's what I just said to you.". I asked why the attitude? She replied that it was hard to hear. So once again my order was completely wrong. I ordered a BBQ chicken sandwich combo with a side of Cole slaw and got a plain sandwich and no wedges. And a pot pie fill up. They were out for 20 min. Not sure what the problem is but I will definitely never go back.
special order for special occasion
On April 30, 2018, called in a special order for chicken and potatoes to be picked up on May 7 between 3 and 3:30. I repeated the order to the manager at least twice and he repeated it back. He said to call store 20 minutes before pickup. I called the morning of May 7 and double checked that everything was a go. Turns out, they had written down 5:30 and the chicken order was wrong.
Got the order straightened out and again it was repeated back. Called 20 minutes before going to pick up order. No answer. Did it at least ten times. after many many rings, went to fax. I used the same number as before (to talk to them). We got to the store, nothing had been started. We said to forget about it and went to Publix. Called KFC 1-800-266-7883. May explain a lot. Very disappointed! I understand the 1 star rating.

I had called my local KFC today, to find out about their Monday special. I was told for $1.99 it came with chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes/gravy and a biscuit. And, for $1 more ($2.99) it came witn all that plus coleslaw AND GREEN BEANS.
Well, my husband went through the drive thru, to pick up our family's dinner. When he came home there were NO GREEN BEANS!
I called KFC and spoke with Jamie the manager. He told me that the $2.99 special did not come with green beans, only coleslaw! I tried telling him that i was told green beans over the phone and that we would not have paid an extra $1, just for a VERY SMALL order of coleslaw!
He refused to make this complaint right for my family & I. I have never known of any restaurant to not make correct in what the customer was told!
If this is the way that KFC does their business, I can and will take my family of 4 to another local Chicken Chain.

This happened 3 day ago, Thursday - May 3 2018. I ordered from KFC Kuwaitat (Lulu hypermarket) for take away.
When i got home i found out that i got the wrong order!
(FYI it happened several times before!)
I called the store & told them about what happened & they told me to come back to their store & they'll exchange the meal!
Obviously I couldn't go back since i was already home & there was no way for me to go out again! & what bothered me even more that this happened with me from the same store before !
** I don't understand if it was my mistake that I didn't check the order in the store! Since now this is my job bc your incompetent employees keep making the same mistake over & over again!
I understand that they couldn't deliver the food since they have no delivery service but i talked to the supervisor & asked him to fix this problem. I explained that i didn't touch the food & I believe there was a misunderstanding since i thought that the supervisor has arranged with another branch to get the food delivered to my place but if turned out that he did nothing ?
I called the store after almost 1/1:30 hours asking about the delivery! The worker knew nothing about this issue & i asked him to transfer the call to the supervisor & he told me that he left!
(Even if this is the case i would expect at least that the supervisor would inform the workers who are on shift about this matter! I don't understand how the employees don't know anything & they couldn't do anything for me bc he left as far as I know)
And for this reason i called back the next day asking to get my food to be delivered to my place!
I talked to a guy called (Alex) & told him that i want the food to be delivered to me! He explained that he couldn't do anything since they have no delivery! So he said there's nothing that he can do & i should come to the store! He was very rude & i was disrespected!
But at this point i wasn't having it anymore i was very upset & told him to figure this out & to fix it ! Why are they troubling me when it was their fault in the beginning.
- i told him i'll give him time to arrange someone to deliver it & i'll call him back again.
I called twice. The first time he hang up the phone! & the second time it kept ringing & no one answered!
This is not okay! Unexceptable & absolutely unprofessional.
I called ([protected]) explained the situation & they were very nice to me & apologised on the store ‘s behalf & told me that she'll be contacting them & ask them to call me.
After 40+ mins i had to call back ([protected]) since no one called me? They transferred me to the store again & they told me that i have to wait!
I waited & when i got the food i got a very cold meal & not fresh fries!
Just so you know i'm never stepping in that store ever again! This is not a way to treat a customer!
This is my side of the story, i'm expecting that someone will discuss this with the employees that i had this issue with & to hear theirs.
The only reason that i sent this complaint is that it happened way too many times before & i'm not sliding this anymore bc of the way this was handled by the store!
If there was a mistake that happened from their side i expect them to handle it without troubling the customer bc i paid for this meal! & i expect professionalism especially from a place like KFC!

ON May 4, I had lunch here. Complaint is that everything was Dirty!Display cases for food, food trays, floors and chairs, bathroom--sink almost black !Soap or detergent had not been used in very long time !
When was Management's last inspection? KFC should inspect their restaurants they own or franchise on regular basis to protect their image and customers.

Last night around 5/4/18 at 10:18pm me and my family decided to stop at KFC Wesley Chapel Rd in Decatur Ga. 30035. Originally we wanted to try the new chicken sandwich $5 fill up. We were told there were no more sandwiches nor mash potatoes. As a result we said we'll take 2 pieces dark fill up with green beans. When we arrived at the window a young man took our payment but the young lady standing behind him was the one that took our order. With my young listening we heard her curse about she didnt want anyone to cook more chicken like she was ready to leave. The drive-thru window was open so we heard everything. She even walked back over to the window and stated they only had breast meat. So I then stated I 'll just take that. She handed me my food then dhut the window abruptly. I wanted for a second because I said excuse me i never the the condiments I asked for. Reluctantly we received that from both. This was the second bad customer service issue. I'm sorry we will not be returning. Also when we returned home the order was incomplete with no cookie. The chicken in fact was 2 old dry legs and a dry old biscuit. Very poor service plus swearing infront of minors.

They had no dark meat, wanted us to wait 20 minutes for legs at dinner time.
No sauces were given or offered for the tenders, fries were limp and cold.
The whole dinner was a mess. If I could, I request a total refund.

If you wanted a refund, you should have refused the food and asked for a refund then. But you ate the food and now you want a refund as well? Freeloader! As for the sauce, how hard is it to open up your mouth and request the sauce you want?

I had a side of mash potatoes in my K6 $5 fill up and in stead of giving me mash potatoes and gravy all I got was a container full of mash potatoes. That's bull crap. Working at KFC is not that hard this is ridiculous. I want a refund. Also nobody asked me if I wanted any dipping sauce for my chicken tenders. I can't believe some of the crap they think is okay and do anyways!

Dear Sir/Madam,
My husband and I (being an expat in zambia) have been enjoying visiting your franchise in Lusaka throughout the past few years. We love the zinger burger (especially the zinger wings) and in the past we have been happy with the products. However, our experience on Tuesday 24th of April was not a positive one.
We were unhappy with the products and I felt you needed to be made aware of the situation. The zinger chicken was very dry and chewy to digest. In addition, the zinger wings were not pleasant. They were dipped in a sauce (Am guessing its bbq sauce). Once we reached home we were surprised to open the box which was filled with saucy wings. It was a new discovery - an unpleasant one though.
What i feel is that the zinger burger is not a fast moving item in KFC. Am pretty sure that the ones that we had had exceeded it's shelf life after cooking. Am sure customers will prefer to wait a bit to get a fresh product rather than having to chew on a very dry breast fillet.
In the past, the restaurants have met the quality standards. We really do enjoy the food at KFC. If improvements are made, we would be more likely to meet there again in the future.

May 2, 2018 at 8 pm, I visited the KFC located at 2711 Emanuel Church Rd. West Columbia, SC 29170. I ordered a 3 pc dinner and a KFC bowl. The kitchen area had lids, trash, and food all over the floor. The counters needed to be wiped off. The drink area was dirty. There was no ice, no tea, no Pepsi, and no Mountain Dew. We waited 25 minutes for our food. We told the cashier that we were dining in and she still put it in "to go" packaging. We could not find a clean table. I had to go back to the counter to get forks. I had to wait 5 min. before somebody asked me what I needed and then she had to got to the back to get plates and forks- which took another 5 minutes. They had to make tea and while I was standing at the counter waiting on that, one employee knocked the cookies off on the floor and picked them up and put them back in the wire basket. That is certainly a health violation. Right after that, she dropped a pot pie on the floor because she could stay focused on her job due to texting on her phone. There were 6 people working in the kitchen yet the cashier was having to go into the kitchen to make most of the orders. And to top it off- just in the time we were there eating, 3 customers walked out because they got tired of waiting to place orders and 4 people walked in from the drive-thru complaining of wrong orders. I frequent this KFC regularly and half the time 3 and 4 employees are always outside smoking while customers and inside waiting on food. KFC TOP MANAGEMENT IS TO BLAME FOR THIS. OFFER BETTER MANAGER PACKAGES AND YOU MIGHT SEE MORE QUALIFIED MANAGEMENT APPLY. AND LASTLY, ALLOW MORE HOURS FOR TRAINING.
drinking alcohol!!! while attending drive thru
Today may 2 2018 I was on the drive they if your location on mount Vernon ny! The employee taking the orders had blurry speech then when getting close to the window we realized he was drinking alcohol from a bottle that he was hiding from the rest of the employees behind the soda machine on a black bag ! On Sunday, 4/29/18, around approximately 4 pm my husband and I stopped in to eat. Of course there was a twenty minute wait for a pot pie, then they were out of the Colonel sandwich! I don't go there that often but this happens every time!
After this visit doubt I will visit this location again, it was filthy! The floors and tables were gross! There was a baby high chair that was left filled with crumbs!
It really was deplorable!
I don't even know how this KFC goes on like this! Beyond disappointed!

I went through the drive-through in Colorado Springs First and Main. I ordered k7crispy with mac and cheese and root beer and 4 original legs with medium root beer. I received my k7, ok, but the 4 original legs were actually just a 4 piece and the root beer was a Pepsi. I looked at the receipt which did not reflect what I ordered, even though she repeated the order correctly to me. When I went in to get the order corrected I was standing in front of another person who did not get what she asked for either. I worked for KFC in the 70's and I know with today's technology this is silly mistakes because the order taker is not reflecting the orders that were given and there are buttons so it makes ordering simple. Employees just don't care in today's world.

Yesterday my husband and I came through the drive through spent 34.94 on an order for 2adults n 2small children got home n realized we didn't get what we ordered and paid extra for in out big boxes!spent extra for cuts that we didn't get we ordered breast n thighs got 6 drumsticks Wich were ordered extra crispy n we got extra soggy!so we were very upset about it considered it was paid extra foe n got none!we got the coleslaw n mashed potato sides the mashed potatoes were great as always but both the cloeslaws were so dry neither of us ate them!my daughter s both got a large popcorn chicken one trying was grews no complaints but the whole other box was filled with popcorn chicken bread there were only small pieces that were 90% breading!we were very frustrated and disappointed especially cause we spent 34.94 on it and the quality was terrible!

On April 9th we were in Cuzco during our Perú holiday. Around 15h30 we wanted to order something in the KFC restaurant at Plaza de Armas in Cusco with 7 people. The female employee who was in the restaurant at that time said there was no change at all, so we could not pay (and thus not order). It all looked like she did not want to serve us. We waited a little bit until other (local) people came in. As we expected, there wás change available (the people paid with a note of 100 Sol and got change without any problems).
We felt really discriminated, probably because we were tourists. It is a shame for the KFC restaurant, both for the image as for the earnings (we went eating in the Mc Donalds at Plaza de Armas with the 7 of us, were we had a great service and meal).
In the KFC restaurant, there were signs of anti-discrimination. This makes it even more strange…? We could not believe this, never experienced something like this.
That is why we really wanted to communicate this and put a complaint!
You can find some pictures in attachment, taken in the restaurant, also pictures of the female employee who refused to serve us.
We would be interested to know how this case will be handled.
