This is my sixth time emailing csr about this location for this problem. Now, I am asking for a full refund for purchase on 08/16/17 amount $17.68, time 11:06am, order#368834. Please see attachments. My family and I loves kfc hotwings but this location always give hotwings stale, old, and hard. I had order 20 hotwings and large wedges for me and my coworkers yesterday and we all end up throwing every piece of food away. I will never go to this kfc again and so want my co-workers which should have contacted you. I have emailed csr about this situation and every time get the same message we will check into it and sorry. Obviously, the message isn't being sent to the restaurant. I am asking for something to be done and my money back. How can you order 20 or more hotwings and it be done in last then a minute? Thanks

Ordered the 2piece Combo. Breast, Wing for $4.99 . Which I had the "Summer Time Savings" coupon for. States on coupon's first line "Limit two offers per cupon, one cupon person customer" Was told " You can only have 1 offer because thier are 2 people" . To which I jokingly said " Well Joe is with me, my imaginary friend" Because I did not taken them as serious. The counter manager came over and said "Sorry". I said "well it would of been nice to have the 2nd because I could of gotten the coleslaw. That way I could of had like a regular KFC meal" her remedy was to offer a coleslaw side for an extra $1.00 . To which I bought. My thinking was first of all the operative wording not to be misinterpreted is "Limit = capacity, Two offers= X's, Per coupon = ONE, Next part is ONE coupon = Presented ONE only, Per Customer = ME . Seriously some things can be misconstrued easily but this is a no brainer. Maybe Writen English

On today, August 17, 2017 at the above location at 1030a, I had the opportunity to order from this location. Due to receiving non satisfactory product from this location before, I asked prior to ordering, was the chicken recently prepared(this morning). The person taking the order, [censored] immediately started speaking loudly, that they don't pre- prepared their chicken and every thing in made freshly. She immediately took on an offensive attitude. As I drove around to pay, she shoved/threw the food to the car, barely allowing me an opportunity to grasp it. If [censored] is the face of KFC, I would suggest more training in customer service, better etiquette and perhaps better interviewing of the persons hired. The experience has left a bad taste(no pun intended) with this KFC. Perhaps you can rectify this situation, before anyone else needs to experience [censored]'s behavior and attitude.

I am from canada and my job keeps me travel arround the worlds
I trust your brand and I like it very much
But I think I made a mistake when I went to kfc in cyprus in the mall of cyprs
We ordered my friend and I a bucket but it was semi cooked
You can easily smell the chicken as well as the color of the meat is rose and the bones were pinky as well as difficult to tear the meat from it

We can excuse anybody on anything
Cause there is nothing perfect and we know how stats works
The problem when we went to the kfc counter to explain the problem the lady at the back started to invent reasons and emrassed us in front of people that we dont know nothing about kfc and this color is because of the spicy sauce

I am kfc lover and i really like to eat .. but couples of days ago i went in the KFC of paralimni city, cyprus.Where i saw some thing which is totally wrong.There is a only one person who handle the cash counter, who filling the buckets inside the kitchen and the same person was come outside to clean the tables and chairs.So the person who clean the tables and chairs and taking the dirty treys from the tables ! How can he work same time in the kitchen .How the KFC allow to one person to do the all things ? And why they dont hire another staff for cleaning ? This is so shameful thing for the KFC and its make me very upset..

On 8/15/17 I stopped by the KFC at 156-05 Union Turnpike, in Flushing, New York . The Restaurant # is # J235026 and my ticket number was #3989. I paid $21.80 for the food, thinking that it was going to be enough to feed my family.
I sorry to say that when we opened the bucket we were surprised to see all these tiny pieces of wings and small leg and on top of that the chicken was burnt. We wrapped up the entire meal and threw it in the garbage. I am certainly not in a position to throw food away, but this food was not suitable to eat. Next time I will go to Stop and Shop where a whole chicken is $4.99.
I would appreciate a full refund. The photo in the window of the chicken fill up is totally not what I received - very misleading.

I went to your store in Valparaiso, IN on Sunday august 13th of this past week. Not only was the service terrible, even though it was a half hour before closing, but I was ripped off on my purchases. I technically went in about a half hour before closing and first had to wait a little bit before getting waited on even though I was the only one at the register. I ordered a number 7, and was not even asked if I wanted to substitute something for the mashed potatoes, so I spoke up and told her I wanted home fries. As I was ordering g she had to keep leaving the register to see if they had what I was ordering. I also ordered two chicken little and the ten dollar bucket of popcorn chicken. I also wanted to order a small popcorn chicken but was told they don't sell individual popcorn chicken. When I finally got my order, and visited with another customer that had come in and was being completely ignored, I was finally glad to get out of this store. When I got home I was even more disappointed as not only was my cookie missing out of my meal, but the part that actually made me decide to write you is that my bucket of popcorn chicken wasn't even half full. That was a big issue and a waste of my ten dollars. What I received was not much more than I have received in a large order of popcorn chicken. I am not happy and if this is how I am to be treated at this store just because they were close to closing hour, I will not be back. the food delivery is not as usual

I'm Naddia, yesterday me and my friend we order KFC delivery around 4-6 pm. They deliver the food we ordered within 30 minute but unfortunately, the chicken was not like usual. We ordered 3 sets of snack plate original and spicy with 2 large of cheezy wedges, total bill is RM60.05. the chicken is fresh but it taste like KFC has change the recipes. The chicken skin was very hard because of too much flour and also too salty. Because we were too hungry we were forced to eat by removing the skin part which was our favorite part but still unsatisfied and we cannot finish it, i feel very disappointed because my favorite is always KFC. This afternoon about 3:30 I bought my wife a chicken-breast gravy and potatoes and your delicious call saw in the North Topeka Kentucky Fried Chicken and North Topeka Boulevard.
I just trust Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurants to give tender succulent chicken. Several times in a row the North the peak a store has given me over cooked hard original style chicken. To day-the chicken-breast eas so hard that it was like a rock.
Please talk to your management and have them get that store in order I hate to drive all the way to South 21st and Gammge Blvd to get some succulent Kentucky Fried Chicken. Thank you very much.
all you can eat food bar
Store number [protected] Aug 14 at 622 pm ticket number 3066. My grandson and I we not to the above location in celebration of his birthday. I paid 16.00 for a food bar that had nothing on it. There was two pieces of chicken period. The veggies on the bar had been there so long they had a thin crust on top. There were three young men who were employees involved in horse play and smoking in the parking lot. There was one young lady in the dining area who appeared to confused as to what she was doing. I immediately ask to speak to a manager, much to my surprise I was told there was no manager available. We were able to eat warm Cole slaw in which I will Glady pay for . I will not pay 16.00 for what we got. I want my money back. I work hard for my money don't mind paying for anything. I will not be totally ripped off. It's sad to think KFC thinks business will go on for them doing crape like this. There are fine places to eat in this area and plenty of them. Went to kfc/taco bell today and they were out of chicken pot pies said none til tomorrow which is rediculous on a monday! This is not the first time for something like this at this location ordered a taco salad another time and they gave us a bag of doritos and very little of the ingrediates to mix with it, should have gotten a shell with ingredients in it and they told my wife thats how they were made now which is a blatant lie. This location was closed for remodeling and looksike they were rehiring but looks to me like its still managed by the same idiot!
Been to this location last yedar and a/c was off and mgr said it had been down for a week which is not acceptable. This franchise seems to be out of something always doesnt matter what either ice, pop, tea, chicken etc.

I went to the following store this afternoon for lunch and as I placed an order and completed my order, the cashier told me that there were no medium cups and no cookies for the $5 meal. Therefore, I wanted to see if I was able to substitute and the cashier told me NO. I also asked her for a bigger cup for my drink and the cashier told me NO and that if I had to refill twice than that's what I had to do. As they proceeded to give me my order, which was the Famous Bowl, it was drowned with gravy and looked like soup and it was cold. That is when I decided to get a refund and the cashier slammed the money in my hand. The cashiers name is Ms. Marie and she had a really bad attitude. The employees were nasty and they all had an attitude. There clothes were really dirty. The Dining area was disgusting, the chairs, tables, the walls have footprints and scuffmarks, you could tell the Dining area has not been cleaned for quite some time. I was afraid to go into the bathroom, I took a peak and I didn't even there to go in. A portal pottie is cleaner than the whole restaurant. I will be calling the Health Department to shut the store down. As dirty and unsanitary the store is, it should not be operating.

Gave wrong order told us that what we ordered and would not change it had to ask 2 for straw s and wipes I use the KFC in Limerick and never had any problems with them but the way I and my family have been treated in wexford never again shame on the staff and management the store was not busy most of the staff were chatting about what they were doing the weekend so someone needs to go to this site and sort it out

Ordered 4 krunch burgers yesterday for family and the very next day all of us were sick leading our ways to hospital. Very bad quality food. KFC outlets need cleanliness check badly, for God's sake do not give harmful food to customers that choose your food to eat, I'd never recommend KFC for fast food to anyone. I went to KFC at 7pm las friday Aug 11th at the KFC that is located at Porte de Clignancourt in Paris. I waited for 30 minutes, in line, without being helped or spoken to. Other customers were being served before me even though I was telling them I was waiting ! At some point, the manager came out to help one of the cashiers but was completely helpless. Please look at the restaurant's cameras and sack the manager and that employee. This is impossible to wait that long in a FAST FOOD restaurant. I ended up leaving because of frustration !

I visited one of KFC restaurants recently. I was waiting for 30 minutes to get served but no one came up to me, not even after asking. Everyone was so busy that couldn't find 5 minutes to take an order.
The waiter who eventually came up was impolite. I ordered spicy chicken wings which were disgusting and dry and tasted like a sole. I said to them that they could have cooked much better and got an answer back that if I don't like something I should go to other places because no one asked for advice. My wife and I went to the store on 1300 South main street in Greenwood sc when we walked in no one greeted us and it took a few min. Before the girl took our order we both odered sweet tea to drink with our meal there wasn't any tea so i asked for some the young lady said ok i will get some 10 min. Later they made some 25 min. I went to sm San Mateo (Philippines) to eat lunch with my husband. I then reached the cashier and ordered a chicken, I was very surprised the way she (Analyn Salvador ) -cashier conversely shouted at me as Iam very stupid person to order... by shouting and asking me what is my drinks... and then the other colleagues saw what happened and some the other customer saw what happened! It was a very bad experience with KFC! Better to terminate those kind of colleague as you are dealing with customer service!

It took way over 30 mins to even receive my food. Took 15 mins through the line. And the manager didn't even wanna give her employees change so she could give us our cash back. Kfc is full of it i was an employee there up in till recently do to wack management that has a race S you when you're and a management position you do not abuse your power to pick and choose who you would like to work at this establishment and just because the color of their skin or the language that they speak makes them different and unique does not mean that They cannot do their job also as a manager you do not abuse your power and pick and choose with favoritism or be little people thinking that they don't understand you or that they don't hear you it is very hurtful and disrespectful for employees and customers to feel that just because the color of their skin or the language that they speak that they're not good enough to do anything but work in the back and make make prep food because they're not needed in the front for nothing as that manager Worthington Minnesota put it I'm a multi cultured person I have several different races in me as those in my family her BS was not appreciated and it was enough to make me walk away and quit my job even though I loved working at this establishment it disrespect is not OK with me and being bigot and racist is not OK with me so therefore I walked away I thought racism was long over with and people could get along the societie as a whole and as one but apparently up here in Minnesota it's live and active in still real
