Dated: 28-01-2015 at 9:30pm I ordered meal through you call centre, After one and half hour order was not delivered to me, I called your service centre they told me that your order cannot be delivered to you, and further told that Branch has informed you about the status, but they never called me I was calling again and again for my delivery but was no response after two hours Branch (Atrium Mall Branch) called me for the first time to tell we cannot deliver your order. I have invited 4 guests at my home for food and I ordered KFC to entertain them and doing this I made “BIG MISTAKE” KFC refused to order after 2 hours of wait, if there was any problem in delivery they have called me earlier but no KFC has track record of converting Bad situations into worst. Now the update is at 11:30pm there is no food at my Home due to KFC’s Worst service. I was already very disappointed with your delivery service. However after this incident I Lost faith in your service. Moreover, I want you to make Inquiry in this and update me with your actions taken in this regard. Furthermore, I talked with the following call centre representatives of KFC:

Dated: 06-06-2016 at 02:45 I ordered meal through your call centre, After waiting for long 55 minutes i called your service centre they remind me that the delivery time is 50 min and he also say's "The order will place in next 10 minuets"
Just 5 min after i receive a call from the customer service and he said "Sir we can't provide your order due to unavailability"
It was very much surprising for me, and i simply ask him who is responsible for wasting my time for almost 1 hour and hunger of my kids?...
I immediately call the customer service again ask for the supervisor, staff told me that he is going to call me in 5 minuets.
After 08 mins finally i received a call and the gentleman, initially says sorry to me but he also said that he tried to called me immediately after my order which was 02:45 to inform me that KCF can't supply due to un availability
In responce i explain him that i am a KFC lover but i had no idea that in pakistan KFC is totally failed to satisfy the customer, infect the supervisor try to save the staff.
Anyways i inform supervisor that i also use a call record and what he is saying is not only wrong but it is fake.
So finally he said that " he will take care of that matter and inform me personally "

I hope to receive a satisfactory reply with some corrections..

Dear concern
Today 26 July 2017 i ordered meal for my guests at 9 pm and was told by help line 042 [protected] that it will be recieved in an hour due to branch operational issue . Since the 10 pm I have been calling your Helpline and complaint officer [protected] to locate my order .there is no response nor any help from any of them and sine 11 pm your complaint officer is also least bothered to pick call and confirm the status of order. Then i receieved a call from [protected] delivery boy that I am coming in 10 mins and now it's 1 15 am 27 July 2017 and the delivery boy is also not attending call .
Is this a joke or what . I have never seen such a pathetic service like this .
I have all the call logs saved with me and other stuff .
I ordered Family festival deal at Zafar ali road lahore Pakistan . Order was placed on 1:30 pm. Order didn't delivered till 2:40 pm. When I called KFC for query Mr. Arsalan said that your order has been canceled due the number is not responding. My cell was always online. And secondly why they didn't called on alternate number.
I was in Sergimed hospital lahore arranging food for the patient. And I feel very ashamed due to the food not arranged.
Kindly look into this matter. I am waiting for response.
